Oh! Well, I don't know about you, Matt, but I think we finally have | :00:12. | :00:19.
the chairs we deserve?! I agree, look, two cup holders and lots of | :00:19. | :00:28.
leg room. Oi! Get out of our chairs! Sorry, Tom, sorry, Dan, I | :00:28. | :00:37.
think we better go now! Right. Hello and welcome to The One Show | :00:37. | :00:44.
with Alex Jones and Matt Baker. Now, in their rightful place, the top | :00:44. | :00:50.
two of the biggest chairs I have ever seen it is Sir Tom Jones and | :00:50. | :00:54.
Danny O'Donoghue. Well, I have to say, this feels | :00:54. | :01:01.
very weird. We normally have a nice little sofa, there but... We are so | :01:01. | :01:07.
excited to have the real coaches' chairs from the The Voice, but I | :01:07. | :01:15.
feel like the Borrowers? Give us an idea of the chairs from the The | :01:15. | :01:19.
Voice, what they do? If you like what you are hearing, the first | :01:19. | :01:23.
part of the One Show are blind auditions, you don't see the people, | :01:23. | :01:27.
you just hear the voice. So you press the button and the chair | :01:27. | :01:33.
turns around and you see them. You didn't spin around? | :01:33. | :01:38.
They have not been wired up correctly! Thank goodness I'm not | :01:38. | :01:44.
plugged in. You would disappear up the roof! | :01:44. | :01:48.
Engineers have been working on the chairs since 7.00am, here they are | :01:49. | :01:52.
and they still don't spin around, but we have them in the studio. | :01:52. | :01:57.
Is that the amount of time it took to sort them out? Yes. Yes! Well, | :01:57. | :02:02.
we are talking more about the most anticipated new TV One Show in ages | :02:02. | :02:08.
a little later on. Saturday night, 7.00pm, BBC One. We are going to | :02:08. | :02:15.
say that a lot tonight! Also with us is one of our biggest Olympic | :02:15. | :02:19.
hopefuls for London 2012 it is Jessica Ennis. It is very important | :02:19. | :02:25.
to warm up, Tom was on that chair for 15 minutes beforehand, but, she | :02:25. | :02:30.
is not the only athlete on the One Show tonight is she, Lucy? No, she | :02:30. | :02:35.
is not. We have athletes of all shapes and sizing. We are in Long | :02:35. | :02:43.
Eaton in Derbyshire. To be honest, I feel like I've had this tune | :02:43. | :02:46.
playing in my head all week. Now, let's stop this, we have serious | :02:47. | :02:52.
work to do, we are not at the finishing line yet. Last night, the | :02:52. | :02:57.
runners brought us through Leeds, to Oldham, Manchester city centre | :02:57. | :03:04.
down to Stockport, into Derbyshire, via the Peak District, into | :03:04. | :03:09.
Nottingham and here we are. Later on I'm speaking to Robin Hood and | :03:09. | :03:14.
we have a special Long Eaton surprise for Sir Tom Jones. See you | :03:14. | :03:23.
then! A Long Eaton surprise? Last night a Leeds Rhino rugby player | :03:23. | :03:30.
had his head shaved, it was patchy at best. Now, there is one group of | :03:30. | :03:34.
visitors ruffling the feathers of the locals at the Lake District. | :03:34. | :03:39.
Anita Rani wades into the debate. These geese are living on bowed | :03:39. | :03:44.
time. They are at the heart of a battle gripping the Lake District. | :03:44. | :03:52.
A battle they this are calling Save the Windermere 200. On one side, | :03:52. | :03:54.
there are the Windermere Geese Management Group proposing to cull | :03:54. | :04:01.
up to 200 of the Canada geese. On the other, is a concerned group who | :04:02. | :04:07.
feel this could be the needless death of these animals. These | :04:07. | :04:10.
fellas are caught in the middle. The Windermere Geese Management | :04:10. | :04:17.
Group is made up of land owners and led by the Lake District National | :04:17. | :04:26.
Park Authority. They say that the Canada geese spoil the land with | :04:26. | :04:30.
their droppings. They say that a cull is the last option left, but a | :04:31. | :04:35.
lot of people in Windermere disagree. | :04:35. | :04:41.
Clive Hartley has spent seven years studying Windermere's Canada goose | :04:41. | :04:45.
population. We have a population on here of | :04:45. | :04:50.
about 350, to 400 birds. They are actually resident here all year | :04:50. | :04:56.
long, but we get an influx, as many as 700 at a time for six weeks in | :04:56. | :05:03.
June and July. It is this migration element, I think, that are causing | :05:03. | :05:09.
the problem. More geese means more droppings. This increases e-coli in | :05:09. | :05:14.
the lake, but the nutrients in the droppings fertilise the algae in | :05:14. | :05:17.
the water. The high numbers of geese nesting | :05:17. | :05:23.
on the islands on the lake have forced indigenous ducks out of | :05:23. | :05:30.
former nesting sites. Are they a pest? Are they damaging | :05:30. | :05:36.
the national ecosystem? Windermere is a large lake. | :05:36. | :05:38.
The Windermere Geese Management Group disputes the numbers saying | :05:38. | :05:44.
that this are 800 resident Canada geese. They are proposing to cull | :05:44. | :05:51.
up to 200 of them on their nests. That could be soon. Of course, we | :05:51. | :05:54.
asked Windermere Geese Management Group for an interview, which they | :05:54. | :05:58.
declined. They said that the cull provoked a strong public reaction, | :05:58. | :06:02.
that they have taken that on board, but it has not stopped the | :06:02. | :06:06.
campaigners from wanting to kill the cull. | :06:06. | :06:11.
There are proven non-lethal ways of reducing the numbers. That is what | :06:11. | :06:16.
we want them to do. They say that they have exhausted | :06:16. | :06:21.
that way and the only way left is to cull them. | :06:21. | :06:26.
They have not brought forward the evidence. Where is it? That is all | :06:26. | :06:32.
we want. I would like a non-lethal manner for this issue, then we can | :06:32. | :06:35.
come to the issue of a cull after that. | :06:35. | :06:40.
The first memory of many of the people here is coming down here to | :06:40. | :06:44.
feed the ducks, the birds, they would be horrified if this | :06:44. | :06:48.
unnecessary cull was going ahead. The campaigners are determined to | :06:48. | :06:52.
stop the cull. This will be a blood battle... | :06:52. | :06:58.
what the tourists and the locals in Windermere, what do they think? | :06:58. | :07:02.
They can't do that. They are killing part of the lake. I don't | :07:02. | :07:06.
think that culling is a bad thing, but if it can be avoided, that is a | :07:06. | :07:10.
way to go. I believe that they can be a | :07:10. | :07:13.
nuisance in that they destroy a lot of the habitat. In some way it is | :07:13. | :07:17.
is a good thing, but it must be done in the right way. | :07:17. | :07:22.
But the anticull protectors say that there are ways of manage | :07:22. | :07:27.
managing the geese population. Are you anticull? No, I'm a | :07:27. | :07:31.
conservationist, not an animal rights person. If the lake is | :07:31. | :07:35.
carrying the right number of geese for the lake, then all that will | :07:35. | :07:38.
happen if you take away these geese is that others will come in and | :07:38. | :07:42.
occupy the space. So what is the alternative? | :07:42. | :07:47.
have to look at each site to determine what it is that makes the | :07:47. | :07:53.
site attractive to geese. So tackle the food source, using fencing, dee | :07:53. | :07:58.
coys, predators or things that like like them. Control is not about | :07:58. | :08:02.
bird proving a site. What you are trying to do is convince the birds | :08:02. | :08:07.
involved that they would rather be a little further along. | :08:07. | :08:10.
We have received a statement from the Windermere Geese Management | :08:10. | :08:14.
Group they say that they have tried fencing, mechanical skairg, they | :08:14. | :08:17.
are saying that the only option left is a cull. | :08:17. | :08:21.
I think we need a breathing space to appraise the arguments of both | :08:21. | :08:25.
sides and come up with a more balanced way of dealing with the | :08:25. | :08:30.
Lake District's goose problem. Thank you very much. Good news for | :08:30. | :08:34.
the geese, since Anita Rani visited the Lake District, the Windermere | :08:34. | :08:37.
Geese Management Group have said that the cull will be delayed to | :08:38. | :08:40.
explore other options that have emerged. | :08:40. | :08:46.
Now, let's get back to The Voice. Matt and I were lucky enough to see | :08:46. | :08:51.
a 20 minute preview on Monday. We absolutely loved it. | :08:51. | :08:58.
You were playing the game? can't help but do it! People will | :08:58. | :09:03.
be definitely buying swivel chairs, but, Tom, why did you choose, the | :09:03. | :09:07.
The Voice? You must have been had lots of offers before? I saw the | :09:07. | :09:11.
American version, I liked it it is different to hear people sing and | :09:11. | :09:18.
not actually see them. Until, when you do it, you are not | :09:18. | :09:22.
prepared. There is no pre-conceived, what does this person look like? | :09:22. | :09:27.
And saying that, when you do turn, does the singer look completely | :09:27. | :09:31.
different to how you imagined in the head? You are trying not to | :09:31. | :09:35.
imagine anything. Sometimes it sounds like a girl, it is a boy. | :09:35. | :09:41.
That happened a few times. Did it? I turned around and I was | :09:41. | :09:50.
sitting there, I could see that there was this look on my face. I | :09:50. | :09:57.
genuinely thought it was a boy when it was a girl. | :09:57. | :10:01.
So, as you are sat up there, you are in this world, what is it that | :10:01. | :10:10.
you are listening for? Can you sing? Can I sing? He can! I don't | :10:10. | :10:15.
know what to sing? Sing Happy Birthday. | :10:15. | :10:23.
Close your eyes! # Happy birthday to you | :10:23. | :10:33.
:10:33. | :10:35. | ||
# Happy birthday dear Danny... # on! Get in! I went folky there for | :10:35. | :10:39.
some reason. It is not just amateurs, on the One | :10:39. | :10:48.
Show we saw we saw a familiar face, and there is a girl from one of the | :10:48. | :10:53.
Strictly groups? Yes. Let's have a look. | :10:53. | :10:59.
# Papa always has a joke # To make me laugh | :10:59. | :11:09.
:11:09. | :11:20. | ||
# See mama knows best when I feel down... # APPLAUSE | :11:20. | :11:25.
Having heard that, I wish I had gone a little more gravelly with | :11:25. | :11:30.
Happy Birthday. The reason why I said Happy | :11:30. | :11:34.
Birthday, it gives a great opportunity to hear your voice. If | :11:34. | :11:39.
I ask you to sing a popular song, you sing like them. | :11:39. | :11:44.
You didn't turn around? The whole time I was looking at Jessie J. I | :11:44. | :11:49.
was full when it came to that point. I had two spots left, but that just | :11:49. | :11:55.
goes to One Show. That one one of 406789 we all have ten. You can | :11:55. | :11:59.
only have ten each. That is the level of ten on the One Show it is | :11:59. | :12:02.
incredible. It must be hard, the ones that we | :12:02. | :12:07.
have seen are brilliant. There are great singers on it. | :12:07. | :12:13.
You get competitive. If two coaches turn around, the power is in the | :12:13. | :12:15.
singer's hands, isn't it? That is right. | :12:15. | :12:22.
Now, do you get competitive, the four of you? Yes! We try to pitch. | :12:22. | :12:26.
We try to let the person know what we can do. | :12:27. | :12:32.
It is funny, you played the eldest card at one point? I do. This fella | :12:32. | :12:36.
came on playing the guitar. He was really good. | :12:36. | :12:41.
Soy thought I would tell him a story about when I was with Elvis | :12:41. | :12:47.
Presley in Hawaii, playing guitars, saying that he reminded me of him. | :12:47. | :12:53.
Then, I get that in there. Then he talked about working with Michael | :12:53. | :13:00.
Jackson... Then I picked up all the names from the ground. I thought, I | :13:00. | :13:06.
can't compete. I was playing with my mate Brian in the tube station! | :13:06. | :13:12.
It will come down to a public vote later on down the line? Exactly. | :13:12. | :13:17.
Have you got FA to people at home to go with The Voice, instead of | :13:17. | :13:22.
what the person looks like? I think anybody who has knead so far, they | :13:22. | :13:28.
have incredible voices. If they do look good on top of it, this is the | :13:28. | :13:36.
plus. We definitely come from an industry where we have never been a | :13:36. | :13:43.
self-appreciated band, we never put the image on the cover. We always | :13:43. | :13:47.
think then about whether they are fat, skinny, tall. So we think | :13:47. | :13:52.
about the song. I'm daring everybody to play along | :13:52. | :13:55.
with us too. Close your eyes, play along. | :13:55. | :14:01.
We did straight away. Well, may the best voice win. You can see the | :14:01. | :14:06.
first set of hopefuls audition this Saturday on BBC One. | :14:06. | :14:13.
And later on we are live at the Nottingham and Derbyshire borders | :14:13. | :14:19.
to see how our helpers are running for Sport Relief. | :14:19. | :14:23.
We have Fiona Phillips with us now to talk about a subject close to | :14:23. | :14:30.
her heart. Many illnesses in old age cause | :14:30. | :14:33.
depression, loneliness and depression. | :14:33. | :14:37.
Rita supported her husband until he died in 2008. Since then, she has | :14:37. | :14:41.
been living alone. When you have been together a long | :14:41. | :14:45.
time and never been on your own it is hard to cope. I'm a happy person, | :14:46. | :14:52.
I don't like being sad and lonely. Sport Relief funds many projects | :14:52. | :14:57.
around the country which help over55s with a variety of issues. | :14:57. | :15:04.
Bristol Rovers runs one of the Extra Time clubs that provides | :15:04. | :15:07.
fiscal activities, social interaction and social days out, | :15:07. | :15:17.
such as trips to the zoo. Rita goes to the Extra Time club | :15:17. | :15:21.
once a week. The minute I walked in, they made | :15:21. | :15:25.
me feel welcome straight away. When the others rieved it was as though | :15:25. | :15:31.
I had been going forever. Extra Time clubs are supported by | :15:31. | :15:36.
Premier League and football league clubs to provide activities for | :15:36. | :15:40.
over 55s, who suffer with illnesses and challenges later on in life. | :15:40. | :15:45.
It is a lifeline for them. It gives them a chance to take part in | :15:45. | :15:50.
activities that they have stopped doing or lost the ability to do. | :15:50. | :15:54.
Both my parents suffered for years with Alzheimer's it broke my heart | :15:54. | :15:59.
to see them fade in front of me. So I know how hard it can be for | :15:59. | :16:05.
suffers and their families. Frank was diagnosed with dementia | :16:05. | :16:11.
in 2010. Since then, his wife, Iris has been his primary carer. | :16:11. | :16:18.
Frank, do you enjoy going to the Extra Time club? Yes. Oh, yes. It | :16:18. | :16:27.
is... It is good to chat about our friendship. | :16:27. | :16:33.
Old times? Yes! So at this stage that Frank is at, what are the main | :16:33. | :16:36.
problems with Frank? It is definitely his memory. Even his | :16:36. | :16:41.
sister came in one day, he could not remember her. | :16:41. | :16:46.
I can't go through the night as he is getting out of bed. So I'm awake, | :16:46. | :16:52.
it is like having a baby. Do you feel isolated sometimes? | :16:52. | :16:56.
can't do the things that I would love to do. I can't visit anyone. I | :16:56. | :17:01.
don't go swimming. I take Frank to the gym, he has a heart problem. So | :17:01. | :17:08.
he needs to go out. I'm grateful for Extra Time because | :17:08. | :17:14.
it's my anchor. If I have had a bad morning with Frank, I know I can go | :17:14. | :17:19.
along and there is always people there with open arms and it is just | :17:19. | :17:23.
phenomenal. It is better when there is someone to talk to and laugh | :17:23. | :17:26.
with. The money you give through Sport | :17:26. | :17:30.
Relief will continue to help projects like the Extra Time | :17:31. | :17:35.
projects and many others here and abroad. Your donations can really | :17:36. | :17:40.
help to change people's lives. You can support Sport Relief by | :17:40. | :17:50.
:17:50. | :18:08. | ||
Your money really does make a difference. Back to The Voice. We | :18:08. | :18:17.
have said it, but we will see it again. Your job as the coachs is to | :18:17. | :18:21.
judge the voice without seeing the person? To start with. | :18:21. | :18:26.
We have two voices, here we go. Let's see what you think of tease | :18:26. | :18:31.
two. # When I'm with you | :18:31. | :18:37.
# I'm so sedated... # A good voice? Would you turn your chairs? | :18:37. | :18:45.
Absolutely. Well, that is... Lady Gaga. | :18:45. | :18:54.
She is 19 in this club. I saw her do a small acoustic when it was | :18:54. | :18:59.
just her and a piano. I have never been more blown away by a voice. | :18:59. | :19:04.
You take off the make-up. There is a very incredible talent. It would | :19:04. | :19:13.
have been embarrassing if I had not picked her. Track number two, Danny, | :19:13. | :19:23.
:19:23. | :19:24. | ||
here you go... # And I've gone out my front door # | :19:24. | :19:27.
That is lovely. That sounds young. I would guess that is a famous | :19:27. | :19:33.
singer. Give them lots of that. It is just as well you said that. | :19:33. | :19:42.
Here is that little girl singing, can you guess who she is? It is | :19:42. | :19:47.
Jessie J! I was thinking it sounds a little bit like Jessie J. | :19:47. | :19:51.
A very good voice for her age. So, Danny, what is the outcome? | :19:51. | :19:57.
What is the winner of the The Voice to get? They get a recording | :19:57. | :20:01.
contract with universal. That is an incredible thing. Every musician, | :20:01. | :20:06.
anybody I know would cut their left arm to get a deal like that. They | :20:06. | :20:10.
get an opportunity to present their talents in the best way shape and | :20:10. | :20:15.
form on TV, in front of millions of people week after week, but the | :20:15. | :20:18.
record deal, that is what everyone is fighting for. | :20:18. | :20:22.
You have said it to us, the standard... That was one person, | :20:22. | :20:28.
you have seen it. Tremendous. So, The Voice debuts on Saturday | :20:28. | :20:35.
night. It will then be less than a day for our One Show One Show 1,000 | :20:35. | :20:39.
relay runners. Lucy, have they reached you yet? | :20:39. | :20:46.
In a word. We are behind. We have had a lot of difficult terrain, but | :20:47. | :20:52.
we will still get to the Mall on Sunday on time. Helping us, we have | :20:52. | :20:57.
a couple of runners waiting to go. Shannon, why did you decide to run | :20:57. | :21:03.
the mile for us? I used to watch the world pass my by. I wore a size | :21:03. | :21:08.
30, I lost the weight, now it is time to start running. | :21:08. | :21:12.
Brilliant, thank you very much. Jonathan, Shannon is handing over | :21:12. | :21:18.
to you, did you want to do the mile just to dress as Captain America? | :21:18. | :21:22.
It has the benefits. I heard you were short of numbers | :21:22. | :21:27.
for the Sport Relief 1,000. I thought I could help you out, that | :21:27. | :21:30.
Captain America would turn up and save the day. | :21:30. | :21:35.
Yes! Great. Our excellent runners in the last 24 hours, here is what | :21:36. | :21:40.
they have been up to. Dave Kelly, registered blind, | :21:40. | :21:46.
finished the mile that he began on last night owes -- last night's One | :21:46. | :21:50.
Show. In order to complete the 1,000 relay by Sunday, the runners | :21:50. | :21:55.
are still going through the night. By morning, the runners arrive in | :21:55. | :21:59.
the hills of the Peak District. Some are finding the going fouing. | :21:59. | :22:09.

I suffer from as -- going tough. Suffer from Asma. It is -- a stma. | :22:15. | :22:23.
I have my inhaler. For Susan, this is it a special run. | :22:23. | :22:27.
I just finished my chemo. This helps to give something back and | :22:27. | :22:32.
help other people. Susan's mum and son, Daniel, have | :22:32. | :22:38.
turned out to give her support. Think that my mum is brilliant. | :22:38. | :22:41.
Susan completes her mile, lifted by her family. | :22:41. | :22:45.
Moving forward, I know that I can achieve things. Get my treatment | :22:45. | :22:50.
out of the way, the only way is up. That's what it is all about. There | :22:50. | :22:55.
is so much support here at Long Eaton for our runners. Amazing. We | :22:55. | :23:00.
have the local knights... We have the local archery team... And we | :23:00. | :23:09.
have the community here from the Long Eaton schools. Fantastic. Now | :23:10. | :23:14.
let's have a chat to people doing their bit for Sport Relief. Martin, | :23:14. | :23:21.
your challenge is epic, it starts in May, what is it? I'm powering my | :23:21. | :23:25.
boycott from Land's End to grotsgrots. | :23:25. | :23:32.
That is great. Now, we promised you Robin Hood, here he is. You are | :23:32. | :23:37.
just over the border from Derbyshire, does that make your | :23:37. | :23:42.
nearbyous? No, I am feeling good, these are friendly people. | :23:42. | :23:48.
What are you doing for Sport Relief? We go down to Nottingham | :23:48. | :23:51.
embankment to start off the Sport Relief mile. | :23:51. | :23:57.
We are hoping to start off lots of people. Thank you. Thank you. Thank | :23:57. | :24:00.
you. Now, Michelle, you have raised a lot of money. | :24:00. | :24:08.
Yes, I have, just over 1,000. That is fantastic. OK, brilliant. | :24:08. | :24:14.
Brilliant. There is still a lot to do. Our One Show One Show 1,000 are | :24:14. | :24:20.
to take in Worcestershire, Salisbury, Bath, but they will | :24:20. | :24:24.
arrive at the Mall on Sunday. The best of luck to them. Please, | :24:24. | :24:29.
donate. It is impressive what they are doing. We have not forgotten | :24:29. | :24:35.
Sir Tom Jones, we have a special Long Eaton surprise for you. | :24:35. | :24:44.
Nottingham's premiere Tom Jones impersonator, take it away, sir! | :24:44. | :24:52.

please forgive me, deLila # I just couldn't take anymore # | :25:12. | :25:21.
How does it feel when you hear people imitating you N- -- you? | :25:21. | :25:25.
feels good. Well, 2012 will be an amazing year | :25:25. | :25:30.
for sport in this country. An amazing year for a woman who is one | :25:30. | :25:36.
of our biggest medallist hopefuls. COMMENTATOR: Following the foot | :25:36. | :25:43.
steps of Sally Gunnell, Paula Radcliffe, and Fatima Whitbread, we | :25:43. | :25:48.
have another world champion! The girl from the city of steel came to | :25:48. | :25:57.
Berlin, hunting for gold and she's done it! APPLAUSE | :25:57. | :26:02.
Wearing the Stella McCartney- designed British Olympic kit it is | :26:02. | :26:07.
Jessica Ennis. Here we are, all in a bit of a kit for the Olympics | :26:07. | :26:11.
team. This is what you will be wearing? Yes, this is the track and | :26:11. | :26:16.
field competition kit. There is nothing of it? I know it | :26:16. | :26:20.
is skimpy, but it is practical. It will be great. | :26:20. | :26:25.
What are your first impressions of the kit? Do you like it? I think it | :26:25. | :26:29.
is gorgeous. It is great that the way the flag is the main focus it | :26:29. | :26:33.
makes us feel like a team. It is a great kit. | :26:33. | :26:38.
Is it important to feel the part when you are performing? Definitely. | :26:38. | :26:45.
You have it feel comfortable. Adida have been great working with us. | :26:45. | :26:51.
They work closely with the athletes and high-tech equipment and to feel | :26:51. | :26:56.
good as well, stella has gotten involved and she brings the fashion | :26:56. | :27:01.
side of it. You are on posters, on lots of | :27:01. | :27:04.
party campaigns, how do you ensure that it does not take away from the | :27:04. | :27:08.
performance on the track? You have to be organised and structured with | :27:08. | :27:13.
the time to ensure that the training, nothing takes away from | :27:13. | :27:17.
that, that you fit everything else in around it. You have to make the | :27:17. | :27:20.
most of this great opportunity, but first and foremost is to train hard | :27:21. | :27:25.
and win medals. The pressure, how are you coping? | :27:25. | :27:29.
It must be hard? It is a lot of pressure. A lot of people have put | :27:29. | :27:33.
that Gold Medal around my neck, but it is great support. Everyone is | :27:33. | :27:39.
behind us. Just go out enjoy it, then relax | :27:39. | :27:42.
and do stuff. It is a once tpwh a lifetime | :27:42. | :27:46.
opportunity. -- once in a lifetime opportunity. | :27:46. | :27:52.
You have to enjoy it. Do you have tickets? I hope so. | :27:52. | :28:02.
:28:02. | :28:03. | ||
I have my medals! If I had to do what they are doing, I would be | :28:03. | :28:09.
scared! What wouldn't would you like to be involved in, Tom? All of | :28:09. | :28:16.
them! How is the training going? It is varied with the heptathlon, so | :28:16. | :28:21.
many different events each day? is lots of training. I am preparing | :28:21. | :28:27.
as best I can before the Games. It has come round quickly? It has. | :28:27. | :28:31.
It seemed like years away, but now it is here. | :28:31. | :28:35.
And sometimes you sing in your head when you train, would you like to | :28:35. | :28:42.
give the boy as quick blast? No! No, I do always have a song in | :28:42. | :28:48.
my head it takes away from the pain, but that's in my head, not out loud. | :28:48. | :28:53.
What is the song? All sorts. A bit of everything, whatever is in my | :28:54. | :28:57.
head! Thank you very much to Jessica, Tom and Danny. The The | :28:57. | :29:02. |
