Morning everyone, I'm Ricky with your Tuesday headlines. Stay put for

all this: It's happy birthday to one of the biggest websites in the

world. And: I did not understand. Find out why Jose's barking like a

dog! This is Newsround. But first, The Prince of Wales will

be in Somerset in the south west of England later today, visiting people

affected by the floods. He'll meet residents battling to cope with

flood damage, farmers and members of the emergency services. The Somerset

Levels have seen some of the worst flooding in recent weeks with large

areas of land still under water, leaving whole villages cut off.

Forecasters are predicting more wind and high waves across the south of

England later today. And the floods aren't just having an impact on us

humans. This eight-week-old seal pup was washed up in yesterday's high

tide at Portreath in Cornwall. He travelled hundreds of metres in the

floods before ending up in someone's front garden. After a check-up by

vets he was taken back to a safer area near the beach.

One of the world 's most popular websites is celebrating its 10th

birthday. Facebook was launched in 2004 in America. A decade later and

it has more than 1.2 million active users worldwide. On average, 750

million people log on each day. Facebook has come under fire from

critics who say the site stores too much of our private information.

Next up - are you learning a foreign language at school? Well if not the

chances are you will be from September. That's because from then

all primary schools in England will have to teach foreign languages. But

it might not be the traditional French or German you're learning,

because if the Prime Minister gets his way, more of you will be being

taught the Chinese language, Mandarin. Here's Nel with more.

It is the most common language in China and spoken by nearly 1 billion

people around the world. Soon you could be learning Mandarin. Lots of

kids only get to learn another language when they go to secondary

school. But soon, that is about to change. From set timbre, all primary

schools will have to learn a foreign language and in the past it has been

Spanish, French and German. But now the Prime Minister thinks other

languages might useful to learn, like Mandarin. China is the most

populous country and is one of the most wealthiest. The UK Government

thing if more people can speak Mandarin here, the more business

Britain can do with China. At this school in Hampshire, 150 kids are

learning Mandarin. And a third of their lessons are taught in the

language. I like Mandarin because I don't find it easy learning other

languages. Mandarin, I like how the characters are put together. It

means in the future I can go to China and get a good job. With the

UK doing more business with China, more of you could be...

It was a big win for Chelsea in the Premier League last night as they

became the first side this season to beat Manchester City at the Etihad

Stadium. Branislav Ivanovic's goal in the first half was enough for a

1-0 win. It's been three years since City went goalless at home but they

couldn't break down Jose Mourinho's side who stay third in the table but

level on points with City who are second. The Chelsea manager says he

didn't even have to give the team talk, it was the players' massage

man! I did not speak. It was the mass

Sergeant man but spoke to the team. It was! What did he tell them? He

was screaming so much in Scottish, I did not understand him. I am

serious. I did not understand, but the players were clapping.

One Direction's Louis Tomlinson will make his footie debut for Doncaster

Rovers in a few weeks. Tickets to see the singer in action against

Rotherham United go on sale this morning. It's thought the singer

won't play for the full 90 minutes but he will make an appearance on

the pitch. Doncaster Rovers are expecting tickets for the match

which takes place on the 26th February to sell out very quickly.
