think we should have barriers between the road and the cycling

lanes. One man who wants to change things is Chris Boardman. He spoke

to Newsround this morning and said it was possible to make the UK's

roads safer for cyclists. It's for Government to decide they want to do

it. It has been done a few hundred miles from here in the Netherlands,

even Cambridge. That city has huge amounts of bike use. It's possible.

He is meeting officials from New York and America, who in the last

five years, have created hundreds of miles of bike lanes. Campaigners say

it has doubled the number of people cycling and helped to keep them

safe. Chris told us he is worried deal with the US regulator, beauty

and the Swiss regulator, so there is more to come on this. Once this is

out the way, we have the foreign exchange rigging allegations, which

could be worse, given the noise we have heard around some e-mails seen.

And you talk about reputational damage, what isn't there a

perception, certainly anyone outside the world of finance, that there is

so much of this now, time and again, people hearing stories about this

that they all think, is there much difference between any of these

banks, a lot of famous names in on it, and they all as bad as each
