GB's Katie Summerhayes qualifies for the skiing slopestyle final in

Sochi. And 1D take on Ellie Goulding at the

Brits. First this morning, the floods

nightmare continues for those living in parts of southern England.

Hundreds of people have had to leave their homes overnight as record

floodwaters keep on rising on the River Thames. 16 severe flood

warnings are in place in England, which means there is danger to life,

with 14 along the Thames. After a quieter day yesterday, the bad

weather is returning, with heavy rain and strong winds battering

southern England again this morning. But it's not just the south of

England - Britain's longest river the Severn, is rising in the

Midlands. It's caused huge problems in Worcester, where Nel found

yesterday that getting to school can be really difficult.

, where 29 kids, to a classroom full, haven't been able to get in

because of the floods. Those who have have have had really difficult

journeys. It was kind of weird, because all the roads that we cycled

on, pretty much all of them were closed. And also, we had to cycle

along one flooded one, so it is weird. All the fields were just

water. You couldn't see the difference between the river and the

fields. Next up, the use of mobile phones

and the internet is changing how young people are being bullied. The

children's charity NSPCC says over a third of kids have been bullied

online, and it can be a really upsetting and difficult thing to

deal with. In a special Newsround this afternoon, I'll be taking a

look at the world of cyber-bullying, speaking to young victims and

finding out about their experiences. I got a notification on my phone. I

wasn't sure if it was someone's idea of a sick joke. Everybody has a

smartphone, and it's always there, Facebook, whatever. You can get away

from it. Feels like you are trapped in a room where there are no windows

and no doors, and the world are just closing in on you and you can't

escape. I have come to the school in Manchester to see just how much of

an impact it is having childrenlives.

There was one girl that used to start arguments with me over

Facebook and it used to upset me every day. At school, there are

teachers to solid, but at home, when you are on your computer, there is

Nolan to solder. Cyberbullying has been in the news recently, and we

know you are more worried about it. Being targeted online can be an

upsetting experience, and something that can happen to anyone. For Zoe,

life revolves around the internet. She is a video blogger. Hello

everyone! She now has over 3 million subscribers to her videos and get

thousands of comments posted. But that success has also made her a

target for online bullying. I have had comments about my appearance,

people telling me I am too skinny to be able model. Pretty much anything

you can think of, I have probably read. Are finding abortive he feels

like to be targeted online and how you can deal with cyberbullying.

back is likely to be made illegal in England and Wales. Last night, lots

of MPs voted to support a ban, which means the government is now able to

make it law. But it's now up to the people in charge to decide whether

it should be introduced. But some people say it's a step too far.

One Direction and Ellie Goulding are among the stars who'll fight it out

for the BRIT Award for best music video. 1D's Best Song Ever is one of

five nominations, along with Burn by Ellie Goulding. The winner will be

decided in a online public vote via Twitter, which will take place

during the live show next Wednesday. Calvin Harris, John Newman and

Naughty Boy are also in the running. Last up, there's more Team GB medal

prospects at the Winter Olympics in Sochi today. Katie Summerhayes has

qualified for the skiing slopestyle final, which starts in less than an

hour. The 18-year-old was third best in qualifying and says she's got a

special new move she's saving for the final. We'll bring you that
