First up - junk food. A group representing most UK doctors says

they want big changes to the way fast food and fizzy drinks are

advertised as part of their plans to get us in shape. At the moment

one in three kids will leave primary school overweight and they

want that to change, as Joe's been finding out. Advertising - it is

big business. This year it is expected companies will spend �17.2

billion in the UK to get people interested in their product, but

the advertisements you see could be about to change. A group of doctors

want advertisements for unhealthy foods banned before 8pm at night.

One in four adults are classed as obese in the UK, and experts

predict that will double by 2050. A group is calling on the government

to treat unhealthy foods the same way it treat smoking - no

advertisements. They have also recommended the price of fizzy

drinks goes up by 20%, and they want to limit the amount of fast

food places. This proposal would mean the advertisement breaks on

shows like the X Factor would be junk food free. One of the things

we don't know is whether it will really work because it has not been

done before, but it might change the way people behave and the

things they buy. The proposals have been criticised as unbalanced,

saying plans are already under way to improve public health. The

government is being asked to do more to change the shape of Britain.

archaeologists say they've discovered jewellery dating back

4,000 years underground. The team of experts found the treasure

buried alongside the remains of a skeleton, which they think is from

the bronze age - around 2,000 BC! It's rare to find earring studs and

beads in such good condition, as the Dartmoor soil is usually too

acidic to preserve things. If you're 13 or under and a budding

writer, the BBC 500 Words competition is giving you the

chance to prove what you can do with 500 words! Last year thousands

of kids wrote stories about everything from Justin Bieber to a

chocolate dinosaur! Hayley has been to meet this year's head judge

Richard Hammond. Tell me about this competition. For one thing, it is

for everybody to join in. Basically we want stories to come in 500

words and it is up to you. It is a terrifying brief because it is

entirely up to you. Anything? Literally, anything. Take one thing

in your life. I am excited at looking at some really thrilling

writing from these incredibly exciting young imaginations.

Finally, some very lucky tourists in California got a shock when

their boat was surrounded by a super-pod of dolphins. The boat's

captain said he could see the group of creatures stretching for seven
