Hello. I'm Jenny live this Sunday lunchtime with your next Newsround | :00:25. | :00:35.
update. On this last day of the Sochi Games, you've been telling us | :00:36. | :00:38.
your Winter Olympics highlights. First to Ukraine, a country whose | :00:39. | :00:45.
leader has disappeared. President Victor Yanukovich is at the centre | :00:46. | :00:48.
of what looks like a revolution. He has been removed by the country's | :00:49. | :00:51.
parliament and a stand-in president has been appointed. A huge amount | :00:52. | :00:55.
has happened in Ukraine in the past few days, so I've been taking a look | :00:56. | :00:59.
back at an extraordinary week. Ukraine. A country in crisis. But | :01:00. | :01:03.
why did it all start? In November last year, Ukraine's President | :01:04. | :01:05.
Viktor Yanukovych decided not to sign a deal with the European Union. | :01:06. | :01:09.
He wanted Ukraine to stay closer to Russia. People took to Independent | :01:10. | :01:12.
Square and began protesting peacefully about the decision. They | :01:13. | :01:15.
want to be part of Europe and don't like how the President runs Ukraine. | :01:16. | :01:18.
But on Tuesday those protests turned violent. Dozens were killed and many | :01:19. | :01:22.
more injured in days of fierce clashes between police and | :01:23. | :01:24.
protestors. Both sides blamed each other for the violence. It carried | :01:25. | :01:28.
on until Friday when the President announced a deal to hold elections | :01:29. | :01:31.
before the end of this year. But the protestors said they wanted nothing | :01:32. | :01:34.
less than the President's resignation. By Saturday morning, | :01:35. | :01:36.
the President was nowhere to be seen. Protestors took control of the | :01:37. | :01:41.
presidential palace which had been left empty. Everybody wants to know | :01:42. | :01:52.
where is the President? Ukraine's MPs voted to remove the President | :01:53. | :01:54.
and released his biggest rival, former Prime Minister Yulia | :01:55. | :01:57.
Tymoshenko from prison, where she had been for three years. So what | :01:58. | :02:00.
next for Ukraine? At the moment, no-one knows. President Yanukovych | :02:01. | :02:05.
has spoken on TV saying he is not going anywhere and this attack on | :02:06. | :02:08.
his leadership is illegal. Meanwhile, thousands of protestors | :02:09. | :02:11.
are still in Independence Square in Kiev and say they won't go anywhere | :02:12. | :02:18.
until the President steps down. To the Winter Olympics in Sochi now, | :02:19. | :02:22.
and in the past hour we've had the final run in the four-man bobsleigh. | :02:23. | :02:31.
Both British teams were in action. Britain were in sixth place and | :02:32. | :02:35.
needed to catch up two tenths of a second for bronze. They made their | :02:36. | :02:41.
fastest start and had a great run, but couldn't make up enough time and | :02:42. | :02:46.
ended up in fifth place. Rush up one gold. -- Russia won gold. | :02:47. | :02:58.
We want to know what your favourite moment from the Games has been. Head | :02:59. | :03:01.
over to the Newsround website and tell us what your highlight has | :03:02. | :03:03.
been. Loads of you have been in touch | :03:04. | :03:06.
already. Charlotte from Hampshire said: The moment I enjoyed most was | :03:07. | :03:10.
Jenny Jones getting bronze in the snowboarding. I love snowboarding! | :03:11. | :03:12.
But Matthew's highlight was the curling, even though he didn't even | :03:13. | :03:16.
know what it was until a few days ago! Lizzie said one of her | :03:17. | :03:19.
favourite Winter Olympic sports has been the snowboard cross, because | :03:20. | :03:22.
there were lots of thrills, spills, photo finishes, and plenty of drama. | :03:23. | :03:25.
And Diya's favourite moment was when Lizzy Yarnold received a gold medal | :03:26. | :03:28.
for the skeleton! She said: I thought it was really inspiring. | :03:29. | :03:31.
Thanks for those, guys. Skeleton superstar Lizzie Yarnold is | :03:32. | :03:34.
gearing up to fly Britain's flag, as the Closing Ceremony gets going from | :03:35. | :03:37.
four this afternoon. Lizzie dominated the women's skeleton | :03:38. | :03:40.
event, to win GB's 10th gold medal in the history of the Winter Games, | :03:41. | :03:44.
setting two track records on her way to victory. Amy Williams, who won | :03:45. | :03:48.
gold in the skeleton four years ago, says leading out her team will be a | :03:49. | :03:57.
special experience for Lizzy. It is such a great honour to be | :03:58. | :04:04.
chosen to carry the flag. As she has brought home the gold medal, to have | :04:05. | :04:09.
your team-mates behind you and walk into that closing ceremony, it is an | :04:10. | :04:12.
amazing experience and I hope she enjoys it and flags that -- flies | :04:13. | :04:20.
that flag proud for Great Britain. England are back in the running for | :04:21. | :04:24.
the Six Nations rugby after a tense finish against Ireland at Twickenham | :04:25. | :04:27.
yesterday. Rob Carney's try gave the Irish a 10-3 lead after half-time. | :04:28. | :04:31.
But England fought back, with scrum half Danny Care scoring a brilliant | :04:32. | :04:34.
try. England held on through the closing stages to pick up a vital | :04:35. | :04:38.
win. It means four teams are tied at the top of the table going into next | :04:39. | :04:41.
weekend's matches. And Scotland got the first win of their campaign with | :04:42. | :04:45.
a dramatic victory over Italy in Rome in the early match. Duncan | :04:46. | :04:49.
Weir's drop goal in the dying seconds of the game sealed a brave | :04:50. | :04:52.
win for the Scots. In today's Premier League football, | :04:53. | :04:56.
Liverpool will be looking to cement their place in the top four, when | :04:57. | :04:59.
they take on Swansea at half past one, while at the same time, | :05:00. | :05:02.
Newcastle will welcome their captain Fabricio Coloccini back for their | :05:03. | :05:07.
mid-table clash with Aston Villa. In the late kick off, Norwich will be | :05:08. | :05:10.
desperate for a win over Spurs, to lift them away from the relegation | :05:11. | :05:14.
zone. In yesterday's action, Chelsea stayed top of the table, with a | :05:15. | :05:19.
last-minute 1-0 win over Everton. Frank Lampard's in-swinging free | :05:20. | :05:22.
kick found John Terry in the box to give Jose Mourinho's side the vital | :05:23. | :05:30.
three points. While the Premier League's new best-paid player, Wayne | :05:31. | :05:32.
Rooney scored the second for Manchester United to give them a 2-0 | :05:33. | :05:36.
away win over Crystal Palace, moving them up into sixth place. And | :05:37. | :05:42.
Arsenal cruised to a 4-1 victory over Sunderland yesterday. Olivier | :05:43. | :05:45.
Giroud marked his return to action with two goals for the Gunners. They | :05:46. | :05:49.
now stay in second place, one point off Chelsea. | :05:50. | :05:54.
That's all from me. Newsround is back at 1:30pm. Bye. | :05:55. | :06:01. |
