the wild. People in the Netherlands have been trying to do the same to

an or ka rescued there last year. This is the moment Morgan's life

was saved. She was found exhausted and struggling to breath in swallow

waters. A team of rescuers took her back to a park and nursed her back

to health. Her rescuers think it is best she stays in captivity.

She might try and get in touch with humans or have behaviour not

interpreted correctly by the group. A group of scientists and experts

went to court to try and block plans to send her to a theme park

in Spain. Their website has got more than 50,000 hits a day. In the

they cannot live longer than 20 years. The main reasons why this

life span is so shortened is because of the stress and because

of the over exploitation. If Morgan was to be released she would have

to track down her family again or find one which might adopt her.

With a lot of sea to search, some say she would struggle on her own.

The judge in the case agrees, saying Morgan would not have a

decent chance of surviving in the wild. Despite the ruling,

campaigners say they will continue to fight to free Morgan and others

like her. OK, from the giants of the deep to

the thick ice of the Arctic, the home of polar bears. Scientists in

Hudson Bay have used webcams to film the bears. It is being

streamed live on the web. Don't think about checking it out until

Newsround has finished, of course! 14-year-old Hannah is one of the

youngest people in the country to get a guide dog. She is partially

sighted and wants more blind or partially-sighted kids to have the

chance to get a dog like hers. I am Hannah. This is Rory. He is a

Golden Retriever, he is two and is my new guide dog. I am about to go

to school. As well as packing my bag I have to pack Rory's as well.

I have poo bags, blankets, treats and his toy. I can see basic

colours and shapes. I can't see any detail.

Rory helps me a lot when it comes to roads. He will wait at a curb.

If there's a car coming, then he'll wait.

I'm just getting all my work. He'll be relaxed and go to sleep. He

keeps out of the way. If I need to get up to go anywhere then I can

put his harness on and he'll be ready again. I think more young

people should get guide dogs because it has given me more

confidence so I can go out and go to the shops with my friends. It is

giving me more opportunities. the dog first came into class it

was a bit strange. After a while we got used to it. Now she is quicker

and can get on and off the buses. It is easier. He helps Hannah

around the school. We have a bit of fun with him at break times. Rory

will be with me probably another eight years before he retires. I am

really looking forward to the rest of the years because I can build up

a really strong relationship with him and we'll have a really good
