Morning. I'm Ricky and this is Newsround.

:00:11.:00:13.

First up, we all feel angry, worried or sad at times.

:00:14.:00:15.

But when those feelings start affecting our daily lives,

:00:16.:00:20.

It's a sign of a mental health problem, and it's thought

:00:21.:00:28.

They're harder to spot than other health problems

:00:29.:00:31.

But many people find it really hard to talk about mental health.

:00:32.:00:37.

Newsround has made a special film about this

:00:38.:00:38.

It's presented by Josh, who wants us all to know how important

:00:39.:00:47.

I'm Josh, I'm 14 and I love playing hockey.

:00:48.:00:54.

I'm just like you except for one thing.

:00:55.:00:58.

It's all right to suffer, but as long as you talk about it.

:00:59.:01:19.

So you would think it would be easy for me and thousands

:01:20.:01:22.

I didn't tell anyone how I was feeling for over a year,

:01:23.:01:30.

Now I want to find out why it is so hard to talk

:01:31.:01:35.

And what can be done to make it better.

:01:36.:01:41.

This is Inside My Head, a Newsround special.

:01:42.:01:43.

Josh suffers from a mental health problem called

:01:44.:01:46.

obsessive compulsive disorder - or OCD.

:01:47.:01:49.

He didn't tell anyone about how he was feeling for a year

:01:50.:01:52.

When I was 11, I started to worry about bad things happening.

:01:53.:01:59.

And the only thing that made me feel better was washing my hands.

:02:00.:02:05.

I found myself needing to write every three lines.

:02:06.:02:19.

And certain numbers really freaked me out.

:02:20.:02:23.

People at school noticed, and ask me what I was doing.

:02:24.:02:25.

Because I didn't understand what was happening to me.

:02:26.:02:32.

You can see the rest of Josh's story

:02:33.:02:39.

in Inside My Head - A Newsround Special

:02:40.:02:41.

Or you can watch it right here on the CBBC Channel

:02:42.:02:46.

And there's tonnes of help and advice

:02:47.:02:49.

Dr Radha from Radio 1 answers lots of questions for you,

:02:50.:02:55.

and top author Michael Rosen explains

:02:56.:02:59.

why talking about your feelings really does help.

:03:00.:03:03.

A powerful cyclone has hit Queensland in Australia.

:03:04.:03:07.

Named Cyclone Debbie, the category four storm

:03:08.:03:09.

It's left more than 45,000 people without power,

:03:10.:03:14.

Australian Prime Minister Malcolm Turnbull has said

:03:15.:03:18.

there is a disaster response plan in place and lots of people

:03:19.:03:23.

are being encouraged to evacuate their homes for safety.

:03:24.:03:26.

Now, did you know a brand new ?1 coin

:03:27.:03:29.

is being released in the UK today?

:03:30.:03:30.

Here are a few fun facts to impress your mates with.

:03:31.:03:33.

The the brand-new ?1 coin has 12 sides. It is made of two different

:03:34.:03:46.

coloured metals and it has loads of new features which mean it is extra

:03:47.:03:52.

hard to make fake copies of. The new design represents the four nations

:03:53.:03:57.

that make up the UK including the English Rose, the Welsh leek,

:03:58.:04:02.

Scottish Thistle and Irish shamrock. It was designed by a 15-year-old boy

:04:03.:04:07.

called David Pearce, who won a competition. Some people are worried

:04:08.:04:11.

that the new coin might not work in things like supermarket trolleys and

:04:12.:04:15.

vending machines. Companies have a lots of time to make changes to the

:04:16.:04:19.

machines and trolleys that take the coins, so most of them should work

:04:20.:04:24.

OK. By the end of the year, 1.5 billion of these coins will have

:04:25.:04:28.

been made and on October 15 you will not be able to use the old coins in

:04:29.:04:33.

shops, but don't worry, you can swap them at the bank for the new ones.

:04:34.:04:37.

Nature conservationists have been trying to reintroduce beavers

:04:38.:04:38.

And at this special site in Devon in the South of England

:04:39.:04:46.

the beavers who live there have been doing well.

:04:47.:04:48.

Using a drone camera, scientist were able to see

:04:49.:04:50.

that the beavers had been busy making dams -

:04:51.:04:52.

which help to act as a natural defence against flooding.

:04:53.:04:54.

That's all from me, Newsround's back right here in about half an hour.

:04:55.:04:58.
