I'm Calum Scott. My song went huge, but it wasn't always like that.

I was working in an office for eight years before all this,

and I thought that's what I'd be doing for the rest of my life.

So, yeah, if you work hard, you achieve.

That's right. If you want to be a singer, you have to take it

very seriously. No messing around!

When the music stops, one of you's going to be without a carrot,

but which one will it be?

I mean, Calum Scott, amazing songs and bunnies space-hopping

in the garden. Plot twist - this show has everything!

In the final, it's Kelly Marie's mum who's desperate to win

that sing-off spot...

I would not like to be Kelly Marie's mum right now.

That's some tough competition.

Georgia's mum has bounced her way to gold,

and Kelly Marie's mum is not a happy bunny.

Win or lose, all those mums should be congratulated -

that looks tiring.

Just watching it made me hungry.

Or maybe it was all those carrots. I'm not sure.

This week's episode of My Life - the documentary series -

follows two brothers, called Felix and Luca, who live on

a beautiful desert island in Tonga.

This is the island of Fofoa -

our home and our own personal adventure playground.

And, as you'd expect, living on an island is full of adventure.

And sticking leaves on your face.

The "feel like you're on a desert island DIY kit."

What's amazing about living on an island like theirs

is they get to explore and swim so close to creatures

that you only normally get to see on nature documentaries.

When Felix and Luca want to watch TV, they look in the sea.

They even get to see what a whale looks like, close-up.

That's like a 3-D TV. They're really expensive.

Can you see the reefs under the water?

They're so important to the whales as this is where they come

to give birth because it is warm, safe and calm.

Being in the water with a whale, it feels really magical

because it's such a big, intelligent creature.

Unfortunately, though, lots of animals are in danger

because of global warming, which is a thing that means

either animals are getting too sweaty or too cold.

But things can still be done.

We're really worried about the coral around our island,

but don't know enough about how to help it.

So Mum asked her friend - Karen, a marine expert - for help.

So, a couple of things. One is that there's no rubbish around,

especially plastic and plastic bags that can float into the ocean.

Earlier, when they were swimming with the whales,

I did wonder what whales were always singing about.

To my ear, it just sounds like they're moaning.

You'd think a whale would be swimming about really happy

with all those free snacks being dropped in whenever they want,

or don't want. They don't really get a say in it. There could be

a crisp still in that packet. But, apparently, actually they hate it

and it's not OK and "my home isn't a bin."

Can you imagine if a whale just dropped a can of beans on your head?

You'd think you were dreaming. That's what whales feel like.

They want to try and pinch themselves to wake them up,

but unfortunately whales don't have fingers.

Or a language, that humans understand,

in which we can hear them say, "Hey, humans, don't ruin everything."

If kids are on a beach and they just come across any tiny...

Even just a bottle cap, or a piece of rubbish,

they could just pick it up and put it in the bin.

But however bad things may seem, it's good that My Life

is there as a reminder that we can still help,

whether it's as simple as picking up rubbish...

Do you think this whale wants this pack of salt and vinegar? No.

Or a reminder to keep your friends close, especially if your

friend is a Sea Hare, called Robin.

So this is Robin.

They have a big nose, same eyes.

What I love about that is that he recognises Robin out of all

the other Sea Hares.

And, also, that somewhere in the world is a Sea Hare called Robin.

How many others are still out there, waiting to be named?

Like a Sally, maybe. Sally the Sea Hare.

Bob, little Bob, somewhere out there, in the sea...

dreaming.

I'm not crying. I just went swimming in the ocean.

Do you ever sit and wonder how the creators of The Next Step

came up with the idea for Lost & Found Music Studios?

The Next Step is a huge success, but I want it to be bigger.

-Any ideas?

-What about a show about young musicians?

Excellent! And they'll spend all their time in the music studios

where no-one questions them about why they're not in school!

-Precisely!

-I love it. We just need a name. Hmm.

In this week's Lost & Found, Mr T and Parker

were announcing the annual Rock Against The Clock competition,

where members have to form a band and write and perform a song

all in a day.

All the bands have to write a brand-new song and perform it today.

The winning band gets to sign the arch.

But in true Mr T fashion, there was a twist.

It's probably what the T stands for.

And you know that I can't make it easy on you.

So, this year, the wrench is that every band

is going to trade a member with another band.

Luke and Leia's band have to decide on who to trade.

Leia instantly wheedles herself into the boys' band to get closer

to Luke, but instead scares him off to the girls' band.

All right, change of plans!

I'm leaving.

Leia, come on in!

-OK!

-Welcome.

Right. I bid you all adieu.

This is all because Leia still has a serious crush on Luke,

whom himself previously admitted to liking her, too,

but covered it up by saying it was a joke.

But now Luke leaving means he'll be spending more time with Maggie,

who also likes Luke. And that's also the reason why Maggie and Leia

don't get along. Phew! Man, you need a flow chart just to keep track of

who likes who, who's fallen out with who, and now who's in whose band.

Elsewhere, Jude found himself taking part in one of the

worst auditions ever.

That's way too much talent for one tiny bedroom!
