Former Labour MP Jim Devine has been released from prison after

serving just one quarter of his sentence. He was jailed for

expenses fraud in March of this year and it is understood his

release from Standford Hill Prison was conditional on a tagging scheme.

The for Mark M P was the third member of parliament to be jailed

for fiddling expenses. The others have since been released under the

same tagging scheme. Jim Devine falsely claimed �48,000 for

cleaning which never took place between 2008 and 2009. At his trial

the judge called him a liar who defrauded the public purse in a

calculated and deliberate way. Police have appealed for private

CCTV footage after the investigation into a fire which

killed eight father and his two children. The fire took place in

Helen's bomber and claimed the life of Thomas Starkey and his children,

-- his children Thomas and Bridget. -- Helen's borough.

I would appeal to anybody who could come forward with CCTV from a

property near by with an external view.
