Welcome to Reporting Scotland. Tonight on your national news... | :00:14. | :00:17.
A new warning that the Scottish government can't call a legal | :00:17. | :00:24.
independence referendum. Alex Salmond says he's confident he can. | :00:24. | :00:27.
A court hears a police tape of this teenager admitting that he had | :00:27. | :00:32.
killed schoolboy Jack Frew. A victory for equal rights - the | :00:32. | :00:35.
women who fought for decades to be paid the same as men for an | :00:35. | :00:44.
equivalent job. We have won a. It has taken time, but we have one. | :00:44. | :00:48.
are going to get our money now. It is lovely. | :00:48. | :00:51.
And later in the programme... It is a sport that requires the | :00:51. | :00:54.
footwork of a dancer combined with ruthless precision - meet the | :00:54. | :00:57.
Scottish fencing champion hoping for Olympic glory. | :00:57. | :01:00.
A former deputy first minister has warned again that the Scottish | :01:00. | :01:09.
government cannot legally call an independence referendum. The BBC | :01:09. | :01:13.
has learned that the Scottish Government is preparing to drop its | :01:13. | :01:18.
opposition. The UK Government's most senior Loch officer in | :01:18. | :01:21.
Scotland has warned that the Scottish Government cannot legally | :01:21. | :01:31.
:01:31. | :01:32. | ||
call the referendum. Eight ban on cigarette no scenes | :01:32. | :01:36.
has been repeatedly delayed because tobacco firms are challenging it in | :01:36. | :01:41.
the courts. Tonight, the UK Government's Law Officer for | :01:41. | :01:46.
Scotland suggested that the same fate could befall an independence | :01:46. | :01:49.
referendum if called by the Scottish Government under its | :01:49. | :01:54.
existing powers. We think it could successfully be challenged. But | :01:54. | :01:58.
that would leave everyone feeling that it is not right. The mood is | :01:59. | :02:02.
there that this matter should be decided. That is why the police | :02:02. | :02:07.
that if we go down the road that whether to governments sit down and | :02:07. | :02:12.
work this out, a referendum can take place on a sound legal footing. | :02:12. | :02:16.
To keep the referendum out of the courts, the UK Government is | :02:16. | :02:19.
offering to lend Alex Salmond explicit legal authority to hold | :02:19. | :02:24.
the boat. There are three conditions. It is a single question | :02:24. | :02:30.
- yes or no. That he drops plans to let 16 and 17 year-olds take part. | :02:30. | :02:36.
And that he uses the UK body, the Electoral Commission, to supervise | :02:36. | :02:40.
the ballot. The first Minister does not like these terms. As he | :02:40. | :02:44.
listened to advice from his economic Council today, he made | :02:44. | :02:48.
clear that he was not keen to take legal guidance from the UK | :02:48. | :02:52.
Government. The one thing that puzzles me about the UK Government | :02:52. | :02:57.
is that after last year's election, they said they did not want a | :02:57. | :03:00.
debate on legal technicalities. They acknowledged our political | :03:00. | :03:05.
mandate to hold a referendum. Now, be seen to talk about nothing else. | :03:05. | :03:08.
Why don't they just accept the democratic verdict of the Scottish | :03:08. | :03:14.
people? Alex Salmond reckons he already has enough legal clout to | :03:14. | :03:18.
hold a recommend an -- referendum. He will hold talks next week as | :03:18. | :03:22.
both sides search for an agreed way to ask the public if they want | :03:22. | :03:27.
Scotland to become an independent country or stay inside the UK. | :03:27. | :03:30.
There have been some developments in and around the independence | :03:30. | :03:39.
refererndum tonight. What have you found out? | :03:39. | :03:43.
The move on the Electoral Commission is significant. If the | :03:43. | :03:47.
Scottish Government is prepared to accept electoral supervision for a | :03:47. | :03:51.
referendum called by this Parliament, then one of the three | :03:51. | :03:56.
potential barriers to an agreed way forward between the Scottish | :03:56. | :04:01.
Government and the UK Government on a referendum is removed. Yes, when | :04:01. | :04:05.
Alex Salmond meets the Scottish Secretary one week today and in | :04:05. | :04:09.
later meetings with the Prime Minister, they may still wrangle | :04:09. | :04:13.
over whether 16 and 17 year olds should get the vote, whether there | :04:13. | :04:16.
should be one question or possibly a second question testing an option | :04:16. | :04:21.
which would give Hollywood more powers within the UK, that is all | :04:21. | :04:27.
still up for debate. It seems the question of an Electoral Commission | :04:27. | :04:32.
involvement is no longer an impediment. Why? What has changed? | :04:32. | :04:38.
The UK Government. The speech from the Lord Wallace tonight indicated | :04:38. | :04:42.
that the UK Ministers are prepared to let the Electoral Commission | :04:42. | :04:47.
report to this Parliament for the purposes of this referendum. That | :04:47. | :04:51.
has reassured the Scottish Government. An agreed way forward | :04:51. | :04:54.
is edging closer. And there'll be more on that story | :04:54. | :05:01.
on Sunday Politics Scotland. Here's Isabel Fraser with a look ahead. | :05:01. | :05:06.
The Government's top adviser on big questions for the economy. The | :05:06. | :05:08.
Advocate-General on the independence of Scots' lock and | :05:08. | :05:14.
what about a fat tax? BBC One, 1230. The jury in the Jack Frew murder | :05:14. | :05:17.
trial has heard a taped police interview in which Craig Roy | :05:17. | :05:21.
admitted killing the teenager. 17- year-old Roy said that Jack Frew | :05:21. | :05:31.
:05:31. | :05:34. | ||
was blackmailing him over sex. Craig Roy arrives at the High Court | :05:34. | :05:38.
with his mother for the third day of his trial, accused of murdering | :05:38. | :05:42.
his schoolmate, Jack Frew. The jury heard from former detective James | :05:42. | :05:46.
Munro, who took charge of the scene where Jack was killed. He said he | :05:46. | :05:50.
had noticed that Jack's throat was cut and when he turned the body | :05:50. | :05:55.
over, he saw several injuries to his front and back. Jack Frew was | :05:55. | :06:00.
openly gay, as is Craig Roy. The court heard that jacket sent him a | :06:00. | :06:03.
sexually explicit text message harks back before he died and they | :06:03. | :06:07.
had a sexual encounter some months earlier. Craig Roy claims he was | :06:07. | :06:11.
being blackmailed. He admits he killed Jack Frew in these woods | :06:11. | :06:16.
near the school. They went there together. In a two you are a long | :06:16. | :06:20.
interview with police, he said Jack was a sex pest who never stopped | :06:20. | :06:24.
pressurising. In the tape, Craig Roy says he had taken a knife from | :06:24. | :06:27.
the kitchen cupboard at home but could not remember killing Jack. I | :06:28. | :06:32.
took a knife, thinking that would scare him. He wanted me to have sex | :06:32. | :06:35.
with them. That is when it got a bit blurry. At the end of his | :06:35. | :06:38.
interview, Craig Roy was formally charged with the murder of Jack | :06:38. | :06:42.
Frew. He was asked by detectives that he wanted to say anything. In | :06:42. | :06:46.
a quiet voice, he said that it was never meant to happen and that he | :06:46. | :06:51.
felt horrible that he could not take it back. Jack Frew's family | :06:51. | :06:55.
has been in court throughout the file - a trial. His mother sobbed | :06:55. | :06:59.
as the police interview was played. You're watching Reporting Scotland | :06:59. | :07:03.
from the BBC. Still to come on the programme... | :07:03. | :07:06.
A special report from India on a company that's one of Scotland's | :07:06. | :07:08.
big success stories. In sport... | :07:08. | :07:13.
News of Rangers' latest signing, but is his name Selik or Che-lik. | :07:13. | :07:16.
It doesn't really matter, because Rangers are calling him Mervan. | :07:16. | :07:20.
And en garde! I'll be crossing swords with one of Scotland's | :07:20. | :07:27.
Olympic hopefuls. All that coming up... | :07:27. | :07:32.
An unspeakable act of depravity. Those were the words of a judge to | :07:32. | :07:35.
a man who raped a 14-month-old girl in Grangemouth and shared the | :07:35. | :07:39.
images on the internet. David Morrison will stay in jail until he | :07:39. | :07:47.
no longer poses a risk to the public. | :07:48. | :07:51.
David Morrison was caught only after a friend alerted police. He | :07:51. | :07:57.
had confessed to her he fantasised about sex in front of children. It | :07:57. | :08:00.
was in these crime labs that detectives spent hours deciphering | :08:00. | :08:04.
online lobs, examining hard drives. They found hundreds and thousands | :08:04. | :08:09.
of videos and images of children being abused. But police soon | :08:09. | :08:13.
realise that he had not just been looking. This was a breakthrough | :08:13. | :08:18.
moment. We were able to identify from the chat lobs that the | :08:18. | :08:24.
individual involved had been abusing a child. We were then able | :08:24. | :08:29.
to link that to see that he had actually taken a photograph, and | :08:29. | :08:34.
from the photograph, we took it one step further. Iman's hand is | :08:34. | :08:40.
clearly visible in an image of a child being abuse. Be sent this | :08:40. | :08:45.
photograph of David Morrison's hands along with the abusive image | :08:45. | :08:49.
for comparison. For her, it was like a fingerprint. Anatomically, | :08:50. | :08:54.
we know that there is so much information written into your hand. | :08:54. | :08:59.
It is our job to extract that information and to lick it has | :08:59. | :09:04.
similarities to somebody else. was Morrison's hand. He had raid a | :09:04. | :09:10.
child only 14 months old. This case sparked a worldwide investigation, | :09:10. | :09:14.
leading to more than 90 prosecutions here and overseas. | :09:14. | :09:19.
things he was sentenced for today were beyond normal human reason. | :09:19. | :09:23.
The acts against a defenceless child that people will not be able | :09:23. | :09:28.
to comprehend, it has taken us a lot of work to get here. But now he | :09:28. | :09:32.
is being punished. The judge described David Morrison's actions | :09:32. | :09:36.
as unspeakable, incomprehensible acts of the property on a child. He | :09:36. | :09:40.
said he would not be released until he was no longer a risk to the | :09:40. | :09:43.
public. Two men have appeared in court in | :09:43. | :09:46.
connection with the death of a 57- year-old man in Pollokshields in | :09:46. | :09:48.
Glasgow. 20-year-old Asif Rehman and Adil Ishaq, who is 19, are | :09:48. | :09:51.
charged with murdering William McKeeney outside his home in | :09:51. | :09:55.
Melville Street on Sunday morning. Both men made no plea or | :09:55. | :10:00.
declaration and the case was continued. | :10:00. | :10:03.
No action is to be taken against the former leader of Glasgow City | :10:03. | :10:05.
Council, Steven Purcell, who was being investigated by Strathclyde | :10:05. | :10:10.
Police. Inquiries began almost two years ago when Mr Purcell resigned | :10:10. | :10:14.
suddenly. His departure sparked a surge of allegations about his | :10:14. | :10:17.
links to wealthy party backers and civic contracts and claims of a | :10:17. | :10:21.
cover-up of alleged drugs misuse. The Crown Office said there is | :10:21. | :10:24.
insufficient evidence of criminality. | :10:24. | :10:27.
The latest attempt to move the UK's clocks forward has failed after a | :10:27. | :10:32.
Westminster debate ran out of - what else - time. When the | :10:32. | :10:35.
controversial issue came up at the House of Commons, opponents managed | :10:35. | :10:40.
to block any change. Those on the other side, who were trying to move | :10:40. | :10:43.
the UK into the same time zone as Europe, argue it would be better | :10:43. | :10:53.
:10:53. | :10:53. | ||
for business and health. It is a perennial argument. Would | :10:53. | :10:56.
adding one are up to UK time give us the benefit of lighter evenings | :10:56. | :11:02.
all year round? Probably. The downside is an extra are of | :11:02. | :11:05.
darkness in the morning. But despite being thwarted at | :11:05. | :11:11.
Westminster today, campaigners say there were in increasing support. | :11:11. | :11:17.
Lots of companies are supporting this, it even the Scottish National | :11:17. | :11:20.
Farmers' Union of Scotland. Farming practices have changed over the | :11:20. | :11:24.
years. This could be beneficial. Party general safety for | :11:25. | :11:30.
pedestrians as well, but also from a sporting point of view - golfers | :11:30. | :11:39.
and cyclists would be a well up for But a three-year trial in 1968 Good | :11:39. | :11:43.
did nothing to convince the doubters. The further North you go, | :11:43. | :11:46.
the later you see the light. Towards the end of February and | :11:46. | :11:50.
March, we get far more activity done in the morning. I was not like | :11:50. | :11:56.
to seek one hour of darkness them. If you put the clocks forward | :11:56. | :12:01.
permanently, an area North of Manchester would not see Don before | :12:01. | :12:04.
9 o'clock in the morning before two months of beer. It is a non-starter. | :12:05. | :12:08.
The Government has said it did not impose a change unless it had | :12:08. | :12:13.
backing from every party in the UK. In the Commons today, even | :12:13. | :12:16.
supporters warned that forcing a time-zone change on an unwilling | :12:16. | :12:21.
public here would provoke a backlash. If this Parliament | :12:21. | :12:25.
changes the time-zone for the United Kingdom against the wishes | :12:25. | :12:28.
of the people in Scotland, that is going to give extra ammunition to | :12:28. | :12:33.
those people in Scotland who are campaigning for an independent | :12:33. | :12:37.
Scotland. So the issue is being kicked into the long grass once | :12:37. | :12:42.
again. It is bound to re-emerge, of course, but just when? On that, we | :12:42. | :12:52.
:12:52. | :12:52. | ||
It has been claimed that councils across Scotland could have to pay | :12:52. | :12:55.
out millions in compensation to female workers who have been paid | :12:55. | :12:59.
less than their male colleagues. Edinburgh City Council has just | :12:59. | :13:03.
settled out of court with hundreds of employees over disputes over | :13:03. | :13:06.
historic claims that women were being paid less than men for jobs | :13:06. | :13:11.
of equal value. This group of council workers past | :13:11. | :13:16.
and present all felt they were the victims of of form of sexual | :13:16. | :13:21.
discrimination. We have waited a long time. Now, their complex case | :13:21. | :13:26.
has finally been resolved out of court. We have one. It has taken | :13:26. | :13:32.
time, but we have one. I am happy that everything is settled. I have | :13:32. | :13:35.
been with the council 27 years. We're now going to get our money, | :13:35. | :13:41.
so it is lovely. The women here are just some of the 400 who have just | :13:41. | :13:46.
agreed a settlement. As many as 35,000 other similar cases across | :13:46. | :13:51.
Scotland are still to be resolved. This case itself has taken seven | :13:51. | :13:56.
years to come to this point. It is an important point of principle to | :13:56. | :14:00.
establish equal pay for women who do very well paid jobs. It may all | :14:00. | :14:06.
seem like something from a bygone era, women workers at this car | :14:06. | :14:11.
plant in Dagenham went on strike for equal pay in the 60s. Later, | :14:11. | :14:17.
all was changed. The issue here is, going to be much more complex. It | :14:17. | :14:23.
has its roots in moves by councils back in the 1990s to equalise | :14:23. | :14:30.
conditions of workers. Manual workers in some jobs normally done | :14:30. | :14:34.
by men received bonuses almost automatically but those doing other | :14:34. | :14:42.
jobs of the same worth, usually done by women, did not. She has now | :14:42. | :14:46.
retired and reckons she lost out on to a 3 every hour. How is he | :14:46. | :14:51.
getting as much for doing that job and I'm only getting that for what | :14:51. | :14:56.
my job entails? A Edinburgh council did not want to be interviewed on | :14:56. | :15:01.
camera, as other cases are still ongoing. Thousands of similar cases | :15:01. | :15:07.
are one going across the country. - - are all going. | :15:07. | :15:11.
I'll look at what has been happening across the country. Award | :15:11. | :15:16.
has been closed and non-urgent operations cancelled after an | :15:16. | :15:26.
:15:26. | :15:27. | ||
outbreak of a super bug in Inverness hospital. It has been | :15:27. | :15:31.
claimed that Ireland -- that Highland Council's plans to spend | :15:31. | :15:36.
money on roads damaged by the weather could be undermined by job | :15:36. | :15:42.
cuts and its roads department. A special police team is | :15:42. | :15:46.
investigating an upsurge in rural crime in Dumfries and Galloway. | :15:46. | :15:50.
They think the same gang may be responsible for breaking into for | :15:50. | :15:54.
country houses and stealing five quad bikes in the last two weeks. | :15:55. | :15:59.
It has been announced that the new RNLI et al weather lifeboat stage | :15:59. | :16:06.
and on Harris -- station on Harris is going to open on 11th May. | :16:06. | :16:11.
have taken this project too hard and we have had 50 people from a | :16:11. | :16:15.
small community expressing interest in helping the lifeboat. -- they | :16:15. | :16:20.
have taken this project to their Hearts. | :16:20. | :16:24.
1000 dogs have been practising for the biggest husky dog race in the | :16:24. | :16:29.
country. It is run on forest trails near Aviemore. We have 220 teams | :16:29. | :16:38.
this year, which is almost the maximum. We usually have around 250. | :16:38. | :16:43.
Shetland's latter-day Vikings are to take part in the Queen's diamond | :16:43. | :16:47.
jubilee celebrations. The sail up the River Thames in a replica | :16:47. | :16:53.

One of Scotland was my most successful companies is retreating | :17:11. | :17:15.
from the scene of its breakthrough success in India. Cairn Energy is | :17:15. | :17:19.
giving its shareholders more than 2 billion and pay out next month. | :17:19. | :17:25.
It is selling most of its stake in India. | :17:25. | :17:30.
The desert near endear's frontier with Pakistan, where Edinburgh form | :17:30. | :17:35.
Cairn Energy struck black gold or eight years ago. It had paid Shell | :17:35. | :17:39.
less than 10 million to take on the licence here and it is now | :17:39. | :17:46.
worth 8 billion. It has just begun -- it has just begun production | :17:46. | :17:54.
here. These fields will be producing for 30 or 40 years. | :17:54. | :18:00.
production, in three a four years' time, they will be producing 30% of | :18:00. | :18:05.
the India's energy. Anything that India has 20% of the world's | :18:05. | :18:11.
population, that is quite a feat. While it showers shareholders with | :18:11. | :18:21.
:18:21. | :18:22. | ||
billions in profit, this is hoped the company is celebrating. It has | :18:22. | :18:32.
turned his attentions to Greenland. There has been 16 months of | :18:32. | :18:38.
potential -- of intense political wrangling. It raises a significant | :18:38. | :18:43.
question about how much India is open for business. It has kept | :18:43. | :18:48.
foreign supermarket out until now to protect India's small-scale | :18:48. | :18:51.
retailers. For an investment has slowed up on a lot more is needed. | :18:51. | :18:56.
That is why the heat is on India's leaders to return to rapid growth. | :18:56. | :19:00.
Meanwhile, a small Scottish oil explorer moves on to other | :19:00. | :19:10.

prospects to seek a second fortune. Let us have a look at the sport. | :19:10. | :19:16.
Rangers' attempt to sign Francisco Sandaza has gone pear-shaped. But | :19:16. | :19:22.
they have made their feist -- their first signing of the transfer | :19:22. | :19:28.
window. They have signed Mervan Celik. They are paying 250,000 in | :19:28. | :19:37.
compensation to his former club. Rangers' new boy Mervan Celik just | :19:37. | :19:41.
chatting with me after signing a three-and-a-half-year deal. He has | :19:42. | :19:47.
made the switch from Sweden. Rangers have withdrawn co-operation | :19:47. | :19:53.
from the BBC but I asked his representative the burning question | :19:53. | :19:57.
on fans' lips. I am not sure if you're aware of all that talk | :19:57. | :20:07.
:20:07. | :20:13. | ||
surrounding his name? Yes. How do you pronounce it? His real name is | :20:13. | :20:21.
"Che-lik". Rangers have ended their interest | :20:21. | :20:26.
in Francisco Sandaza. The reason? The player does not want to sign a | :20:26. | :20:36.
:20:36. | :20:36. | ||
pre-contract agreement. They now welcome Mervan Celik to Ibrox. | :20:36. | :20:41.
Edinburgh Rugby can make sure of a place M that the quarter-finals of | :20:41. | :20:47.
the Heineken Cup. We have been watching their preparations for | :20:47. | :20:51.
their biggest match of the season. Plenty of voices, plenty of desire | :20:51. | :20:56.
as Edinburgh train for the European showdown. The man in charge knows | :20:56. | :21:02.
they must win to stay in the Cup. People remember winners, they do | :21:02. | :21:07.
not remember entertainers. It is nice to be able to play | :21:07. | :21:10.
entertaining rugby but it is effective rugby for Edinburgh Rugby, | :21:10. | :21:14.
it is the way we play, it is the brand of rugby that is played | :21:14. | :21:21.
tennis club. The game against London Irish will be a tough one. | :21:21. | :21:24.
The Scottish International's in the squad know that in terms of their | :21:24. | :21:32.
career, this one is a big one. is my first opportunity at entering | :21:32. | :21:37.
the knockout stages of the Heineken Cup. It is the premier competition | :21:37. | :21:40.
for clubs and the northern hemisphere, so that has a pretty | :21:40. | :21:48.
big thing for me as an individual. I am very excited about this game | :21:48. | :21:52.
the coming weekend. Edinburgh have scored 14 tries in five games this | :21:52. | :21:57.
year. A few more like this one on Sunday and Scotland will have its | :21:57. | :22:04.
first real European success since 2004. If we achieve it, it is | :22:04. | :22:07.
fantastic and we can reflect. Otherwise, there is a lot of work | :22:07. | :22:10.
that needs to be done in the next couple of days. The lights were on | :22:10. | :22:14.
at Murrayfield today to ensure that the pitch would be in perfect | :22:14. | :22:18.
condition. They should attract the largest ever Heineken Cup crowd on | :22:18. | :22:22.
Sunday. Thousands of Scottish rugby fans think Edinburgh's European | :22:22. | :22:27.
future is bright. News of us got targeting Olympic | :22:27. | :22:32.
glory. Sword fencer Keith Cooke has already beaten the Olympic champion | :22:32. | :22:37.
in other competitions. He believes he can bet -- beat the very best in | :22:37. | :22:46.
London. I have been to meet him. My name is Keith Cooke, Scottish | :22:46. | :22:55.
and British champion. I am part of the Olympic team for 2012. Time for | :22:55. | :23:00.
your first fencing lesson. Careful, Keith, you could have somebody's | :23:00. | :23:07.
eye out! Straighten your arm. Lunch. Two steps back. Back foot, front | :23:07. | :23:17.
:23:17. | :23:18. | ||
foot. That was terrible, wasn't it? That was all right. OK, time to | :23:18. | :23:28.
fence with the master. Ready? Fence! Heady thing you'll get on at | :23:28. | :23:34.
the Olympics. -- how do you think you will get on at the Olympics? | :23:34. | :23:39.
Daily thing I am thinking about is getting a gold medal. -- are the | :23:39. | :23:44.
only thing. The other realistic chance? With a positive attitude, | :23:44. | :23:54.
:23:54. | :24:00. | ||
you can do anything. You're doing Right, Keith, I think I have had | :24:00. | :24:06.
enough! I need to go and lie down! You have done well. I have been | :24:06. | :24:16.
:24:16. | :24:20. | ||
rumbled. He didn't actually think And that is the sport. Easily | :24:20. | :24:30.

milder. Tomorrow, it will be windy. That is Kersey's date of the area | :25:10. | :25:17.

Further south, we might see some severe gales. Across much of the | :25:23. | :25:29.
mainland, it will be windy. Across Tayside and around Dundee, in | :25:29. | :25:36.
particular. There will be some sleet or snow in the Highlands and | :25:36. | :25:46.
:25:46. | :25:46. | ||
Islands. Windy, so temperatures may be reading six or seven on the | :25:46. | :25:53.
thermometer but it will feel much colder than that. We could see | :25:53. | :25:57.
gusts of 120 miles per hour in the north-west Highlands. There could | :25:57. | :26:04.
be some blizzard conditions for a time. The best of any sunshine will | :26:04. | :26:11.
be through the east, across the Angus hills. Into the evening, the | :26:11. | :26:14.
rain and showers will start to clear away. It will be a cold and | :26:14. | :26:19.
clear night. Overnight, in two Sunday, we will have some rain | :26:19. | :26:24.
working its way in. It will be quite heavy across Strathclyde and | :26:24. | :26:32.
Argyll. For Sunday morning, there could be a risk of ice. Far less | :26:32. | :26:37.
when on Sunday. It still will be cold, with some sunshine and | :26:37. | :26:41.
showers continuing in the north and west. Some of those showers could | :26:41. | :26:48.
be wintry across the higher ground. Any real rain will just turn up on | :26:48. | :26:56.
Tuesday. Tomorrow, it will be windy. Sunday will be better than Saturday. | :26:56. | :27:01.
That is the forecast. Apologies that there was no graphics! | :27:01. | :27:06.
That was a real tour de force without the weather map. | :27:06. | :27:10.
