One, we now join the BBC's news teams where you are. | :00:00. | :00:00.
Of Tonight, on Reporting Scotland. The UK Cabinet comes to Scotland as | :00:00. | :00:12.
oil and gas takes centre stage in the independence debate. The Prime | :00:13. | :00:17.
Minister says the industry is better supported by the UK's deep pockets. | :00:18. | :00:21.
Alex Salmond says only an independent Scotland can guarantee | :00:22. | :00:26.
its stability. The closure of a private Aberdeen | :00:27. | :00:29.
school - police charge two women in connection with the investigation | :00:30. | :00:39.
into the care of children. I saw some... Some treatment of these | :00:40. | :00:44.
children that she just never have happened. | :00:45. | :00:47.
Also on the programme, How the Dragons gave their support to a | :00:48. | :00:50.
Glasgow inventor who created an energy-saving device because his | :00:51. | :00:53.
children failed to switch the lights off. And boxer Ricky Burns gives | :00:54. | :00:57.
shoppers a show as he gears up for his fifth world title defence. | :00:58. | :01:14.
It was been billed as the clash of the Cabinets. The Prime Minister and | :01:15. | :01:20.
the First Minister both brought their teams within a few miles of | :01:21. | :01:24.
each other today as the future of North Sea oil and gas became the | :01:25. | :01:27.
focus of the independence debate. The UK and Scottish Cabinets met | :01:28. | :01:30.
separately in the Aberdeen area. From there, our political editor | :01:31. | :01:43.
Brian Taylor reports. Offshore the prime minister argues | :01:44. | :01:47.
that only the UK's economic clout can extract the wealth from the | :01:48. | :01:51.
North Sea. Offshore the Scottish First Minister says that Scotland | :01:52. | :01:56.
should now take control. Here in Aberdeen the port is busy, the city | :01:57. | :02:02.
buoyant, but who is best placed to exploit the next phase of the North | :02:03. | :02:14.
Sea, those deep finds. David Cameron wants to maximise recovery and a big | :02:15. | :02:21.
step forward in carbon capture. Oil and gas is getting harder to | :02:22. | :02:24.
recover, it is more important than ever that the North Sea oil and gas | :02:25. | :02:27.
industry has the backing of the whole of the United Kingdom is the | :02:28. | :02:31.
deep pockets and a broad shoulders of the UK economy will make sure | :02:32. | :02:36.
that there is the tax allowances, the solidity, the investment, to | :02:37. | :02:39.
make sure that we go on benefiting from this for years to come. A big | :02:40. | :02:44.
day then for the debate over Scotland's future. Whilst the UK | :02:45. | :02:52.
Cabinet was in Aberdeen, the Scottish Cabinet was just import | :02:53. | :03:06.
lesson. -- Portlethen. in the 1980s I was compiling the oil and gas | :03:07. | :03:09.
index whilst he was still on the playing fields at Eton. The mass | :03:10. | :03:20.
cavern of the Treasury has accumulated mass revenue. The reason | :03:21. | :03:25.
they want to hang onto the resources is because they have done so well | :03:26. | :03:28.
out of them. I want the next 40 years of oil and gas to be a story | :03:29. | :03:32.
not just of companies and workers benefiting, which I think is very | :03:33. | :03:35.
important, but also the people of Scotland. From the earliest days, | :03:36. | :03:42.
oil has provoked political controversy. It is Scotland's oil, | :03:43. | :03:46.
said the SNP. It is British investment, said Unionist 's. | :03:47. | :03:52.
Familiar arguments, but a new phase. Oil is being cited as an | :03:53. | :03:58.
economic bonus of independence. Whilst Unionists argue that the UK | :03:59. | :04:06.
is best placed to harness the oil of the UK. The importance of the | :04:07. | :04:16.
industry cannot be overstated. It is huge. David Cameron here is | :04:17. | :04:19.
confronting... He is coming not just to Scotland but to north-east SNP | :04:20. | :04:25.
heartland and confronting an issue, Island gas, which has been a | :04:26. | :04:33.
heartland push of its own, heartland advantage to them. They believe it | :04:34. | :04:36.
is advantageous to their cause. David Cameron is confronting that | :04:37. | :04:40.
indirectly and seeing that the oil may be in Scottish waters but the | :04:41. | :04:44.
investment has been British and the tax base required to smooth out oil | :04:45. | :04:51.
price volatility is also in that UK tax base. Alex Salmond says, look | :04:52. | :04:55.
across the sea to normally, you have a country that is the same size as | :04:56. | :04:59.
Scotland that has prospered, indeed, grown extremely wealthy, on | :05:00. | :05:05.
oil. David Cameron says that right now we're facing difficult decisions | :05:06. | :05:09.
to get the hard to reach fields and that requires British clout. It is a | :05:10. | :05:13.
big issue and a big deciding point in this referendum. And the main | :05:14. | :05:21.
voters may well have been five miles apart, but no interaction -- the | :05:22. | :05:26.
main players. No interaction. Alex Salmond renewing his call for a | :05:27. | :05:30.
head-to-head televised debate with the Prime Minister. The prime | :05:31. | :05:33.
minister saying no, he does not have a vote in this referendum. He says | :05:34. | :05:38.
that it should be the direct players in the referendum that beat | :05:39. | :05:44.
head-to-head. He suggests that that is Alex Salmond and Alistair | :05:45. | :05:46.
Darling, the head of the Better Together campaign. | :05:47. | :05:54.
Let us bring you some more details. The further advantage of a carbon | :05:55. | :06:00.
capture pilot in Peterhead. Money is being made available for detailed | :06:01. | :06:04.
plans to be drawn up. Today we face a challenge. | :06:05. | :06:09.
It is a major renovation which could significantly reduce worldwide | :06:10. | :06:14.
emissions of greenhouse gas, but carbon capture technology is still | :06:15. | :06:18.
in its infancy. And one of the big five oil producers hopes to prove it | :06:19. | :06:25.
can work here in Peterhead. Visiting today, the coalition government | :06:26. | :06:30.
announced a ?100 million investment in designing the schemes, one of | :06:31. | :06:36.
just two pilot projects in the UK. We have been committed as a lotion | :06:37. | :06:43.
to develop carbon capture since 2010. We have had six entrants, it | :06:44. | :06:47.
just so happens that this project 13. The new facility would be tagged | :06:48. | :06:56.
onto one of the gas turbines pained me. It would suck out the carbon | :06:57. | :07:01.
from the emissions, send it into a pipeline deep underground and out to | :07:02. | :07:05.
sea. This is still only a development phase for carbon | :07:06. | :07:09.
capture, with the decision due next year. UK ministers insist a Yes vote | :07:10. | :07:17.
in next year's -- this year's referendum with it it in jeopardy. | :07:18. | :07:27.
Carbon capture storage is really necessary if we to it -- we are to | :07:28. | :07:36.
achieve our carbon cutting targets. Scotland has a reputation worldwide | :07:37. | :07:40.
for having developed a framework for carbon capture storage. The Dutch | :07:41. | :07:47.
oil giant Shell, which is behind the Peterhead Project says that the | :07:48. | :07:50.
outcome of the referendum is for the Scottish people to decide, with | :07:51. | :07:55.
economic stability being their only concern. As a company we need a | :07:56. | :08:06.
clear investment plan. We need stability and environment, we look | :08:07. | :08:10.
for that from which ever particular government is in power. This project | :08:11. | :08:16.
is a long way off happening, with economic and political hurdles among | :08:17. | :08:24.
those it has to overcome. You can see more on the referendum | :08:25. | :08:28.
on a special debate on BBC Two at 10.30pm tonight, where our panel of | :08:29. | :08:31.
interviewers and experts will be putting their questions to both | :08:32. | :08:34.
sides on independence debate. That's with Isobel Fraser, Gary Robertson | :08:35. | :08:36.
and Douglas Fraser. You're watching Reporting Scotland | :08:37. | :08:39.
from the BBC. Still to come on tonight's programme: We meet the | :08:40. | :08:41.
inventor who impressed the Dragons' Den with a device that powers down | :08:42. | :08:49.
the kids. In sport, the draw has been made - | :08:50. | :08:53.
now Scotland boss Gordon Strachan considers our chances at the Euro | :08:54. | :08:55.
2016 qualifiers. And as Ricky Burns prepares to | :08:56. | :08:58.
defend his world title for a fifth time, he admits the pressure is | :08:59. | :09:02.
growing. All that and more very soon. | :09:03. | :09:11.
Two women have been charged by police investigating allegations | :09:12. | :09:13.
about the standard of care at a privately run school in Aberdeen. | :09:14. | :09:16.
The Hamilton School was closed down on Friday. Today parents were given | :09:17. | :09:20.
a list of 14 immediate concerns by the Care Commission about the way | :09:21. | :09:23.
the nursery was being run. Fiona Stalker reports. | :09:24. | :09:35.
The start of another school day, but for these peoples from the Hamilton | :09:36. | :09:40.
School it is far from lessons as usual. They are being taught here, | :09:41. | :09:44.
at this mothballed primary, after Hamilton was shut down on Friday. We | :09:45. | :09:49.
came on Saturday and looked at facilities the premises. We are not | :09:50. | :09:56.
happy with their condition. But this is a temporary measure, it is a very | :09:57. | :10:02.
sad time. This new arrangement might not be ideal, but the Scottish | :10:03. | :10:05.
Government said it had no option but to close the school after inspectors | :10:06. | :10:09.
said that they were not confident children were safe and well cared | :10:10. | :10:13.
for. Then Hamilton took the decision not to open the nursery today. This | :10:14. | :10:18.
former staff member contacted authorities with concerns. I was | :10:19. | :10:24.
concerned about the treatment of children with additional support | :10:25. | :10:26.
needs, because these were not being met, when practitioners tried to | :10:27. | :10:35.
approach management about this they were not taken seriously and I saw | :10:36. | :10:44.
some... Some treatment of these children that just should never have | :10:45. | :10:49.
happened. Questions enabling and asked as why problems were not | :10:50. | :10:52.
picked on earlier. We believe that we have ticked up on issues with | :10:53. | :10:55.
this nursery before, we have taken action and parents have seen | :10:56. | :11:00.
results. As soon as this started to slip back and we have seen concerns | :11:01. | :11:05.
we have moved in quickly and thoroughly and carried out the | :11:06. | :11:09.
action we have seen today. Management at the school said they | :11:10. | :11:12.
were stunned by the decision to close the school and they did not | :11:13. | :11:16.
believe it was in the best interests of the school, the parents are the | :11:17. | :11:23.
85 staff that were employed here. Police say they're not looking for | :11:24. | :11:27.
anyone else in connection with the deaths of two people discovered last | :11:28. | :11:30.
night at their South Queensferry home. Police were called to a house | :11:31. | :11:33.
in Echline Gardens around five o'clock yesterday evening. Two | :11:34. | :11:35.
bodies were discovered and while detectives haven't confirmed any | :11:36. | :11:38.
other details, it's believed they were husband and wife Donna and | :11:39. | :11:40.
Kenneth Graham. The mother of a Territorial Army | :11:41. | :11:44.
soldier who died of heatstroke in Iraq more than ten years ago has | :11:45. | :11:47.
received an apology from the Ministry of Defence. Private Jason | :11:48. | :11:50.
Smith from Hawick died in August 2003. He had repeatedly told medical | :11:51. | :11:53.
staff he was feeling unwell before collapsing and suffering cardiac | :11:54. | :11:56.
arrest. An inquest last year ruled there was a missed opportunity for | :11:57. | :11:59.
army chiefs to step in before he collapsed. The MoD apologised | :12:00. | :12:08.
unreservedly. In the last two years the demand at | :12:09. | :12:11.
food banks around Scotland has almost tripled, according to the | :12:12. | :12:14.
latest figures. It is partly the result of welfare reforms. In | :12:15. | :12:19.
Glasgow alone there are 26 food-parcel services, one of the | :12:20. | :12:23.
largest had to close its doors last week when it ran out of supplies. | :12:24. | :12:27.
Aileen Clarke went along this morning as it got back up and | :12:28. | :12:33.
running. This is the store room at Glasgow | :12:34. | :12:39.
food bank. Today the shelves are not looking too bad, but it was quite a | :12:40. | :12:43.
different situation just a few days ago. I am joined by Grant Campbell. | :12:44. | :12:48.
Just how desperate was at last week? was very desperate, the | :12:49. | :12:54.
shelves last week were quite -- are quite full, but last week they were | :12:55. | :12:57.
quite empty. We would normally be able to give people are food parcel | :12:58. | :13:01.
to help them to the week, this is the first time we have ever had to | :13:02. | :13:06.
suspend our services. After a plea for donations to fill these shelves, | :13:07. | :13:12.
members of the public, churches and local businesses have literally, the | :13:13. | :13:16.
goods. These days it is not just the homeless that are helping. What kind | :13:17. | :13:22.
of people are you helping? We are seeing new people who are accessing | :13:23. | :13:28.
our services who would never have thought of trying to get a food | :13:29. | :13:31.
parcel. People who are in work, who have play in it, who are struggling | :13:32. | :13:38.
day to day. Staff year helped this man apply for benefits, so he is | :13:39. | :13:41.
hopeful this will be his third but last food parcel that he will need. | :13:42. | :13:48.
I left a job that I could not handle. I had a bit of savings, when | :13:49. | :13:52.
that went I had nothing. I heard about this food place. You are | :13:53. | :13:57.
hopeful that money will be coming in June we be -- and you may be will | :13:58. | :14:03.
not need the food bank after that? Yes. This is just one of a number of | :14:04. | :14:12.
food banks in this city and indeed throughout the country, but there is | :14:13. | :14:16.
great relief here today that they can resume the help that so many | :14:17. | :14:24.
people have come to rely on. Is A man and a woman have been injured in | :14:25. | :14:28.
an avalanche in the Ben Nevis area. Police Scotland say the female hill | :14:29. | :14:31.
walker is in a serious condition. The Lochaber Mountain Rescue Team | :14:32. | :14:34.
and a Royal Navy helicopter are at the scene. The avalanche in the | :14:35. | :14:37.
Coire Leis area of Lochaber was reported at just after one o'clock | :14:38. | :14:40.
this afternoon. Now for a look at some of the other | :14:41. | :14:43.
stories happening across Scotland this Monday. | :14:44. | :14:47.
Scottish businesses are to be targeted in the survey designed to | :14:48. | :14:51.
assess the effect of higher delivery charges to the north of Scotland. | :14:52. | :14:56.
Citizen advice Scotland said suppliers are penalising firms in a | :14:57. | :15:04.
large number of postcode areas. Almost one and three quarters | :15:05. | :15:08.
million pounds of lottery funding is being made available to one of | :15:09. | :15:12.
Inverness's most historic areas. The money will be used by a heritage | :15:13. | :15:18.
project to revitalise parts of Academy Street. | :15:19. | :15:22.
The ten and used by mill workers in the conservation village of new | :15:23. | :15:25.
Lanark is to be restored from heritage and motivate # lottery | :15:26. | :15:33.
funds. It is part of a ?1.6 million forge -- projects. | :15:34. | :15:40.
250 boats will mustered in Greenock this summer to sail to Glasgow on | :15:41. | :15:43.
the first weekend of the Commonwealth Games. They will head | :15:44. | :15:51.
for Pacific key. The Royal yachting Association of Scotland hope to show | :15:52. | :15:56.
that ceiling can be enjoyed by all. It is incredibly accessible. You do | :15:57. | :16:03.
not need to buy the football pitch when you start playing football. | :16:04. | :16:06.
That's the same as stealing, there are lots of good clubs. The road-mac | :16:07. | :16:12.
83 has reopened after a landslip close the carriageway at to bridge. | :16:13. | :16:19.
The road was shut at midday on Sunday and caused a 60 mile detour. | :16:20. | :16:23.
-- at butter rich. It's a familiar scene in homes | :16:24. | :16:29.
across the country - the kids leaving lights, televisions and | :16:30. | :16:32.
games consoles on while they are elsewhere. Well a father of four | :16:33. | :16:36.
from Cumbernauld was so fed up with the problem he decided to do | :16:37. | :16:39.
something about it - as Julie Peacock reports. | :16:40. | :16:46.
It is a familiar problem in homes throughout the country, TVs, stereos | :16:47. | :16:53.
and lights get switched on but they do not always gets switched off. I | :16:54. | :16:58.
cannot be bothered to squelch it off. I just leave it own. With four | :16:59. | :17:07.
children it is a big problem for the family. Most dads would just | :17:08. | :17:10.
complain about until the children left home, but Brian O'Reilly had a | :17:11. | :17:17.
different idea. It was a combination of things, frustration at the end of | :17:18. | :17:22.
the night, realising some other appliances had been left in and | :17:23. | :17:26.
having to get up and checked that things were switched off. Also a few | :17:27. | :17:31.
burnt carpets with here straighteners. That threat -- | :17:32. | :17:37.
prompted me to take action. That resulted in the energy egg which | :17:38. | :17:42.
uses motion sensors to turn off appliances if no one is in the room | :17:43. | :17:46.
with cuts of 30% in the electricity bill. If you leave the living room | :17:47. | :17:52.
and forget to switch off appliances, the energy egg will do | :17:53. | :17:58.
it for us. The timer on the bottom is set for ten minutes. If this room | :17:59. | :18:04.
is empty for ten minutes, it will take -- switch the lights off. Last | :18:05. | :18:10.
night he was on Dragons Den. He had some tough questioning. OK, I am | :18:11. | :18:28.
out. I will take a punt with you. The device is already in shops but | :18:29. | :18:35.
the investment from Dragons Den will allow the development of an app | :18:36. | :18:40.
which will allow people to control their appliances away from home. | :18:41. | :18:43.
Good luck to him. Sports news now from Rhona. | :18:44. | :18:48.
Good evening. Coatbridge boxer Ricky Burns admits there is a lot of | :18:49. | :18:52.
pressure on his shoulders as he gears up to defend his WBO | :18:53. | :18:55.
lightweight title for the fifth time. Burns insists he's due a good | :18:56. | :19:00.
performance and believes it will come against undefeated American | :19:01. | :19:02.
Terence Crawford. Our reporter Kenny Crawford, no relation, has more.... | :19:03. | :19:11.
Shoppers at the Saint Enoch Centre got more than they bargained for | :19:12. | :19:17.
today - affront row view of Ricky Burns. He was flexing his muscles in | :19:18. | :19:25.
front of a fair crowd but in five days time that will increase to | :19:26. | :19:32.
10,000 at a packed SECC. How much rests on this title defence? Every | :19:33. | :19:39.
fight is a defining career moment, but to go and beat Crawford, who is | :19:40. | :19:45.
regarded as the best lightweight in the world will be a great | :19:46. | :19:49.
achievement and the finest of his career. Strong words from his | :19:50. | :19:57.
promoter. The way everybody is talking, I have been made out to be | :19:58. | :20:02.
the underdog for this fight. There is a lot of pressure on me. I'm | :20:03. | :20:07.
putting that to the back of my mind. Training has gone well and I just | :20:08. | :20:11.
hope to get out there and put on a good performance. Two years ago he | :20:12. | :20:18.
won a straightforward victory. A few months later he flawed English | :20:19. | :20:24.
opponent Kevin Mitchell. Last week he was an easy against how Gonzales | :20:25. | :20:27.
when the Puerto Rico and retired hurt. His Mexican opponent broke his | :20:28. | :20:36.
jaw but the fight ended in a draw. Crawford has won 15 of his fights by | :20:37. | :20:43.
a knockout. Ricky Burns's fans are sure he will make a victory. | :20:44. | :20:49.
Definitely, he will win. He will find it hard to fight Ricky Burns. | :20:50. | :20:54.
He has been training hard so he will do well. He will have to do if he | :20:55. | :20:59.
wants to keep this. The Scotland manager Gordon Strachan | :21:00. | :21:02.
believes there will be a 4-way battle for second place behind | :21:03. | :21:05.
Germany in Euro 2016 qualifying Group D. Strachan was in Nice at the | :21:06. | :21:09.
weekend for the draw that could define his time in charge. Our | :21:10. | :21:11.
senior football reporter Alasdair Lamont was there too. | :21:12. | :21:25.
It is Carnival time here, but in two years the carnival will be of the | :21:26. | :21:31.
football variety. Euro 2016 will be held here in France and Scotland | :21:32. | :21:34.
want to be part of that, this is the group they will have to get out of. | :21:35. | :21:40.
Gibraltar make their debut and Germany are top seeds. Is it a | :21:41. | :21:48.
street fight for second place? I would imagine so, the Germans made | :21:49. | :21:53.
make one mistake. They always qualify. The three teams, Ireland, | :21:54. | :22:02.
Poland, they are close together. It will be a nice fight for them. A | :22:03. | :22:08.
trip to face the Germans beckons first for the Scots. Then they play | :22:09. | :22:19.
George V. It will be great. I am looking forward to it. -- George V. | :22:20. | :22:28.
He's not the only one in group D with Scottish connections. I can | :22:29. | :22:36.
just imagine now, my young grandchild is half Scottish. | :22:37. | :22:40.
Scotland will not be expecting any favours when this trophy begins in | :22:41. | :22:44.
earnest. Now, a look at what else is | :22:45. | :22:49.
happening across Scottish sport. A new Scottish record of 13 league | :22:50. | :22:57.
matches without conceding a goal for Celtic goalkeeper Fraser Forster. | :22:58. | :23:01.
Neil Lennon has challenged the rest of the team to smash the league -- | :23:02. | :23:09.
the club's record of points. If Fraser keeps a clean sheet at the | :23:10. | :23:13.
weekend, there is added motivation for the players to keep this season | :23:14. | :23:21.
special. Scotland's Susie Wolff has been given a chance to impress on | :23:22. | :23:27.
the F1 circuit. She has an extended role and will take part in the first | :23:28. | :23:32.
practice session of the British and German Grand Prix is. The Scottish | :23:33. | :23:37.
rugby team are determined to build on their win against Italy and say | :23:38. | :23:41.
they are pleased with their first victory but must continue to | :23:42. | :23:46.
progress in the next match against France. It means we are back to the | :23:47. | :23:52.
drawing boards. It is a good when followers. We have had a lot of | :23:53. | :23:57.
criticism. Now it is a building block. Stu Benson was the final | :23:58. | :24:08.
Scott hoping to get a medal at is now set to increase funding for | :24:09. | :24:13.
winter sports after Team GB equalled their best ever haul at the Winter | :24:14. | :24:18.
Olympics. More stories, 24 hours a day on the BBC Scotland sport | :24:19. | :24:24.
website. That's it for tonight. I see you | :24:25. | :24:27.
tomorrow. Thank you. | :24:28. | :24:31.
Now let us go straight to the weather. It is looking fairly | :24:32. | :24:40.
unsettled. Good evening. The weather has improved this afternoon but this | :24:41. | :24:43.
evening and overnight it is all change again. This area of rain will | :24:44. | :24:50.
move them from the south-west, crossing the country. Some heavy | :24:51. | :24:56.
rain amongst it. Much of the country will turn dry by the end of the | :24:57. | :25:02.
night. A fairly windy night. It will be a mild night as well as | :25:03. | :25:07.
temperatures hold up around five and six Celsius. Into tomorrow, we start | :25:08. | :25:13.
on a cloudy and wet it across the north and north-east. The rain will | :25:14. | :25:19.
become confined to Shetland. A brief dry spell across the rest of the | :25:20. | :25:24.
country, short-lived as we will see heavy, thundery showers moving in | :25:25. | :25:29.
across the country. Tomorrow afternoon, throw the Northern | :25:30. | :25:35.
Ireland is -- Northern Isles, it will be dry with perhaps some | :25:36. | :25:40.
sunshine. Across Caithness and the Moray coast it will be similar with | :25:41. | :25:46.
highs of 10 Celsius. Further west and central and southern Scotland, | :25:47. | :25:51.
headache, thundery showers with some hail mixed in. Highs of eight | :25:52. | :25:57.
Celsius and a windy day to come as well with fresh to strong | :25:58. | :26:02.
south-westerly winds with deals for coastal regions. Looking ahead to | :26:03. | :26:09.
the evening, these showers will continue for a time, fairly blustery | :26:10. | :26:12.
conditions as we head through Tuesday night other and they will | :26:13. | :26:19.
die a crowd jelly. For Wednesday, low pressure remains close by and is | :26:20. | :26:24.
the dominant feature of our forecast so Wednesday once again looks | :26:25. | :26:31.
showery. The showers tend to be heaviest and most persistent across | :26:32. | :26:36.
the north-west, drier in the East. Another windy day with highs of | :26:37. | :26:38.
eight Celsius. Now, a reminder of tonight's main | :26:39. | :26:43.
news... The Prime Minister and First Minister brought the Cabinet within | :26:44. | :26:48.
a few miles of each other today as the future of North Sea oil and gas | :26:49. | :26:51.
became the focus of the independence debate. | :26:52. | :26:53.
The former Radio 1 DJ, Dave Lee Travis, is to face a retrial over | :26:54. | :26:57.
allegations of sexual abuse. Earlier this month, the 68-year-old was | :26:58. | :27:00.
found not guilty of 12 charges of indecent assault - but jurors were | :27:01. | :27:03.
unable to reach verdicts on two further charges. | :27:04. | :27:07.
I will be back with a headline that eight and the late bulletin just | :27:08. | :27:12.
after the ten o'clock news. Have a very good evening. | :27:13. | :27:15. |
