Hello and welcome to MOTD2 Extra. Coming up this lunchtime: Will

:00:36.:00:48.

Everton or Tottenham this lay their title credentials? Who will win the

:00:49.:00:51.

first Premier League Welsh derby? Or any pundit that Arsenal for the

:00:52.:00:59.

title? Was Jose Mourinho right to be subcritical? Are we close to the

:01:00.:01:06.

next managerial change? We want you to get in touch. All the usual

:01:07.:01:11.

ways, social media, the BBC sport website. In the studio we have Kevin

:01:12.:01:25.

Kilbarchan, Steve Wilson and the football correspondence of the

:01:26.:01:31.

Sunday Telegraph. Jason, there are stories everywhere you look! It's

:01:32.:01:39.

great matches yesterday. It was the complete performance by Arsenal

:01:40.:01:43.

yesterday against Liverpool. They took Liverpool apart. It was that

:01:44.:01:48.

the section of the team that are riding high. Arsenal put on the spur

:01:49.:01:55.

-- a superb display. They outplayed Liverpool totally. For the first

:01:56.:02:06.

hour, Arsenal were in total control. That was a real statement for them,

:02:07.:02:09.

they are serious about their title challenge. We will look at that game

:02:10.:02:15.

in more depth closer. You read Craven cottage yesterday, Steve. I

:02:16.:02:20.

was really impressed by the authority of Manchester United. All

:02:21.:02:24.

their goals came in a 12 minute spell, and they were devastating.

:02:25.:02:29.

There was that swagger about the way they played. David Moyes had to make

:02:30.:02:36.

three changes at half-time because of injury, and that took away from

:02:37.:02:42.

their second-half performance about. Which game do you want to pick out

:02:43.:02:48.

from yesterday? The standard result for me was Newcastle beating

:02:49.:02:56.

Chelsea. Chelsea went there on the back of good performances. I think

:02:57.:03:02.

the Newcastle to come back from their derby defeat last week, that

:03:03.:03:04.

was an outstanding performance. Chelsea had a lot of possession, but

:03:05.:03:11.

Newcastle stood firm. We will look back at all of yesterday 's games in

:03:12.:03:18.

a little while. There are two huge teams today, the Welsh derby later

:03:19.:03:26.

on. Let's start with Everton against Tottenham. That kicks off at 1:30pm.

:03:27.:03:35.

Seven against six. Neven is at the ground for us. Is your voice better

:03:36.:03:51.

than last week? It couldn't be any worse! I can just about speak this

:03:52.:03:56.

week. Where will this game be won and lost? There is good quality logo

:03:57.:04:04.

the field. I think much more do depth in the Tottenham squad than

:04:05.:04:07.

there has been for many years. Looking at Everton, they are

:04:08.:04:13.

stronger now than they were last season. They can go and really push

:04:14.:04:19.

for the European places. I think it is no surprise that they can really

:04:20.:04:32.

push. Tottenham play a really high line at the moment. The starting

:04:33.:04:36.

position is really high up in Everton will try to make good use of

:04:37.:04:42.

that. There is no doubt in my mind that the manager will be trying to

:04:43.:04:48.

get their act more balls over the back of this centre backs. From what

:04:49.:05:00.

you have seen this season about Tottenham, are they set up better

:05:01.:05:10.

away from home than at home? Spurs historically have always been

:05:11.:05:20.

incredibly creative. For me the look like a very powerful size in

:05:21.:05:26.

mid-season -- powerful side. The just wasn't enough creativity. You

:05:27.:05:40.

will need to play Eriksson. If you're going to break down this

:05:41.:05:44.

Everton defence, and it is a really good defence, with Gareth Barry and

:05:45.:05:55.

that little bit more protection, so you will need creativity to beat

:05:56.:06:02.

them away at home -- away from home. I hope it is an open game, how we

:06:03.:06:18.

expect Tottenham to play. Thank you. Enjoy the game.

:06:19.:06:29.

After Andre the last bus made the comments about the fans, the fans

:06:30.:06:34.

got back in touch with us and kind of backed up what said, if you want

:06:35.:06:40.

us to show more into UCS and excitement, give us accepting the

:06:41.:06:50.

role. I thought 1050 news ago there was a real atmosphere problem at

:06:51.:06:53.

White Hart Lane, but I think these days can be pretty good. I agree

:06:54.:07:04.

with what says. I have been so impressed with Pioline knew. He was

:07:05.:07:15.

great in the Confederation cup. For ?18 million, it is not a snip, but I

:07:16.:07:22.

think is exceptional value for money. I think the big Achilles

:07:23.:07:38.

fought Tottenham is upfront. Jermaine Defoe, when he played he

:07:39.:07:53.

played well. But he has struggled. Upfront you look at the attack line

:07:54.:08:01.

from Everton, and I think they need is that sharpness upfront. With all

:08:02.:08:07.

the changes in the summer, all the upheaval for Tottenham, look how

:08:08.:08:11.

stable they are at the back. They will get that, they will improve.

:08:12.:08:16.

The fact they are up there now is dangerous for everyone else. They

:08:17.:08:28.

need a consistent goal-scorer. Jermaine Defoe is a consistent

:08:29.:08:31.

goal-scorer. I think there was one big chance in the last game for

:08:32.:08:41.

money didn't take it. The only way you would question Tottenham Knight

:08:42.:08:45.

is that main front man. They have so much talent to the rest of the

:08:46.:08:54.

midfield. Despite the three of you eulogising spurs and the job that

:08:55.:09:03.

Andre Villas-Boas has done. Somebody has got in touch with us to say that

:09:04.:09:08.

the fit all is woeful and he doubts that Andre Villas-Boas will be there

:09:09.:09:14.

next season. The pundits and the media seemed to praise a lot of the

:09:15.:09:20.

work of Andre Villas-Boas, but some apathy from the fans. They made so

:09:21.:09:25.

many changes through the summer. Young players as well. I think the

:09:26.:09:42.

supporters of being a bit too critical at the moment. They are not

:09:43.:09:47.

playing as badly as the fans into think. There are dominating

:09:48.:09:53.

possession, but not getting the goals. Tottenham have been keeping

:09:54.:10:01.

the ball well. I saw them against Cardiff, they dominated the session

:10:02.:10:07.

that did not create enough. Are we saying that they are not winning by

:10:08.:10:15.

enough gesture Mark I think that is a sign of a good side, to scored

:10:16.:10:22.

late on. The Kaku is all over the Sunday papers. He said even playing

:10:23.:10:42.

football on the computer is a serious business. He said that when

:10:43.:10:47.

he looks at a game and notices something, Andre Villas-Boas always

:10:48.:11:02.

notices the same thing. He is a lot more than a big lump upfront. He is

:11:03.:11:08.

intelligent. I think you join Celtic far too early in his career --

:11:09.:11:15.

Chelsea far too early in his career, to be honest. He has gone on

:11:16.:11:21.

loan to Everton and it has been a great move for him. I think he wants

:11:22.:11:25.

to learn and get better. Technically he is not the greatest, but in terms

:11:26.:11:33.

of how effective he is a -- is that scoring goals -- at scoring goals.

:11:34.:11:46.

We went to see him at the Newcastle game and he was outstanding, Lukaku.

:11:47.:11:51.

He could hold a play, challenge for balls. When Chelsea sign Didier

:11:52.:11:57.

drop, he was a 26 Turing complete striker. Lukaku is still young and

:11:58.:12:05.

has a lot to improve on. Why would Chelsea have put out on them? -- on

:12:06.:12:13.

loan? Would he not have been better to stay and work with Jose Mourinho?

:12:14.:12:20.

It is unusual. I think he has the potential to be one of the best

:12:21.:12:24.

virus in the world. When he goes back to Chelsea, I think you will

:12:25.:12:34.

blossom. If he has that kind of relationship with Roberto Martinez

:12:35.:12:37.

where he is discussing X, he is probably better off working with

:12:38.:12:45.

Roberto Martinez. I think Roberto Martinez and Jose Mourinho, he will

:12:46.:12:51.

probably have that same relationship with Jose Mourinho coming he is a

:12:52.:12:56.

manager who likes to talk tactics. If I wanted to put on a striker will

:12:57.:13:01.

with 20 minutes to go, I would rather be bringing on Lukaku than

:13:02.:13:08.

anyone else. The second big game today is of course the Welsh derby.

:13:09.:13:13.

Let's look at -- look back at some of yesterday 's games now.

:13:14.:13:21.

We gave a great convincing performance today. We have had some

:13:22.:13:29.

good games but because they were not against the top teams, people might

:13:30.:13:34.

have been sceptical. The fact that is against a team that is up there

:13:35.:13:37.

with you, does that say something, doesn't send the message? I think it

:13:38.:13:44.

will improve the confidence level 13. Hopefully we can get our fans

:13:45.:13:55.

behind the team. This group of players are so one must. There is

:13:56.:14:00.

one thing that we have done very well is bounceback. We have an

:14:01.:14:05.

important game next week against Fulham. Tonight was a game where

:14:06.:14:11.

Arsenal are a team that have been operating for 15 years at Champions

:14:12.:14:17.

League level, and you see that in their squad. All the texts are on

:14:18.:14:23.

Arsenal and whether they can win the title. Will not win the title. If

:14:24.:14:38.

Arsenal can come through unscathed at Old Trafford next week, how they

:14:39.:14:43.

title contenders? I don't think they will win the title. I just think

:14:44.:14:48.

that Chelsea and Manchester city are stronger. They have so much quality.

:14:49.:15:03.

They are a serious team. This is the first part of this next phase for

:15:04.:15:07.

Arsenal. I think they're going to very strong.

:15:08.:19:07.

I can see kwhie he is doing it. Ultimately in the big games, he will

:19:08.:19:14.

play them both. But he will have to tinker with them. He can play with

:19:15.:19:24.

the back four and Suarez. He has cow Tainio coming -- cow Tainio coming

:19:25.:19:32.

back. When your playing the top side, I don't think it will be good

:19:33.:19:38.

enough to play against the top sides. I would say playing 3-5-2,

:19:39.:19:46.

for me, Liverpool's best defender. Or their best defensive footballer

:19:47.:19:55.

is Danieling aer -- is Daniel Agger. I thought Liverpool would get

:19:56.:19:58.

something yesterday and I saw the defence and I thought maybe not. One

:19:59.:20:08.

viewer said however well Arsenal played, the referee won the game. He

:20:09.:20:14.

punished Liverpool a second time by disallowing the goal from the quick

:20:15.:20:17.

free kick. I tried to make that point in the office and got shouted

:20:18.:20:26.

town. He is right Martin Atkinson had blown the whistle. As soon as he

:20:27.:20:30.

blows the whistle, he is right with the decision. It is disappointing

:20:31.:20:35.

for Liverpool, when they go on and score. But Atkinson was right. I did

:20:36.:20:41.

try to put that point across. Now one of the other games, Newcastle's

:20:42.:20:46.

win over Chelsea and here is Alan Pardew. We had a little game plan to

:20:47.:20:50.

conserve our energy and crank it up as the game went on. That worked for

:20:51.:20:54.

us and we were cautious at the start and wouldn't let them play for us.

:20:55.:21:00.

We had the options of substitutes and energy and got a goal at a great

:21:01.:21:07.

time. It has been a fabulous day and you know we are trying to do the

:21:08.:21:13.

right things here. From the owner down wards. That was reflected in

:21:14.:21:20.

the result. Ollie said are Newcastle the most unpredictable team in the

:21:21.:21:28.

league? Possibly. It has been a bit like the early years of David Moyes

:21:29.:21:33.

at Everton, if you think about a great season and then a bad season

:21:34.:21:38.

and a middling season. But a great result yesterday. They have got some

:21:39.:21:42.

good players. They have got some real match winners. Remy has been a

:21:43.:21:50.

great signing, he terrorised Chelsea yesterday, who were strangely

:21:51.:21:55.

nonaggressive. Some of the defending was odd. I can see why Mourinho was

:21:56.:22:03.

angry. Pardew has said he is trying to learn how to get the best out of

:22:04.:22:10.

Ben Arfa. It does seem as though Alan Pardew is trying to fit the

:22:11.:22:14.

players into a system that works. Yes, with Ben Arfa you hear great

:22:15.:22:19.

things about him on the training ground, but he is very inconsistent.

:22:20.:22:26.

We mentioned the Everton game and he struggled. And I saw the Tyne/Wear

:22:27.:22:32.

Derby and he struggled. With Ben Arfa, it is difficult, he plays on

:22:33.:22:37.

the right and he played on the left last week. He doesn't do, he can't

:22:38.:22:42.

seem to play on the left, because he doesn't seem to have the pace to

:22:43.:22:46.

beat somebody and so he likes to come inside. We saw that thing last

:22:47.:22:50.

night of Cabaye talking to Alan Pardew before the free kick. Jack

:22:51.:22:57.

says, surely Pardew can't be credited for the first goal, all he

:22:58.:23:01.

could have said is put the ball in the box. Well, he didn't try to take

:23:02.:23:07.

credit. Cabaye, one problem was he was injured and then he was

:23:08.:23:10.

unsettled. But he is their key player. He is their play maker and

:23:11.:23:15.

can make them tick. He could be the difference between them bag top ten

:23:16.:23:21.

team and not. Jason and Kevin, Jason you mentioned Jose Mourinho didn't

:23:22.:23:26.

seem happy after the game. Let's hear from him. I'm angry. Because I

:23:27.:23:38.

don't understand. I don't understand why after a fantastic line of

:23:39.:23:44.

watches -- matches and performances we have this game. I was expecting

:23:45.:23:51.

to lose my next game when the opponent was fantastic, when you

:23:52.:23:58.

were very unlucky and for some reason you could not get the result

:23:59.:24:02.

and you play within your limits to get the result. To lose a match when

:24:03.:24:07.

you feel that your players are not tired, because they were not in the

:24:08.:24:15.

limits what I don't like. It is something I have to like. The

:24:16.:24:25.

Observer say, I made eleven mistakes. Of course I'm exaggerating

:24:26.:24:29.

he said, we had some guys with normal performances, but the feeling

:24:30.:24:35.

is I made eleven bad choices and he criticises their intensity in the

:24:36.:24:38.

first 45 minutes. Alan Pardew said they had a plan, did Newcastle, not

:24:39.:24:46.

to go at it hammer and tongs. Yes drop off and it is always difficult

:24:47.:24:51.

for a side when you go to Newcastle or which ever club, lesser clubs, or

:24:52.:24:57.

lesser teams, were you -- where your expected to win. It is difficult to

:24:58.:25:00.

break them down. Newcastle stayed in the game and it shows what a good

:25:01.:25:04.

performance, how tactically Pardew got it right. This a clever. Very

:25:05.:25:11.

clever from Pardew. You wouldn't expect it to be about harrying and

:25:12.:25:17.

that was the opposite. There is no point in taking them on and they had

:25:18.:25:21.

that game in midweek and played extra time. He would be worried that

:25:22.:25:25.

in the second half they would be too tired. So it was clever and the fans

:25:26.:25:28.

would expect you to go at Chelsea and try and get the result. I think

:25:29.:25:37.

it show asthma churty. It is brave at St James's the crowd want you to

:25:38.:25:42.

press and it is easy to press and lose your discipline. But I think

:25:43.:25:46.

they played well. They were playing Chelsea, the fans would have

:25:47.:25:50.

expected Chelsea to have come and won. The fact that Newcastle stayed

:25:51.:25:55.

in it as long as they did, the supporters would back that. They

:25:56.:26:00.

were playing a strong side. And now Norwich and Fulham. First Norwich. A

:26:01.:26:07.

lot of texts on this, up with saying Chris Hughton was let down by his

:26:08.:26:12.

prayers -- players. As a Portsmouth fan says Luke, I know how painful it

:26:13.:26:20.

can be watching your club spiral down. Jessie said what no cress it

:26:21.:26:25.

the for -- credit for Manchester City. Some of the play Wurz amazing.

:26:26.:26:34.

-- was amazing. City were unplayable in places. Manchester Mi would have

:26:35.:26:40.

beaten most teams yesterday. But not many would have lost by seven. You

:26:41.:26:47.

worry nor Chris Hughton. I saw a quote that said they finished each

:26:48.:26:52.

year higher than they had the previous year. They finished

:26:53.:26:56.

eleventh last year. If the bar over which Chris Hughton's Norwich is top

:26:57.:27:03.

ten, I think it will be a struggle. Thing they will do well to -- I

:27:04.:27:08.

think they will do well to survive. You have got to be careful what you

:27:09.:27:11.

wish for and they spent a lot of money and I have seen this with

:27:12.:27:14.

clubs, they go for it and spend the money and expect more and sometimes

:27:15.:27:19.

it is not as easy as that. It doesn't just happen. You develop a

:27:20.:27:25.

way of playing. Houghton is a defensively sound manager, but he

:27:26.:27:29.

brought players in and you have somebody like Hooper and van wolf

:27:30.:27:35.

win Kell and they think they aren't playing well together. They see him

:27:36.:27:39.

as a conservative manager and then they lose 7-0 and you think they're

:27:40.:27:44.

not even shutting up shop. If we are talking about fixtures in relation

:27:45.:27:49.

to Arsenal, we have to do the same with Norwich. They went and won at

:27:50.:27:53.

Stoke. You could argue they were unluck Iy -- unlucky at home to

:27:54.:27:59.

Chelsea. They went to Arsenal where they were 2-1 down and Hughton came

:28:00.:28:03.

out in his interview and said we decided we would go for it and they

:28:04.:28:09.

lost 4-1. They probably should have beaten Cardiff and then they go to

:28:10.:28:15.

Manchester City. They haven't had the easiest fixtures. They have had

:28:16.:28:21.

a tough start. But when you lose 7-0 there will be questions asked. Chris

:28:22.:28:26.

will be hurting, but he doesn't take away from the fact the job he has

:28:27.:28:31.

done and taking over from Paul Lamb Bert was a difficult job and they

:28:32.:28:35.

started poorly. I thought towards the end of the season they were

:28:36.:28:41.

playing well and they have defensively sound. The problem with

:28:42.:28:45.

these clubs, sometimes a club like Norwich they go to the next level

:28:46.:28:50.

and board's lose patience when you have spent ?20 million. Is a similar

:28:51.:28:55.

thing with Southampton, they spent a lot, but it is working. It is almost

:28:56.:29:00.

as a manager you are caught between thinking I want to spend the money,

:29:01.:29:04.

but if their ambition raises it gives me less time. Norrive's --

:29:05.:29:12.

Norwich's problem last season was scoring goals and they have bought

:29:13.:29:19.

strikers. But it hasn't solved the problem. A they are thinking, we

:29:20.:29:26.

don't have massive resources and we need these players playing. West Ham

:29:27.:29:32.

at home is the next game for Norwich. Let's return to Everton

:29:33.:29:45.

against Spurs and the team news. Second place in the table is the

:29:46.:29:50.

prize on offer here. Roberto Martinez has made one change. Leon

:29:51.:30:00.

Osman has been brought back in after playing well off the bench last

:30:01.:30:07.

time. Andre Villas-Boas was busy more happy with last Sunday, because

:30:08.:30:11.

he has gone for that exact same team. The good news is, the weather

:30:12.:30:22.

is improving here after a very stormy morning.

:30:23.:30:34.

We were talking about Ross Barkley, saying her Roberto Martinez has

:30:35.:30:43.

stuck with him. Let's move on to fill and Martin Jol. He was asked

:30:44.:30:53.

yesterday about this the natives not being happy. And you can see why. We

:30:54.:31:00.

don't know much about the new owner of Fulham, so we don't know which

:31:01.:31:05.

way he will go. He has said some good things on football focus

:31:06.:31:08.

yesterday in an interview which have been recorded prior to their last

:31:09.:31:13.

couple of defeats. He was saying when things start getting tough,

:31:14.:31:18.

that is not the time to do anything rash. He stuck with the coach last

:31:19.:31:28.

year. They won two and lost four team in the NFL with the

:31:29.:31:34.

Jacksonville Jaguars, then got rid of him. He didn't approve -- appoint

:31:35.:31:48.

Martin Jol, that is another thing. This person says that Fulham were

:31:49.:31:53.

disjointed again last time. The lack of work great at times is not good.

:31:54.:32:06.

They did have a philosophy where they had to retreat players going

:32:07.:32:11.

forwards, and that left the midfield exposed. United will always come and

:32:12.:32:21.

play well. Looking at Newcastle, when you play against a top team is

:32:22.:32:28.

a way to get results. I think Martin Jol will struggle to survive much

:32:29.:32:35.

longer. If Martin O'Neill goes to the Republic of Ireland, that

:32:36.:32:38.

would've been a manager that they might have considered his no longer

:32:39.:32:44.

in the market. Having been at Craven cottage yesterday, after 30 minutes

:32:45.:32:48.

I was thinking that United could win this by seven and Martin Jol could

:32:49.:32:53.

be out by tomorrow. The last 60 minutes was a lot better. They

:32:54.:32:58.

didn't look like a group of players who were going to throw in the tile.

:32:59.:33:02.

Their fixture list has been easier than Norwich's. Recently they have

:33:03.:33:11.

had Cardiff, Stoke, Crystal Palace. Their home form has been terrible.

:33:12.:33:18.

They keep conceding late goals. Given that traditionally Fulham have

:33:19.:33:25.

always been good at home. They have been very reliant on the past on

:33:26.:33:30.

their home form. I think they have a core squad of 23 players, and 11 of

:33:31.:33:39.

them are over 30 years old. Let's move on to the big Welsh derby.

:33:40.:33:44.

Begin here first of all from Malcolm Mackay. It is not just another

:33:45.:33:55.

game. It is only three points but there is a lot of importance

:33:56.:34:00.

attached to the game. It is the first time we have played each other

:34:01.:34:06.

in the top level. That being the case it is very special for everyone

:34:07.:34:15.

in South Wales. It has definitely got an extra bite to it. That helps

:34:16.:34:29.

players. Jason, quite a few of the players are talking about Malcolm

:34:30.:34:37.

Mackay, saying he is on the brink. Is this another manager that might

:34:38.:34:44.

not stay? There were rumours during the summer that he was looking for

:34:45.:34:51.

another job. I think there is an inevitability about having to leave

:34:52.:34:55.

the club, but he has done such a good job that he can just jump, he

:34:56.:35:00.

has to wait for the right job to come up. I don't think Crystal

:35:01.:35:05.

Palace would be a good option for him. Norwich might come available

:35:06.:35:10.

and he has a link there. He must be planning ahead, where will he end

:35:11.:35:17.

his season? Aside from goes on on the pitch today there is a

:35:18.:35:22.

fascinating managerial hierarchy backdrop to this game but I Cardiff

:35:23.:35:26.

have been run and host Swansea have an. Every succession at Swansea is

:35:27.:35:32.

smooth and the managers are brought in specifically to keep their

:35:33.:35:37.

philosophy going. Swansea have been great at appointing good managers at

:35:38.:35:44.

the right time. It is such a shame because Cardiff have been so close

:35:45.:35:47.

to getting into the Premier League for so long, they have finally done

:35:48.:35:52.

it, they look at this stage of the season like they will probably not

:35:53.:35:56.

be in any bother of going down. Everything should be great! It

:35:57.:36:01.

should be a fantastic celebration of the season, and it is so close to

:36:02.:36:06.

going pear shaped. You just want that to happen. There are warning

:36:07.:36:18.

signs, alarm bells ringing. We have watched so much the ball over the

:36:19.:36:20.

years and you see these things happening where it has a knock-on

:36:21.:36:31.

effect, it affects the players. We have seen too often. It is a four

:36:32.:36:37.

o'clock kick-off. We will have highlights literate and out on BBC

:36:38.:36:40.

One. Let's hear from Michael Laudrup. I know a lot about derbies.

:36:41.:36:52.

I played in Denmark, I played U and rumour, I played Riel Madrid

:36:53.:37:07.

Barcelona. I always hear that when they come to new places, this derby

:37:08.:37:12.

is the most special, the biggest one. They all say that. They say the

:37:13.:37:19.

same up in Glasgow. They can't all be the most important, but it is the

:37:20.:37:26.

most important for these fans. In the Premier League there are 17 is

:37:27.:37:32.

that will always be in the top seven places. And Newcastle got into the

:37:33.:37:38.

fifth position, that can happen once in a while, but after that you have

:37:39.:37:48.

what I call our league. I think last year we got the maximum. I think

:37:49.:37:52.

West Brom just one more point than us. We are at the top of our league

:37:53.:37:57.

and if we could do that again for the third consecutive year, remained

:37:58.:38:08.

there in the mid-table from number eight to number 12, that would be a

:38:09.:38:25.

huge success. He doesn't have a bad CV! The Merseyside derby, the

:38:26.:38:31.

north-east derby, they are all big derbies. There is an extra special

:38:32.:38:37.

deal to begin because this is the first time they have met in the

:38:38.:38:42.

Premier League. Today we are all watching, it'll be an atmosphere, it

:38:43.:38:47.

will be a good game to watch. He puts it into perspective of what he

:38:48.:38:52.

is saying. The history of this game is pretty bad, really, in terms of

:38:53.:38:57.

violence. The fans have been pretty badly in the past. The potential for

:38:58.:39:05.

being quite nasty is high, so hopefully that won't happen. The

:39:06.:39:10.

room derby is pretty bad, I have been to one of those before and it

:39:11.:39:14.

is pretty bad about this one can be vicious. On the pitch, if Cardiff

:39:15.:39:18.

when this they will go above Swansea. When you think about not

:39:19.:39:28.

just Cardiff and Swansea, but the 12 months that Welsh football has had,

:39:29.:39:35.

with Wrexham in Newport and Gareth Beale, it has been an unbelievable

:39:36.:39:41.

year for Welsh football funds at -- for Welsh football. We are staying

:39:42.:39:55.

on BBC One and on the sport website. We will continue on BBC One

:39:56.:40:00.

and the website with the biggest argument that there has been in the

:40:01.:40:04.

office this morning, which is simply about to night school of the month.

:40:05.:40:11.

You will decide that via Twitter are on the sport website. We will open

:40:12.:40:17.

voting on the show later tonight. That means the body here has a say

:40:18.:40:21.

in it, which is a good job, because if you were judging tonight it will

:40:22.:40:35.

already be decided. You said that Kassami macro was the best Goldie

:40:36.:40:39.

had ever seen in the Premier League. Everything was time to perfection.

:40:40.:40:52.

Technically, he had to move into space, take it on the chest, away

:40:53.:40:59.

from goal at an angle. On his weaker foot to knock it over the

:41:00.:41:04.

goalkeeper, and incredible goal. The best Premier League goal ever.

:41:05.:41:17.

That, for me, topped the lot of them. And that may come second! I

:41:18.:41:27.

would go for Kassami's call. I think it was an incredible one off school.

:41:28.:41:36.

It might not winter night. The chip -based Rich was fantastic against

:41:37.:41:40.

West Bromwich Albion. The goal by Jack Welch was amazing. I forgot

:41:41.:41:48.

about Morrison'sgoal. I would go for Kassami, I think sometimes you have

:41:49.:41:57.

to take into account the occasion. It can be the greatest goal the

:41:58.:42:03.

Premier League. There have been greater goal surely in greater

:42:04.:42:09.

occasions. I would say the call by Robin van Persie was a greater goal.

:42:10.:42:18.

On the tech week thing, was the goal by Kassami better than Wayne

:42:19.:42:24.

Rooney's overhead kick? Again, that was a great goal. That is my

:42:25.:42:30.

opinion. Do you go Maradona'sagainst England in 1956

:42:31.:42:34.

was the best goal I have ever seen. In the Premier League year it, and

:42:35.:42:38.

they know we were talking about timing of goals, the importance of

:42:39.:42:44.

them in big games, but for everything that that goal had, it

:42:45.:42:48.

was the best. I cant believe that of the ten, the goal by Luis Swire is,

:42:49.:42:57.

his second goal as in, but the first wasn't. Some calls had to miss out.

:42:58.:43:03.

The occasion does play a part, doesn't it? It has to do. Not just

:43:04.:43:10.

what it means, but also the opponent you're playing against. With the

:43:11.:43:17.

best will in the world, it was scored against not the greatest

:43:18.:43:25.

goalkeeper. Surely the psychology of that place apart. The goal by Wayne

:43:26.:43:31.

Rooney was against Manchester city in a derby. As an individual goal, a

:43:32.:43:40.

wonderful strike, regardless of the occasion, that is the best because

:43:41.:43:47.

of his movement. Well, you don't decide, you decide out there! We

:43:48.:43:56.

will have the vote tonight on match of the day too. We will see you all

:43:57.:43:58.

next week. Goodbye.
