I'm Alex Bushill. Police are hunting the killer of a man who was found

dead in Luton. The 20-year-old was stabbed on the Marsh Farm Estate

last night and died later in hospital. Louise Hubball reports.

The victim fatally stabbed in his own home, the likelihood he knew his

attacker. The latest incident on the Marsh Farm Estate. Police were

called to this address at 8:15 p.m. . A firearms unit also attended. The

victim was taken to the Luton and Dunstable Hospital but was

pronounced dead shortly after as to whether the stabbing is in any

way linked to the ten shootings which have happened in the town

since the beginning of the year. They are appealing for information

about this latest incident. Three people have been caught on CCTV, a

black male with a bike. A black male who was with a dog on a lead. Also,

a young female, possibly a teenager, with long died red coloured hair. It

is important they come forward. After a volatile few months, people

living in the area are scared. It is getting out of hand. I was

brought up there. We moved from there. It got worse. It is sad. It

needs to stop. People are worried about the drugs,

gang involvement, young people do not file you life. Why can't they

value life? After the community spirit of yesterday's carnival,

today police are appealing to the Supporters of the English Defence

League marched through central London today. The EDL demonstrators

were surrounded by a police cordon as they made their way to Trafalgar

Square. They are expected to demonstrate outside Downing Street

later. Two friends who allegedly threatened

to blow up an aeroplane and kill its passengers and crew were today

remanded in custody. 30-year-old Tayyab Subhani and Mohammed Safdar,

who's 41, appeared at Chelmsford Magistrates' Court charged with

endangering an aircraft. The pair were arrested on Friday at Stansted

Airport after a Pakistan International Airways flight was

diverted from Manchester. Both men will appear at Chelmsford Crown

Court in August. It's been described as the richest

match in football, Watford and Crystal Palace go head to head

today. The prize? A place in the Premier League and a �120 million

jackpot. The crucial Championship play-off final is of course taking

place at Wembley where we can go live now to our reporter Chris

Slegg. A stream of dejected Watford fans

have been heading out of Wembley. The Crystal Palace fans are staying

behind to celebrate. They started a game away from �120 million

"Pocket parks" are the Mayor's idea for providing more green space for

Londoners but not everyone in the capital is keen. Plans to build a

children's playground on Blackheath Common have been met with protest by

some local residents, as Angela Walker reports.

There are references to Blackheath Common as far back as the 10th

century. Today, five-year-old Agnes love playing here, and her mum was

to see a children's playground built here. An application has been built

to a �2 million fund set up by the London Mayor.

This is a wonderful place for the children to run around in. But if

they want to do more physical beings with other children, they need some

kind of centre. Not everyone agrees a playground

should be built. This area is a lovely oasis in an

urban environment. It seems ironic to build a pocket park here.

The money from the funds will go to 100 so-called pocket parks across

London. The idea is to improve the urban area, to make it a better

place to live. The first opened in stock while last

week. It is a place where local people can grow their own plants,

herbs and fruit. And people in stock while welcoming venue community

garden. But in other parts of the capital, residents are wondering
