power cuts to thousands of homes. Now we can join the news

:00:00.:00:00.

On BBC London News. The storm leaves its mark on the capital. Tonight

:00:00.:00:08.

commuters struggle to get home with rail services still suspended. 0

:00:09.:00:19.

rail services still suspended. 50 trees had fallen overnight across

:00:20.:00:21.

the network. So, the very beginning of the day we were not able to run a

:00:22.:00:26.

single train on any our lines. I will have the latest on the travel

:00:27.:00:30.

situation for this evening and tomorrow morning. Also tonight.

:00:31.:00:33.

Protests as the Government goes to court to try to push through plans

:00:34.:00:36.

to downgrade Lewisham Hospital. Sent back to Romania. So why do the

:00:37.:00:39.

beggars insist on returning to Marble Arch? We'll have an exclusive

:00:40.:00:41.

report. From Rock and Roll to the Blues

:00:42.:00:51.

Ronnie Wood changes direction as he takes to the stage at the Royal

:00:52.:00:53.

Albert Hall. Good evening and welcome to the

:00:54.:01:09.

programme. We were warned of the impact the storm would have on the

:01:10.:01:12.

morning commute, but tonight, it's still a struggle to get home with

:01:13.:01:15.

much of the capital's transport network crippled with delays and

:01:16.:01:19.

suspensions. Rail and tube users are facing cancelled services despite

:01:20.:01:21.

tireless efforts to clear debris and fallen trees from the tracks. And

:01:22.:01:27.

for those who had to stay at home, even more problems, as thousands of

:01:28.:01:30.

properties have been left without power. Our reporter Katharine

:01:31.:01:34.

Carpenter has been following the story. She is at Victoria station

:01:35.:01:41.

for us now. Victoria is as busy as usual this evening. Commuters

:01:42.:01:45.

seemingly undeterred by today's and events. Many will be hoping for a

:01:46.:01:49.

much easier journey home than they experience this morning but while

:01:50.:01:53.

the storms may have caused frustration for some, they also had

:01:54.:01:57.

tragic consequences in parts of the capital. In Watford, one man was

:01:58.:02:00.

killed when a tree fell on his car and I have spent the day in Hounslow

:02:01.:02:06.

where last night's storms wreaked havoc on a residential street. Three

:02:07.:02:12.

homes destroyed at the roof of one torn off and dumped in a tree across

:02:13.:02:16.

the road. Emergency crews arrived just before 7:45am after neighbours

:02:17.:02:23.

were woken by the blast. A huge explosion and everybody woke up and

:02:24.:02:28.

I could hear noises outside. I looked out of the window, and the

:02:29.:02:35.

house was gone. The roof was gone. Smoke coming out. It was very, very

:02:36.:02:41.

scary. We had a small child who started crying and was very panicky.

:02:42.:02:47.

We looked out and saw debris flying everywhere. It's thought a tree

:02:48.:02:51.

brought down by last night's storms ruptured gas main cause explosion.

:02:52.:02:56.

The smell of gas lingered as rescue queues sifted through the rubble for

:02:57.:03:00.

two people missing. At noon, the body of a man in his 40s was

:03:01.:03:05.

discovered. A short time later, a woman was also found dead.

:03:06.:03:11.

Unfortunately, we did locate two deceased persons on the first floor

:03:12.:03:14.

of the building and our thoughts are with their loved ones, friends and

:03:15.:03:19.

family. Three other residents were taken to hospital with cuts and

:03:20.:03:23.

burns. One is being treated tonight. 25 others were evacuated

:03:24.:03:29.

from their homes. In Hertfordshire, the storm claimed another life when

:03:30.:03:33.

a tree fell on a car in Watford this morning. 51`year`old Donald Rowe and

:03:34.:03:39.

died at the wheel. This evening, his family described him as the best

:03:40.:03:42.

husband and father anybody could wish for. Passers`by who rushed to

:03:43.:03:46.

help say they have been left horrified by what they saw. The fire

:03:47.:03:55.

crew had hydraulic equipment to get the doors open. But the biggest

:03:56.:03:59.

problem was the biggest part of the tree was on top of the car and

:04:00.:04:06.

completely flattened the car. Investigators have removed the tree.

:04:07.:04:11.

Back in Hounslow, the emergency services are still trying to

:04:12.:04:14.

establish exactly what happened to cause such devastation. This

:04:15.:04:19.

evening, the leader of Hounslow Council has said he sent his

:04:20.:04:25.

condolences to the families of those who died. They are trying to find

:04:26.:04:28.

temporary accommodation for those evacuated from their homes and still

:04:29.:04:32.

haven't been allowed back in. It has a similar picture across the

:04:33.:04:36.

capital, with councils involved in quite a heavy clean`up in some

:04:37.:04:41.

parts. Alex has been following the day's events. London awoke to what

:04:42.:04:49.

the storm left behind. And for most of us, it was the commute to work

:04:50.:04:51.

that revealed what had happened. of us, it was the commute to work

:04:52.:04:54.

that revealed what had happened Upturned rubbish bins, the least of

:04:55.:04:59.

our problems. Gusting wind met wobbly cranes, and one came crashing

:05:00.:05:04.

down in Whitehall. Another in Oxford Street threaten to. Offices were

:05:05.:05:07.

investigated and safety measures were taken. If that goes, it could

:05:08.:05:14.

reach down to here so we have closed off for now. The problem is falling

:05:15.:05:20.

trees across London. The council here have had 40 reports of

:05:21.:05:25.

incidents like this. It's causing a problem for pedestrians and cyclists

:05:26.:05:29.

about, elsewhere, it's brought parts of the transport network to a

:05:30.:05:32.

standstill. At King's Cross, the rush hour came and passed without a

:05:33.:05:38.

train leaving the station. Many travellers were stranded. We came

:05:39.:05:41.

for a long weekend to see my grandson. Every time it blows,

:05:42.:05:50.

England cancelled everything. It was the same story across the network as

:05:51.:05:55.

the train company battled to re`establish services. Given the

:05:56.:05:58.

situation this morning, with 50 trees on the track across a network,

:05:59.:06:02.

when we were not able to run a single train on any lines, we would

:06:03.:06:08.

do the same. It was right that we put on a contingency timetable and

:06:09.:06:13.

it was right that we told people yesterday to prepare for disruption

:06:14.:06:15.

because that's what we face this morning. The Underground struggle as

:06:16.:06:19.

Tube lines were suspended and stations closed. The only thing

:06:20.:06:23.

moving here, commuters filing out as Tube lines were suspended and

:06:24.:06:26.

stations closed. The only thing moving here, commuters filing out

:06:27.:06:28.

other platforms were evacuated. When you want to get to work and have to

:06:29.:06:31.

do over time because you're late it's pretty galling. I'm not happy.

:06:32.:06:38.

Nor were worshippers at this temple. Using a cameras, a clear picture has

:06:39.:06:46.

emerged of falling trees. In Hertfordshire, 10,000 homes lost

:06:47.:06:51.

power. On Hamsterley, 100 trees came down and across the city, all the

:06:52.:06:56.

royal parks were closed. For the Mayor, a sense of relief it wasn't

:06:57.:07:02.

worth. This was one of the severest storms since 1987. In the end,

:07:03.:07:07.

perhaps, not as bad as some people had feared. And I think on the

:07:08.:07:10.

whole, the capital has very well indeed. Saint Jude's storm has

:07:11.:07:17.

passed and the councils are left to do what they can to return the city

:07:18.:07:24.

to working order. The transport system has buckled under the strain

:07:25.:07:31.

of 70 mph wind. It is still a mixed picture across the transport network

:07:32.:07:36.

this evening. A short time ago, I went into Victoria Station and the

:07:37.:07:40.

information boards were showing cancellations and delays. The advice

:07:41.:07:49.

is to track what's happening on the websites. Let's look at the Stansted

:07:50.:07:52.

express, which remained suspended for the rest of the evening. Also

:07:53.:07:57.

Greater Anglia mainline services to and from Liverpool Street. Greater

:07:58.:08:02.

Anglia sayyid tickets not use today will be valid tomorrow. SC2c will

:08:03.:08:21.

not operate until Wednesday. It is better news for South Eastern and

:08:22.:08:25.

Southern with a resume service on the majority of lines. In London,

:08:26.:08:29.

though, trains are not stopping at Battersea Park. There's a

:08:30.:08:32.

replacement bus service between Watford Junction and Saint Alden 's

:08:33.:08:37.

and there's no London Overground running between Camden Road and

:08:38.:08:41.

Richmond or Clapham Junction. All other routes operating again but do

:08:42.:08:45.

expect delays to your journey. The advice through the rest of the

:08:46.:08:48.

evening and tomorrow morning is to tune into your local radio station

:08:49.:08:55.

for the very latest on what is going on. Back to you, Chris. Thank you.

:08:56.:09:00.

Lots more to come including. A rare glimpse into one of the oldest

:09:01.:09:03.

buildings in the capital as the Charterhouse opens its doors to the

:09:04.:09:05.

public. The Government has been in court to

:09:06.:09:14.

try to push through plans to downgrade parts of Lewisham

:09:15.:09:18.

Hospital. Back in the summer, a judge ruled that the Health

:09:19.:09:21.

Secretary Jeremy Hunt acted outside his powers when he decided the A

:09:22.:09:24.

and maternity units should be cut back. Our political correspondent

:09:25.:09:35.

Karl Mercer was in court. CHANCING. They are familiar chants

:09:36.:09:39.

at a familiar location. Campaigners for Lewisham Hospital back at the

:09:40.:09:43.

High Court today. It was a year ago tomorrow that their campaign to save

:09:44.:09:46.

their local A and maternity units started. Kicked off when this man

:09:47.:09:49.

announced his plans for the local area. Matthew Kershaw had been sent

:09:50.:09:53.

in by the Government to sort out problems at the neighbouring South

:09:54.:09:56.

London health care Trust which runs Queen Elizabeth Hospital in

:09:57.:09:59.

woolwich, the Princess Royal in Bromley and Queen Mary's in Sidcup.

:10:00.:10:05.

He decided the only way he could rescue them was to downgrade some

:10:06.:10:08.

services at Lewisham. After some tweaks, the Health Secretary agreed.

:10:09.:10:14.

I respect and recognise the sense of unfairness that people feel because

:10:15.:10:18.

their hospital has been caught up in the financial problems. That upset

:10:19.:10:25.

turned to joy in July when Lewisham campaigners won a High Court appeal

:10:26.:10:28.

against the Health Secretary's decision. But now the Government has

:10:29.:10:36.

appealed. In many ways the argument is simple. Did the administrators

:10:37.:10:41.

sent in to sort out the problems of South London health care trust, have

:10:42.:10:44.

the right to make decisions which affected the future of another? In

:10:45.:10:49.

court, the government argued it did. Their QC, Rory Phillips, said

:10:50.:10:55.

when one part of a machine works properly, it has a knock`on

:10:56.:10:57.

elsewhere. It's not an argument that won many friends with todays

:10:58.:11:04.

protestors. It's a year tomorrow that they shocked the community in

:11:05.:11:08.

Lewisham. It's a very well thought of hospital and there was outrage

:11:09.:11:12.

then and outraged all the way through until we won a court order

:11:13.:11:18.

on July 31. We feel aggrieved the government decided to appeal but we

:11:19.:11:22.

are taking on the appeal now. Our case is just as strong as it ever

:11:23.:11:26.

was. The Court of Appeal hearing continues tomorrow. Investigators

:11:27.:11:38.

say vessels used for tours are resolved. That be rescued on the

:11:39.:11:44.

Thames. The Marine accident investigation runs says was

:11:45.:11:51.

fortunate there was no loss of life. This was the dramatic scene when 30

:11:52.:11:55.

children and adults jumped into the Thames after their London vehicle

:11:56.:11:59.

caught fire recently. The investigation into the accident

:12:00.:12:06.

found this was because of foam. Today's report says the foam was

:12:07.:12:11.

packed too tightly around the machinery. It caused friction

:12:12.:12:15.

overheated and, in turn, caused the fire. They have nine amphibious

:12:16.:12:21.

vehicles which usually tore the capital on roads and on the river.

:12:22.:12:26.

They haven't taken to the water since the accident. The

:12:27.:12:29.

investigations want that to continue for now. Any accident like this has

:12:30.:12:34.

the potential to result in a serious injury. As far as the water is

:12:35.:12:38.

concerned, we recommend didn't that they should cease until such time as

:12:39.:12:42.

a satisfactory solution can be achieved which ensures the boats are

:12:43.:12:46.

buoyant and also that they won't catch fire. You can imagine, as

:12:47.:12:51.

winter comes on, the water goes cold, and we don't want to see

:12:52.:12:55.

people in the River Thames. The company says it will now work with

:12:56.:13:00.

the Maritime and coastguard agency to undertake the necessary seaboard

:13:01.:13:05.

modifications required. It also says that in independent inspections

:13:06.:13:08.

before and after the accident, the vehicles were found to be in

:13:09.:13:12.

excellent condition. It says it will continue to work to prevent scenes

:13:13.:13:21.

like this from happening again. In recent years Marble Arch has become

:13:22.:13:24.

notorious. Not as a meeting place for tourists but as a meeting place

:13:25.:13:27.

for Roma beggars and rough sleepers. Last July dozens accepted a free

:13:28.:13:29.

trip home at taxpayers' expense BBC trip home at taxpayers' expense BBC

:13:30.:13:32.

London has tracked down several of the rough sleepers who accepted

:13:33.:13:36.

flights back to Romania, and all say they have no choice but to return.

:13:37.:13:42.

Gareth Furby reports. The police are making arrests. And Westminster

:13:43.:13:48.

Council is constantly moving people on. Listen, guys, you are going to

:13:49.:13:55.

need your move your stuff from here. They may not like it or our cameras

:13:56.:14:00.

but the authorities insist it's an issue which has to be sorted out

:14:01.:14:05.

urgently. Here, council workers clean pavement which was used as a

:14:06.:14:12.

toilet. And all this, despite a new tactic which the police and the

:14:13.:14:14.

border agency tried out in July If border agency tried out in July. If

:14:15.:14:18.

you want to think about going home today,

:14:27.:14:35.

:14:36.:14:41.

out. This is the road to a Roma community about 100 miles from

:14:42.:14:49.

Bucharest, and here we found people we had filmed sleeping in Marble

:14:50.:14:54.

Arch. TRANSLATION: It is true, I went to England and begged. EZ he

:14:55.:14:58.

had no choice to feed and clothe his family. We do not have a bathroom or

:14:59.:15:06.

electricity. All I want is for you to help you with a place to work,

:15:07.:15:09.

take me to England. All I have is ?40 per month in benefits for my

:15:10.:15:17.

children. Many of the other children are his mother's, and we also filmed

:15:18.:15:18.

Daniella in Marble Arch before she was flown out. TRANSLATION: It was

:16:11.:16:14.

another Roma community right on the edge of Europe, on the border with

:16:15.:16:20.

Moldova, we met a man who was running out of money only a few

:16:21.:16:24.

weeks after being flown home from London. His supply of clothes to

:16:25.:16:30.

sell in the local market was drying up, clothes he had found in London

:16:31.:16:36.

:16:37.:16:44.

make up to ?800. When is he going to go back? Next week. If they take me

:16:45.:16:50.

back, what do I do? A few weeks later, there he was, back in Marble

:16:51.:16:55.

Arch. Was there any problem when he came to the border with Britain?

:16:56.:16:59.

came to the border with Britain Initially they said we were sent

:17:00.:17:02.

back by plane and should not have come back, but then they saw that I

:17:03.:17:05.

had no problems with the authorities here, the police, so they let us

:17:06.:17:11.

in. Within a day, he was back to searching for old clothes, and you

:17:12.:17:14.

may not be the only one making a return journey.

:17:15.:17:22.

You can watch the full report on Inside Out London tonight at 7: 0pm

:17:23.:17:26.

on BBC One. Still to come here, from rock and

:17:27.:17:33.

roll to the blues, Ronnie Wood celebrates a change of musical

:17:34.:17:36.

direction. And this morning's storm is still

:17:37.:17:41.

raging, now over Denmark, with gusts of up to 115 mph. In the wake of it

:17:42.:17:45.

here, it is business as usual for the weather, or in the forecast

:17:46.:17:55.

later. Now, your turn to take a look around

:17:56.:17:59.

one of the oldest buildings in the city, the Charterhouse is opening

:18:00.:18:02.

its doors to the public for the first time as it hosts an exhibition

:18:03.:18:06.

celebrating the role of the land to be in the City of London.

:18:07.:18:13.

Group has lived at the historic Charterhouse in the city for 11

:18:14.:18:17.

years, along with 39 other brothers who benefit from an act of

:18:18.:18:22.

philanthropy by Thomas Sutton more than 400 years ago. Known as the

:18:23.:18:26.

richest, neck, he is buried in the chapel here. Thomas Sutton did

:18:27.:18:32.

specify, they discussed its down the ages, that this is not a place for

:18:33.:18:37.

tramps and beggars, I am quoting from some historic documents now, so

:18:38.:18:42.

we tend to be people, you know, who are not rich but have rendered some

:18:43.:18:52.

service to society. For example quite a number of people from the

:18:53.:18:56.

arts, music, literature, publishing, journalists. We have got some

:18:57.:19:02.

lawyers, one barrister. One judge has died. For the first time, the

:19:03.:19:07.

brothers will be sharing their home with the public for an exhibition

:19:08.:19:11.

celebrating philanthropy in the City through the ages. There is a good

:19:12.:19:16.

news story in the City, bankers traders, merchants, and the

:19:17.:19:19.

exhibition shows that they have always cared about their

:19:20.:19:22.

communities, and that continues today. There are organisations,

:19:23.:19:30.

businesses and individuals, hundreds and thousands of examples. And one

:19:31.:19:32.

of them is Allen, still in his 0s of them is Allen, still in his 20s

:19:33.:19:39.

and enjoying a successful career, he leads a charity providing hundreds

:19:40.:19:42.

of schoolchildren in London with free breakfasts. I think the City of

:19:43.:19:47.

London has a long and proud tradition of doing good, not just

:19:48.:19:51.

doing well, and for a new generation of young philanthropists, it is

:19:52.:19:56.

important to say that social problems are solved. Recent years

:19:57.:20:00.

have not been the best of times for the reputation of some City workers,

:20:01.:20:04.

at the exhibition here reminds us of the millions that have been given by

:20:05.:20:08.

the wealthiest Londoners to those less fortunate.

:20:09.:20:15.

Let's have a look at the sport, Arsenal and Chelsea meet in the

:20:16.:20:18.

League Cup fourth round tomorrow night as the two top teams in

:20:19.:20:21.

England. Chris Slegg is here with us now, Arsene Wenger and Jose Mourinho

:20:22.:20:27.

renewing rivalries, but a good weekend for both.

:20:28.:20:30.

A bigger London derby tomorrow, they will both rest players in the League

:20:31.:20:35.

Cup, but the managers did not get on at all well in the past. Arsenal go

:20:36.:20:39.

into that game too strong for Crystal Palace on Saturday, who are

:20:40.:20:42.

now bottom of the Premier League, still looking for a new manager

:20:43.:20:47.

Arsenal played the last 25 minutes with ten men after Mikel Arteta was

:20:48.:20:55.

sent off after giving them the lead. Asked a lot two points clear at the

:20:56.:20:59.

top of the table, ahead of Chelsea. `` Arsenal are. Fernando Torres

scored a rather fortuitous last`minute winner, capitalising on

:21:06.:21:11.

a mistake from Joe Hart. He seems to be enjoying life under his new

:21:12.:21:15.

manager, Jose Mourinho. Why is the Tottenham manager not so

:21:16.:21:19.

happy? They got three points yesterday.

:21:20.:21:21.

An important win for them, back into the top four, a controversial late

:21:22.:21:28.

penalty gave them the win. Not many people would have thought this was

:21:29.:21:32.

deliberate handball, but the referee did. Roberto Soldado scored with ten

:21:33.:21:37.

minutes to go, his third penalty of the season, a very important 1`0 win

:21:38.:21:41.

the season, a very important 1` win for Tottenham, but Andre Villas`Boas

:21:42.:21:46.

criticised his own club's fans after the match for a lack of atmosphere

:21:47.:21:50.

at White Hart Lane. We looks like the away team, playing in a

:21:51.:21:54.

difficult atmosphere, with almost no support coming. We have a wonderful

:21:55.:21:58.

set of fans, but I am sure they can do better and they know it. Away

:21:59.:22:03.

from home, their support has been absolutely amazing, and I think we

:22:04.:22:08.

need to bring this atmosphere into White Hart Lane. Tottenham play hole

:22:13.:22:19.

Kyle Walker, the right back, has signed a new contract to keep him at

:22:20.:22:23.

Tottenham until 2019. There will be many happy with that.

:22:24.:22:27.

Thank you, Chris. His band, Rolling Stones, won a new generation of fans

:22:28.:22:32.

when they played Hyde Park earlier this year, but now Ronnie Wood is

:22:33.:22:36.

taking his music back to its roots, playing a night of blues later this

:22:37.:22:41.

week, joined by some big names, including some old friends. Emma

:22:42.:22:44.

North went to the Royal Albert Hall to meet him.

:22:45.:22:49.

They have been friends for years, and their talents are charmingly

:22:50.:22:54.

lived in. My name is Ronnie, and I've asked for a living! `` I bust.

:22:55.:23:05.

But Ronnie Wood and Bobby Womack are about to do something they have

:23:06.:23:08.

never done before, each man headlining the Royal Albert Hall for

:23:09.:23:13.

the first time. It is a big surprise for me, and I love a challenge. They

:23:14.:23:19.

are playing at Bluesfest, where Ronnie will play a tribute night to

:23:20.:23:20.

Jimmy Reid. A lot of people do not know the

:23:21.:23:39.

amount of great songs that he made, and I am just paying tribute to try

:23:40.:23:45.

and play the songs as authentically as possible. It has been a year of

:23:46.:23:49.

firsts for the rolling stone. After the mud and flags of Glastonbury,

:23:50.:23:53.

his band returns to Hyde Park where a new generation of fans was won.

:23:54.:23:58.

What was Hyde Park like? It was great, all the smiling faces, it was

:23:59.:24:05.

beautiful weather. And the sound was great, the band was never playing

:24:06.:24:09.

better. Also enjoying a fresh challenges Bobby Womack, who was

:24:10.:24:12.

presented with a lifetime achievement award today. Decades of

:24:13.:24:16.

hard living have taken their toll, but there was a new album last year,

:24:17.:24:22.

and now the Albert hall. There is always someplace you have never

:24:23.:24:26.

been, so we look forward to it. What you think of it? Well, it is a

:24:27.:24:33.

pretty big place, and I have heard that the sound is just a nominal.

:24:34.:24:37.

What made you fall in love with the blues? I think it just gets you

:24:38.:24:43.

here. It is a toss`up whether it would be called soul blues. `` soul

or blues. Bluesfest runs until Friday.

The bit you have been waiting for, the weather with Wendy Hurrell. Is

:24:57.:24:57.

it all over now? It was an exceptional spell of

:24:58.:25:08.

weather, and not one that you get every day. This is it as it worked

:25:09.:25:12.

its way in on Sunday evening, and it is a well used phrase, but it was

:25:13.:25:17.

very calm before the storm. This was the rain that moved in with it, and

:25:18.:25:21.

even during that it was not particularly windy, it was the sting

:25:22.:25:24.

in the tale that did it. As this low pressure system moved away, it was

:25:25.:25:27.

the southern flank where the strong winds were, and something we called

:25:28.:25:34.

the sting jets, basically the upper atmosphere conditions dropping

:25:35.:25:37.

south. Really, quite considerably strong winds as we went through the

:25:38.:25:41.

early hours of this morning. 99 mph at the Isle of Wight, and even here

:25:42.:25:46.

in London 69 was recorded at Heathrow, more than enough to cause

:25:47.:25:50.

the destruction we saw. You may be pleased to hear that it is going to

:25:51.:25:53.

calm down, or what is usual for the rest of the week, breezy at as well,

:25:54.:25:59.

rain from time to time, because we saw some of that this afternoon.

:26:00.:26:01.

saw some of that this afternoon Quite heavy showers and rumbles of

:26:02.:26:05.

thunder, and they are in the business of fizzling out as we

:26:06.:26:07.

speak, and overnight it will be dry with clear skies. Temperatures

:26:08.:26:14.

getting up to seven or eight Celsius, a bit of a nip in the air.

:26:15.:26:18.

It will be that much more calm, and there will be some sunshine around

:26:19.:26:21.

as well. Through the afternoon, we hang onto a lot of that, the chance

:26:22.:26:25.

of a shower here and there, but fewer than today. Slowly but surely,

:26:26.:26:29.

the wind will be falling later. Temperatures tomorrow, 11 or 13

:26:30.:26:35.

Celsius, much lower than they should be at this time of year. We have had

:26:36.:26:40.

quite a mild spell which ended with today's storm. Through Wednesday,

:26:41.:26:44.

some sunshine to begin with, turning wet and windy towards the evening,

:26:45.:26:47.

and there may still be bits and pieces of rain around and cloud as

:26:48.:26:51.

well, but sunshine on Friday, turning store before the weekend,

:26:52.:26:56.

more on that later. `` turning stormy for the weekend.
