Good afternoon. More than 25 flood warnings are still in place across

London and neighbouring counties. Further heavy rain is expected today

and residents and businesses close to the River Thames, particularly in

parts of Surrey in Berkshire, are particularly vulnerable. Homes near

considering banning electronic cigarettes as part of a growing

number of organisations concerned about their use. The Whittington

on board with this and work towards harnessing the public health

benefits that we could accrue with this if we can persuade smokers to

make the switch. For now, these people are happy not to be smoking
