Welcome to Wales Today. Our top story tonight. Recruitment problems | :00:09. | :00:13.
in the NHS, the amount it spends on hiring agency doctors rises by 22 | :00:13. | :00:23.
:00:23. | :00:30. | ||
The other headlines: Jailed for using Facebook to suggest starting | :00:30. | :00:34.
a riot in Bangor. David Glyn Jones is sentenced to four months. | :00:34. | :00:38.
Michael Lonegan broke his back on holiday. Tonight, his battle to | :00:38. | :00:48.
:00:48. | :00:49. | ||
walk again. Every day has been a bonus, things are improving. | :00:49. | :00:51.
increasing number of family's banking on food handouts to make | :00:51. | :00:55.
ends meet. This is where Aneurin Bevan launched his political career. | :00:55. | :00:58.
Today, Bedwellty House reopens after being saved from ruin at a | :00:58. | :01:08.
:01:08. | :01:09. | ||
cost of 6 million. And it is all smiles now but what will the Rugby | :01:09. | :01:16.
World Cup story before the class of 2011. Good evening. The amount | :01:16. | :01:19.
Welsh health boards spend on hiring agency doctors has risen to 22% in | :01:19. | :01:28.
the last year, despite authorities pledging to save money. Figures | :01:28. | :01:30.
obtained by BBC Wales show 41 million was spent across the seven | :01:30. | :01:40.
:01:40. | :01:45. | ||
Welsh health boards between 2010 and 2011. Our reporter has more. | :01:45. | :01:50.
This is about making sure there are enough doctors to do the work. The | :01:50. | :01:55.
use of some agency staff is inevitable. Doctors fall ill or go | :01:55. | :02:01.
on leave just like the rest of us so gaps in rotas do occur. In some | :02:01. | :02:09.
areas there are problems recruiting staff, especially junior doctors. | :02:09. | :02:17.
On the bottom rung of a very long ladder, a junior's doctors first- | :02:17. | :02:21.
years can shake their career. Is there a misconception that Wales | :02:21. | :02:26.
does not have enough to offer? Those within the system seemed to | :02:26. | :02:31.
think so. The attraction of the big city life that exists in London or | :02:31. | :02:37.
Manchester perhaps does not exist here. We need to be far more | :02:38. | :02:41.
proactive than the Government need to be more proactive in selling | :02:41. | :02:47.
Wales as a place to live and work. There is very high-class training | :02:47. | :02:50.
in Wales and there are probably things you would see here that you | :02:50. | :02:56.
would not see in some of the big cities. The figures obtained by BBC | :02:56. | :03:00.
Wales suggest there is a problem and in some area as it is bigger | :03:00. | :03:08.
than others. Last year, Welsh spending on NHS doctors topped four | :03:08. | :03:18.
:03:18. | :03:22. | ||
to 1 million. Three years ago 6.6 million was spent in one hospital | :03:22. | :03:32.
:03:32. | :03:34. | ||
and in another the rise was from 1.2 million to 5.5 million. These | :03:34. | :03:39.
junior doctors have their own thoughts on the issue. It is a | :03:39. | :03:45.
small hospital sought in general you have as smaller number of | :03:45. | :03:49.
patients so you get a little bit more or opportunity to spend more | :03:49. | :03:55.
time and do things more thoroughly. This was half way down my list of | :03:55. | :04:00.
choices but if I was reapplying it would be my first choice. There is | :04:00. | :04:04.
so much to do here, there is a good support network and a good social | :04:04. | :04:10.
network, I am really enjoying it. The amount spent on agency staff is | :04:10. | :04:16.
coming out of a pot which will shrink in real terms. We have | :04:16. | :04:22.
particular challenges in this area. We have a population of 400,000 | :04:22. | :04:28.
people spread over a wide geographical area with four | :04:28. | :04:32.
District type hospitals spread out from the teaching hospitals of | :04:33. | :04:40.
Swansea and Cardiff. It is not cost-effective to use local staff. | :04:40. | :04:45.
It is a better use of money to have salary staff and it is better in | :04:45. | :04:52.
terms of continuity and quality of care for patients. The answer seems | :04:52. | :04:56.
to be Zel Wales and what our health service has to offer. Another | :04:56. | :05:06.
:05:06. | :05:12. | ||
challenge. -- sell Wales. One idea is to offer staff a bonus if they | :05:12. | :05:20.
stay for five years. The BMA points out that there are also down sides | :05:20. | :05:26.
to using agency staff. There does not seem to be any uniform pattern | :05:26. | :05:30.
across Wales, some health boards are clearly finding it much easier | :05:30. | :05:36.
to recruit staff than others. Within the medical profession there | :05:36. | :05:42.
are concerns this problem may get worse before it gets better. A 21 | :05:42. | :05:45.
year-old man has become the first person in Wales to be jailed for | :05:45. | :05:48.
inviting people to start a riot on the social networks site Facebook. | :05:48. | :05:51.
It follows unrest across parts of England earlier this month. David | :05:51. | :05:54.
Glyn Jones was sentenced to four months, after he invited people to | :05:54. | :05:57.
riot in Bangor. He pleaded guilty at Caernarfon Crown Court after a | :05:58. | :06:02.
former colleague reported him. He told police it was a moment of | :06:02. | :06:12.
:06:12. | :06:12. | ||
stupidity which he regretted. I have been speaking to the BBC's | :06:12. | :06:19.
legal affairs correspondent about the case. David Glyn Jones created | :06:19. | :06:25.
a Facebook event. It or only existed on Facebook for a brief | :06:25. | :06:30.
period of 20 minutes. He wrote on Facebook, let's start Bangor riots. | :06:30. | :06:35.
He put a message under that saying he could not understand why people | :06:35. | :06:40.
were complaining about the riots, he said, given the chance, I would | :06:40. | :06:46.
love to smash up a police car, wouldn't you? He described this as | :06:46. | :06:51.
a moment of stupidity to police. In court he said he did not intend for | :06:51. | :06:57.
people to take it seriously but nevertheless he was prosecuted | :06:57. | :07:00.
under the Communications Act and received a sentence of four months | :07:00. | :07:10.
in prison. Other men were sentenced to four years for a similar act, | :07:10. | :07:14.
are there are discrepancies? have to make sure you are comparing | :07:14. | :07:22.
apples with apples. Mr Jones was prosecuted under the Communications | :07:22. | :07:26.
Act, it is a less serious offence which carries as six-month maximum | :07:26. | :07:34.
prison sentence. The men who were sentenced last week at Chester were | :07:34. | :07:37.
prosecuted under the Serious crime Act for encouraging or assisting a | :07:37. | :07:42.
riot which carries a maximum sentence of 10 years in prison. It | :07:42. | :07:49.
is a much more serious the offence. The issue is that people will look | :07:49. | :07:54.
at the facts of this case and looked at the facts of that case. | :07:54. | :08:00.
It is less serious, it was on line for a shorter period, but none the | :08:00. | :08:04.
less, the criminal activity is pretty similar and yet one person | :08:04. | :08:10.
is sentenced to four months and the other two people of similar ages | :08:10. | :08:18.
are sentenced to four years. If you the full facts you have to be | :08:18. | :08:23.
careful before rushing to judgment but I think people will feel that a | :08:23. | :08:28.
group of people involved in similar activity are being prosecuted under | :08:28. | :08:32.
different facts and are receiving different punishments which will be | :08:32. | :08:38.
difficult for the public to understand. Firefighters are | :08:38. | :08:41.
tackling a huge fire tonight at the former Jewson builders' merchants | :08:41. | :08:46.
in Bangor. Crews were called out to the site in Hirael just before 4 | :08:46. | :08:49.
o'clock this afternoon. The building was already well alight | :08:49. | :08:54.
with the fire spreading through the roof. The 60 year-old man killed in | :08:54. | :08:59.
the Pill area of Newport has been named as Jerzy Dubiniec. It's | :08:59. | :09:03.
thought he'd recently arrived from Poland. Police believe he may have | :09:03. | :09:07.
been assaulted and then hit by a car. 10 people have been arrested | :09:07. | :09:11.
following his death. A 25 year-old man is still being held on | :09:11. | :09:15.
suspicion of murder. The Metropolitan police say they are | :09:15. | :09:18.
still investigating the death of a Welsh spy in London, exactly one | :09:18. | :09:22.
year after his body was found. M16 officer Gareth Williams from | :09:22. | :09:28.
Anglesey was discovered in a locked bag in the bath at his flat. | :09:28. | :09:36.
Mystery still surrounds his death. No date has been set for an inquest. | :09:36. | :09:40.
A man who broke his neck while on holiday says he's confident he will | :09:40. | :09:43.
walk again. Michael Lonergan from Maesteg was paralysed when he dived | :09:43. | :09:47.
into the sea in Izmir in Turkey. Complications with his insurance | :09:47. | :09:50.
company meant his employers paid tens of thousands of pounds for him | :09:50. | :09:58.
to be brought home for treatment. He has been speaking to our | :09:58. | :10:04.
reporter. Back home in Wales, Michael Lonegan has come a long way | :10:04. | :10:08.
since the accident which changed his life. He was on holiday with | :10:08. | :10:15.
his partner and their two young children when tragedy struck. The | :10:15. | :10:20.
30-year-old former soldier dived into the sea from a jetty as he had | :10:20. | :10:24.
done the previous day but his head hit the bottom and he broke his | :10:24. | :10:34.
:10:34. | :10:35. | ||
neck. He came around unable to move or reprieve. I walk up and could | :10:35. | :10:40.
not move in the water. I was fighting to try and get year | :10:40. | :10:45.
because I was lying face down in the water and I could not move my | :10:45. | :10:52.
neck. I had damaged the ligaments in my next so I was trying to turn | :10:52. | :10:56.
to the right and left to get here. Initially his insurance company | :10:56. | :11:01.
were finding his treatment in hospital but then decided he had | :11:01. | :11:07.
exposed himself to needless risk. Doctors in Turkey told him he would | :11:07. | :11:13.
never walk again. His family still do not know if they will eventually | :11:13. | :11:19.
have to meet the 23,000 pound hospital bill. He was in the best | :11:19. | :11:23.
hospital then suddenly the insurance company pulled the plug | :11:23. | :11:27.
on it. That was very difficult and it was more difficult for his | :11:27. | :11:36.
family who were out there with him. Since the accident Michael has been | :11:36. | :11:41.
undergoing intensive treatment and doctors say his progress has been | :11:41. | :11:47.
remarkable. I still have a lot of weakness in my left side but my | :11:47. | :11:54.
right side is recovering very well. I have full movement in both limbs. | :11:54. | :12:00.
Strength is a bit of an issue. It is definitely not anywhere near | :12:00. | :12:05.
100%. The insurance company said they could not comment on the case | :12:05. | :12:12.
because it is in the hands of lawyers. Still to come. It had | :12:12. | :12:18.
fallen into disrepair but just look at what 6 million can do. | :12:18. | :12:23.
Bedwellty House gets a facelift. And the Welsh club prepare for New | :12:23. | :12:30.
Zealand. I believe that on the day we can beat anyone. I am excited | :12:30. | :12:34.
about this World Cup. We are playing the favourites for the | :12:34. | :12:43.
competition but it is a cup and anything can happen. There has been | :12:43. | :12:46.
a sharp increase in the number of families forced to accept food | :12:47. | :12:51.
handouts just to make ends meet, that is according to the | :12:51. | :12:57.
organisation which runs the Welsh food bank network. It says rising | :12:57. | :13:03.
food prices and public sector cuts have led to thousands of people in | :13:03. | :13:09.
Wales needing emergency aid. These volunteers have spent the morning | :13:09. | :13:14.
packing emergency food parcels. This will not be sent to famine hit | :13:14. | :13:19.
countries in the Third World but given to families in Cardiff. 250 | :13:19. | :13:24.
people each month come to this food banks centre because they cannot | :13:24. | :13:34.
:13:34. | :13:41. | ||
It is a shame that somebody is in a position where they cannot buy food | :13:41. | :13:46.
in Wales. Food banks like this one was set up to help people overcome | :13:46. | :13:50.
short-term financial difficulties but as the recession continues, | :13:50. | :13:53.
there has been a rise in the number of people needing these charity | :13:54. | :13:58.
handouts. 13 food plants have opened in Wales and the last three | :13:59. | :14:03.
years and it helped more than 5,000 people. Last month in Ebbw Vale, | :14:03. | :14:10.
there was a 50 % increase in the clients. The Cardiff food bank over | :14:10. | :14:14.
the last two months experienced a 100 % increase compared to the last | :14:14. | :14:18.
financial year. It is not the first time people in Wales have depended | :14:18. | :14:24.
on food parcels to get by. Relief centres like this and helped | :14:24. | :14:27.
countless families during the miners' strike. Public donations | :14:27. | :14:31.
are making the difference between people going hungry and having food | :14:31. | :14:39.
on the table. For Robert, this would ban was a lifeline. -- food | :14:39. | :14:46.
bank. It is only when you get out and have to fend for yourself, that | :14:46. | :14:51.
is when you realise that food is quite expensive. It can get people | :14:51. | :14:59.
into trouble if they are not careful. According to Oxfam, a | :14:59. | :15:05.
court -- around 40 % of people in Wales are going hungry. With 13 new | :15:05. | :15:10.
food banks due to open here over the next three years, food parcels | :15:10. | :15:14.
like these will become more in demand than ever. | :15:14. | :15:16.
It was the place where Aneurin Bevan launched his political career. | :15:16. | :15:19.
Tredegar Town Council Chamber at Bedwellty House has been closed to | :15:19. | :15:22.
the public for years. Today, the Grade Two listed building and its | :15:22. | :15:31.
26 acres of parkland have been re- opened. Tomos Dafydd is there. | :15:31. | :15:34.
It's from this very chair that Aneurin Bevan started his political | :15:34. | :15:41.
career. The council chamber was housed at an ironmaster's mansion | :15:41. | :15:48.
built in 1818. It was in desperate need for repair and restoration and | :15:48. | :15:51.
after a long fight for funding, it's re-opened at a cost of 6 | :15:51. | :15:59.
million. It's a Georgian gem. The people of | :15:59. | :16:03.
Tredegar can again enjoy the mansion and its beautiful parks. | :16:03. | :16:07.
For 50 years, the fountain has been empty but it has now been brought | :16:07. | :16:12.
back to life. The bandstand, paid for entirely by local people in | :16:12. | :16:16.
1912, has been quiet for more than half a century. Soon, local brass | :16:16. | :16:21.
bands will entertain again. People would gather here to watch tennis | :16:21. | :16:26.
and croquet. The long shelter was left empty and tired, but it is now | :16:26. | :16:36.
:16:36. | :16:36. | ||
restored. I was born close to here and it was like my back garden. | :16:36. | :16:42.
Very often, we had bands and choirs in the bandstand. All different | :16:42. | :16:47.
types of music. When the park is alive, it is a fantastic place to | :16:47. | :16:54.
be. Service as well as reward must be the inspiration Of Our | :16:54. | :16:59.
nationalised industry. And it was here in the council chamber that | :16:59. | :17:01.
Aneurin Bevan's started out in politics. His fiery and passionate | :17:02. | :17:08.
speeches would reverberate inside the mansion. This place has played | :17:08. | :17:11.
an important part in our personal history and memories and in the | :17:11. | :17:15.
political history of the valleys. This is where Aneurin Bevan made | :17:15. | :17:21.
his first speech and this is where he was first elected. This is where | :17:21. | :17:25.
we had those debates in the early parts of the last century. | :17:25. | :17:27.
Bedwellty House was built in 1818 for Samuel Homfrey, the son-in-law | :17:27. | :17:31.
of Lord Tredegar who founded the Tredegar Iron Company. It was a | :17:31. | :17:34.
lavish and opulent home, in stark contrast to the modest houses of | :17:34. | :17:44.
:17:44. | :17:46. | ||
the local men who worked underground. It saved this whole | :17:46. | :17:50.
park and this wonderful house for the people of Tredegar. The park | :17:50. | :17:55.
has about 30 acres and it has got five listed features within it such | :17:55. | :18:01.
as the long shelter behind us. To see it brought back to its original | :18:01. | :18:05.
splendour is very satisfying. weighing 15 tonnes, a piece of | :18:05. | :18:08.
history, the world's biggest block of coal, mined locally in 1851. Now, | :18:08. | :18:11.
this and other historical artifacts can be enjoyed by the people of | :18:11. | :18:15.
Tredegar. And with the old ballroom transformed in to a Registry Office, | :18:15. | :18:20.
you'll be able to get married at the mansion. So after decades left | :18:20. | :18:29.
dormant, Bedwellty House is entering a new era. | :18:29. | :18:34.
The long shelter behind me of was rebuilt from scratch. They went | :18:34. | :18:39.
back to the original designs from 19 low-rate to build it all again. | :18:39. | :18:44.
We are in the middle of 26 acres of beautiful parkland and they have | :18:44. | :18:48.
had to do a lot of work here because this was overgrown. They | :18:48. | :18:52.
had to remove 180 trees to open this place up and make it more | :18:52. | :18:59.
attractive to visitors. One of the landmarks is the bandstand behind | :18:59. | :19:03.
me. Let's talk to one man who was at the centre of the restoration | :19:03. | :19:11.
project. After a long wait, you must be very happy. The we are. It | :19:11. | :19:16.
is great to be at the end of a long process. A lot of work since you | :19:16. | :19:24.
started back in October 2009. was two work and four years of | :19:24. | :19:28.
getting the money together. What was involved? A huge amount of work | :19:28. | :19:32.
on the house. The entire upper floor of the house was derelict and | :19:32. | :19:38.
the roof had collapsed. There was a lot of work to get the house open | :19:38. | :19:45.
again. Also in the park itself. The ponds and the cascades work all | :19:45. | :19:54.
overgrown. We wanted to open the place up and get people in and have | :19:54. | :20:00.
these views through the park. The Tagus back to 1818. This wonderful | :20:00. | :20:05.
mansion behind you is in stark contrast to the more modest houses | :20:05. | :20:10.
in this area. This is the most wealthiest and powerful man in the | :20:11. | :20:16.
valley in 1818. He was the master of the ironworks and he was saying | :20:16. | :20:23.
he was the most important man and this house went with his status. | :20:23. | :20:30.
Thank you very much for your time. It is back to you in the studio. | :20:30. | :20:33.
A campaigner for the Welsh Language Society, Cymdeithas yr Iaith, has | :20:33. | :20:35.
been sentenced to seven days in prison for breaking into | :20:35. | :20:37.
Conservative Party offices in Cardiff. Jamie Bevan, was | :20:37. | :20:39.
protesting against cuts to the broadcaster S4C. He's previously | :20:39. | :20:43.
refused to wear a tag for damaging the office of Cardiff North MP | :20:43. | :20:50.
Jonathan Evans. The number of deaths involving | :20:50. | :20:53.
clostridium difficile fell by 31% in Wales and England last year, to | :20:53. | :20:56.
just over 2,000, after attempts to reduce levels of hospital bugs. The | :20:56. | :20:59.
infection can be spread by coming into contact with infected patients | :20:59. | :21:09.

Five teachers who passed a no confidence motion in their head | :21:21. | :21:24.
teacher at a primary school on Anglesey will return to work in | :21:24. | :21:27.
September. Ann Hughes, the head of Ysgol Goronwy Owen in Benllech, | :21:27. | :21:29.
will remain suspended while an investigation continues. Two local | :21:29. | :21:31.
head teachers will share responsibility for the school from | :21:31. | :21:33.
next month. Rugby, and the Welsh squad got | :21:33. | :21:36.
together at the Millennium Stadium today for the first time since the | :21:36. | :21:39.
final 30 man squad for the World Cup was announced yesterday. The | :21:39. | :21:42.
squad leaves for New Zealand a week tomorrow with their first game | :21:42. | :21:45.
against current world champions South Africa on September 11th. Our | :21:45. | :21:55.

rugby correspondent, Gareth Charles, reports. | :21:56. | :21:59.
Now that the weighted and there were being is over, it was smiles | :21:59. | :22:02.
all round for the 30 who gathered today for the traditional pre-World | :22:02. | :22:11.
Cup squad photo. For some, it has been a welcome phone call. It will | :22:11. | :22:17.
be a great experience. I am already looking forward to it. I was so | :22:17. | :22:23.
excited, I did not sleep last night. My family and friends are calling | :22:23. | :22:29.
me to say well done. I just can't wait. For some, it's an opportunity | :22:29. | :22:36.
which almost passed them by. A huge honour to be selected. It was a | :22:36. | :22:41.
shock and due to injury, I've got an opportunity. But for others it | :22:41. | :22:46.
is a case of been there and done that. Shane Williams is hoping it | :22:46. | :22:56.
is a third time lucky. This is my third World Cup. We got to one | :22:56. | :23:00.
quarter-final. I would love to go to this World Cup and be successful | :23:00. | :23:08.
and win the World Cup. I do believe that on our day we can beat anybody. | :23:08. | :23:12.
Going one better is Stephen Jones who can pass on a word of two of | :23:12. | :23:17.
advice as he strides off an injury to take part in his 4th World Cup. | :23:17. | :23:24.
-- strides off. When you are older, you are aware of the responsibility | :23:24. | :23:34.
you have to be choosy. When you are younger, you are enjoying the | :23:34. | :23:40.
moment. When you are older, you are more aware of what the performance | :23:40. | :23:45.
and the result means. The Wales hope that the mix of experience and | :23:45. | :23:51.
youth cannot provide some lasting World Cup memories. -- can provide. | :23:51. | :23:54.
Football, and both Swansea and Cardiff are in action in the | :23:54. | :23:57.
Carling Cup tonight. In just under an hour, Swansea, who earned their | :23:57. | :24:00.
first point in the Premier League on Saturday, will face Shrewsbury | :24:00. | :24:02.
away from home. The Bluebirds entertain Huddersfield at Cardiff | :24:02. | :24:04.
City Stadium. In the Blue Square Premier, Wrexham | :24:04. | :24:07.
are hoping to continue their unbeaten start to the season at | :24:07. | :24:09.
home to Tamworth tonight. Newport County are also in action, | :24:10. | :24:18.
travelling to Ebbsfleet United. Take a look at this. They're the | :24:18. | :24:23.
ruins of a 2,000-year-old Roman port discovered in Caerleon. | :24:23. | :24:25.
Archaeologists from Cardiff University say the remains on the | :24:25. | :24:28.
bank of the River Usk near Newport are well preserved, and include the | :24:28. | :24:36.
main quay wall and landing stages where ships would have docked. | :24:36. | :24:46.

Let's head back to Tredegar now and A really pleasant end to the day. | :24:47. | :24:50.
For most of us, it turned drier this afternoon and there's been | :24:50. | :24:56.
some evening sunshine. Tomorrow's more a day of sunshine and showers. | :24:56. | :25:01.
But really, we're in for a mixed week. The chart shows low pressure | :25:01. | :25:04.
in the Atlantic driving weather fronts our way, so it'll be fairly | :25:04. | :25:07.
changeable over the next few days. Not a washout, but not particularly | :25:07. | :25:17.
:25:17. | :25:18. | ||
summery. This evening, it's mainly dry inland with some clear spells. | :25:18. | :25:21.
A few coastal showers possible overnight and also in the hills and | :25:22. | :25:28.
mountains. Winds are generally light so some patchy mist is likely. | :25:28. | :25:31.
Not a cold one though, with temperatures staying in double | :25:31. | :25:37.
figures at around 11C to 14C. Tomorrow's a day of sunshine and | :25:37. | :25:40.
showers. A fragmenting front pushing in occasional showers from | :25:40. | :25:45.
the west. Some could be thundery but they'll clear eastwards through | :25:45. | :25:53.
the day. There will be some sunny spells. The best of the brightness | :25:53. | :25:56.
later in the north and west and some rain could arrive in South | :25:56. | :26:00.
East Wales by late afternoon. But there's still some uncertainty | :26:00. | :26:03.
about exactly where it could be further east. Top temperatures, 17C | :26:03. | :26:09.
in Pembrokeshire and up to 20C in Wrexham with a southwesterly breeze. | :26:09. | :26:11.
Thursday's another sunshine and showers day, but probably more | :26:11. | :26:16.
showery than tomorrow. Any showers will be heaviest in the west. Drier | :26:16. | :26:25.
further east, but with fewer sunny spells. A southwesterly breeze and | :26:25. | :26:28.
temperatures in the high teens again. And the outlook is fairly | :26:28. | :26:30.
mixed. Sunny spells, breezy at times, scattered showers and some | :26:30. | :26:34.
could be heavy on Friday. But signs of things turning drier and more | :26:34. | :26:36.
settled into the weekend. Turning drier through Saturday itself. | :26:36. | :26:39.
Still the odd spot of rain but drier in sheltered spots further | :26:39. | :26:47.
drier in sheltered spots further east. | :26:47. | :26:51.
Tonight's headlines from the BBC. The battle for Tripoli is averaging | :26:51. | :26:56.
its climax. Rebel fighters have taken control of Colonel Gadaffi's | :26:56. | :27:01.
Cam punt. There have been celebratory scenes as the fighters | :27:01. | :27:06.
destroyed symbols of the regime. The amount Welsh health boards | :27:06. | :27:10.
spend on or agency doctors is up 22 % in the last year despite a | :27:10. | :27:15.
authorities pledging to save money. Figures obtained by BBC Wales show | :27:15. | :27:21.
41 million was spent across Wales between 2010 and 2011. | :27:21. | :27:24.
21-year-old David Jones has become the first person in Wales to be | :27:24. | :27:29.
jailed for inviting people to start a riot on Facebook. It follows the | :27:29. | :27:33.
unrest in parts of England. He was sentenced to four months in prison. | :27:33. | :27:36. |
