Good evening. Tonight, it is late night shopping, | :00:05. | :00:08.
but across the country, we are spending less on the high street. | :00:09. | :00:15.
We find out how people are coping. We are spending less this year. We | :00:15. | :00:20.
are very careful about what we are spending. We have small children, | :00:20. | :00:24.
they do want the expensive gifts, but they are more or where that we | :00:24. | :00:30.
cannot afford everything. A tale of two towns, Narberth and | :00:30. | :00:33.
Tenby, how they are trying to get you spending. | :00:33. | :00:37.
I will find out how the shopkeepers of weathering the storm and what | :00:37. | :00:47.
:00:47. | :00:58. | ||
The other headlines. We are cheating. We are telling you | :00:58. | :01:02.
the cycle. The regulator will tell us off. | :01:02. | :01:06.
An examiner suspended after an undercover investigation tells MPs | :01:06. | :01:08.
his comments were taken out of context. | :01:08. | :01:12.
Rebecca Lee will have to wait for surgery, the operation cancelled | :01:12. | :01:15.
after metal thieves targeted her hospital. | :01:15. | :01:21.
It is not as bad for me, but for people suffering from cancer, it is | :01:21. | :01:24.
disgusting, that they should have to go through it. | :01:24. | :01:29.
So snow on the way over the next 24 hours, with four inches possible on | :01:29. | :01:38.
higher ground. Good evening. | :01:39. | :01:43.
It is one of the busiest times of the year for shoppers and retailers. | :01:43. | :01:47.
For high street up-and-down Wales, the latest figures paint a gloomy | :01:47. | :01:52.
picture. Christmas shoppers are spending more online and less in | :01:52. | :01:58.
the high street. Overall sales have fallen 0.4% across the UK, compared | :01:58. | :02:04.
with last month. Weekly spending online has gone up by more than | :02:04. | :02:08.
200 million, to nearly 800 million. With sales already under way, the | :02:08. | :02:18.
shops are fighting back. For this couple, money is tight. | :02:18. | :02:22.
With rising fuel costs, they have had to cut down on shopping trips | :02:22. | :02:24.
and they are struggling to buy everything their children have | :02:24. | :02:29.
asked for. They are always asking, can we have staff? We cannot afford | :02:29. | :02:36.
that at the moment. They say, everybody else has! Maybe we can | :02:36. | :02:42.
save up, if they really wanted. They've realised that they have to | :02:42. | :02:46.
look after their pennies. High streets across the country were | :02:46. | :02:50.
busy today. As the retail figures show, many of us are holding out | :02:51. | :02:53.
for the last-minute bargain. Shoppers in Wrexham told me they | :02:53. | :03:03.
are spending less this year. How much less? Hundreds of pounds. | :03:03. | :03:08.
Because of worrying about fuel bills, keeping the home, basically, | :03:08. | :03:15.
and having the children. Normally, you can buy things for the grand | :03:15. | :03:21.
kids, but it is one gift and a few shillings, if they are lucky. | :03:21. | :03:27.
thing the figures show, shopping online is more popular than ever. | :03:27. | :03:33.
This is really interesting, the biggest upward pressure this month, | :03:33. | :03:41.
compared to a year ago, and compared to a month ago, stalls but | :03:41. | :03:45.
because stores that sell over the internet, mail order, but it also | :03:45. | :03:49.
includes market stalls and auction houses. Many stores are offering | :03:49. | :03:53.
discounts, and in some towns and cities, shopping centres are | :03:53. | :03:58.
fighting back in the run-up to the festive season. The centre in | :03:58. | :04:04.
Cardiff told us that in the last week, between 140 and 160 shoppers | :04:04. | :04:10.
had passed through their doors every day. -- 160,000 shoppers. | :04:10. | :04:16.
They are spending 2 million a day, 5% more than last year. The big | :04:16. | :04:21.
shopping centres are facing a challenging time. Last winter was | :04:21. | :04:27.
bad, with the snow, so hopefully, if it stays away, they will be up | :04:27. | :04:30.
from this time last year. But it is very challenging to get consumers | :04:30. | :04:34.
to spend the money they have got. Staff at one company will have more | :04:34. | :04:39.
money in their pockets this Christmas. JCB has given its | :04:39. | :04:45.
workers a 500 pound festive bonus and a pay rise of more than 5%. | :04:45. | :04:50.
makes Christmas a bit easier. If you want to buy a few extra prisons, | :04:50. | :04:56.
you have got the option, it is great. -- extra presence. Plenty of | :04:56. | :05:01.
time still for stores to notch up those last-minute sales. There is | :05:01. | :05:05.
also a feeling that now, more than ever, this is a make-or-break time | :05:05. | :05:11.
of year for many of our shops. From big department stores to the | :05:11. | :05:13.
small independent traders, everybody seems to be finding it | :05:13. | :05:22.
tough. Two high streets have similar -- different stories but a | :05:23. | :05:28.
similar plea. Countdown to Christmas, a | :05:28. | :05:35.
shopkeeper's dream. Streets full of customers, and the money rolling in. | :05:35. | :05:40.
But this Christmas is one of the toughest yet, so how are the | :05:40. | :05:44.
shopkeeper's coping? To find out, I have been to two towns that are | :05:44. | :05:48.
close together, but have very different ideas about how the high | :05:48. | :05:58.
:05:58. | :05:59. | ||
street should block. -- should look. Narberth his boutique chic. You | :05:59. | :06:04.
will not find supermarkets or fast food chains here. It is all about | :06:04. | :06:08.
the Independent stores. They are finding it tough. The whole element | :06:08. | :06:13.
of impulse buyer and has completely gone. People are only buying what | :06:13. | :06:18.
they really need. Sally White is a typical example. Her takings are | :06:18. | :06:24.
down 20% this year. She has had to cut staff and reduce her own salary. | :06:24. | :06:29.
Some Saturdays, we would do 5,000, and we are doing at least half that, | :06:30. | :06:35.
if not less, we are pleased with those figures. 20 years ago, | :06:35. | :06:41.
Narberth looked different. A farming town on its uppers. But | :06:41. | :06:45.
hard work and investment paid off. Businesses were given a huge boost | :06:45. | :06:52.
in 2002, following the foot-and- mouth crisis. Many, like this | :06:52. | :06:56.
Birches, were exempt from business rates, in an attempt to kick-start | :06:56. | :07:02.
the overall economy. -- rural economy. We were planning our money | :07:02. | :07:11.
back into the businesses. I did a massive expansion for five years | :07:12. | :07:16.
ago, we are all still here. good times are over. The town has | :07:16. | :07:20.
seen a huge hike in rates, and although the Welsh Government | :07:20. | :07:30.
:07:30. | :07:33. | ||
offers small businesses some relief, And now we have come to the more | :07:33. | :07:36.
bucket-and-spade, seaside resort, just a few miles down the road, | :07:36. | :07:40.
Tenby. I will find out how the shopkeepers are weathering the | :07:40. | :07:45.
storm and what the politicians can do to help. Tenby has always had | :07:45. | :07:49.
seasonal shops that close overwinter, but not this money. | :07:49. | :07:55.
is like a ghost town, it looks like nobody wants to help. Matthew Owen | :07:55. | :07:59.
is moving his florists to Saundersfoot because the rent and | :07:59. | :08:06.
business rates are much cheaper. 7,000 that we could use elsewhere. | :08:06. | :08:10.
We have been given a lifeline somewhere else, we will take up the | :08:10. | :08:17.
offer and stop there. This shop has been in the family for 109 years. | :08:17. | :08:22.
Now on the fourth generation of owners. They told me that takings | :08:22. | :08:26.
have heart, and only big changes have allowed the shop to stay open. | :08:26. | :08:31.
We have had to make severe changes, the building, we have turned | :08:31. | :08:38.
upstairs into a holiday flat,... decided to work late in the | :08:38. | :08:43.
evenings, which we have never done before in the past. We have open | :08:43. | :08:49.
until 9pm, 10pm, seven days a week. Mark Hall could not make it work. | :08:49. | :08:54.
His computer game shop only lasted nine months. Enough time to work | :08:54. | :09:04.
:09:04. | :09:05. | ||
out how politicians could have helped. Maybe look at offering a | :09:05. | :09:08.
period of lower business rates, provided you sign up for a three- | :09:08. | :09:12.
year lease, or something like that, anything to stop the initial start- | :09:12. | :09:17.
up costs already waned you down before you start. Narberth may be | :09:17. | :09:22.
better cushioned to cope, but both towns told me the hardest challenge | :09:22. | :09:25.
was paying the highest business rates they have ever seen during | :09:25. | :09:35.
:09:35. | :09:39. | ||
the toughest downturn they have Welcome to Eagle's Meadow shopping | :09:39. | :09:43.
centre in Wrexham, plenty of Christmas shoppers, out and about. | :09:43. | :09:48.
But lots of them have told me they are cutting back, spending less. I | :09:48. | :09:52.
have been talking to people working in the shops, they say things are | :09:52. | :10:02.
:10:02. | :10:07. | ||
We have seen a bit in our report about the picture across Wales, | :10:07. | :10:14.
howl of things going here? We are a contrast, we are doing quite well. | :10:14. | :10:18.
My shopping-centre has had seven new tenants this year, and the | :10:18. | :10:23.
stores are either level or up on last year, so we do not seem to be | :10:23. | :10:26.
experiencing the same problems. What do you think about the latest | :10:26. | :10:36.
:10:36. | :10:36. | ||
figures? 0.4% is not very much. Across the hall of retail, it does | :10:36. | :10:44.
not apply to my tenants. We audited figures that are up on last year. | :10:44. | :10:49.
People in the shops say it does not seem as busy as last year. | :10:49. | :10:54.
football figures are about level. We are getting increases in some | :10:54. | :11:02.
figures, and we are getting new shops coming in all the time. | :11:02. | :11:08.
about the town centre? What are things like? We are getting reports | :11:08. | :11:14.
that we are getting more independent trade is doing well. | :11:14. | :11:17.
Some shops might not be doing so well, but a lot of them are | :11:17. | :11:23.
reporting that sales are quite good, and we are managing to keep shops | :11:23. | :11:27.
open, and across Wrexham and Eagle's Meadow, we have less than | :11:27. | :11:31.
the national average in terms of... A vacancy rate, so we are quite | :11:31. | :11:36.
confident. We have heard about problems with business rates, they | :11:36. | :11:41.
are finding it difficult. Yes, there is relief at the moment, and | :11:41. | :11:45.
the concern is for the expectation of the fact that they are going to | :11:45. | :11:49.
go back up again, unless a decision is made that the Welsh government | :11:49. | :11:58.
will step in. What would you say to Isabel? You are an out-of-town | :11:58. | :12:04.
shopping centre, could you be accused... You or not in the town | :12:04. | :12:10.
centre! Que de be accused of taking business away from the centre? -- | :12:10. | :12:19.
could you be accused? We work very closely together. It is Wrexham, | :12:19. | :12:26.
this is a part of Wrexham. As far as the report goes, it is great | :12:26. | :12:33.
that retile is coming up the agenda for the politicians -- retail. | :12:33. | :12:40.
Parking was an issue. Yes, in the report, but the council has taken a | :12:40. | :12:46.
good decision, and from October, we have got a car park that is managed | :12:46. | :12:49.
by the County Borough Council, which is free after 12 noon every | :12:49. | :12:54.
day. The councillors have already taken that step to help and support | :12:54. | :13:00.
shoppers and businesses. That is a good example of how closely the | :13:00. | :13:03.
retailers work together. We have a very positive Council, they are | :13:03. | :13:10.
doing a lot to help us. We are having meetings with the council, | :13:10. | :13:14.
discussing how we can improve and make things better. You are | :13:14. | :13:20.
sounding very positive. We will talk to you later. Please do join | :13:20. | :13:24.
later, we will find out how savvy shoppers are boosting the second- | :13:24. | :13:33.
The day's other news. An examiner who was suspended after claims he'd | :13:33. | :13:36.
given secret advice about GCSE and A-level papers says he'd been | :13:36. | :13:41.
unfairly treated. Paul Barnes from the Welsh Joint Education Committee | :13:41. | :13:45.
was facing questions from MPs at Westminster. Here's our Political | :13:45. | :13:49.
Correspondent, Tomos Livingstone. Undercover footage filmed by a | :13:49. | :13:54.
national newspaper. Examiners from the Welsh Joint Education Committee | :13:54. | :14:03.
are discussing exam questions with teachers. You should be grateful. | :14:03. | :14:10.
We have a choice. We are cheating. We are telling you the cycle. The | :14:10. | :14:14.
regulator will tell us off. examiners, Paul Barnes and Paul | :14:14. | :14:17.
Evans, have been suspended. Today MPs on the Education Select | :14:17. | :14:27.
:14:27. | :14:27. | ||
Committee asked them for an explanation. We provide future | :14:27. | :14:31.
guidance and equip teachers with an understanding of the new | :14:31. | :14:40.
specification. My comments were edited and taken out of context. | :14:40. | :14:44.
have been advised not to answer questions on my own position but I | :14:44. | :14:48.
can say this. My reference to the word cheating was an inappropriate | :14:48. | :14:54.
term to use. The two men remain suspended. The WJEC says it's still | :14:54. | :14:56.
waiting to see all the Daily Telegraph's footage before deciding | :14:56. | :14:59.
what to do. But the man in charge says parents and pupils have | :14:59. | :15:09.
nothing to worry about. The system is sound. We see January and June | :15:09. | :15:12.
exams this year and in subsequent years continuing to have a good | :15:12. | :15:16.
reputation. The WJEC is confident its reputation will see it through | :15:16. | :15:20.
the crisis. But politicians on both sides of the border want assurances | :15:20. | :15:24.
that those who mark the papers are only guilty of a poor choice of | :15:24. | :15:27.
words and not something more serious. | :15:27. | :15:29.
Train services are returning to normal between Cardiff and Bridgend | :15:29. | :15:34.
this evening. Delays and diversions continued into the rush hour this | :15:34. | :15:44.
:15:44. | :15:46. | ||
morning after lightning struck signalling equipment yesterday. | :15:46. | :15:49.
The Queen has formally approved and presented the Welsh Seal to the | :15:49. | :15:53.
First Minister Carwyn Jones. Made by the Royal Mint, it's the first | :15:53. | :15:57.
of its kind for hundreds of years and will be placed on each Act of | :15:57. | :16:00.
the Assembly, showing the Queen has given Royal Assent to an Assembly | :16:00. | :16:01.
Bill. Plaid Cymru Assembly Member Leanne | :16:01. | :16:04.
Wood has become the fourth candidate to enter the race for the | :16:04. | :16:08.
leadership of the party. The election is in March. Ms Wood says | :16:08. | :16:13.
she would prioritise policies for the economy. We need to turn around | :16:13. | :16:19.
the Welsh economy and put it at the forefront of our political agenda. | :16:19. | :16:23.
We have been less than clear as a party as to what we mean by | :16:24. | :16:29.
independents. What we wanted for and how we would get there. Now we | :16:29. | :16:33.
see time to change that. A patient whose operation was cancelled after | :16:33. | :16:35.
metal thieves targeted a hospital has described the crime as | :16:36. | :16:40.
appalling. Llandough Hospital in the Vale of Glamorgan was forced to | :16:40. | :16:43.
postpone more than 80 operations yesterday after a generator was | :16:43. | :16:46.
damaged. 19-year-old Rebecca Lee was due to undergo knee surgery but | :16:46. | :16:49.
has had the operation postponed. Instead of recovering from surgery, | :16:49. | :16:53.
Rebecca Lee prepares for Christmas. She was due to undergo keyhole | :16:53. | :16:57.
surgery at Llandough yesterday. But it was postponed along with 80 | :16:58. | :17:05.
others after metal thieves targeted a generator at the hospital. The | :17:05. | :17:08.
19-year-old student had hoped to have over a week's rest time before | :17:08. | :17:11.
celebrating the festive season with her family. Now it'll take place a | :17:11. | :17:15.
few days before Christmas. An inconvenience for her, but she | :17:15. | :17:18.
feels it's an appalling crime for those who have life threatening | :17:18. | :17:20.
illnesses and have been left waiting. It is stressful enough to | :17:20. | :17:26.
have something they have that. To have the operation cancelled | :17:26. | :17:33.
because of something like a theft, it is not as bad but the people | :17:33. | :17:39.
suffering from cancer, it is disgusting. It is estimated the | :17:39. | :17:43.
cables taken will have a scrap value of just a few hundred pounds. | :17:43. | :17:48.
But to replace them and re-install them will cost in the region of | :17:48. | :17:53.
30,000. It is not because that is the main concern. It is the prize | :17:53. | :18:01.
patients have had to pay, waiting for surgery full herd of --. And | :18:01. | :18:05.
because of that, in the House of Lords there have been calls for the | :18:05. | :18:07.
UK Government to take action to prevent similar thefts from | :18:07. | :18:13.
happening again. It is not a question of significant funds. | :18:13. | :18:22.
Human lives have been put at risk. Does that not raise the measure of | :18:22. | :18:25.
the issue significantly? A new back-up generator has been | :18:25. | :18:28.
installed and was tested before routine surgery could be resumed. | :18:28. | :18:31.
This morning, all operations were back underway at the hospital. | :18:31. | :18:35.
Rebecca's suffered with knee problems since she was a baby. Her | :18:35. | :18:38.
operation is necessary to avoid permanent ligament damage but this | :18:38. | :18:41.
crime has left her waiting again and counting the days. | :18:41. | :18:43.
Rugby and Wales forward Luke Charteris will be playing abroad | :18:43. | :18:46.
next season. He'll leave the Newport Gwent Dragons at the end of | :18:46. | :18:49.
the current campaign after failing to agree a deal at Rodney Parade. | :18:50. | :18:52.
French side Perpignan are favourites to sign him, although a | :18:52. | :18:57.
team from Japan and a Super-15 franchise are also interested. Some | :18:57. | :19:00.
of the world's best boxers will be heading to Cardiff in 2013. The | :19:01. | :19:03.
World Boxing Council's annual convention will be staged here with | :19:03. | :19:08.
a world title bout as part of the event. A delegation from Cardiff | :19:08. | :19:11.
Council travelled to Las Vegas to persuade the organisers to hold it | :19:11. | :19:16.
here. It's been a special day for a group of children from South Wales. | :19:16. | :19:18.
12 youngsters who are suffering from cancer paid a Christmas visit | :19:19. | :19:23.
to Downing Street with their families. The trip organised by the | :19:23. | :19:26.
Dreams and Wishes Charity also stopped off at the House of Commons | :19:26. | :19:34.
Derek's here. You've warned us all week about it. What's the latest on | :19:34. | :19:38.
the snow? It's still coming, but don't panic. | :19:38. | :19:43.
The snow won't be anywhere near as bad as last December. Some | :19:43. | :19:46.
disruption is likely but not everywhere will have snow. In fact, | :19:46. | :19:52.
we're in for a real mix of rain, hail and snow. Whether you get snow | :19:52. | :19:57.
will depend on where you live and how high you are above sea level. | :19:57. | :20:00.
The Met Office has issued an Amber warning, which means be prepared | :20:00. | :20:05.
plus a map showing where most of the snow will fall. It looks like | :20:05. | :20:08.
someone has cracked open an egg on Wales but the amber, yolk colour is | :20:08. | :20:11.
where we think will be worst hit so Breconshire, the South Wales | :20:11. | :20:21.
:20:21. | :20:23. | ||
Valleys and Monmouthshire. Over 10cm possible on higher ground, | :20:23. | :20:27.
such as the Heads of the Valleys, the Black Mountains and the Brecon | :20:27. | :20:32.
Beacons. The snow the wet, sticky kind and consist of big flakes. So | :20:32. | :20:37.
tonight rain will spread north. And then after midnight the rain will | :20:37. | :20:40.
turn increasingly to sleet and snow. Temperatures around freezing or | :20:40. | :20:44.
just above with a north-easterly breeze. So first thing tomorrow a | :20:44. | :20:52.
mixture of rain and snow. Rain or sleet on the coast. Snow further | :20:52. | :20:57.
inland and the higher the live. Some hazardous driving conditions | :20:57. | :21:01.
likely so allow extra time for your journey. There could be problems on | :21:01. | :21:05.
the A470, The Heads of the Valleys and roads in Powys. The north | :21:05. | :21:09.
should escape the worst of it but expect some wintry showers. During | :21:09. | :21:15.
the day the rain and snow will move away. It will brighten up but with | :21:15. | :21:23.
wintry showers. The showers heavy with hail and thunder. Some snow in | :21:23. | :21:30.
the north, especially on the higher ground. The hills and mountains. | :21:30. | :21:33.
Top temperatures Six Celsius and feeling cold with a north-westerly | :21:33. | :21:36.
wind. Tomorrow night a few showers otherwise dry with clear skies. | :21:36. | :21:39.
Temperatures close to freezing or below with some frost and a warning | :21:39. | :21:44.
of ice. The weekend will bring a mixture of sunshine and wintry | :21:44. | :21:52.
showers. Most of the showers in the north. Some frost and icy patches | :21:52. | :21:57.
as well. In the meantime, take care if you are travelling in the next | :21:57. | :22:01.
24 hours and don't forget you can keep up to date with latest traffic | :22:01. | :22:11.
:22:11. | :22:11. | ||
and travel news on Radio Wales, Radio Cymru, online. | :22:12. | :22:21.

Now it's time for the children's pictures. The first by Alex Watkins. | :22:22. | :22:29.
The next, a Christmas Tree by Morgan Poole. And finally a snowman | :22:29. | :22:32.
by Ellie Pritchard. Snow is likely on the Berwyn | :22:32. | :22:38.
Mountains tomorrow. We'll bring you the latest on the snow in Breakfast | :22:38. | :22:48.
with traffic updates and forecasts every half an hour. | :22:48. | :22:54.
And there's more from us at 8:00pm and at 10:25pm. Back to Lucy in | :22:54. | :23:04.
:23:04. | :23:15. | ||
It might not be the obvious time to open up a new shop, but Susan | :23:15. | :23:18.
Harris Harding was a property developer for 20 years until the | :23:18. | :23:21.
recession hit. Effectively our livelihood has been taken away from | :23:21. | :23:24.
us and that in turn has affected all our retirement plans, they've | :23:24. | :23:27.
been wiped away. She's now opened up a dress agency in Cardiff, where | :23:27. | :23:33.
she charges commission to sell on clothes for customers. This whole | :23:33. | :23:36.
period is changing everybody's view about how we spend money, we need | :23:36. | :23:46.
to reduce costs, especially for Christmas and big events. They're | :23:46. | :23:52.
looking to save money now and not be as wasteful. They can buy it for | :23:52. | :23:57.
the day, bring it back and resell it again. When it comes to keeping | :23:57. | :24:02.
costs low, fashion gradate Tina Wellstead is something of an expert. | :24:02. | :24:06.
This was one I bought. This was 2.50. I follow fashion to a | :24:06. | :24:10.
certain extent with skinny jeans, long cardigans. That's what I've | :24:10. | :24:14.
seen in a magazine and I've gone out and found them cheaper. I'm not | :24:14. | :24:18.
a person that has 100 to spend on an outfit, so if I can go to a | :24:18. | :24:21.
cheaper shop and put the same outfit together I'm happier doing | :24:21. | :24:31.
:24:31. | :24:32. | ||
that. It's a trend that experts say we could see more of. There is a | :24:32. | :24:38.
change of perception towards buying second hand. There is a boom in | :24:38. | :24:41.
clothes swap parties, eBay, and thrift is the buzz word in all | :24:41. | :24:46.
areas of life. But tighter budgets also means more of us are buying | :24:46. | :24:49.
cheaper brands, which has a knock on effect elsewhere. Sally Hyman | :24:49. | :24:54.
runs seven charity shops across south Wales for RSPCA Llys Nini. | :24:54. | :24:57.
She's seen a difference in the quality of donations they receive. | :24:57. | :25:03.
It's a lot of cotton polyester things. In the past we've had | :25:03. | :25:10.
cashmere. People are generally buying cheaper brands, and when | :25:10. | :25:18.
they've finished with those, they pass them on to us. With the cost | :25:18. | :25:21.
of clothes production increasing, many more shoppers may find | :25:21. | :25:23.
themselves having to think a little more creatively about their | :25:23. | :25:33.
purchases in the future. Just a reminder, we will have the | :25:33. | :25:39.
latest on the snow when breakfast every half an hour tomorrow morning. | :25:39. | :25:48.
I'll be back at 8pm. Interesting to hear Howley how the | :25:48. | :25:53.
second-hand market is booming. Let's find out how independent | :25:53. | :25:59.
retail -- retailers are faring in Wrexham. | :25:59. | :26:04.
You set up bravely during the recession into NT 10. How is the | :26:04. | :26:11.
business going? It is going well at the moment. Christmas, it has | :26:11. | :26:14.
really picked up again. We are up and running again. I am pleased | :26:14. | :26:19.
about that. We have heard about business rates. Are they an issue | :26:19. | :26:24.
for you? Yes, they are. Once the relief has finished next year, we | :26:24. | :26:32.
do not know what we will do. are based in Wrexham Town Centre. | :26:32. | :26:37.
We have heard a lot today about how there is a massive rise in online | :26:37. | :26:44.
sales. You have a website. How is that going? Are you finding that is | :26:44. | :26:50.
doing well? At the moment, I have got a website that it is not doing | :26:51. | :26:56.
very well. The shop is doing better. We offer a bespoke service and you | :26:56. | :26:59.
do not get that online. It is better to come into the shop and | :26:59. | :27:09.
:27:09. | :27:11. | ||
ask questions. It is the reverse for me. What do you think for a | :27:11. | :27:14.
bear it retails in the town centre? Do you think the increase in online | :27:14. | :27:18.
shopping is a problem for them generally? I would think so in | :27:18. | :27:24.
general. It has been very slow. I have not had time. I have been so | :27:24. | :27:33. |
