Good evening. A candlelight vigil is being held at a church in | :01:06. | :01:08.
Cwmbran this evening to remember three generations of the same | :01:08. | :01:12.
family who died in a house fire in the town, this week. Kim Buckley, | :01:12. | :01:15.
Kayleigh Buckley and six-month-old Kimberley Buckley died in the blaze | :01:15. | :01:25.
:01:25. | :01:26. | ||
on the Coed Eva estate. A community remembering three of their own. | :01:26. | :01:32.
This evening, candles are been let to celebrate the lives of 46-year- | :01:32. | :01:38.
old Kim Buckley, daughter Kayleigh Buckley and six-month-old Kimberley | :01:39. | :01:48.
Buckley. I thought there was a need for the Church to open its doors to | :01:48. | :01:52.
the neighbourhood and to the town. People are paying their respects | :01:52. | :02:01.
and off like, that will help them with their grief. The family were a | :02:01. | :02:05.
parley arranging a party for the baby, who had been fighting bravely | :02:05. | :02:10.
in hospital and had only returned home the day before. Tributes and | :02:11. | :02:14.
flowers are still be left close to the scene as forensics officers | :02:14. | :02:19.
tried to piece together how this tragedy unfolded. In the judge, and | :02:19. | :02:26.
a book of condolence will be opened for people to sign. -- in the | :02:26. | :02:36.
church. There is not much you can do when anything like this happens. | :02:36. | :02:44.
It all helps. The live locally. The children went to the local school. | :02:44. | :02:49.
Then a shock in the area. They were such a popular family within the | :02:49. | :02:57.
community. The police have until tomorrow to charge or release the | :02:57. | :03:07.
:03:07. | :03:07. | ||
27-year-old man arrested on suspicion of murder. Could it is | :03:07. | :03:10.
hoped the vigilant book of condolence will help people come to | :03:10. | :03:16.
terms with a loss which has been felt by everybody in the area. | :03:16. | :03:19.
Ten years ago, scientists in Cardiff made a world breakthrough | :03:19. | :03:23.
in treating infertility. They found what was termed "the spark of life" | :03:23. | :03:28.
protein which must be present in an egg for life to begin. Now, the | :03:28. | :03:30.
same team has beaten scientists from around the world again and | :03:30. | :03:33.
discovered how to use that protein to help certain forms of male | :03:33. | :03:43.
:03:43. | :03:50. | ||
infertility. You can see that the protein is been injected directly | :03:50. | :03:55.
into the egg and that is what causes the egg to activate. | :03:55. | :03:59.
It has taken ten years of research to get to this point. But now | :03:59. | :04:01.
scientists in Cardiff understand how to take the protein they | :04:01. | :04:05.
discovered as vital to fertility and use it to create life. It is a | :04:05. | :04:07.
breakthrough which could eventually offer hope to infertile couples | :04:07. | :04:17.
:04:17. | :04:18. | ||
across the world. We believe that it could be potentially applied to | :04:19. | :04:26.
patients that are infertile, that their infertility is caused by a | :04:26. | :04:33.
defect in their ability of their spare arm to activate the egg. | :04:33. | :04:36.
This is the first time these images have been broadcast - the moment | :04:36. | :04:41.
that an egg begins to develop. The pulsing shows rises in calcium and | :04:41. | :04:44.
the trigger is the protein PLC Zeta, discovered in this lab a decade ago. | :04:44. | :04:48.
Since then they have been in a race with scientists across the world to | :04:48. | :04:58.
discover how to apply this finding. It is really hard, we have tried | :04:58. | :05:08.
:05:08. | :05:08. | ||
very hard for the last 12 years. When we find out that this protein | :05:08. | :05:13.
did rescue certain types of infertility, it was really amazing. | :05:13. | :05:15.
And it poses new questions to be answered.$$NEWLINE As scientists | :05:15. | :05:19.
accross the world pick up on the discovery, the race is on again to | :05:19. | :05:29.
:05:29. | :05:40. | ||
Infertile couples who have unexplained symptoms and this may | :05:40. | :05:46.
help in that. They race is now on to take this research to the next | :05:46. | :05:50.
level and for it to become an infertility treatment. | :05:50. | :05:52.
Jeanette Mackenzie is a senior embryologist at London Womens | :05:52. | :05:54.
Clinic Wales. To what degree is male infertility | :05:54. | :06:03.
a problem? Or of all the couples that come to us for treatment, half | :06:03. | :06:07.
of them have the problem with the women and half of them with the | :06:07. | :06:17.
meal. It is would surely have enough. Just tell us how important | :06:17. | :06:27.
:06:27. | :06:29. | ||
this research in Cardiff is? It is very exciting. We have always been | :06:29. | :06:38.
looking at ways in which we could aid in fertility in men. Sometimes, | :06:38. | :06:44.
some couples have complete failure of fertilisation of the eggs, which | :06:44. | :06:48.
means they have no embryos to go back into the uterus and no chance | :06:49. | :06:54.
of the future pregnancy. If we can help the activation of | :06:54. | :07:00.
fertilisation, it will be wonderful for these couples. | :07:00. | :07:02.
Realistically, how long would it take to get from this development | :07:02. | :07:11.
stage to being available for infertile couples? It is some way | :07:11. | :07:16.
off. First of all, they will have to discover how they can use this | :07:16. | :07:21.
knowledge any clinical way. How can they actually put it into practice | :07:21. | :07:25.
in a clinic? That is going to take a number of trials and research and | :07:26. | :07:30.
then there will obviously be safety studies and clinical trials, so we | :07:30. | :07:34.
could still be looking at five-10 years. | :07:34. | :07:36.
Police have appealed for information tonight after sheep | :07:36. | :07:40.
were killed or injured in a series of apparent crossbow attacks. Roger | :07:40. | :07:43.
Davies, who farms on the banks of Llyn Brianne near Llanwrtyd Wells, | :07:43. | :07:53.
:07:53. | :08:00. | ||
says he cannot understand why anyone would do this. These are two | :08:00. | :08:05.
of the crossbow arrows which were found after the vicious attacks on | :08:05. | :08:10.
this beautiful farmland. We know at least two incidents have taken | :08:10. | :08:17.
place here. A number of sheep have been left dead it or badly winded. | :08:17. | :08:24.
Lucky to be alive. These pictures show the wins suffered by two sheet | :08:24. | :08:30.
after they were hit by two and was believed to be fired from an | :08:30. | :08:35.
crossbow. Farmer Roger Davies is doing his best to care for them. He | :08:35. | :08:45.
has already lost two sheep due to attacks like this last month. | :08:45. | :08:50.
totally unnecessary. It is not as if it even someone is doing it for | :08:50. | :08:54.
food. It would still be illegal because they are my sheet, but at | :08:54. | :08:59.
least you could understand it in a way if that was the reason. But | :08:59. | :09:05.
Sunday is simply getting some sort of sick pleasure out of this. | :09:05. | :09:09.
says there is very little he can do to protect his flock because they | :09:09. | :09:16.
are so spread out. It has shocked the local farming community. There | :09:16. | :09:19.
is increase crime in the countryside, but when a guest to | :09:19. | :09:24.
killing animals with crossbow, it is a very serious state of affairs. | :09:24. | :09:30.
We would encourage all farmers to be vigilant and to look out for | :09:30. | :09:36.
anything unusual and to report it to the local police. For on now, | :09:36. | :09:40.
Roger Davies is staying vigilant and says he hopes whoever is | :09:40. | :09:47.
responsible as court soon. Je spiking up on that point, the | :09:47. | :09:51.
police say they are investigating and are urging anyone who has any | :09:51. | :09:57.
information to come forward. In the meantime, the cost for the father | :09:57. | :10:02.
is continuing to rise and today, Roger Davies said another she will | :10:02. | :10:06.
have to be put down because of the injuries it had received. | :10:06. | :10:09.
The Chair of the exam regulator in England Ofqual has expressed her | :10:09. | :10:12.
regret for any offence caused to the Welsh government, following | :10:12. | :10:16.
comments she made last week. Amanda Spielman had claimed the regrading | :10:16. | :10:19.
of GCSEs in Wales was "politically motivated". | :10:19. | :10:22.
Health officials are investigating an e-coli outbreak which may be | :10:22. | :10:27.
linked to a children's farm in Brecon. Two children, one from from | :10:27. | :10:33.
Ceredigion and one from Kent, visited Cantref Adventure Farm. | :10:33. | :10:36.
They have both tested positive for the bacteria, which causes severe | :10:36. | :10:39.
diarrhoea. The farm says it has stopped all contact between animals | :10:39. | :10:49.
:10:49. | :10:50. | ||
and the public. A young children, particularly those under five, | :10:50. | :10:55.
there is the more serious complication. There is a risk that | :10:55. | :11:00.
small children will develop symptoms of kidney failure or | :11:00. | :11:05.
kidney damage. It can be a very nasty infection. That is why it is | :11:05. | :11:11.
important to identify a this source of it and treated properly. | :11:11. | :11:13.
Much more to come before seven o'clock. | :11:13. | :11:15.
Foot and mouth pyres, fuel protestors gridlock and two Grand | :11:15. | :11:21.
Slams - 50 years of reporting Wales Today. | :11:21. | :11:24.
And a big local derby tonight. Scarlets have won all their games | :11:24. | :11:28.
so far. They take on the Ospreys in the next hour. We are live in | :11:28. | :11:35.
Llanelli. It is the television advertisment | :11:35. | :11:40.
you will not get to see. A Welsh peace movement says it has been | :11:40. | :11:42.
banned from placing an advert on S4C because its anti-war message | :11:43. | :11:45.
has been deemed unacceptable for broadcast. | :11:45. | :11:48.
The agency that manages the channel's adverts says political | :11:48. | :11:52.
adverts are not allowed. Let us talk to our arts and media | :11:52. | :12:02.
correspondent Huw Thomas. What exactly is the group arguing for? | :12:02. | :12:07.
There are a group which campaigns for peace and against war and | :12:07. | :12:11.
conflict. It is World Peace Day today and to mark the occasion they | :12:11. | :12:17.
wanted to put on a 32nd commercial which they say examine the issues | :12:17. | :12:26.
of war and Britain's roll up in it. They said it would provide a | :12:26. | :12:30.
balance for the number of commercials the art on television | :12:30. | :12:40.
which try to recruit people to join the military. This was rejected by | :12:40. | :12:46.
the Broadcasting Company, which said that the political nature of | :12:46. | :12:49.
the group meant it could not advertise on television, because | :12:49. | :12:58.
there was effectively a political pressure group. There say that as a | :12:58. | :13:02.
society what we deal with his public controversy. This is what we | :13:02. | :13:07.
find hard to understand. If peace is a matter of public controversy, | :13:08. | :13:15.
then surely what is, too. Those of us to view S4C art only too | :13:15. | :13:22.
familiar with the because then added driving that the armed forces | :13:22. | :13:30.
are allowed to promote. S4C And what has S4C said in response? | :13:30. | :13:36.
say that this is clear cut. They look after a number of broadcasters | :13:36. | :13:41.
across the United Kingdom. They based it on evidence given to them | :13:41. | :13:45.
by the parliament. They said military adverse weather allowed | :13:45. | :13:48.
because they were treated not have the we from other job recruitment | :13:48. | :13:54.
Campaigners have lost their battle to block plans to merge two | :13:54. | :13:56.
secondary schools in Carmarthenshire. Llandovery's only | :13:56. | :13:58.
state school, Ysgol Pantycelyn, will close, and be merged with | :13:58. | :14:03.
Llandeilo's Ysgol Tregib. A new school will be built on a site at | :14:03. | :14:06.
near Llandeilo. The move has been rubber-stamped by the Education | :14:06. | :14:11.
Minister, Leighton Andrews. It's a kind of shoplifting, but | :14:11. | :14:14.
it's not goods that are being taken in Denbighshire, but wire shopping | :14:14. | :14:18.
baskets. Tesco says it's trying to stop the baskets being taken from | :14:18. | :14:20.
the Ruthin store after 500 have reportedly gone missing since | :14:20. | :14:27.
Christmas. It's being claimed that the 5p charge for carrier bags is | :14:27. | :14:31.
to blame. The trusty shopping basket is | :14:31. | :14:34.
perfect for that whistle-stop visit to pick up essential groceries. But | :14:34. | :14:37.
shoppers in Ruthin have found them disappearing at one particular | :14:37. | :14:40.
store. Some claim in online discussions that Tesco has told | :14:40. | :14:44.
them around 500 have been stolen since Christmas. Other reports say | :14:44. | :14:48.
the baskets have been sold on the internet. Other theories include | :14:48. | :14:54.
objections to the 5p charge for plastic bags in Wales. | :14:54. | :14:59.
I am as perplexed as anybody about why they are disappearing, why they | :14:59. | :15:03.
are disappearing now, because some of the press have claimed it is | :15:03. | :15:07.
because of the plastic bag issue, well, that has been in force for | :15:07. | :15:15.
over 12 months. Why has it suddenly hit? It has only hit this store. | :15:15. | :15:18.
Tesco says it's aware of baskets being taken from this store and is | :15:18. | :15:21.
implementing measures to stop it. Some shoppers have noticed the | :15:21. | :15:26.
shortage of baskets here. I quite often shop and a basket, | :15:26. | :15:30.
and I have not been able to find them. But that is usually when they | :15:30. | :15:34.
are very busy and I assume they are in use. | :15:35. | :15:42.
We are used to it now! I bring my own. Or you purchase one. | :15:43. | :15:45.
This strange phenomenon appears to be confined to one supermarket in | :15:45. | :15:53.
one town, with no-one able to get a grip on the problem. | :15:53. | :15:57.
We may never know what has happened to the hundreds of baskets. If you | :15:57. | :16:01.
do see someone taking one permanently from the store, you may | :16:01. | :16:05.
can -- you may want to consider shopping them to the police. | :16:05. | :16:07.
Local rivalries renewed on the rugby field tonight. Ashleigh | :16:07. | :16:17.
:16:17. | :16:17. | ||
Crowter is in Llanelli. A passionate West Wales derby in | :16:17. | :16:22.
prospect tonight. Dennis so much at stake in addition to local bragging | :16:22. | :16:28.
rights. The home team are the form side in the Pro12, the Ospreys, | :16:28. | :16:32.
defending champions, they will be hurting after losing their first | :16:32. | :16:37.
three matches. Former Wales scrum- half Rob Jones joins us now. Good | :16:37. | :16:42.
evening. The scarlet have impressed us all with their fantastic free- | :16:42. | :16:46.
flowing rugby. -- the Scarlets. Will they be able to play their | :16:46. | :16:52.
natural game this evening? Are they will be looking to play | :16:52. | :16:57.
their natural game. A lot of their top players are in top form, the | :16:57. | :17:06.
likes of George Lord and Jonathan Davies. Their back line is full of | :17:06. | :17:09.
enterprise and invention of, and by the number of tries they have | :17:10. | :17:14.
scored, they have been playing exceptional rugby. The Ospreys have | :17:14. | :17:18.
not hit any sort of form this year, if we know they are better than | :17:18. | :17:22.
what we have seen in their previous three games, so I think they will | :17:22. | :17:27.
show up and put in a performance. It will be tight, but if you go on | :17:27. | :17:32.
form, the Scarlets are the better side. Let's talk about the Ospreys. | :17:32. | :17:37.
They say there is not a crisis. If they lose, the pressure will go up | :17:37. | :17:42.
a notch, went it? There will be pressure, of course. It is not a | :17:42. | :17:48.
crisis at the moment, but there are concerns. Those concerns are in up | :17:48. | :17:50.
for all the individual players and what they are doing collectively. | :17:50. | :17:55.
The defence has not been what we expect from the Ospreys, and in | :17:55. | :18:00.
attack, they have failed to create many chances, so, all those areas | :18:00. | :18:03.
the to the remedy deceiving, and I am sure that the young, are | :18:04. | :18:07.
becoming coach would be the key to his players to respond and putting | :18:07. | :18:14.
a performance on a big game. Thank you for joining us. | :18:14. | :18:17.
More from Rob in Scrum V Live, which follows Wales Today over on | :18:17. | :18:20.
BBC Two Wales. As for the other fixtures this weekend, it's the | :18:20. | :18:23.
Blues against Treviso at the Arms Park - Jamie Roberts returning to | :18:23. | :18:26.
the starting line-up after his long injury lay-off. And the Dragons | :18:26. | :18:31.
have one of the toughest trips of the whole season away to Munster. | :18:31. | :18:34.
Football, and tomorrow we'll find out how Swansea have reacted to | :18:34. | :18:37.
their first defeat in the Premier League this season as they play | :18:37. | :18:39.
Everton. It's a 12:45pm kick-off at the Liberty Stadium. Meanwhile, in | :18:39. | :18:42.
the Championship, Cardiff City will travel to Crystal Palace without | :18:42. | :18:45.
striker Nicky Maynard - he's now likely to miss the whole season | :18:45. | :18:53.
with a serious knee injury. He only joined Cardiff City last | :18:53. | :18:57.
month, but now the former West Ham striker faces at least six months | :18:57. | :19:01.
on the sidelines. Nicky Maynard tore his anterior cruciate ligament | :19:01. | :19:07.
in Tuesday's 2-0 victory over Millwall and beat an operation. | :19:07. | :19:14.
He is a lovely lad, a lot of humility about 10, and it is now | :19:14. | :19:20.
about making sure that he keeps himself mentally right over the | :19:20. | :19:26.
next period, he will have a lot of support from all of Cardiff City. | :19:26. | :19:31.
Cardiff played Crystal Palace four times last season, two dramatic | :19:31. | :19:36.
Carling Cup semi-finals included in that. They are expecting it to be | :19:36. | :19:40.
tight again tomorrow. And the guarantee of Swansea City's side | :19:40. | :19:44.
will be tested as Everton visit the stadium. Swansea lost their first | :19:44. | :19:48.
match of the campaign at Aston Villa last Sunday. Ashley Williams | :19:48. | :19:52.
made a mistake for the second goal, but there has not been any ranting | :19:52. | :19:58.
or raiding from the manager. The important thing for me is to | :19:58. | :20:03.
always give everything, and you can play bad, make mistakes, and not | :20:03. | :20:10.
only are you talking about Ashley, but about the team. A it is | :20:10. | :20:14.
permitted. Wrexham's conference is building as they prepare for the | :20:14. | :20:19.
visit of Dartford. They are unbeaten in seven matches. | :20:19. | :20:23.
We had the belief from last year coming back. It was nervy to start | :20:23. | :20:27.
with, a few up-and-down result, but the last few have been really good. | :20:27. | :20:32.
It is now taking that on into the next few games. | :20:32. | :20:37.
But even there start has not match that of Newport County. They play | :20:37. | :20:40.
Southport tomorrow. Also, tomorrow look out for Nicole | :20:40. | :20:43.
Cooke in the cycling road race world championships. Luke Rowe from | :20:43. | :20:45.
Cardiff is part of the Great Britain men's team. | :20:45. | :20:48.
He's graced our airwaves for 27 years - radio presenter Roy Noble | :20:48. | :20:50.
broadcast his last weekday show this afternoon before moving to | :20:50. | :20:56.
Sunday mornings. His new show starts on September 30th. | :20:57. | :20:59.
All this week we've been celebrating 50 years of Wales Today, | :20:59. | :21:02.
delving into the archives to bring you the news stories that made the | :21:03. | :21:06.
headlines. Tonight we've reached the 21st century - fuel protests, | :21:06. | :21:12.
foot and mouth and a new golden age of Welsh rugby. In the last of his | :21:12. | :21:15.
reports, Carwyn Jones takes a look back as we looked forward to a new | :21:15. | :21:25.
millennium. It was Wales be's biggest party, | :21:25. | :21:29.
tens of 1000 of a stick to the streets to celebrate a new decade, | :21:29. | :21:34.
a new century, the new millennium. As dawn broke and the clear-up | :21:34. | :21:42.
began, we all wondered whether our technology would survive. | :21:43. | :21:48.
Come back this time, what are that chances of my toaster been effected | :21:48. | :21:54.
with the millennium bug? Luckily, most computer systems defied the | :21:54. | :21:57.
predicted problems. But there was widespread disruption later that | :21:57. | :22:01.
year. Rising fuel prices led to blockade at oil refineries and | :22:01. | :22:07.
queues at the pumps. Drivers besieged the filling | :22:07. | :22:11.
stations that did have fuel. The vast majority on a completely out | :22:11. | :22:15.
of unleaded petrol. At this garage in Swansea, the meters could only | :22:15. | :22:21.
get diesel. Everything comes to a stop, doesn't it? There is no | :22:21. | :22:25.
unleaded here. While there was gloom on the | :22:25. | :22:31.
streets, there was anguish in our countryside. 2001 saw the first | :22:31. | :22:36.
foot and mouth outbreak in Wales for more than 30 years. | :22:36. | :22:40.
Minute-by-minute, hour by hour, things were changing. Straight away, | :22:40. | :22:45.
the countryside closed of, and that really affected tourist operators. | :22:45. | :22:49.
Some watched as their businesses were folding. You could see the | :22:49. | :22:53.
community gradually grinding to a halt, because people were afraid to | :22:53. | :23:00.
go out. Everybody was affected, and it was really awful to witness. | :23:00. | :23:05.
In our capital city, the political landscape was changing. Wales had | :23:05. | :23:08.
voted for National Assembly, and now we needed a home. There were | :23:08. | :23:12.
arguments over where it should be, what it should look like, and how | :23:12. | :23:18.
long it was taking to build. But, on St David's Day 2006, the Queen | :23:18. | :23:21.
officially opened the new Senate building in Cardiff Bay. An event | :23:21. | :23:31.
:23:31. | :23:31. | ||
which Wales -- an event which Wales Today could broadcast due to their | :23:31. | :23:36.
new floating home. The air not many people who can lay | :23:36. | :23:42.
claim to hosting the programme live on water. I think I remember seeing | :23:42. | :23:49.
a cameraman, the camera shifting or something because of the waves Paul | :23:49. | :23:51.
stop. History of a different kind was | :23:51. | :23:55.
being made at the Millennium Stadium. In 2005, Wales won their | :23:55. | :23:59.
first Grand Slam for 27 years. Just for good measure, they did it all | :23:59. | :24:04.
over again in 2008. In latter years, I have gone to | :24:04. | :24:07.
rugby matches and they all say hello to me, because they remember | :24:07. | :24:11.
those times when I have been saying that Wales has won the Grand Slam, | :24:11. | :24:18.
what a great feeling that was, of course, yes. | :24:18. | :24:21.
In the 21st century, we saw gradual attachment to our daily lives. If | :24:21. | :24:26.
we went to the pub, we could not smoke. If we went shopping, we had | :24:26. | :24:30.
to pay for carrier bags, and as the recession took hold, some of those | :24:30. | :24:35.
clerk -- some of those shots began to disappear. But it was also an | :24:35. | :24:40.
era of technological change. One by one, hour and a rock chick -- | :24:40. | :24:44.
analogue television transmitters but switched off. Wales became the | :24:44. | :24:48.
UK's first digital nation. Suddenly we have more channels and did -- | :24:48. | :24:58.
:24:58. | :25:04. | ||
better reception, a meaning because It is all a far cry from those | :25:04. | :25:09.
early years of Wales Today, when, 50 years ago this week, the first | :25:09. | :25:15.
programme was broadcast. From a small studio in a converted church. | :25:15. | :25:20.
There we are, Wales Today 50 years old this week. It leads us to do | :25:20. | :25:29.
I can remember watching you on Wales Today when I was in junior | :25:29. | :25:33.
school! I can promise plenty of drive weather and sunshine this | :25:33. | :25:40.
weekend. Saturday is the best day, but at the Madrid, it looks like it | :25:40. | :25:44.
would turn wet and windy in the south, the North may stay dry. | :25:44. | :25:51.
Showers will die away deceiving to leave us with a dry night. A | :25:51. | :25:54.
widespread ground frost in the countryside, a slight air frost | :25:54. | :25:59.
possible in rural parts of the North. Tomorrow is the Autumn | :25:59. | :26:03.
Equinox, the sun overhead at the equator, and sunglasses will come | :26:03. | :26:11.
in handy. At 8 o'clock in the morning, a gorgeous start. They may | :26:11. | :26:17.
even be a slight frost on your car windscreen. A clear, blue sky, lot | :26:17. | :26:21.
of sunshine at hardly a breath of wind. During the day tomorrow, it | :26:21. | :26:30.
looks like staying drive. Just a few clouds around. We will see | :26:30. | :26:38.
roughly 15 Celsius, with a light breeze. Fabulous weather tomorrow | :26:38. | :26:46.
for this family day and then and now Shariff. -- at a country show. | :26:46. | :26:52.
Tomorrow night is dry and cool. Temperatures in Welshpool dipping | :26:52. | :26:58.
down to six Celsius. High pressure tomorrow, but low-pressure is | :26:58. | :27:04.
moving towards France by Sunday. Sunday start off try, sunniest in | :27:04. | :27:08.
the north with rain spilling out from the south during the day. An | :27:08. | :27:13.
easterly wind Madrid picking up, making it feel chilly. It looks | :27:13. | :27:17.
like a hideous rain will be in the south. The North may stay dry, but | :27:17. | :27:21.
there is some uncertainty in the forecast. Next week looks much more | :27:21. | :27:25.
unsettled, so make the most of the fine weather on Saturday and in the | :27:25. | :27:35. |
