Welcome to Wales Today. Our top story: The opening ceremony was

:00:16.:00:20.

glitzy but Wales got very little economic benefit out of the 2012

:00:21.:00:23.

Olympic Games according to a House of Lords report.

:00:24.:00:35.

Our other headlines tonight: Is it now too expensive for the Welsh

:00:36.:00:38.

Government to subsidise students in university?

:00:39.:00:42.

The family of a Natasha Scott Falber, who died after using a

:00:43.:00:45.

tampon for the first time, try to raise awareness of toxic shock

:00:46.:00:47.

syndrome. Your money. A clearer picture about

:00:48.:00:50.

how much control the Welsh Government may have on the income

:00:51.:00:55.

tax you pay. Airbus in Broughton celebrates after

:00:56.:00:57.

landing deals for aircraft worth more than ?30 billion.

:00:58.:01:06.

And empty pews and dwindling congregations. London's oldest Welsh

:01:07.:01:08.

chapel is under threat. Good evening. It was billed as an

:01:09.:01:21.

Olympics not just for London but for the whole of the UK. But a new

:01:22.:01:25.

report suggests that Welsh economy didn't get much out of it, with most

:01:26.:01:29.

of the benefits going to the south east of England. A House of Lords

:01:30.:01:33.

committee found that fewer than 500 of the 30,000 jobs created by the

:01:34.:01:36.

Games were here in Wales. Here's our sports reporter, Ashleigh Crowter.

:01:37.:01:49.

It was a summer of success as athletes from all over the UK won a

:01:50.:01:54.

record medal haul. The medals were spread around the country but the

:01:55.:01:59.

economic benefits were not. London and the south-east of England were

:02:00.:02:02.

the big winners according to today's report. They got a

:02:03.:02:05.

disproportionate amount of the many compare to other regions. ?2.5

:02:06.:02:10.

billion was invested in the UK by foreign companies. But less than 1%

:02:11.:02:20.

of that was invested here. Of the 31,000 jobs created across the UK,

:02:21.:02:25.

less than 500 were here. That is just 1.5% of the total. Only the

:02:26.:02:29.

East Midlands and the north-east of England did worse. One of the

:02:30.:02:34.

challenges we've got in Wales is that so many of our companies are

:02:35.:02:39.

micro companies. Very often it's difficult for them to get in on

:02:40.:02:47.

contracts which have major combines. Scotland have more

:02:48.:02:50.

companies in their own right based in Scotland and the challenge for

:02:51.:02:56.

Wales is to break in. This company and Port Talbot was one of the Welsh

:02:57.:02:59.

companies were won contracts in the run up to the games. They make

:03:00.:03:03.

security doors for the athletes village. The connections being made

:03:04.:03:07.

on the London Project have brought in other work. We were introduced to

:03:08.:03:12.

companies you would never normally deal with. He got to know the

:03:13.:03:18.

architects and specifiers. They have trust in us so they are specifying

:03:19.:03:26.

us for products in the rest of the country. Wales will always be able

:03:27.:03:34.

to say that the first action of the 2012 games took place here. But the

:03:35.:03:38.

11 football matches at the Millennium Stadium represents just a

:03:39.:03:42.

tiny chunk of last summer 's sporting showpiece. It is an obvious

:03:43.:03:45.

point but most of London 2012 happened in London. Some people 's

:03:46.:03:51.

expectations were too high. Especially around the business side.

:03:52.:03:55.

It was never going to be a big cash cow. The big part is about

:03:56.:04:03.

participation in Wales. The story is good. It is not the same in England.

:04:04.:04:09.

In that way the games have had a massively important impact on young

:04:10.:04:13.

people wanting to be sporty and healthy. One area where Wales has

:04:14.:04:16.

done well is in participation and inspiration. Welsh gymnastics is one

:04:17.:04:23.

of several sporting bodies who say they've had a being a -- big

:04:24.:04:26.

increase in numbers since last summer. If we were going to see a

:04:27.:04:38.

real legacy in Wales, we would be getting PE as a core subject in

:04:39.:04:41.

schools and making sure there is a quality experience for you and

:04:42.:04:49.

people, fun and enjoyable. Tonight a spokesman for the Welsh Government

:04:50.:04:51.

say they were still considering the report but in a statement they noted

:04:52.:04:55.

that Sebastian Cole had recently praised Wales' efforts to ensure a

:04:56.:05:02.

sporting legacy. They say the successful bid to host the world

:05:03.:05:07.

half Marathon Championships in 2016 is an example of the progress made.

:05:08.:05:12.

15 months on the Welsh Linda legacy is participation rather than pounds.

:05:13.:05:18.

Is it too expensive for the Welsh Government to subsidise students in

:05:19.:05:23.

university? That's the question posed tonight as the Education

:05:24.:05:26.

Minister announces a review into higher education. Huw Lewis says he

:05:27.:05:30.

wants to see a world class system in Wales supported by a sustainable

:05:31.:05:32.

funding regime. Our political correspondent, Aled ap Dafydd, is at

:05:33.:05:35.

Cardiff University where the minister is delivering his speech.

:05:36.:05:45.

Why is he making this speech now? I suspect Huw Lewis felt he had to say

:05:46.:05:51.

and do something now because he has been facing a lot of criticism by

:05:52.:05:55.

those within the higher education sector over Welsh Government policy.

:05:56.:06:00.

As things stand Welsh students wherever they study in the UK are

:06:01.:06:07.

subsidised to the tune of about ?3500 by the Welsh Government but

:06:08.:06:18.

there are some within the sector who say that policy is unsustainable.

:06:19.:06:23.

Why are some in the education sector saying they are losing out? A lot of

:06:24.:06:31.

this debate revolves around the funding and subsidising of Welsh

:06:32.:06:34.

students who choose to study in universities over the border. The

:06:35.:06:39.

Welsh Conservatives have said that this is a gimmick on part of the

:06:40.:06:46.

Welsh Government. They say that five English universities have benefited

:06:47.:06:51.

to the tune of ?15 million of Welsh Government funding which has gone to

:06:52.:06:53.

subsidising Welsh students who choose to study there. They now want

:06:54.:07:01.

to CNN to that policy. This review group and all-party review will now

:07:02.:07:05.

be looking into whether this is a sustainable model for the future.

:07:06.:07:09.

When might we hear any recommendations? Nothing will happen

:07:10.:07:15.

in the short term because the current policy is a commit by the

:07:16.:07:18.

Welsh Labour government until the next election and this review will

:07:19.:07:26.

not purport back until after then by having cross-party membership on

:07:27.:07:29.

this group they will be a degree of political cover for the next Welsh

:07:30.:07:33.

Government if they decide to make any changes.

:07:34.:07:39.

The family of a teenage girl, who died after using a tampon for the

:07:40.:07:43.

first time, have launched a campaign to raise awareness of Toxic Shock

:07:44.:07:46.

Syndrome. Natasha Scott Falber, from Caerwent in Monmouthshire, didn't

:07:47.:07:49.

know why she was ill and thought she was recovering from the sickness bug

:07:50.:07:52.

norovirus. She later died in her sleep. Natasha's mother has been

:07:53.:07:55.

speaking to our reporter, Caroline Evans.

:07:56.:08:04.

Ten pack was just 14 and was dreaming of starring in the West

:08:05.:08:11.

End. -- Natasha Scott Falber. But after using tampons the first time

:08:12.:08:14.

she fell ill and died. The night she died we were having a laugh about

:08:15.:08:19.

things and I said I know you are going to hate me that you have taken

:08:20.:08:26.

that tampon ad haven't you? She said I'm fine and I'm feeling better. She

:08:27.:08:31.

was feeling better and many of his symptoms were better. I said OK, I

:08:32.:08:40.

will never mention it again. Then of course, the following morning she

:08:41.:08:45.

died. Natasha developed toxic shock syndrome. One in three people in the

:08:46.:08:50.

UK carry the bacteria which causes it. 40 people a year go on to

:08:51.:08:56.

develop toxic shock syndrome and 23 people die every year. It is

:08:57.:09:00.

extremely rare but Natasha's mother says people must be made aware of

:09:01.:09:03.

the symptoms like high temperature and vomiting. It has happened and we

:09:04.:09:10.

can't do anything about it but to stop it happening to somebody

:09:11.:09:21.

else... No family should have to go through this. If we can stop it and

:09:22.:09:26.

it's hard, it's difficult for us to speak out, but we want to because it

:09:27.:09:34.

is such a simple thing. Many companies already warned about toxic

:09:35.:09:37.

shock syndrome but the family wanted to be given a higher profile and a

:09:38.:09:43.

meeting with Public Health Wales next week.

:09:44.:09:48.

The family of a couple killed in an aircraft crash say Gary Vickers was

:09:49.:09:52.

an experienced pilot. He was flying his partner home from Paris when the

:09:53.:09:58.

plane came down on Friday afternoon. An enquiry has been launched into

:09:59.:10:05.

what happened. Gary was an experienced pilot. He would not have

:10:06.:10:10.

considered going out if he knew there was something wrong. They were

:10:11.:10:16.

devoted to each other. A search at the former Cardiff home

:10:17.:10:20.

of a woman who's been missing for more than thirty years has ended.

:10:21.:10:23.

Police have been at the house in Llandaff, where Susanne

:10:24.:10:25.

Llewellyn-Jones lived, since the end of last week. Ms Llewellyn Jones

:10:26.:10:29.

went missing in 1980 after being taken to a train station by her

:10:30.:10:31.

husband. A coroner has recorded a verdict of

:10:32.:10:35.

accidental death in the inquest of a 14-year=old school girl who drowned

:10:36.:10:38.

off Barry Island. Hollie McClymont from Glasgow was on holiday with her

:10:39.:10:41.

family when she disappeared while swimming at Whitmore Bay in July.

:10:42.:10:48.

Her body was found two days later. We've been given a clearer picture

:10:49.:10:51.

today about the level of control the Welsh Government may have on income

:10:52.:10:55.

tax in the future. Some powers over the tax could be on their way to

:10:56.:11:00.

Cardiff Bay if a decision is made to hold a referendum. But the Treasury

:11:01.:11:03.

now says the Government here will not get the powers to vary income

:11:04.:11:06.

tax bands individually. Our political editor, Nick Servini, is

:11:07.:11:10.

here. Earlier this month, David Cameron

:11:11.:11:13.

and the Deputy Prime Minister, Nick Clegg, were in Cardiff to announce

:11:14.:11:16.

that the Welsh Government will for the first time get the power to

:11:17.:11:20.

borrow and to vary some taxes like stamp duty and landfill tax. If it

:11:21.:11:26.

wants it, the Welsh Government could also be given control over part of

:11:27.:11:30.

income tax, which is the biggest revenue raiser after a referendum.

:11:31.:11:35.

This morning we were given further details and the most significant

:11:36.:11:42.

development related to income tax. All of this followed a report called

:11:43.:11:46.

the Silk Commission, which said it was essential that the Welsh

:11:47.:11:48.

Government is given flexibility on income tax. So if it wanted to raise

:11:49.:11:55.

or lower the higher rate, it could do so without the basic rate

:11:56.:12:00.

changing. But today we found out the Treasury won't allow that to happen.

:12:01.:12:04.

It says any rise or fall will have to take place in tandem across all

:12:05.:12:07.

the different bands, so there'll be no scope to isolate a higher or

:12:08.:12:20.

lower rate. It's what's happening in Scotland. And the chief secretary to

:12:21.:12:24.

the Treasury, Danny Alexander, explained why. I think the idea that

:12:25.:12:35.

you can change the level of income tax, that half of the rate of income

:12:36.:12:39.

tax is now set in Wales, it is something which is powerful and it's

:12:40.:12:43.

a new lever to be used in Wales. But I think the issue about what level

:12:44.:12:48.

different bands are set, that is about the labour market across the

:12:49.:12:51.

whole of the UK and that power should stay at UK level. On this

:12:52.:12:56.

issue of income tax, the Welsh Government's Finance Minister, Jane

:12:57.:12:59.

Hutt, said it was a missed opportunity and said the focus now

:13:00.:13:05.

would be on the other taxes first. We look forward now to what we can

:13:06.:13:08.

do with the smaller taxes that are being devolved now like landfill tax

:13:09.:13:15.

and stamp duty. The people of Wales want to know what we can do now and

:13:16.:13:21.

I'm going to be working to ensure that we get the income stream and we

:13:22.:13:24.

have early access to borrowing which is such good news. Now the First

:13:25.:13:29.

Minister, Carwyn Jones, has already said he doesn't want income tax

:13:30.:13:32.

powers for Wales as things stand now for a number of reasons. This

:13:33.:13:35.

announcement is unlikely to change his mind.

:13:36.:13:38.

??WHIT Much more to come before 7:00pm: Another night sleeping on

:13:39.:13:45.

the floor. Now new plans to make more homes available to ease the

:13:46.:13:47.

squeeze. And the first cold snap. Some of us

:13:48.:13:52.

are in for a dusting of snow and a warning of ice in the next 24 hours.

:13:53.:14:02.

The full forecast in a few minutes. Management and workers at the Airbus

:14:03.:14:05.

wings plant at Broughton in Flintshire have told Wales Today

:14:06.:14:08.

they are confident about the future after the company secured major

:14:09.:14:11.

orders at a Middle East air show. Airbus, which employs 6,500 people

:14:12.:14:14.

at Broughton has struck deals worth more than ?30 billion, apparently

:14:15.:14:17.

securing thousands of jobs here. The new orders come amidst fierce

:14:18.:14:20.

competition in the industry, as Roger Pinney reports.

:14:21.:14:34.

It is quite a stage on which to sell your goods and deals done here can

:14:35.:14:40.

have a big impact on Welsh companies and their families. The pitch for

:14:41.:14:47.

customers is so important and even the prime minister turned up to

:14:48.:14:55.

trumpet a string of orders. They are very exciting deals. Every second a

:14:56.:15:00.

plane takes off somewhere in the world with wings made in Britain and

:15:01.:15:06.

landing gear made in Britain. This is a real area of expertise. This is

:15:07.:15:13.

the aircraft which is turning heads. It is so new it only flew the first

:15:14.:15:16.

time during the summer. 53 of them have been ordered in Dubai along

:15:17.:15:25.

with 50 of its big sister. On the wing production line in Broughton

:15:26.:15:29.

fjord of book should secure five to seven years of work. The A350 is a

:15:30.:15:35.

new aircraft and what is special about it is that it is 25% more fuel

:15:36.:15:41.

efficient than the competition. This wing will be flying in the colours

:15:42.:15:44.

of Qatar airlines in just over a year. The orders we have achieved in

:15:45.:15:56.

the last 48 hours, it is really strong. The competition is strong

:15:57.:16:01.

but our product is strong. We are confident that we will continue to

:16:02.:16:05.

sell. Every order is a Wellcome order. Significant orders like this

:16:06.:16:15.

guarantees more work in the future. But that broaden both management and

:16:16.:16:18.

workforce will tell you they are not complacent. In commercial aircraft

:16:19.:16:22.

building the competition is fierce and in Dubai Boeing has had some

:16:23.:16:27.

major successes as well. It is a cut-throat affair with thousands of

:16:28.:16:31.

jobs on both sides of the Atlantic dependent on the outcome.

:16:32.:16:39.

The mother of April Jones has welcomed the move by Internet

:16:40.:16:42.

companies to make it harder to find child abuse images online. The

:16:43.:16:46.

five-year old was killed by Mark Bridger in October last year after

:16:47.:16:50.

he had viewed child sex abuse images on his computer. Our daughter had to

:16:51.:16:57.

be killed before this came to light. Richard of been done ages

:16:58.:17:01.

ago. We are trying to fight for this tells of other families don't go

:17:02.:17:06.

through what we went through. Burton's biscuits, which employs

:17:07.:17:09.

around 700 people at its factory in Torfaen, has been sold to a Canadian

:17:10.:17:12.

pension fund. The manufacturer, which makes Jammie Dodgers and

:17:13.:17:15.

Wagons, was put up for sale earlier this year by its current owner, a

:17:16.:17:18.

Canadian investment bank. Drivers across Wales are being urged

:17:19.:17:21.

not to multi-task behind the wheel to prevent crashes, causing by

:17:22.:17:24.

people using their mobile phones and other devices. The campaign by the

:17:25.:17:27.

charity Brake comes at the start of Road Safety Week. Research shows

:17:28.:17:31.

37,000 drivers here have points on their license for driving while

:17:32.:17:44.

distracted. It is now ten years since mobile phone use at the wheel

:17:45.:17:47.

was banned so a decade on we still have a huge adult drivers taking

:17:48.:17:54.

this risk. In a dash in a high number of the serious collisions we

:17:55.:17:58.

have we are finding that people have been using a mobile phone at the

:17:59.:18:03.

time of the collision or just before. Those people are committing

:18:04.:18:06.

serious offences and causing death by dangerous driving. I would advise

:18:07.:18:13.

people, don't use a mobile phone whilst driving.

:18:14.:18:17.

Private landlords and letting agents will need a licence to operate if

:18:18.:18:20.

the Welsh Government's housing bill becomes law. It will also give more

:18:21.:18:24.

power to tax empty homes which it's hoped will prevent homelessness and

:18:25.:18:27.

boost the supply of housing. Daniel Davies reports.

:18:28.:18:36.

Ian and Dawn McGregor and SN are squeezed into his mother 's

:18:37.:18:39.

one-bedroom bungalow. They have been relying on relatives after he fell

:18:40.:18:43.

ill and the family fell behind with the mortgage. To be put in that

:18:44.:18:52.

situation, it is hard to explain to people. The situation we are in now,

:18:53.:19:02.

I would not wish it on anyone. Ministers want to stop the same

:19:03.:19:06.

thing happening to more families. At this homeless charity in Cardiff the

:19:07.:19:11.

housing minister met young people who have been helped back on their

:19:12.:19:14.

feet. In future councils will be able to act sooner when somebody is

:19:15.:19:18.

at risk of losing their home. The housing bill will also create a

:19:19.:19:23.

register of pilot sector landlords. We are trying to read late the

:19:24.:19:27.

system and make sure we have place -- safe places for people to live in

:19:28.:19:38.

Wales. We have some fantastic landlords in Wales but not all of

:19:39.:19:41.

them. Any landlord who does not sign up will not be a bit let flats or

:19:42.:19:49.

houses in Wales. We fully support this and we have to educate

:19:50.:19:53.

landlords who are not aware of the responsibilities. The costs involved

:19:54.:19:59.

-- involved mean the cost will be borne by the good landlords. This

:20:00.:20:16.

bill also lets councils charge 150% council tax on properties that have

:20:17.:20:20.

been empty free year. Plaid Cymru is trying to convince the Welsh

:20:21.:20:23.

Government to go further and double council tax on second homes. Last

:20:24.:20:27.

week the Conservatives called for a revamp of the right to buy with the

:20:28.:20:30.

money raised spent on more social housing. The politicians are trying

:20:31.:20:35.

to outbid each other with ways of keeping our roofs -- keeping roofs

:20:36.:20:40.

above our heads but the supply of new homes is not keeping up with

:20:41.:20:43.

demand. The government is hoping this latest offer will be the key to

:20:44.:20:50.

unlock that. Rugby, and Wales are still hoping

:20:51.:20:54.

Scott Williams could be fit to face Tonga on Friday despite a toe

:20:55.:20:57.

injury. It would ease the centre injury crisis which has already

:20:58.:21:00.

claimed Jamie Roberts, Jonathan Davies and newcomer Cory Allen.

:21:01.:21:03.

Wales will also rest their British and Irish Lions, but defence coach

:21:04.:21:06.

Shaun Edwards is keen to keep the momentum going. It was a very high

:21:07.:21:14.

standard game against South Africa and the momentum is building and

:21:15.:21:19.

hopefully we can keep that going against Tonga on Friday. Hopefully

:21:20.:21:27.

we can place attacking rugby and some solid defence. -- play.

:21:28.:21:35.

Football, and Wales manager Chris Coleman says he's prepared to rest

:21:36.:21:38.

Gareth Bale for Wales' friendlies in the future. Coleman says he

:21:39.:21:41.

understands the need protect the 24-year-old, who signed for Real

:21:42.:21:44.

Madrid in the summer for a record fee of ?85 million.

:21:45.:21:51.

It's the oldest Welsh chapel in London, dating back to the 1770's.

:21:52.:21:55.

Hundreds of parishioners once worshiped at the Jewin Presbyterian

:21:56.:21:58.

Church every Sunday, but over the past 50 years the number of members

:21:59.:22:01.

has fallen dramatically. Now, BBC presenter Huw Edwards is leading a

:22:02.:22:04.

campaign to save the building and keep the traditions of the London

:22:05.:22:07.

Welsh community alive. Carwyn Jones has more.

A small but loyal congregation keeps the faith that the oldest surviving

:22:15.:22:19.

Welsh church in London. The hymns are heartfelt and the worshippers

:22:20.:22:23.

are devout but BP was a largely empty. Jewin Presbyterian Church can

:22:24.:22:30.

trace its history back to 1774 that it is facing a 21st-century problem.

:22:31.:22:36.

Numbers are falling and maintenance costs are rising. Hugh Edwards is

:22:37.:22:40.

one of the parishioners and we should sit with his family every

:22:41.:22:44.

Sunday. He is campaigning to save this building. The Welsh churches in

:22:45.:22:51.

London I like the Welsh churches in Wales. They are facing a tough time.

:22:52.:22:58.

They represent something good in my view and they represent something

:22:59.:23:00.

that is worth keeping and fighting for. They were once 30 Welsh chapels

:23:01.:23:06.

in London. This one was the first. These were important centres of

:23:07.:23:09.

faith when collective worship was the norm. It stood for 160 years

:23:10.:23:15.

before being destroyed during one of the worst nights of the Blitz. It

:23:16.:23:23.

then reopened 20 years later and the building was packed to the rafters.

:23:24.:23:28.

A far cry from today. It is getting harder because we are getting fewer

:23:29.:23:32.

members and fewer people prepared to take on the burden. We are an ageing

:23:33.:23:39.

congregation. Jewin Presbyterian Church has a special status and is

:23:40.:23:45.

in the heart of the city of London. The history of the building is

:23:46.:23:47.

intertwined with the history of the capital. If this church closed it

:23:48.:23:54.

would be a very dark moment not just for Christian communities in London

:23:55.:23:58.

but for the London Welsh and the traditions of the London Welsh. That

:23:59.:24:02.

reason lots of us think it's worth saving. Nobody here believes numbers

:24:03.:24:09.

will rise dramatically overnight. This building will still have empty

:24:10.:24:13.

pews on any given Sunday but this appeal hopes to connect with the

:24:14.:24:17.

60,000 strong London Welsh community to ensure this iconic church has a

:24:18.:24:22.

future. There is a cold snap heading our

:24:23.:24:24.

way. Here is Derek. Time to dig out the warm coat and

:24:25.:24:34.

bobble hat. It is turning colder with some frost and wintry showers.

:24:35.:24:37.

I'm not expecting much snow. There will be a dusting in places but not

:24:38.:24:41.

everywhere. Most of it on higher ground, the hills and mountains. Ice

:24:42.:24:44.

will be the main hazard if you're travelling. So a cold front moved

:24:45.:24:47.

southeast through Wales today bringing rain, followed by clearer

:24:48.:24:50.

and colder air from the Arctic. Tonight, scattered showers. Most of

:24:51.:24:54.

them in the north and west. Heavy in places with hail and falling as snow

:24:55.:24:57.

on higher ground, or example in Snowdonia and on the Cambrian

:24:58.:25:00.

Mountains. Some dry, clear weather as well, especially in the

:25:01.:25:03.

southeast. Colder than recent nights with a frost in places. And the Met

:25:04.:25:07.

Office has issued a warning of ice covering most of North and Mid

:25:08.:25:10.

Wales, west Powys and north Carmarthenshire. So here's the

:25:11.:25:15.

picture for 8:00am in the morning. A cold wind and wintry showers in the

:25:16.:25:21.

north and west. Some of the showers heavy with hail and thunder. Sleet

:25:22.:25:25.

and snow as well. A dusting of snow in places, mainly on higher ground

:25:26.:25:29.

above 200m or 800 feet. Strong winds on the west coast. The southeast dry

:25:30.:25:34.

and bright with sunshine and lighter winds. So mixed fortunes tomorrow.

:25:35.:25:41.

Most of the showers in the west and south-west. The best of the dry

:25:42.:25:44.

weather and sunshine in the northeast, eastern Powys, and the

:25:45.:25:47.

southeast. Top temperatures only 4C to 7C, but feeling colder in he

:25:48.:25:50.

north to north-westerly wind. The wind easing during the afternoon. On

:25:51.:25:53.

Cadair Idris tomorrow, occasional snow and hail showers. And feeling

:25:54.:25:57.

bitterly cold with a wind-chill temperature of -13C. Tomorrow

:25:58.:26:02.

evening, dry with some frost for a while. However, cloud and rain will

:26:03.:26:06.

spread from the northwest overnight. The wind increasing as well.

:26:07.:26:10.

Wednesday will be windy with strong to gale force winds. Some rain and

:26:11.:26:13.

snow on the mountains clearing to sunshine and a few showers.

:26:14.:26:21.

Thursday, cold and breezy. Scattered showers and bright spells. Friday

:26:22.:26:26.

and the weekend will be mostly dry. Some frost and a chilly breeze. So

:26:27.:26:29.

cold tomorrow with sunshine and wintry showers. Watch out for icy

:26:30.:26:32.

patches if you're travelling first thing in the morning.

:26:33.:26:49.
