James Bond films, Pinewood Studios has announced it's to open a new

facility in Cardiff. The Welsh Government has been heavily involved

in the deal, saying it would generate an estimated ?90 million

and support 2,000 over five years. Our arts and media correspondent Huw

Thomas reports Two women from mid Wales have been jailed for illegally

burying a man and claiming benefits in his name. It is the movie banned

-- brand that has promoted British film around the world perhaps more

than any other. James Bond has helped Pinewood present the British

story perhaps more than anything else. After a year of talks, Cardiff

was chosen I Pinewood for their new facility. They will lease the

building from the Welsh Government. It will be employment opportunities,

it will help small businesses who might wish to work with them. Like

macro significance of this cannot be understated. Pinewood is responsible

for familiar characters and film franchises that we all go to see in

the cinema. With the deal announced to bring Pinewood to Cardiff we

could be seen some familiar faces in Wales. Wales has often been a

popular place to film things like honeypot and Doctor Who. This

promises to put Wales in the heart of the UK film industry. We have

struggled to attract film-makers, this facility was mothballed after

seven years having failed to attract film-makers. There is an initial

commitment of a five-year lease on the site and the Welsh Government

are making a ?30 million pot available to production companies

who want to make films here with the government getting a cut of profits

if they do well at the box office. Ill macro in recent years will has

become a well-known centre for the production of television drama. With

the introduction of a tax incentive for big budget television by the UK

Government this is something we are very excited by. It is a brand with

a long track record and it is about having the right timing. We have

lots of new talent coming through the ranks that is ready to break

into studio pictures. We do not know if James Bond will be among the

stars heading to Cardiff for their big film next time but the hope to

start work as soon as. Two women from Wales have been jailed for

illegally burying a man and continuing to claim benefits in his

name. Geoffrey Sturdey died in 2008, but his body was only found on land

near the village of Llwynygroes in Ceredigion last June. His widow was

involved in the fraud. Cemlyn Davies reports. This is the remote part of

countryside where Geoffrey Sturdey's body was found nearly five years

after he died. He lived with his wife and three other woman near

Llwynygroes in Ceredigion. Mr Sturdey was 60 when he died of

natural causes but his death was kept a secret as his widow, Ladan

Rebekah Sturdey and Boque Ore Aide, continued to claim benefits in his

name. They fraudulently received more than ?77,000. Eventually, staff

at the Department for Work and Pensions grew suspicious. It began

as the departmental matching stand. The amount of money on someone's

account was above the allowed beam it. It seemed to be a

straightforward case but when investigators looked at it closely

it became apparent there was more to this. The women claimed Mr Sturdey

had gone travelling across Europe but after an extensive search

operation involving digging equipment and ground-penetrating

radar police found his body, and notes written in Hebrew explaining

how he had died. As he sentenced them to 20 months in prison, judge

Paul Thomas QC told Ladan Rebekah Sturdey and Boque Ore Aide they had

taken advantage of Mr Sturdey's sad death to claim benefits to which

they were not entitled. It gave you two the opportunity to enrich

yourselves at the expense of the rest of us, he said. Ladan Rebekah

Sturdey and Boque Ore Aide will serve half their sentences behind

bars before being released on license. What this investigation has

shown that people who unlawfully bury a deceased person and continue

to claim their benefits will not get away with it. An investigation is

taking place in relation to this matter. Karmel Aide, who had also

admitted unlawfully burying a man, was given a nine month suspended

sentence and she was ordered to complete 150 hours of unpaid work.

There's a police investigation into unlawful payments he received, but

the Chief Executive of Pembrokeshire County Council, Bryn Parry Jones,

will NOT be standing down. On Friday, the council accepted the

findings of a Wales Audit Office report into the payments. His

counterpart at Carmarthenshire, Mark James, has stood down while police

investigate payments to him. A dispute over protecting the wages of

Welsh farm workers has begun its hearing in the Supreme Court.

Assembly Members passed a law last year to set minimum wages in

agriculture. But the UK Government's Attorney General blocked it, saying,

it was not within the assembly's powers. The hearing continues

tomorrow. The Wales squad are back in camp ahead of Friday's Six

Nations Game match with France. There are no fresh injuries but

there was confirmation today that Jonathan Davies won't be in

contention. Warren Gatland will name his side to face France on

Wednesday. Behind the scenes, some positive signs tonight of a

resolution in the on-going rugby row. The Welsh Rugby Union Chief

Executive Roger Lewis says, more talks will take place tomorrow. I

will be back up in London tomorrow with my colleagues from France,

Ireland and England. We have a small working party now to put the flesh

on the bones of what we discussed last week in Paris. Personally I

would like to resolve it by the end of this year's six Nations but it

will take as long as it takes because we have to get the right

resolution and outcome for rugby. At the winter Olympics in Russia,

Welsh-born skater Lloyd Jones finished 15th as he competed for

France in the Free Dance pairs final. The 25-year-old, from

Whitchurch in Cardiff, moved abroad to team up with a new partner and

better facilities. Another welshman, Bruce Tasker from Manobier IS part

of Great Britain's four-man bobsleigh team. He's arrived in

Sochi, excited and ready to compete for a medal. We are doing very well

to remember it is just another race. Yes it is the Olympic Games and the

spin equal of our sporting career -- pinnacle of our sporting gear but we

are just going out there to win like we do every week. Now the weather.

Just a little warmer here, less stormy later this week but it will

not be completely dry. Some dry weather tonight but also showers,

heavy and places. The wind will fall light and temperatures staying well

above freezing. Tomorrow morning they will start today with mist and

hill fog. One or two showers otherwise much of the country dry

and brightening up in places with a little sunshine in Newtown. We have

some rain and mind and snow for the North of Scotland. Elsewhere, some

places dry and brightening up with sunshine. There will be some cloud

around with the risk of the land fund. The temperature in London will

rise to 11 Celcius. A clear afternoon in Wales tomorrow.

Temperatures well above-average with a light to moderate breeze. Tomorrow

evening will start dry but that will not last, some showery rain

spreading across the country overnight. Showers first thing we'll

hear on Wednesday then mostly dry but some rain in the west and

south-west later in the afternoon. It does look like turning white

overnight into Thursday with some heavy rain accompanied by strong to

gale force winds. No warnings in force at the moment in Wales but

that could change. Keep an eye on the forecast. That is all from us
