Good evening. Special prayers have been said for the six-day-old baby,

Eliza-Mae Mullane, who died at the family home in Carmarthenshire last

week. The family's pet dog was seized by police from their house in

Pontyberem, as part of the investigation. Matt Murray reports.

Eliza-Mae was less than a week old when she died at home in Pontyberem.

Following her death, police took away the family dog, leaving a

community in shock. Today, prayers for Eliza-Mae were said at this

local church. Parish priest Father Pius Augustine led the service and

said her family attended after contacting him in the week. We are

all deeply saddened I this tragedy. It has been a big shock for us. We

hope her family will get through this. On the one hand, we have a big

community every find consolation and strength in prayer. We also wanted

to express our concern and support for the family. Officers finished

their forensic examination of the family home in New Road on Friday,

but insisted the investigation may still take some time, describing it

as a sensitive inquiry. The family pet, Nisha, still remains in

possession of the police. It's an Alaskan Malmute, like this, a breed

of dog which is not on the banned list. Eliza-Mae's parents have paid

tribute to their "dearly loved daughter", saying they would cherish

the short time they had with her. Around 35 firefighters are tackling

a large fire at a leisure centre in Penarth in the Vale of Glamorgan.

The alarm was raised just over an hour ago at Cogan Leisure Centre.

An elderly man is in hospital in Cardiff after he was seriously

injured in a collision with a recovery vehicle. The incident

happened on Mill Road in Ely yesterday lunchtime. The man

suffered multiple injuries. Police are appealing for witnesses.

Ceredigion coastal path has suffered more than ?100,000 of damage during

the recent winter storms. The council was already facing costs of

Good evening. We do have a blustery day today. We saw gusts of 93 mph.

The good news is the winter should is scrutinised. We have this by the

front bringing with it some intense downpours. Especially across parts

of the country when we have a yellow warning. There is the potential for

some flooding there. We do have the wind and the rain house where but

the wind will ease off overnight. A mild night with temperatures of

6-7dC was not a bad start for the working week. The rain band will
