northwards progression. For Scotland, it is a decent day. That	:00:56.	:01:00.
rain is slow to work its way northwards across Northern Ireland,	:01:00.	:01:09.
won't get into northern England in daylight hours. Another potential	:01:09.	:01:13.
problem, we are told there is a high risk of landslides across the	:01:13.	:01:17.
south-west of England due to the saturated ground so take care if	:01:17.	:01:21.
