Good evening. Hopefully you were not caught out into many showers today.

And were quite a few around, particularly across the Midlands.

This is what has been stuck across the UK through the course of the

day. A Catherine wheel of cloud. You can see at the showers are starting

to fade away, so it looks like the weather will be pretty good

tomorrow. Dry and bright weather on the way and this is true

particularly for the afternoon. In the morning, you will find it could

still be quite dull. Let's have a look at the forecast through the

night. Still a fair bit of cloud. Rain in 12 places, turning chilly

across the south of Wales and into the Saturday month. -- one or two.

But this is the rush-hour first thing in the morning. Scotland, fine

weather across the Western Isles. Still cloudy in eastern Scotland and

Fife, and along the North Sea coast. Some of the cloud will be thick,

shrouding the hills. Seven or eight degrees for many of us. Again,

across the South West, it should be bright first thing. But remember, a

little bit of class -- grass frost. So what happens through the morning,

well, cloud will break and will be sunshine around. But the last place

the sun will come out will be eastern areas. And enjoy Tuesday

because it will be the best day of the week. Wednesday, a different

story. This area of low pressure will move in our direction. You can

see where the wind is coming from. Behind it is is mild but within that

band of rain, quite windy. But the other side of the weather front, it

could be as high as 17 or 18 once the rain clears. And that is the

story for the second half of the week. Mild Atlantic south-westerly

is coming our way, bringing showers for sure that Lisa will not be

particularly cold. By the time we get to Thursday, temperatures in the
