bye-bye. Good evening. The first week of

November was fireworks sold land full of fun. The final week has been

rather cloudy and dull. Look at the scenario today, extensive cloud

across the country and that has been the story so far this week. Things

are set to change as we speak with the arrival of this weather front.

It is bringing some wet and windy weather to the extreme north-west.

That means we will start to see a change. A windy day in prospect for

tomorrow. Hopefully with that front clearing through and the winds

around, it it will break the cloud up and we will see some sunny

spells. We will have a narrow band of rain, a fairly intense band of

rain moving through Scotland over the next few hours. Ahead of it,

some cloudy skies and patchy fog around. It will be a frost free

night with nose of seven degrees. -- loads of three to seven degrees. A

weather front decaying all the time. The odd band of cloud

associated with it. The cloud breaks up and we will have a promising

afternoon for many. Maybe a little bit of cloud clinging on to the

south coast. Further inland, sunny spells across England and Wales.

Windy with it and because the direction of the wind, we could see

the showers running in of the Cheshire gap. The cost of showers

over Northern Ireland. A cool feel for the afternoon in Scotland. Some

showers to higher ground will be wintry in nature. That is the

scenario on Friday afternoon. The emphasis of the winds stretches down

of the North Sea on Friday night. We start to pick up some showers in the

south-east corner. They will linger first thing on Saturday morning. A

touch of Frost first thing on Saturday but some lovely sunshine

coming through. Saturday is shaping up to be a promising day. High

pressure stays with us into the weekend but through Sunday we pick

up a little more moisture with that high. We are back to the cloudy dull

scenario. Largely dry, just a few isolated showers into the
