The Hello and welcome. Coming up in the next 30 minutes. | :00:13. | :00:16.
Behind the public gaze, at the Professional Footballers' battling | :00:16. | :00:22.
with depression. A campaign against wind power. | :00:22. | :00:27.
can only be because of the level of subsidies. Northamptonshire has the | :00:27. | :00:33.
lowest wind speeds in Britain. The win at -- High wind speeds are | :00:33. | :00:36.
around the coast. A Suffolk schoolteacher kills | :00:37. | :00:40.
himself before facing questions about a paedophile racket. | :00:40. | :00:45.
And I have been to Essex to meet the pro cyclist who is fighting to | :00:45. | :00:55.
:00:55. | :01:02. | ||
battles - a place at this year's We start tonight with the darker | :01:02. | :01:06.
side of professional football. The stars suffering from depression who | :01:06. | :01:09.
hide their anguish from the public gaze. | :01:09. | :01:14.
This is what most people associate with the world of football at the | :01:14. | :01:18.
highest level - the fame, the wealth, at their glamorous | :01:18. | :01:22.
girlfriends. But for many, it is not like that at all. Last night on | :01:22. | :01:27.
a Late Kick Off, two former professionals revealed the head and | :01:27. | :01:33.
torment they suffered. It has been described as one of the | :01:33. | :01:38.
last taboos of the game. Last night, two former stars talked about their | :01:38. | :01:48.
:01:48. | :01:48. | ||
experience of depression. I did not want to be here any more. I had a | :01:48. | :01:54.
everything but I felt that I was getting it so many injuries. This | :01:54. | :02:00.
former player is using music as a focus after he released -- actor he | :02:00. | :02:05.
reached a all-time low. Later in the programme, another ex-player | :02:05. | :02:10.
revealed he also suffered from depression. It is such a high- | :02:10. | :02:13.
pressure environment. One day your loved and the next day you were | :02:13. | :02:19.
heated. It is something I had to deal with. Today at his home, he | :02:19. | :02:24.
told me how people can often misunderstand footballers will stop | :02:24. | :02:28.
people think you should be fine, what are you worried about? What | :02:28. | :02:34.
have you got to be worried about? One thing about depression, it does | :02:34. | :02:39.
not have any boundaries. It does not care about race or gender or | :02:39. | :02:44.
wealth or age. It takes you over and this is not a nice place to be. | :02:44. | :02:49.
I think with footballers coming out of the game, I think there live | :02:49. | :02:54.
changes so much that perhaps the clubs should have a little bit more | :02:54. | :03:00.
of a duty to make sure that their well-being is OK. The issue of | :03:00. | :03:03.
depression in football will be the major focus of a conference later | :03:03. | :03:09.
this year. It is not just the chap was a charity that is looking at | :03:09. | :03:15.
this. The major bodies in football are. If there are ways we can all | :03:15. | :03:23.
come together... Nobody saw the Gary Speed situation developing. | :03:23. | :03:26.
Players like this are talking about their experiences of up others deal | :03:26. | :03:31.
with first. If you have any questions about | :03:32. | :03:39.
depression, the charity MIND has information on its website. | :03:39. | :03:42.
Campaigners battling against plans for wind farms near their homes | :03:42. | :03:47.
have won an important new ally. The National Trust has this week | :03:47. | :03:52.
described large in terms -- large winter counts as a menace. But this | :03:52. | :03:57.
has not deterred land owners for maximising the potential. A seminar | :03:57. | :04:06.
in Norfolk today was sold out. Around 100 farmers have come here | :04:06. | :04:10.
to Norwich to find out about small- scale renewable energy projects. | :04:10. | :04:16.
Wind, solar power, it sector. But with their UK struggling to meet | :04:16. | :04:23.
its renewable energy targets, are a small scale projects at best a | :04:23. | :04:28.
distraction and at worst an irrelevance? Small-scale wind power. | :04:28. | :04:33.
It is an increasingly common sight. In the future, or we will be | :04:33. | :04:37.
dependent on gas from Russia. Farmers today which showed that | :04:37. | :04:42.
there is only one place prices are heading, and that is up. Renewables | :04:42. | :04:48.
could help cushion the blow. Christmas time we have called | :04:48. | :04:53.
Sources running as well. If I want to do it, I wanted to beat my when | :04:53. | :04:59.
Bill and I want to be for it myself. -- wanted to be my windmill. This | :04:59. | :05:06.
farm gets free Energis -- electricity. It receives a | :05:06. | :05:10.
Government's wind-powered subsidy. These are about the right size to | :05:10. | :05:15.
feed into a large country house or farmhouse. They will cover about | :05:15. | :05:21.
half of the electricity usage for the typical farmhouse. Is that this | :05:22. | :05:25.
small-scale generation worth the trouble and the expense? This | :05:25. | :05:29.
expert says there is a critical point to remember. We must think | :05:29. | :05:34.
about the fact that whenever the use electricity, eaten up % of that | :05:34. | :05:38.
issue -- is lost in the transmission lines. If you could | :05:38. | :05:42.
generated locally, you automatically boost the affect of | :05:42. | :05:47.
amount by eight and a half %. Farmers at that conference where | :05:47. | :05:51.
clear about two things. The way the acquire and use energy will have to | :05:51. | :05:58.
change. This winter time by my time is small. Larger ones are becoming | :05:59. | :06:03.
increasingly controversial. In Northamptonshire, local councils | :06:03. | :06:08.
have rejected applications for several wind farms. Those have been | :06:08. | :06:13.
overturned on appeal by a Government planning inspector. Now | :06:13. | :06:20.
another row is brewing. This is new-build is a Grade 1 | :06:20. | :06:25.
listed building -- this building is a Grade 1 listed building. There is | :06:26. | :06:30.
currently an application to belt for up 126 metre-high tower pounds | :06:30. | :06:36.
less than a mile from here. They will tower over the building. They | :06:36. | :06:40.
will be the highest structure in the landscape. The fact that they | :06:40. | :06:45.
are removing the structure would draw attention to them. It would | :06:45. | :06:49.
distract from the other features of the landscape. This site is not the | :06:49. | :06:54.
only site with an application in the pipeline. Currently planning | :06:54. | :06:59.
inspectors have approved tower bind at four other sites. Appeals are | :06:59. | :07:05.
also on going. If all these towns are granted permission together | :07:05. | :07:11.
with existing wind farms there will be a total of 121 when Mills in | :07:11. | :07:15.
this county alone. Some say it Netherhampton Show is becoming the | :07:15. | :07:20.
wind cattle of England because of inflated Government subsidies. | :07:20. | :07:24.
can only be because of the level of subsidies. We have the lowest wind | :07:24. | :07:30.
speeds in Britain. Central England has low wind speeds. It has to be | :07:30. | :07:36.
down to excess subsidies. West Coast Energy, which is behind this | :07:36. | :07:43.
application, says wind farms codger be to the Government's targets and | :07:43. | :07:53.
:07:53. | :07:54. | ||
commitments. -- contribute. The UK is already struggling to | :07:55. | :08:00.
meet its renewable Ted -- renewable energy targets. Later this year, | :08:00. | :08:04.
the subsidies for wind towers are to be cut. | :08:04. | :08:10.
Where does that leave the future of wind power? | :08:10. | :08:15.
Let us start with that Government target. 30% of our electricity to | :08:15. | :08:22.
be produced by renewables by 2020. We have got a long way to go. | :08:22. | :08:26.
Indeed we have. We have been tardy in the past in moving forward. | :08:26. | :08:32.
we going to make it? It is going to be tough. We have to move in this | :08:32. | :08:36.
direction if we want to have a secure supply for the future. | :08:36. | :08:41.
the moment, subsidies for this are costing around 100 million a year. | :08:41. | :08:48.
Is it worth it? It is only affecting our bills by about 2%. I | :08:48. | :08:51.
know our domestic costs have gone up, but that has not been because | :08:51. | :08:59.
think, it is because of fossil fuel price that we have to import has | :08:59. | :09:02.
gone up so dramatically as that will continue to do so in the | :09:02. | :09:10.
future. I want to top two about the offshore, onshore debate. If we | :09:10. | :09:15.
just concentrated on wind farms offshore, we would not have this | :09:15. | :09:20.
local opposition. Yes, there is more wind offshore but the cost is | :09:20. | :09:25.
significantly higher to build offshore or and it would cost about | :09:25. | :09:31.
50% more for it out Elita city if we took offshore wind rather than | :09:31. | :09:41.
onshore wind. There is another aspect, if we can have it in our | :09:41. | :09:47.
own villages, or we do not have the loss of 8.5% of the electricity | :09:47. | :09:52.
coming from offshore. People do not want it in their villages. They do | :09:52. | :09:57.
not. But it has to come from somewhere. Perhaps what we should | :09:57. | :10:02.
have is that those people who are prepared to have them should have a | :10:02. | :10:06.
discount on their electricity. interesting idea. Thank you very | :10:06. | :10:13.
much. Lot more to come. Including a | :10:13. | :10:16.
surprise announcement from one of our Olympic hopefuls. | :10:17. | :10:24.

The Ministry of Defence is expected to confirm this evening that and | :10:35. | :10:41.
the a man killed in Afghanistan was based in Suffolk. The servicemen | :10:41. | :10:49.
were shot in Helmand Province. When the -- when we get these | :10:49. | :10:55.
tragedies that ripples of grief spread far and wide. The impact | :10:55. | :11:00.
deeply at a base like this. We are still waiting for the official | :11:00. | :11:10.
:11:10. | :11:14. | ||
confirmation of the identity of the spare man. This happened yesterday. | :11:14. | :11:20.
It was during a patrol out on the streets that this a man came under | :11:20. | :11:24.
small-arms fire from insurgents and was killed. His family were told | :11:24. | :11:30.
yesterday. They asked for a period of grace to absorb that news before | :11:30. | :11:36.
any other information was released publicly. Tonight we're waiting for | :11:36. | :11:40.
that confirmation. We understand that when the identity of this | :11:40. | :11:44.
their man is confirmed, the commander here at the base will | :11:44. | :11:52.
come out and read a tribute to the a man. We understand that it | :11:52. | :11:56.
happened at around 8pm. We will try to bring you that in our late | :11:56. | :12:01.
bulletin after the 10 o'clock News. It goes without saying, but the | :12:01. | :12:10.
loss of a combat is very difficult for everyone to bear. -- Conrad. | :12:10. | :12:15.
A court has heard how a Christian philanthropist was conned out of | :12:15. | :12:21.
12 million. Graham Dacre made his fortune from car dealerships. | :12:21. | :12:25.
Norwich Crown Court was told he handed the money to five men who | :12:25. | :12:28.
promise and higher returns which never materialised. The five do by | :12:29. | :12:33.
the charges. A man has died after he was | :12:33. | :12:38.
lockdown -- knocked down by a lorry. Two drivers were hurt when a car | :12:38. | :12:43.
and a van crashed near the life. One of them is believed to have | :12:43. | :12:48.
suffered serious injuries. A teacher who was under | :12:48. | :12:52.
investigation for abusing boys at a boarding school in Suffolk killed | :12:52. | :12:57.
himself before any charges were brought. An investigation has heard | :12:57. | :13:02.
how he brought an overdose. He was linked to the notorious son | :13:02. | :13:12.
:13:12. | :13:13. | ||
The body of the music teacher was discovered in June last year. | :13:13. | :13:17.
Police had been alerted by his sister, who was unable to contact | :13:17. | :13:21.
him. Alan Williams was found dead in his bed eight days after police | :13:21. | :13:26.
extended his bare -- bail. Six envelopes were found in his land | :13:26. | :13:31.
with his will at his bed side. A postmortem showed he had died of a | :13:31. | :13:36.
multiple drug overdose. During the short increase -- inquest, the | :13:36. | :13:39.
coroner made no reference to the police investigation, or the role | :13:39. | :13:44.
it might have played in his actions. At the time of his initial arrest | :13:44. | :13:48.
and questioning a year ago, he had been suspended from his post as | :13:48. | :13:52.
Director of Music at his school in Buckinghamshire. In the 1980s, he | :13:52. | :13:55.
worked at the Old St George's School in Suffolk. It was the | :13:55. | :13:59.
events of 30 years ago that the police were investigating. The | :13:59. | :14:05.
headteacher of that school at the time, a violent disciplinarian, was | :14:05. | :14:09.
finally jailed two years ago. He was found guilty of more than 66 | :14:09. | :14:13.
assaults and beatings of former pupils and possession of more than | :14:13. | :14:19.
4,000 indecent images of pupils. -- children. He later went on to abuse | :14:19. | :14:24.
children in India and Swaziland. He was sentenced to 21 years' | :14:24. | :14:26.
imprisonment. In the case of Alan Williams, although arrested on | :14:27. | :14:30.
suspicion of sexually assaulting pupils, know that charges have been | :14:30. | :14:35.
brought against him at the time of his death. He was described as a | :14:35. | :14:39.
very organised man. The coroner said he clearly understood the | :14:39. | :14:43.
consequences of his actions. His verdict was that he took his own | :14:43. | :14:48.
life. In football, Southend had a good night last night. And there's | :14:49. | :14:56.
action this evening too. Ipswich are out for a third win in | :14:56. | :15:01.
a row in the championship. They thrashed West Ham. Tonight they | :15:01. | :15:04.
play Portsmouth away. They are on the verge of going into | :15:04. | :15:08.
administration. Ipswich's game with Middlesbrough on Saturday was | :15:08. | :15:12.
abandoned as part of the pitch was frozen. They go into the game nine | :15:12. | :15:16.
points clear of the drop zone. Disappointed to find ourselves in | :15:16. | :15:20.
this situation at the wrong end of the table. We are scrapping for our | :15:20. | :15:25.
lives. We need more points quickly to be safe and hopefully to build | :15:25. | :15:30.
for next season. That is our aim at the moment, to get as many points | :15:30. | :15:37.
as possible as quickly as possible. In League One, Colchester's game | :15:37. | :15:39.
with Brentford goes ahead. They haven't played for over two weeks | :15:39. | :15:43.
now but they've managed to clear the snow from the pitch to make it | :15:43. | :15:49.
playable. The Southend boss was hugely | :15:49. | :15:54.
critical after last week's defeat, but they bounced back gaining an | :15:54. | :16:02.
early lead. An own goal made it 2-0. Southend 12-1. There's coverage of | :16:02. | :16:12.
:16:12. | :16:12. | ||
tonight's games on BBC local radio. People living near Southend Airport | :16:13. | :16:15.
have had their first look inside its new terminal today. The | :16:15. | :16:18.
airport's owners are hoping that by 2020, two million passengers a year | :16:18. | :16:21.
will be passing through the building, which opens officially at | :16:21. | :16:28.
the end of this month. The baggage belt is bare, duty free | :16:28. | :16:31.
is deserted, and these people are not flying anywhere. Instead, they | :16:31. | :16:36.
are on a tour of Southend's new terminal. When you are in this | :16:36. | :16:40.
departure lounge, you are already at a boarding gate. Today's message | :16:40. | :16:45.
was that a small airport means some with a travel. London airports have | :16:45. | :16:49.
grown four years and years and have ended up being real monsters with | :16:49. | :16:53.
the 20 minute walk to his some boarding gates. One of the major | :16:53. | :16:56.
selling points of the new terminal is how close it is to the railway | :16:56. | :17:00.
station, with trains into Stratford and look for -- Liverpool Street. | :17:00. | :17:03.
Passengers are being promised a should take 30 minutes with baggage, | :17:03. | :17:08.
15 minutes without, to get from playing to train platform. The | :17:08. | :17:13.
runway has been extended, too. will notice three large crosses. | :17:13. | :17:17.
That is to stop pilots being over enthusiastic and landing on it | :17:17. | :17:21.
before it is open. It means more flights to more destinations, | :17:21. | :17:27.
including Barcelona, I be fair and Amsterdam. It would be good to go | :17:27. | :17:31.
there rather than Stansted or London. More jobs, and the | :17:31. | :17:35.
destinations are so easy for people to get to places. Not everyone is | :17:35. | :17:38.
celebrating the expansion. It is going to cause more pollution and | :17:38. | :17:43.
more noise for local residents, and it will make their quality of life | :17:43. | :17:49.
much less. But airport bosses say the region's runways are congested | :17:49. | :17:52.
and hope that when rail passengers arrive in two weeks' time, they | :17:52. | :18:01.
will see this as an easier alternative. | :18:01. | :18:04.
You're watching Look East from the BBC. Coming up: Pedalling towards | :18:04. | :18:14.
:18:14. | :18:16. | ||
Our next two items are both to do with cycling. In a moment, the | :18:16. | :18:19.
professional rider hoping to make his mark at London 2012. Before | :18:19. | :18:23.
that, an unusual initiative today to make cycling on the roads a lot | :18:23. | :18:27.
safer. If you are on two wheels, you don't | :18:27. | :18:30.
stand much of a chance against a 44-tonne truck if you have a | :18:31. | :18:34.
collision. Juggernauts and bikes don't make for easy companions on | :18:34. | :18:37.
the open road. That's why one of the region's oldest haulage | :18:37. | :18:47.
:18:47. | :18:49. | ||
companies is taking its first steps to making life safer for everyone. | :18:49. | :18:55.
I am here in the cab of a 44 tonne truck, and it belongs to a company | :18:55. | :18:59.
in Kettering. If you look around me, you can see inside the camp and get | :18:59. | :19:02.
something of an idea of the size of the truck that takes to the roads | :19:02. | :19:06.
every day, and the kind of problems that can cause. Here, they are | :19:07. | :19:11.
taking the unusual step of working with cyclists to try and cut the | :19:11. | :19:16.
death toll on our roads. Every day, they take their life in | :19:16. | :19:22.
their hands. Here, they live to tell the tale. Sometimes, it is | :19:22. | :19:27.
down to the cyclist. Other times, it is down to the driver. Now, all | :19:27. | :19:31.
sides accept that something has to be done. Lee Russell has been | :19:31. | :19:36.
driving lorries for 35 years. think it would be a good idea if | :19:36. | :19:41.
cyclists actually sat in a driver's position in a lorry to see the | :19:41. | :19:45.
limited capability that driver has got down that near side. That is | :19:45. | :19:50.
why his company has joined up to sponsor this professional cyclist | :19:50. | :19:53.
so both can meet and learn from each other. I think the problem is | :19:53. | :19:57.
that road users don't anticipate how quickly cyclists do go and | :19:57. | :20:02.
change direction. Equally, cyclists are to blame sometimes as well, and | :20:02. | :20:05.
they don't understand that there are other road users who cannot | :20:05. | :20:09.
react at the same speed they do. Both parties have a difficult place. | :20:09. | :20:14.
The track is on the road, the cyclist is on the road, it is the | :20:14. | :20:18.
concept of understanding by each other should be on the tarmac. By | :20:18. | :20:23.
having some cyclists involved in this, they will be able to educate | :20:23. | :20:26.
drivers better. What is happening here in kettling has been given | :20:26. | :20:30.
extra weight by a national campaign in the Times calling for cities to | :20:30. | :20:36.
be made safer. Latest figures show that last year, 111 cyclists were | :20:36. | :20:40.
killed on our roads. More than 2,600 cyclist were seriously | :20:40. | :20:47.
injured, and 26% of deaths involved a van or lorry. I have not actually | :20:47. | :20:52.
injured anybody, but I have been in a vehicle where a cyclist has gone | :20:52. | :20:56.
underneath. It is very upsetting, especially when you look in that | :20:56. | :21:00.
mirror and see that cyclist disappearing underneath the wheels. | :21:00. | :21:04.
Many of us are apparently being put off switching to bikes because of | :21:04. | :21:08.
fears over safety. If nothing is done, we could be facing another | :21:08. | :21:14.
rise in cyclist deaths for the third year in a row. | :21:14. | :21:17.
One of the things that campaigners are worried about is the fact that | :21:17. | :21:22.
children are getting less training on cycling, and so they will be | :21:22. | :21:25.
coming here from the company to going into schools to try and cut | :21:25. | :21:29.
the number of people having accidents on our roads. Safety | :21:29. | :21:31.
should not be a problem for cyclists at this summer's London | :21:31. | :21:36.
Olympics. Among the Team GB hopefuls is Alex Dowsett from Essex. | :21:36. | :21:39.
Alex's contention for a place is impressive, given he suffers from a | :21:39. | :21:42.
blood disorder. But his chances of taking part have just received a | :21:42. | :21:52.
:21:52. | :22:14. | ||
boost. His new training partner is He has been called one of the | :22:14. | :22:19.
World's best young cyclists. This is Alex, born and raised in Essex, | :22:19. | :22:24.
he is a fighter. Fighting for an Olympic place, and fighting a blood | :22:24. | :22:30.
disorder. Because of my haemophilia, contact sports at school were out | :22:30. | :22:33.
of the question for me, so I spent a lot of my time and outside of | :22:33. | :22:38.
school trying different sports. My dad started mountain biking with | :22:38. | :22:43.
his mates, and then I said I would like to join. I was 11 years old | :22:43. | :22:49.
and that took me out and a couple of rides. I threw up at the top of | :22:49. | :22:53.
a mountain. It is not just Alex who has had to make sacrifices. It is | :22:53. | :22:57.
his family, too. They know all too well how much hard work goes into | :22:57. | :23:04.
the cause. I had to tell the doctor that this was going to be his | :23:04. | :23:08.
career and he will crash, and the doctors said, we would rather he | :23:08. | :23:13.
played the cello, but if that is what he wants to do... It is a | :23:13. | :23:19.
worry. When he was young, we weren't sure. At the age of 23, | :23:19. | :23:23.
Alex has an impressive CV. Silver at the Commonwealth Games in Delhi | :23:23. | :23:28.
18 months ago. Earlier this year, he signed to a team sky, one of the | :23:28. | :23:31.
best in the country. He is now training with the world road race | :23:32. | :23:36.
champion and actor of Air France cream jersey winner, Mark Cavendish. | :23:36. | :23:40.
Since the BBC's sports personality of the year has moved to Essex, | :23:40. | :23:46.
they now train together, sometimes up to four times a week. It is only | :23:46. | :23:53.
two stay of this week, and so far, Alex has written 100 miles. For now | :23:53. | :23:57.
and will be win -- from now until the Olympics, he needs to clock up | :23:57. | :24:03.
500 miles a week here on Essex Road. Up next for Alex, racing in Belgium | :24:03. | :24:06.
to the end of the month, followed by keeping everything crossed for | :24:06. | :24:16.
:24:16. | :24:16. | ||
Olympic selection. We will let you know how he gets on. | :24:16. | :24:24.
Fairly dry and mild. Today, the first day this month where we have | :24:25. | :24:28.
seen temperatures above average. If we look at the pressure charge for | :24:28. | :24:31.
this evening, you can see this big area of high pressure dominating | :24:31. | :24:35.
the weather, feeding the air out of the Atlantic and bringing us much | :24:35. | :24:40.
milder conditions than last week. It has also brought a fair amount | :24:40. | :24:44.
of cloud. Areas of cloud feeding in from the north-west with some rain | :24:44. | :24:47.
at times as well, but the main theme for tonight is that we | :24:47. | :24:50.
continue that mild theme with a blanket of cloud keeping us frost- | :24:51. | :24:55.
free. Most bases staying dry as well. This evening, one or two | :24:55. | :24:59.
clear intervals to start the night of with, but gradually the cloud | :24:59. | :25:03.
will thicken. Towards the end of the night, some drizzle returning. | :25:03. | :25:07.
A good covering of cloud and a brisk north-westerly wind means it | :25:07. | :25:10.
should stay frost-free for most places. That wind will be quite | :25:10. | :25:16.
keen inland. Overnight lows four or five degrees for most of us, down | :25:16. | :25:20.
to three degrees where we see any breaks for western areas later in | :25:20. | :25:24.
the night, but even there, the frost will stay away. A similar | :25:24. | :25:30.
theme for tomorrow,. A fair amount of cloud, and drizzle fading away | :25:30. | :25:33.
through the morning. Brighter spells coming through. One or two | :25:33. | :25:37.
showers starting to feed back in towards Norfolk after midday, but | :25:37. | :25:41.
the morning will be quite mild with temperatures picking up fairly | :25:41. | :25:51.
steadily in the first half of the More in the way of a breeze | :25:51. | :25:58.
tomorrow. Strong at times around the north coast. That blustery wind | :25:58. | :26:01.
may still make it feel rather chilly, especially through the | :26:01. | :26:04.
afternoon. Eastern areas staying cloudy with the risk of rain or | :26:04. | :26:08.
drizzle. Western areas will see the best of any thinning cloud and | :26:08. | :26:13.
sunshine. Towards the end of the week, our area of high pressure | :26:13. | :26:17.
slips away and eases towards the South West, allowing this cold | :26:17. | :26:20.
front to come through through Thursday, perhaps bringing some | :26:20. | :26:25.
rain on Thursday night. On Friday, cloudy skies coming in. We are | :26:25. | :26:29.
watching this area of cold air coming in from the north-west. | :26:29. | :26:33.
Cloudy 8 through the Thursday and Friday. Temperatures up to 11 on | :26:33. | :26:41.
Friday. But it is going to turn colder through the weekend. Mild | :26:41. | :26:44.
through most of the week, but the risk of frost returning through the | :26:44. | :26:51.
Any big plans for Valentine's night? | :26:51. | :26:56.
No, I will be here! What about you? I had the perfect night planned, | :26:56. | :27:00.
but now the other half is a way, so I have to console myself with a | :27:00. | :27:06.
night in in front of the footie! For some, the big day has involved | :27:06. | :27:10.
a romantic message accompanied by some beautiful daffs. One company | :27:10. | :27:14.
has delivered a surprise does across the region all day. Because | :27:14. | :27:17.
they are homing doves, as soon as they are released, they return to | :27:17. | :27:23.
the dovecot. I do say to people, watch them in the sky because those | :27:23. | :27:28.
two birds stay together in the sky. As they fly off, one might turn to | :27:28. | :27:32.
the right, and the other one will soon follow. It is a bit like a | :27:32. | :27:37.
marriage - when you come together, you're not always on the same track. | :27:38. | :27:41. |
