Hello and welcome to Look East. In the programme tonight: A hospital

:00:00.:00:10.

watchdog places Colchester General in special measures and a union

:00:11.:00:19.

calls for heads to roll. We think that there needs to be a

:00:20.:00:23.

radical shake`up of that trust board and we have said that we think the

:00:24.:00:26.

Chief Executive should consider his position. This trust is totally

:00:27.:00:31.

focused on professional care, it is one of our great strengths that we

:00:32.:00:36.

actually put patients absolutely first.

:00:37.:00:37.

We're with an aid flight to the Phillipines as it's loaded with

:00:38.:00:44.

supplies at Stansted Airport. It is our last day in Shanghai, tonight we

:00:45.:00:48.

offer tips to those businesses thinking of doing business with

:00:49.:00:50.

China. And smiles all round after Children

:00:51.:00:53.

in Need helps these young people in Peterborough.

:00:54.:01:02.

Hello. Colchester General has been

:01:03.:01:05.

officially placed on special measures today over allegations that

:01:06.:01:08.

staff were "bullied" into falsifying details about cancer waiting times.

:01:09.:01:14.

In a public meeting this afternoon the hospital insisted the numbers of

:01:15.:01:17.

patients affected is very small, but a union is calling for heads to

:01:18.:01:21.

roll. Our Chief Reporter Kim Riley is outside the hospital now. It was

:01:22.:01:30.

one week ago that the Chief Inspector of hospitals recommended

:01:31.:01:33.

the trust be put into special measures and it has happened. On the

:01:34.:01:38.

day that the board of directors opened its meeting to the public it

:01:39.:01:41.

pledged zero tolerance of bullying in the trust, the determination to

:01:42.:01:46.

get to the bottom of what is happening happening in the past and

:01:47.:01:50.

is happening now, in the determination to win back the trust

:01:51.:01:53.

of the community. The meeting of the board heard it

:01:54.:01:57.

was not until August this year, but nonexecutive members were aware of

:01:58.:02:02.

whistle`blower allegations. There where emotional stories from the

:02:03.:02:05.

four about delays in cancer treatment. My grandmother had a long

:02:06.:02:08.

time before receiving her treatment, too long. They should have done a

:02:09.:02:13.

lot better, it should not have been three months, it should have been

:02:14.:02:17.

the two weeks that she was first told, and not three months later and

:02:18.:02:23.

now it's becoming inoperable and durable. This man's wife has been a

:02:24.:02:31.

cancer patient year since 2008. He complained of the willing delays and

:02:32.:02:35.

a lack of information. I was in the process of falling up to complain,

:02:36.:02:40.

my father nipped in tender for me to complain and yesterday afternoon we

:02:41.:02:44.

had the bad news to see that it has progressed too far. The chances are,

:02:45.:02:49.

I will have to pack up my daughter from the floor, she is worried about

:02:50.:02:53.

waking up without her mother one day. This morning, monitor's

:02:54.:02:58.

regional director spilled out what special measures actually meant.

:02:59.:03:03.

There are a number of things that could happen, we have the

:03:04.:03:06.

responsibility to make changes to the board if we think that is

:03:07.:03:09.

appropriate. The union Unison welcomed the decision and called for

:03:10.:03:14.

changes at the top. There must be a radical shake`up of that trust board

:03:15.:03:18.

and we have said that we think the Chief Executive should consider his

:03:19.:03:24.

position. We do not accept that the executive directors, which includes

:03:25.:03:27.

himself, were not aware of the issues that were taken place at that

:03:28.:03:33.

hospital. `` that were taking place. We should thank the whistle`blower

:03:34.:03:36.

for whatever he or she did to draw this to public attention but people

:03:37.:03:40.

need to know where in the organisation it all went wrong, and

:03:41.:03:45.

at that level, it might go to the top for the heart of the operation,

:03:46.:03:47.

but we don't know. It is premature to start demanding this person or

:03:48.:03:52.

that person or indeed the whole ward should go until we know precisely

:03:53.:03:55.

what happened. And improvement director is to be appointed to

:03:56.:04:00.

ensure that the trust turns itself around. The high performing trust

:04:01.:04:04.

will offer support in delivering improvements in cancer care.

:04:05.:04:10.

There were many comments today about the wonderful work performed by so

:04:11.:04:14.

many staff here. The hospital is still keeping its helpline open for

:04:15.:04:18.

patients and their families, it has received over 220 calls, calls to be

:04:19.:04:23.

taken during the day. This is the number.

:04:24.:04:30.

Late this afternoon I spoke to Dr Sally Irvine, the chairman of the

:04:31.:04:33.

Hospital Trust and asked her how many patients could have been

:04:34.:04:36.

affected by this scandal could it run into hundreds or even thousands?

:04:37.:04:46.

The issue is not about the actual treatment of patients, you must

:04:47.:04:48.

remember that the issue is about delays in treatment, and changes to

:04:49.:04:53.

detail. There is no evidence that patient treatment is at risk here.

:04:54.:04:58.

`` changes to DAT. If their treatment was delayed this could

:04:59.:05:03.

affect their health. It could indeed, that is what we are looking

:05:04.:05:09.

at. Where there have been delays, the CTC identified the patients with

:05:10.:05:12.

over 100 days always and we have found three more. We're looking at

:05:13.:05:17.

the reasons for those delays, of which might be for perfectly good

:05:18.:05:21.

reasons, but there will be somewhere that are not good reasons we are

:05:22.:05:26.

looking closely at why that delay occurred. Just to go back to my

:05:27.:05:30.

point, this could potentially affect hundreds if not thousands of people.

:05:31.:05:35.

We do not believe so, our investigation so far and the work

:05:36.:05:39.

done by experts in looking at our pathways across all cancer pathways

:05:40.:05:44.

are reporting as quickly as possible that evidence at the moment she was

:05:45.:05:50.

that it is certainly not hundreds. IQ of coercion being found, managers

:05:51.:05:56.

telling junior members of staff to change figures. `` e`mail evidence

:05:57.:06:03.

of coercion. I have asked for an investigation to be carried out by

:06:04.:06:08.

independent external investigators, very experienced investigators,

:06:09.:06:13.

together with support from monitor to investigate exactly what has gone

:06:14.:06:18.

on in relation to any coercion. The police of course are looking at any

:06:19.:06:25.

kind of wilful change of data, and until these are reviewed, both the

:06:26.:06:29.

police review and external review our terms and it is not yet possible

:06:30.:06:34.

to identify who knew what, when, about what. Unison has told us that

:06:35.:06:40.

at least one of the people who has made these allegations e`mailed the

:06:41.:06:45.

Chief Executive quite some time ago. Do you believe the Chief Executive

:06:46.:06:49.

knew what was going on? Part of the purpose of the external

:06:50.:06:52.

investigation is to look exactly at who knew what and when and what they

:06:53.:06:56.

did with that information that they had. Until that report has been

:06:57.:07:03.

received it is not possible to make any statement about that. Do you

:07:04.:07:08.

personally have faith in the Chief Executive? The chief Executive has

:07:09.:07:14.

done a superb job over the past few years since he has been here, with

:07:15.:07:17.

his team, in turning this hospital into a really good, well respected

:07:18.:07:22.

hospital. Has your cast been putting its reputation of patient care?

:07:23.:07:27.

Absolutely not, this trust is totally focused on patient care. It

:07:28.:07:33.

is one of our great strength is that we put patients absolutely first,

:07:34.:07:37.

which is why it is very distressing that in this area there has been

:07:38.:07:43.

prepared and obviously things have gone wrong. That is why we are

:07:44.:07:46.

working hard to find out exactly what went wrong. But most

:07:47.:07:51.

importantly, to make sure that it is no safe and effective for the

:07:52.:07:55.

future. You are trying to imply that this was just maybe a couple of bad

:07:56.:08:00.

apples doing things off their own back. We have had a much wider

:08:01.:08:04.

allegation of a bad culture at the hospital of bullying and coercion,

:08:05.:08:10.

so this is a much bigger picture than you are trying to paint. It is

:08:11.:08:13.

not the culture that I recognise at all, in hospital this size which has

:08:14.:08:19.

got 4000 staff, the size of a small town, it is not surprising that

:08:20.:08:25.

there will be an odd pocket and that is what it is, if we find those odd

:08:26.:08:29.

pockets which we are now making sure that we do find, then any bullying

:08:30.:08:35.

or harassment or prevent huge and there will be stamped out. With

:08:36.:08:41.

total zero tolerance. Thank you very much.

:08:42.:08:44.

One of the first UK planes to carry emergency equipment to support the

:08:45.:08:47.

aid effort in the Philippines has taken off from Stansted Airport. The

:08:48.:08:50.

supplies will head to the areas devastated by the Typhoon, and will

:08:51.:08:54.

allow the British Red Cross team to set up a base there.

:08:55.:09:04.

Dawn at Stansted, a jumbo jet awaits its cargo. This is one of the first

:09:05.:09:10.

aid flights to leave the UK, bound for the Philippines. On the tarmac,

:09:11.:09:15.

equipment for a British Red Cross team. It will be used to establish a

:09:16.:09:21.

control centre. What we are sending is the equipment that they need to

:09:22.:09:24.

do their job, we are making themselves sufficient. We do not

:09:25.:09:28.

want them to take away from the needs of the community so we are

:09:29.:09:31.

sending their generators, land Rovers, food and water, everything

:09:32.:09:36.

they need to their job effectively. With so many lives at risk no time

:09:37.:09:40.

is wasted. The target is to board the plane within one hour. This

:09:41.:09:44.

fight is not about carrying the water, the food in the medical aid

:09:45.:09:48.

so desperately needed, that is being distributed from two huge centres in

:09:49.:09:54.

Kuala Lumpur and Dubai. The sheer scale of the devastation is clear,

:09:55.:09:59.

it agencies fear that this you manage heading crisis could walk all

:10:00.:10:05.

others seen in recent years. `` this humanitarian crisis. I was at the a

:10:06.:10:10.

nanny in 2004 and I have been to Haiti and the images I have been

:10:11.:10:15.

mercifully on a level, and I actually believe they are a lot

:10:16.:10:18.

worse than what we experienced in Haiti and also in the tsunami. Every

:10:19.:10:25.

second note hence, the teams you are painfully aware that delays could

:10:26.:10:31.

cost more lives. We are going to Frankfurt to pick up more aid there,

:10:32.:10:37.

then off to Delhi and down to the disaster area. It will be there

:10:38.:10:41.

later today. We have a man already waiting to meet the aircraft.

:10:42.:10:46.

With loading complete, the plane departs. It may be the first

:10:47.:10:50.

flight, but it certainly won't be the last. More are planned in the

:10:51.:10:55.

coming days. A 15`year`old girl from Colchester

:10:56.:10:58.

has been found safe and well. Ella Hysom had been described by her

:10:59.:11:01.

parents as "vulnerable". She was being treated for depression and was

:11:02.:11:04.

last seen in Ilford in East London at lunchtime on Monday. This

:11:05.:11:07.

afternoon police said she'd been found.

:11:08.:11:10.

Wounded servicemen and women gathered in Trafalgar Square this

:11:11.:11:13.

morning ahead of their expedition to Antarctica this weekend. It is been

:11:14.:11:16.

organised by the charity Walking with the Wounded. `` it has been.

:11:17.:11:21.

Duncan Slater from Diss is taking part. He's a double lower leg

:11:22.:11:26.

amputee. The Government says the system of

:11:27.:11:28.

elected Police Commissioners "is here to stay" despite widespread

:11:29.:11:31.

criticism. A year after the posts were created, a BBC poll suggests

:11:32.:11:35.

more than a third of people don't know they exist. Our Home Affairs

:11:36.:11:38.

Correspondent Sally Chidzoy has been looking at the situation in Norfolk

:11:39.:11:41.

where there's been controversy surrounding the PCC's expenses. Deep

:11:42.:11:50.

in the control room at Norfolk police HQ, here is the Police and

:11:51.:11:56.

Crime Commissioners. He said his priorities were to listen and

:11:57.:12:02.

improve police matters. We must evolve this rule, there is no

:12:03.:12:05.

template. We must evolve it and show the public what we are doing. The

:12:06.:12:11.

commissioner says his focus is tackling domestic violence, child

:12:12.:12:16.

sex abuse and protecting the vulnerable. Dealing with local

:12:17.:12:18.

health problems in getting the social services and the education

:12:19.:12:25.

department all to work together. That is my job. Is he delivering on

:12:26.:12:31.

his promises? At this stage it is hard to assess the impact he's

:12:32.:12:35.

making. There appear to be no big ideas, it is the case of stealing a

:12:36.:12:39.

steady ship. That can be said about many of police commissioners. Have

:12:40.:12:44.

delivered on what they could have done if they were more able and more

:12:45.:12:49.

interested in generating an interesting space for themselves.

:12:50.:12:52.

The interest they have generated is largely centred on their own

:12:53.:12:57.

troubles, Mr that is repaying over ?3000 in the mail expenses claim for

:12:58.:13:01.

driving between his home and office HQ. The TCC cannot intervene with

:13:02.:13:07.

police operations at the Chief Constable is answerable to him. We

:13:08.:13:13.

speak on an almost daily basis, Stephen is spending a lot of time

:13:14.:13:16.

with their communities, engaging with their communities and of course

:13:17.:13:21.

he is holding me to account for the delivery of the police and crane

:13:22.:13:24.

plan. People want to see police on the streets, the government says

:13:25.:13:29.

that people should also know who their Police and Crime Commissioners

:13:30.:13:33.

is and what they do. In this store, the commissioner's picture was shown

:13:34.:13:35.

to shoppers. Do you know his name? It intrigues

:13:36.:13:39.

me where our money is going, I suppose. I don't actually know about

:13:40.:13:46.

years on what does. If I saw him on the street I would not recognise

:13:47.:13:50.

him. He will need to make his mark of years to win over the public and

:13:51.:13:55.

be elected. It will be a challenge. Right now, most people think

:13:56.:13:57.

commissioners make no difference in fighting crime.

:13:58.:14:08.

Still to come, Alex will be here with your weather forecast and how

:14:09.:14:15.

the money you give to children in need is helping these young people

:14:16.:14:16.

in Peterborough. This week, Stewart is in Shanghai,

:14:17.:14:24.

reporting on the growing trade links between our region and China.

:14:25.:14:27.

Tonight for our last instalment from Shanghai we look at tips for

:14:28.:14:30.

businesses hoping to strengthen their links with the Far East.

:14:31.:14:39.

Hello again from Shanghai. On Monday when we were marking Remembrance Day

:14:40.:14:44.

and went 8` was sweeping across parts of Asia, here in Shanghai the

:14:45.:14:49.

big news was something called single state. They have it every 11th of

:14:50.:14:56.

November. `` singles day. On that day, retailers offer their price ``

:14:57.:15:01.

offered the good at the cup place. One online retailer sold five only

:15:02.:15:06.

in US dollars worth of goods. 5 billion. It gives you some idea of

:15:07.:15:12.

what this country is spending. Which is why so many companies in the east

:15:13.:15:17.

are keen to do business here. I've business correspondent has been

:15:18.:15:19.

getting some tips from some people who know.

:15:20.:15:32.

These are fluorescent signs which caught using the full range of

:15:33.:15:35.

fluorescent chemicals we have. New products from the East, looking to

:15:36.:15:42.

conquer global markets. This company makes for marking systems and other

:15:43.:15:45.

products used by the world's leading airlines. Calling technology which

:15:46.:15:51.

it wants to sell to China. The chief executive knows it will not happen

:15:52.:15:55.

overnight. He is setting up an office in Shanghai. We are looking

:15:56.:15:59.

to find co`operation with companies over there that we can innovate with

:16:00.:16:04.

and gender `` and develop next`generation product for the

:16:05.:16:08.

Chinese market is difficult. China will be taking 30% of all commercial

:16:09.:16:16.

airline for commercial traffic. East of England companies sold ?750

:16:17.:16:19.

million of goods and services to China last year. According to the

:16:20.:16:23.

government there is plenty more to go at, so what are the top tips? We

:16:24.:16:27.

asked the East Anglia companies who, as we have seen, are already trading

:16:28.:16:33.

successfully with China. Having the right partner who can help you

:16:34.:16:37.

navigate through the complexities of a different market from your home

:16:38.:16:41.

market is obviously one of the most important things, I would say. You

:16:42.:16:46.

can only do it one way, jump on a plane and go and meet them, Cosby

:16:47.:16:52.

are very welcoming and they do want to do business with the UK

:16:53.:16:56.

customers. You must give your brand into national exposure, so we have

:16:57.:16:59.

done that by going to international trade fairs and those trade fairs

:17:00.:17:04.

are globally attended, you get buyers coming in from all over the

:17:05.:17:10.

world. China's repetition for corruption put some companies. The

:17:11.:17:14.

new president has singled out corruption as one of the issues to

:17:15.:17:19.

be dealt with further. The belief that there is widespread

:17:20.:17:25.

corruption, there might be, but it is less than it was and it is being

:17:26.:17:30.

addressed for the future. For ST G8 is all about getting into the

:17:31.:17:34.

world's is aviation market. It has seen the light of China.

:17:35.:17:41.

I am sure that many of those sentiments would have been echoed in

:17:42.:17:45.

Newmarket today, experts from 60 countries have been giving advice to

:17:46.:17:50.

businesses on how best to export. It is like business speed dating,

:17:51.:17:54.

Peggy country you want to export to and you get 20 minutes of advice. 16

:17:55.:18:01.

national flags, including this one, but they come from as far afield as

:18:02.:18:06.

Malaysia and Mexico. The site each flight are experts from embassies

:18:07.:18:09.

and consulates, and they have all been flown in here to give advice on

:18:10.:18:15.

export opportunities to local firms. Have you had a lot of interest? Your

:18:16.:18:18.

Mac a huge amount, almost overwhelming. It is very promising,

:18:19.:18:26.

I saw a lot of interest. We have the structure of the Robbie Williams

:18:27.:18:31.

heads... This firm makes complex components, like this prop for a

:18:32.:18:36.

rock concert tour. Because we are very new to dealing with anybody

:18:37.:18:40.

outside of the UK, I saw this as a great opportunity to get more

:18:41.:18:43.

support, some pointers on how to do business abroad and hopefully make

:18:44.:18:50.

some contacts. The export market in the Easter meeting is worth ?27

:18:51.:18:55.

billion per year, but we are still playing catch up. We are behind a

:18:56.:18:59.

number of our obvious competitors, Germany, France, Italy. There is no

:19:00.:19:03.

good reason why that should be true. We are gaining market share, a

:19:04.:19:07.

export to China in the past year have been going faster. We start

:19:08.:19:12.

from a low basis we have a long journey to go. The boss of this

:19:13.:19:17.

estimating firm is ahead of the game. `` engineering firm. 90% of

:19:18.:19:23.

the manufacturers goes overseas. We get comfortable dealing with the UK

:19:24.:19:26.

market and some of us get adventurous and go to Europe, but

:19:27.:19:29.

there is a better world out there. Countries like China have a huge

:19:30.:19:34.

growth. It is daunting for many people because they see China as a

:19:35.:19:37.

difficult market and there is a lot of misinformation. There is a lot of

:19:38.:19:42.

help out there, too. It is down to local firms to make most of what

:19:43.:19:47.

health `` help is on offer. We are behind the curve.

:19:48.:19:54.

What are my impressions of Shanghai? The roads are congested, you read

:19:55.:19:57.

any taxi is like something out of wacky races. This part of town is

:19:58.:20:01.

predominately a Toulouse attraction. It is the new part which is big and

:20:02.:20:07.

brash. The money men have arrived. Someone said to me that millionaires

:20:08.:20:12.

are ten a penny in Shanghai, it is the cleaners we set up and take

:20:13.:20:15.

notice of, which probably explains why George Osborne has been to

:20:16.:20:20.

China, David Cameron is coming to China before Christmas and modest

:20:21.:20:23.

and was you just a few weeks ago. Someone asked him if Britain had

:20:24.:20:28.

missed the vote when it came to the Chinese economy. No, he said, we are

:20:29.:20:32.

just fashionably late to the party. I think all of us will hope that

:20:33.:20:36.

this is true. Now if you're a fan of DIY SOS,

:20:37.:20:39.

you'll know that last night. Nick Knowles and his team attempted their

:20:40.:20:47.

biggest ever build. To mark this years Children in Need appeal, they

:20:48.:20:50.

completely re`built a centre for disabled children in Peterborough.

:20:51.:20:53.

It is called Little Miracles and Mike Liggins has been there today to

:20:54.:21:02.

see how everyone is settling in. Michelle King and her six`year`old

:21:03.:21:06.

son Oliver in the new sensory room at the miracles. It is a paedophile

:21:07.:21:11.

support group for families with children who have disabilities and

:21:12.:21:16.

life emitting support group. `` it is a support group for families and

:21:17.:21:22.

children who have disabilities. Had tried to get on the bus and the

:21:23.:21:27.

driver said no, so we refused to get off. I sat in the aisle and had a

:21:28.:21:36.

cry. I had a mum that was absolutely amazing telling me that things would

:21:37.:21:39.

be OK and he went for the Coffey. Eternity out through its old home

:21:40.:21:45.

and the new one was not fit for purpose. That is when DIY SOS got

:21:46.:21:50.

involved. Nine days, 16,000 man`hours, 12 lorry loads of

:21:51.:21:54.

concrete... Hundreds of people from all over the country give their team

:21:55.:21:59.

to help in the build was only finished at 3am on the day of the

:22:00.:22:04.

big reveal. If you are ready, open your eyes. All my! It is amazing.

:22:05.:22:20.

This is our kitchen. This is where we prepare the food. No, Michelle

:22:21.:22:28.

and the other parents and volunteers are loving what has become a home

:22:29.:22:34.

from home for many. This four`year`old who has cerebral

:22:35.:22:37.

palsy, is three or four times per week. He was the trampoline and the

:22:38.:22:43.

swing. And the roundabout. And the open spaces. Words cannot describe,

:22:44.:22:51.

it has put so many smiles on families and children's faces. And

:22:52.:22:57.

Freddie was it? You like Freddie adores it. He will not leave the

:22:58.:23:02.

place. When we go it is meltdown, because you must put your shoes on.

:23:03.:23:06.

He knows when you put your shoes on it is time to go.

:23:07.:23:09.

Children In Need helps fund Little Miracles but money is tight.

:23:10.:23:13.

Michelle and others are working their socks off and not being paid.

:23:14.:23:19.

So there are big challenges ahead. But DIY SOS and all the people who

:23:20.:23:24.

helped have created a medical for these Little Miracles. Of course

:23:25.:23:32.

Look East is holding its own event for Children in Neeed tomorrow night

:23:33.:23:34.

at Wicksteed Park in Kettering. Janine will be there. Tell us more.

:23:35.:23:40.

Thanks, Susie. It is going to be our biggest Children in Need night yet.

:23:41.:23:44.

My little yellow friend and I will be there and we'll be joined by a

:23:45.:23:48.

200 strong choir who'll be singing in a Gary Barlow challenge with

:23:49.:23:51.

others across the country. But the best bit is that you can come, too.

:23:52.:23:56.

Entry is free, the pirate ship, the dodgems all free. There'll be face

:23:57.:24:00.

painting, the Doctor Who experience, and if you've been fundraising we

:24:01.:24:04.

would particularly love you to come along and tell us all about it.

:24:05.:24:11.

Gates open at 6pm and entry is limited so the sooner you get there

:24:12.:24:21.

the better! We want to hear, don't we, from anyone who is doing

:24:22.:24:24.

anything special tomorrow. Absolutely, if you can't make it

:24:25.:24:28.

along, still get in touch and tell us what you are up to and how much

:24:29.:24:32.

you have managed to raise. The more the merrier.

:24:33.:24:34.

What about the weather? Nice but cold, wrap up warm if

:24:35.:24:43.

you're out tomorrow. We have had some fine sunshine, but it felt cold

:24:44.:24:48.

with a north`westerly wind. We did well for sunshine but that means

:24:49.:24:52.

that what follows is a particularly cold night. There is a risk of

:24:53.:24:57.

Falkirk because temperatures will get low enough to print the ground

:24:58.:25:02.

fog, but it will be patchy especially in rural locations. We

:25:03.:25:06.

will keep largely clear skies and we might look at some showers,

:25:07.:25:10.

particularly across the north`eastern part of Norfolk. That

:25:11.:25:14.

is where it will stay cloudy and those temperatures would be quite as

:25:15.:25:18.

low. If we go farther to the west temperatures of two or three degrees

:25:19.:25:21.

are quite possible, we went falling much later. There will be more of

:25:22.:25:27.

the best these around. The pressure pattern shows a wad of high pressure

:25:28.:25:32.

moving in that brings us lighter winds tomorrow and perhaps an odd

:25:33.:25:37.

missed patch to clear first thing but it is looking largely warm and

:25:38.:25:46.

`` not warm but the great state. Temperatures not one, it remained

:25:47.:25:49.

degrees at their very best. It will feel comfortable. We will bring in

:25:50.:25:55.

clothes across parts of Norfolk and Suffolk, and that may produce an

:25:56.:25:59.

isolated showers across most places. Clearing skies overnight tomorrow,

:26:00.:26:03.

it really does bring us a lot of sharp frost, it wait frosts were

:26:04.:26:09.

certainly cold makers expected. Beyond then, this weather front is

:26:10.:26:12.

of interest because it marks the boundary of much colder air.

:26:13.:26:15.

Eventually it turns southward, especially after the weekend, and

:26:16.:26:20.

brings rain for Monday and then what comes next is some much colder air.

:26:21.:26:24.

This originates from the Arctic so the middle of next week it could be

:26:25.:26:28.

quite cold with some pretty cold days and frosty nights expected.

:26:29.:26:32.

Before therefore the weekend there will be more cloud around so that

:26:33.:26:35.

will prevent her temperatures falling quite as low, but the

:26:36.:26:40.

high`pressure stands firm. We are looking at largely fine conditions,

:26:41.:26:45.

if a little in the cold side. Sunny spells expected for Saturday,

:26:46.:26:48.

workload for the afternoon and on Sunday itself although it stays

:26:49.:26:52.

largely dry. It is expected to turn rather cloudy and then we have this

:26:53.:26:55.

weather front moving through on Monday that will bring in some rain.

:26:56.:26:59.

You can see are overly temperatures, it is not is cold by

:27:00.:27:03.

the weekend by the sharp frost for Monday night.

:27:04.:27:05.

Good luck to all of you raising money for Children In Need tomorrow,

:27:06.:27:07.

have fun. Goodbye.
