Protests have been held in Essex and Norfolk against proposed

A large march took place in Essex in support of saving the minor

injuries units in Clacton and Harwich and the walk

A demonstration was also held in Norwich.

Campaigners in Clacton want medical centres to stay in their community.

Health leaders here are reviewing services.

One option could be to close the walk-in sites in Clacton

and Harwich and the minor injuries unit in Colchester.

If my child cuts themselves, they burn themselves,

I need to go to minor injuries and if they close that down,

People will be forced to travel to Colchester miles away.

In Harwich, the last in a series of public meetings took place.

Health commissioners say nothing has been decided.

The site could be left as they are or two new clinics set
