because I would have had plans of what to do with those ashes. | :01:15. | :01:17.
The same with every parent who has been involved. | :01:18. | :01:19.

of the family so we will have to see what the leader says next. | :02:03. | :02:06.

others after meeting them at training camps. | :02:54. | :02:56.

Enjoying the great outdoors with your friends is a pleasure that | :03:39. | :03:41.
But when you're living with dementia, isolation | :03:42. | :03:44.
So here at Market Deeping in South Lincolnshire, | :03:45. | :03:49.
a group is taking people with dementia to places | :03:50. | :03:52.
they wouldn't normally be able to get to, and it's more | :03:53. | :03:54.
Well, we get people becoming much more active so they get to go out | :03:55. | :04:01.
and walk, which is great not just for physical health | :04:02. | :04:04.
but for your emotional health and well-being as well. | :04:05. | :04:06.
People also get to reminisce over maps and look at places | :04:07. | :04:09.
where they used to live but also about where they have walked before | :04:10. | :04:13.
and where they would like to go in the future. | :04:14. | :04:16.

for many here to enjoy the countryside safely. | :04:41. | :04:43.

You would sit there and wonder what do I do now? | :05:01. | :05:07.
You have got a life, you still need to live it and carry on. | :05:08. | :05:11.

The amount of money provided by Comic Relief may be | :05:17. | :05:18.
small, but it's making a big difference here. | :05:19. | :05:21.
Without Comic Relief we wouldn't be able to do this group. | :05:22. | :05:24.
We wouldn't have the funding, we wouldn't be able to do it. | :05:25. | :05:27.
It's really vital that people can see the money that they give and can | :05:28. | :05:31.
come along and help us to provide superb activities for people, | :05:32. | :05:34.
doing things they wouldn't normally get to do. | :05:35. | :05:37.

that the work here can continue and those who benefit can | :05:41. | :05:43.
carry on enjoying a full and satisfying life. | :05:44. | :05:52.

Temperatures in the countryside lower than this, down | :06:55. | :06:57.
A chilly started the day, but quite quickly that | :06:58. | :07:00.
sunshine will get to work, burning away any mist and fog. | :07:01. | :07:03.
And a fine day, a dry day with long spells of sunshine. | :07:04. | :07:06.
For inland spots, I think come the afternoon it | :07:07. | :07:08.
will begin to feel warm, with temperatures perhaps even | :07:09. | :07:10.
a touch higher than this, up to around 15 degrees. | :07:11. | :07:13.
Always cooler at the coast, the sea at this time of year | :07:14. | :07:16.
A cool start to the day on Sunday, some sunshine, but more cloud | :07:17. | :07:20.
