Hello. Welcome to Friday's Look North. The headlines: the report

:00:00.:00:13.

which cleared the's former Chief Constable Stuart Hyde of misconduct

:00:14.:00:16.

has been published for the first time.

The official report which cleared Cumbria's former Chief Constable,

:01:04.:01:06.

Stewart Hyde, of conduct has been published for the first time. `` of

:01:07.:01:10.

misconduct. Stuart Hyde was suspended last September after

:01:11.:01:13.

allegations of gross misconduct were made against him. He only returned

:01:14.:01:16.

to work as a senior officer last month. Now, the allegations which he

:01:17.:01:20.

faced have been spelt out in full for the first time, as well as the

:01:21.:01:24.

reasons for finding him innocent. Mr Hyde was suspended for a year, with

:01:25.:01:27.

the inquiries into his conduct costing round ?500,000. Mark

:01:28.:01:29.

McAlindon is in our Carlisle newsroom now. Mark, what exactly

:01:30.:01:33.

were the allegations made against Mr Hyde? Carol, this report has been

:01:34.:01:38.

compiled by South Wales Police and has been released under Freedom of

:01:39.:01:42.

Information. That force was asked to investigate after the Independent

:01:43.:01:44.

Police Complaints Commission had decided last year that Mr Hyde was

:01:45.:01:48.

not guilty of gross misconduct. That's the background. But the five

:01:49.:01:50.

allegations specifically are spending an unreasonable time

:01:51.:01:53.

outside the force area and making trips abroad at important

:01:54.:01:55.

operational times, conducting meetings with contractors and

:01:56.:01:57.

companies and giving preferential treatment to business partners,

:01:58.:01:59.

displaying questionable judgement on duty, including political events and

:02:00.:02:02.

the manner of entertaining business visitors, encouraging patronage of a

:02:03.:02:05.

specific hotel near his home in return for accrued benefits, and

:02:06.:02:08.

breaching force policies on the use of social media and a corporate

:02:09.:02:24.

credit card. What did the report have to say about those allegations?

:02:25.:02:27.

Carol, in each case the report states that there was no evidence of

:02:28.:02:32.

misconduct on the part of Mr Hyde. There are large swathes of evidence

:02:33.:02:35.

included in this report which examine Mr Hyde's conduct over his

:02:36.:02:38.

business trips, for example, and his use of social media and his credit

:02:39.:02:43.

card. In one instance, it is noted he appeared in his swimming gear

:02:44.:02:47.

before an event in Tunisia and it was agreed that this created what's

:02:48.:02:52.

called perception issues. There are a large number of recommendations

:02:53.:02:55.

but they all say the same thing, that Mr Hyde should be given the

:02:56.:03:02.

appropriate advice. Of course, this goes back to before he went back to

:03:03.:03:06.

work. He is not guilty of misconduct. Can you give us an

:03:07.:03:09.

impression of the scale and nature of the investigation? Yes, it is

:03:10.:03:16.

incredibly detailed. It went on for some considerable time, involving a

:03:17.:03:19.

number of Welsh officers. Officers from Wales examined a house and

:03:20.:03:27.

e`mails from Mr Hyde's account. They spoke to British Airways about his

:03:28.:03:33.

travel plans and examined his tweets and postings on social media. What

:03:34.:03:37.

is he is doing now? He is back at work and back in his role. He was

:03:38.:03:42.

temporary Chief Constable at the time of suspension, he is back at

:03:43.:03:45.

work as deputy Chief Constable and we understand he will retire at the

:03:46.:03:50.

end of December. Thank you very much, Mark.

:03:51.:03:58.

A planned strike by firefighters tomorrow evening has been suspended.

:03:59.:04:02.

The union and governments are in a dispute over pensions but the union

:04:03.:04:05.

has called off the striker 's lunchtime, after progress in talks.

:04:06.:04:08.

A gas and pipeline scheme which could power 75,000 homes has been

:04:09.:04:12.

given the go`ahead for the North York Moors. Developers say it was

:04:13.:04:15.

prompted by the dramatic rises in the cost of energy. Yesterday,

:04:16.:04:18.

British Gas hiked its prices by just over 10% for electricity and over 8%

:04:19.:04:24.

for gas. This follows price rises last week by SSE. The development is

:04:25.:04:29.

on the site of a mothballed gas field at Ebbertson Moor near

:04:30.:04:37.

Scarborough. Adrian Pitches reports. Protected but containing precious

:04:38.:04:41.

resources. And for years in exceptional circumstances, drilling

:04:42.:04:44.

for gas has been allowed in the national park. The site under

:04:45.:04:48.

discussion first opened in the 1960s but flooding meant extracting

:04:49.:04:50.

natural gas from Ebberston Moor became impossible. New, technology's

:04:51.:04:56.

changed that and the company that owns the site believes gas here

:04:57.:04:59.

could power over 75,000 homes for at least the next decade. `` new

:05:00.:05:02.

technology has changed that. Now, the national park authority's

:05:03.:05:05.

approved the scheme and the pipeline that would link it to a gas plant at

:05:06.:05:10.

Knapton in the south. But does this open the floodgates for drilling in

:05:11.:05:13.

the national park? For instance, does it bring the controversial

:05:14.:05:16.

fracking process ` the extraction of shale gas reserves ` one step

:05:17.:05:25.

closer? That is a completely different ball game. No, I do not

:05:26.:05:31.

think we consider that conventional gas approval gives tacit consent to

:05:32.:05:34.

shield gas. It is a different type of mining. There are more

:05:35.:05:40.

implications and we will have to look at that, if it comes. But

:05:41.:05:42.

environmentalists believe it's a slippery slope, that such decisions

:05:43.:05:45.

bring about death by 1000 cuts and no circumstance is exceptional

:05:46.:05:53.

enough. Do we want to turn our National Park, a real natural asset

:05:54.:05:57.

bringing in millions of tourist every year, into an industrial

:05:58.:06:02.

playground for developers? We have seen several developments over the

:06:03.:06:05.

last few years which really demean the National Park. But the authority

:06:06.:06:08.

says the decision protects existing jobs and creates new ones, as well

:06:09.:06:11.

as potentially adding much needed supplies to our gas network. They

:06:12.:06:15.

hope that could eventually lead to a drop in prices for the consumer.

:06:16.:06:22.

The new King's Priory Academy in Tynemouth was officially opened by

:06:23.:06:25.

Labour peer Lord Adonis this morning. Celebrations at both the

:06:26.:06:28.

primary and secondary schools marked the end of the first half term.

:06:29.:06:33.

King's Priory is the first academy in the country formed from the

:06:34.:06:36.

merger of a state school and an independent school, a merger that

:06:37.:06:39.

was opposed by North Tyneside Council. There has been controversy

:06:40.:06:49.

about it but it was something that never really distracted us from the

:06:50.:06:53.

preparations for the opening of the Academy. It is not a distraction now

:06:54.:06:58.

in retrospect either. Or focus has always been an bringing these two

:06:59.:07:01.

schools together and building them into this one fabulous institution.

:07:02.:07:06.

There is clearly very strong local support. It has been oversubscribed

:07:07.:07:10.

even in its first year. Its numbers are going up sharply. The real test

:07:11.:07:15.

of an education system is what the parents wanted it is that that is

:07:16.:07:18.

very clear that the parents here want to see this new academy and

:07:19.:07:21.

they strongly supported. A County Durham man says he could be

:07:22.:07:25.

forced to sell his house to pay his legal bills, after his dog bit a

:07:26.:07:29.

postman. `` strongly support it. It all happened back in 2008, when the

:07:30.:07:32.

postman passed Paul Race's home in Fishburn. He was ordered to pay

:07:33.:07:38.

?1500 in compensation. But he's now been handed a bill for legal costs

:07:39.:07:43.

of nearly?70,000. Stuart Whincup reports.

:07:44.:07:50.

This is Rocky. He doesn't know it but he's been accused of attacking

:07:51.:07:54.

the postman. His owner, Paul, claimed it was only a nip and his

:07:55.:07:58.

pointer acted in self defence. But after a five year battle, which

:07:59.:08:01.

included a trip to London's Appeal Court, he was left with a legal bill

:08:02.:08:10.

of ?70,000. It is highway robbery, as far as I can see. If I wanted to

:08:11.:08:19.

pay it on the County Court order they would send the bailiffs round

:08:20.:08:24.

and tell me out `` toss me out of my house.

:08:25.:08:26.

Paul blames the compensation culture and "no win, no fee" companies. But

:08:27.:08:29.

Simpson Millar Solicitors has defended its costs, saying they

:08:30.:08:32.

increased because of Mr Race's behaviour. Before the case came

:08:33.:08:39.

here, the firm said he continually tried to delay proceedings then

:08:40.:08:43.

attempted to change as the and on top of that, refused an earlier

:08:44.:08:48.

settlement of ?6,000 in compensation and costs to pursue his legal

:08:49.:08:51.

challenge. The company said the postman was the subject of a

:08:52.:08:54.

distressing attack and entitled to compensation. And the legal firm

:08:55.:08:58.

says it sought a swift and reasonable settlement. But that's

:08:59.:09:06.

not the view of Mr Race. It is the American tract of wherever is blamed

:09:07.:09:10.

is a claim. This regard of what size it is. It is just not proportionate

:09:11.:09:15.

at all. Paul believes the case would never have even made it to court if

:09:16.:09:19.

his was dog had been called Fluffy instead of Rocky.

:09:20.:09:25.

And you can have your say on this story on our Facebook page. The

:09:26.:09:29.

address is on your screen now. Payday and doorstep lenders have

:09:30.:09:32.

been accused of preying upon the poor and vulnerable after a study

:09:33.:09:35.

carried out on Teesside. Durham University looked at the debt

:09:36.:09:37.

problems of 24 families across Stockton and Middlesbrough. As our

:09:38.:09:41.

Political Editor Richard Moss reports, the researchers now want

:09:42.:09:46.

tighter regulation of the industry. Like many, Eleanor Eamens is feeling

:09:47.:09:51.

the pinch. So when she was offered a ?100 loan by a doorstep lender, she

:09:52.:09:55.

thought it would help. But soon the mum of five from Northumberland had

:09:56.:09:58.

six separate loans, owed ?4,000 and was choosing between the weekly

:09:59.:10:07.

payments and feeding her family. I chose to borrow, somebody did not

:10:08.:10:13.

make me. But when you are on a low income and you need that money, it

:10:14.:10:19.

is so tempting and they did not ever look on whether you had other debts

:10:20.:10:23.

to pay. So they did not have a clue whether you could afford it.

:10:24.:10:25.

And Eleanor's experience was also typical of the 24 low income

:10:26.:10:28.

families from Teesside studied by Durham University over the last two

:10:29.:10:31.

years. Their debts ranged from ?340 to ?10,000. After one month, two

:10:32.:10:40.

months, three months, they soon found they had a huge debt which

:10:41.:10:43.

they were saddled with and desperate about. Some had moved house, some

:10:44.:10:49.

had gone off incognito to try and get rid of this. Many of them had

:10:50.:10:53.

mental health problems which were quite severe. The researchers want

:10:54.:10:56.

high cost credit companies to be forced to do affordability checks

:10:57.:10:59.

before agreeing loans. But some in the industry believe they are

:11:00.:11:01.

already well`regulated. Julio Martino says he does check whether

:11:02.:11:04.

clients can pay, and they appreciate the service. We are essentially

:11:05.:11:11.

lending to people who cannot get credit cards, cannot get credit from

:11:12.:11:15.

the bank. They need credit elsewhere and there are companies like myself

:11:16.:11:18.

who are willing to take a slightly greater risk, in some circumstances,

:11:19.:11:22.

to lend to these people who do need credit.

:11:23.:11:23.

Eleanor Eamens is now almost debt`free and saving with a local

:11:24.:11:26.

credit union. But the Durham University research suggests many

:11:27.:11:29.

more are still trying to cope with unaffordable debt.

:11:30.:11:35.

More on that pay day loans on Sunday Politics, that's at 11am on Sunday

:11:36.:11:46.

morning on BBC One. There is plenty more to come. A

:11:47.:11:51.

village campaigns to save if famous bakery, swapping bats for bikes,

:11:52.:11:55.

cricket players past and present set off on a big cycling challenge. And

:11:56.:12:00.

low pressure is in charge of the weekend.

:12:01.:12:03.

That means the rain will never be that far away but stays fairly mild.

:12:04.:12:09.

Join me for the full forecast later. Northumberland's largest

:12:10.:12:11.

manufacturer, Egger, has invested over ?200 million in its Hexham site

:12:12.:12:17.

over the last six years. And today, a new engineering facility and

:12:18.:12:20.

training academy has been opened, which will be used by 40

:12:21.:12:25.

apprentices. It will also boost training for the company's other 500

:12:26.:12:29.

employees. Julie Smith took a look around.

:12:30.:12:40.

This is Northumberland's largest manufacturing employer, creating

:12:41.:12:44.

wood panels at the site that was acquired 30 years ago. Today, it

:12:45.:12:48.

remains a key part of the group's operation. So that is why ?200

:12:49.:12:53.

million has been invested here, bringing it up to date with a new

:12:54.:12:58.

factory that runs a 24/7 operation. Today, the new engineering facility

:12:59.:13:04.

and training academy to pass on skills to support this operation was

:13:05.:13:07.

opened. The whole departments are under one roof and everything that

:13:08.:13:11.

is needed to maintain the plant can be made on site. The technology is

:13:12.:13:16.

quite advanced and quite unique so it needs specialist people to

:13:17.:13:19.

operate it and maintain them and keep them running. That is why we

:13:20.:13:24.

feel it is beneficial for a business like ours, who has two compete in

:13:25.:13:27.

the marketplace, to generate our own people, particularly from around the

:13:28.:13:32.

area. The Academy will support future trainees and employees,

:13:33.:13:36.

making the new facility is an important part of developing this

:13:37.:13:40.

does this. Can gain knowledge from the older workers. You can look and

:13:41.:13:44.

say that you made that. Opposite, the lad to have been there for years

:13:45.:13:48.

can say that they did all this. But it is nice to be that you concede

:13:49.:13:52.

the things around here that you have done. Over ten get better at it, new

:13:53.:13:57.

apprentices will be until we can teach them and will give something

:13:58.:14:02.

back. The group has just announced further investment of ?50 million.

:14:03.:14:05.

It is to replace all the technology over the next five years. `` older

:14:06.:14:10.

technology. An award`winning Cumbrian country

:14:11.:14:12.

bakery which has been championed by famous names is facing an uncertain

:14:13.:14:16.

future. The owners of the Village Bakery in the village of Melmerby

:14:17.:14:19.

say it's not making money and want to turn it into housing. People in

:14:20.:14:23.

the village are opposing the plans and, as Graham Moss found out, a key

:14:24.:14:27.

planning decision has gone in their favour.

:14:28.:14:28.

It's an idylllic setting. Melmerby nestles on the Cumbrian fellside, on

:14:29.:14:32.

the road over Hartside Pass. The Village Bakery has been widely

:14:33.:14:35.

celebrated as one of the success stories for a craft business in the

:14:36.:14:40.

countryside. Prince Charles paid a visit, as did the Hairy Bikers. Sir

:14:41.:14:44.

Paul McCartney is a fan. But the owners say the business is losing

:14:45.:14:47.

money and submitted plans for housing. The business has put this

:14:48.:15:00.

village on the international map, not just nationally but

:15:01.:15:04.

internationally known. And while we realise that the company cannot be

:15:05.:15:07.

expected to run the business at a loss, we think that the business use

:15:08.:15:12.

of the premises is important and it should be advertised for sale. In

:15:13.:15:18.

difficult trading times, it seems a well`known brand is no guarantee of

:15:19.:15:22.

business success. Planning officials recommended that the scheme for

:15:23.:15:25.

three houses on the site should be given the go`ahead. The councillors

:15:26.:15:29.

themselves took a different view. They voted 10`1 against. I think it

:15:30.:15:35.

restores your faith in democracy, to a certain extent. We are very

:15:36.:15:39.

pleased. It was 10`1 so I think it proves that we had a point in the

:15:40.:15:44.

first place. You know, it is not over yet. They could still change it

:15:45.:15:49.

in a months time, at the next meeting. Hollesley Bay will not and

:15:50.:15:52.

we really hope that the company will put the site on the market. ``

:15:53.:15:56.

hopefully they will not. The business owners, Bells of

:15:57.:15:59.

Lazonby, didn't want to be interviewed but in a statement,

:16:00.:16:00.

Michael Bell told Look North... Bells says it's dismayed by the

:16:01.:16:20.

rejection of planning permission for housing. In the meantime, the

:16:21.:16:22.

Village Bakery continues to trade with plans into the New Year.

:16:23.:16:37.

Beautiful. Premier League is back, I am riled Lyon form. You missed it

:16:38.:16:42.

last week. Did it start last week? The international break deprived

:16:43.:16:44.

Sunderland's new Head Coach, Gus Poyet, of several players, ahead of

:16:45.:16:48.

his first game at Swansea tomorrow. But he has been able to spend some

:16:49.:16:51.

quality time with his defenders and strikers. The Black Cats need to

:16:52.:16:55.

improve at both ends of the pitch, if they're to climb off the foot of

:16:56.:16:58.

the Premier League table. Key to Sunderland's survival will be

:16:59.:17:02.

keeping their best players fit. Defender Wes Brown is back on the

:17:03.:17:06.

training ground and much will be expected of fit`again Scotland

:17:07.:17:07.

international striker Steven Fletcher. The new boss wants in time

:17:08.:17:11.

to see his side playing attractive and winning football. I think it is

:17:12.:17:16.

a better feeling for a fan. When you go to the stadium and see your team

:17:17.:17:21.

playing the way you enjoy watching, there is not better than that. Of

:17:22.:17:25.

course you need to win, there is no thinking that we are going to play

:17:26.:17:29.

better and not win. The idea is to do things together and it is

:17:30.:17:31.

possible and I am convinced that we can do it. That presumably includes

:17:32.:17:35.

the talented but inconsistent winger Adam Johnson, who's hoping a more

:17:36.:17:38.

attacking role will boost his chances of an England re`call. He's

:17:39.:17:41.

noticed a big change in the atmosphere at the training ground

:17:42.:17:46.

since Poyet's arrival. I mean, it has been sort of like a breath of

:17:47.:17:52.

fresh. Everybody's enjoying it and we are working hard but on the other

:17:53.:17:56.

hand, we have also been enjoying playing football, getting of back to

:17:57.:18:01.

that. Nowadays, if you know how to treat your players and be good with

:18:02.:18:09.

everyone, I think you can be a good manager. It is not Mrs Ali all about

:18:10.:18:13.

what you have done to be a good manager. It is about common sense

:18:14.:18:19.

and knowing how to treat players. `` it is not Mrs Farrelly.

:18:20.:18:23.

It's not clear just how well, or badly, Alan Pardew's mixed

:18:24.:18:25.

assessment on national TV of Mike Ashley's football decision`making

:18:26.:18:32.

went down with the Newcastle owner. But while the Newcastle manager's

:18:33.:18:34.

positive response to adversity on the pitch has led to a climb up the

:18:35.:18:38.

table, there's no room for complacency as the Magpies' upcoming

:18:39.:18:41.

fixtures look pretty tough. Premier League games against four of the top

:18:42.:18:44.

six. And next week's Wear`Tyne derby. First up, tomorrow lunchtime,

:18:45.:18:47.

a visit from Liverpool, who've featured in some of Pardew's best

:18:48.:18:50.

and worst moments on Tyneside. It's coming up to Alan Pardew's

:18:51.:18:53.

third anniversary at St James' Park. His first game in charge, in

:18:54.:18:57.

mid`December of 2010, a 3`1 win over the Reds, which had Kevin Nolan

:18:58.:19:00.

dancing with joy and the current England boss Roy Hodgson rubbing his

:19:01.:19:06.

eyes in disbelief. Let's hope we don't see any of that in Rio. Late

:19:07.:19:10.

last season, though, the Mersysiders had their revenge ` a 6`0 thrashing

:19:11.:19:13.

which, not surprisingly, still gives the manager nightmares. It is a game

:19:14.:19:24.

that you don't ever want to happen but it does sometimes in a season.

:19:25.:19:28.

It is probably the heaviest defeat I have had as a manager and you have

:19:29.:19:33.

to, you know, make sure it does not happen again and try and build

:19:34.:19:35.

yourself up. We did after that. You have to use it and take some

:19:36.:19:41.

positive out of it that it will not happen again.

Middlesbrough go in search of back`to`back wins for the first time

this season, when they take on the Championship's bottom club,

Barnsley, tomorrow. Tony Mowbray's side will be boosted by their first

:19:50.:19:52.

home victory of the campaign, against Yeovil, before the

:19:53.:19:54.

international break. Boro are 16th in the table ` not helped by six

:19:55.:19:59.

draws from their 11 games, with just two league wins so far. But the

:20:00.:20:02.

manager says confidence is still high. When you are not losing

:20:03.:20:09.

football matches, it doesn't erode the confidence that much. Belief in

:20:10.:20:13.

the squad is still pretty strong and high that we can have a good

:20:14.:20:18.

season. We have to build it up and obviously if you can finish the

:20:19.:20:20.

season strong it is better than starting the season strong. That is

:20:21.:20:25.

what we would hope, is that we can build up from this point and keep

:20:26.:20:29.

going and build some real momentum and be strong after the New Year.

Mark Tulip, BBC Look North. When international sports teams come

:22:18.:22:23.

to the region, they stay in the plushest hotels and seclude

:22:24.:22:25.

themselves behind high walls, right? Most of the time. Well, not in the

:22:26.:22:28.

case of Fiji's Rugby League World Cup squad.

:22:29.:22:32.

Yes, for the last few days they've been staying at Scotch Corner and

:22:33.:22:36.

being fed at a pub in a little village near Richmond. Why? Well, as

:22:37.:22:39.

Gerry Jackson found out, even for Fijians, it's a small world.

:22:40.:22:42.

You know that feeling. You just want a quiet drink down the local and you

:22:43.:22:51.

can't even get to the bar. I'll be with you any minute. As for peace

:22:52.:22:56.

and quiet, not this week at the George and Dragon at Hudswell. All

:22:57.:22:59.

35 players and coaching staff of Fiji's World Cup squad are here.

:23:00.:23:14.

This is their battle hymn. THE PLAYERS SAYING

:23:15.:23:17.

All this week, the nation's finest Rugby League players have been

:23:18.:23:20.

getting breakfast, lunch and dinner here. It's been lively. Buzzing,

:23:21.:23:27.

absolutely buzzing. The locals have been coming into an meat and greet

:23:28.:23:32.

them and have a look. Because of the size of some of them, it is quite

:23:33.:23:35.

scary. The team won't be playing World Cup matches anywhere near here

:23:36.:23:39.

but Catterick Garrison is just a few miles down the road. Generations of

:23:40.:23:42.

Fijian soldiers have served there and many live in this area. And the

:23:43.:23:46.

expertise to cook them what they like or rather what their coaches

:23:47.:23:55.

demand is right here. It is a big, huge responsibility for me and my

:23:56.:23:59.

chefs and all the staff as well because feeding 35 people every

:24:00.:24:09.

day... It is like feeding with double the population. Each of the

:24:10.:24:15.

need for two men. It is good seeing the English countryside. The view

:24:16.:24:17.

has been good and the people are good. It has been really relaxing

:24:18.:24:22.

and it is going to be a very big boost for the boys. We have had a

:24:23.:24:27.

great time in Yorkshire. You know, the company has been great. The

:24:28.:24:30.

hospitality has been terrific and it is a little bit more relaxed which

:24:31.:24:34.

suits the boys. Sadly, the boys are about to move

:24:35.:24:37.

South. They'll enjoy one more night of local hospitality. In the

:24:38.:24:42.

meantime, if one of them spills your pint ` let it go.

:24:43.:24:56.

And there is a Fijian festival in the pub tonight. Let's have a look

:24:57.:25:01.

at the weather. Plenty of it. The rain has been

:25:02.:25:07.

topping up the rivers and we started off the week by showing you this

:25:08.:25:10.

salmon making its way up the river and this character has been

:25:11.:25:13.

following them all the way up to Chester`le`Street. Thank you to Rob

:25:14.:25:16.

for that shot. That must be ten miles from the minds of the river.

:25:17.:25:20.

This is also impressive. This is the meeting of the new Mister and Mrs

Versailles. Decent weather. `` the wedding. One of the bright's

:25:37.:25:40.

overnight. Through the early hours of the morning, the rain starts to

:25:41.:25:45.

become a little bit more intermittent and spots develop. The

:25:46.:25:50.

temperatures will stay well. There is a brisk southeasterly wind. It is

:25:51.:25:54.

:25:55.:25:58.

outbreaks of friends of the morning. They will tend to be the road

:25:59.:26:01.

towards lunchtime. For the afternoon, we will start to see

:26:02.:26:05.

brighter spells develop. `` some outbreaks of rain. Could see another

:26:06.:26:11.

outbreak of rain edging its way into western parts of Cumbria later on.

:26:12.:26:17.

Temperatures are reasonable. A later southerly breeze. It should feel

:26:18.:26:24.

quite pleasant. That is the picture for tomorrow. It is this band that

:26:25.:26:27.

brings those heavy showers tomorrow evening. For Sunday, we have still

:26:28.:26:32.

got low pressure in charge. It will feed in a fair few showers on the

:26:33.:26:36.

wind and into the beginning of next week, it stays unsettled. This rain

:26:37.:26:40.

will hold back for a while, eventually reaching us on Monday and

:26:41.:26:44.

Tuesday. Very changeable. The rain will never be that far away. I think

:26:45.:26:48.

some early rain on Saturday and again late rain in the West. In

:26:49.:26:52.

between, some decent, dry, brighter spells. On Sunday, some heavy and
