The families of two teenage boys killed after apparently falling

from cliffs at Saltburn, near Middlesbrough, have

17 year olds Alex Yeoman and Harry Watson, from Loftus

in East Cleveland, were described as loving sons and precious.

Two boys on the verge of adulthood lost suddenly

in circumstances that, as yet, not entirely clear.

Early on Friday evening, the boys were on top of Huntcliff

in Saltburn a few miles from their homes.

At around seven o'clock, the emergency services received

a call to a person stuck on a ledge on the cliff.

A coastguard helicopter was dispatched from Humberside

and on arriving it found not one but both of the boys

The boys were airlifted to James Cook Hospital in Middlesbrough

It has got to be said that this is a very popular walk along

People come here all the time, you can walk from Saltburn behind me

It is not surprising these teenagers will have been up here on top

The vehicle was believed to be a black Ford Fiesta.

Police have issued a description of a teenager they want

to question in connection with a rape in Newcastle.

It happened in Exhibition Park on Friday night when

a fifteen-year-old girl left the skate park area

He's described as white and slim - with black facial hair -

and was wearing a dark coloured Northface jacket with a hood.

Now, horse breeders from across the country

were in Penrith today for the largest equine

More than 30 top class breeding stallions were part of the showcase

at the Newton Rigg Equestrian Centre.

With proven skills, presence and good bloodlines these stallions

Ever since year one it has attracted an increasingly high calibre

of stallion that represents not just the best sport and horse pony

breeding but also some of the leading native bloodlines

Once done locally, horse breeding is now an international business,

today a chance to show off to potential customers.

It was very important to come out to venues like this excellent

location and there is nothing better than seeing with your own eyes

whether that horse gives you the goose bumps on your arms

Trading can of course be done online, but at this event seeing

the stallions temperaments is one of the main draws.

You don't want to be breeding from a stallion that has a bad

temperament because it comes down through and people can go

into the stable with them, talk to them, and be reassured

that these stallions do have a good temperament.

So well behaved but with ample swagger it's no

here had plenty of admirers - many who'll do business
