Thank you, Tomasz. That is all from the News At Six,

:00:00.:00:00.

Good evening. Welcome to North West Tonight with Roger Johnson and Nina

:00:00.:00:08.

Warhurst. Our top story... A 15`year`old boy dies after being

:00:09.:00:12.

shot in the head on a Lake District farm. A man's now under arrest.

:00:13.:00:16.

We'll have the latest live from the scene as police investigate how it

:00:17.:00:19.

happened. Also tonight... What next for the Co`Op? As its

:00:20.:00:23.

former bank Chairman is arrested on Merseyside, will the group's image

:00:24.:00:28.

suffer serious harm? Blackpool considers banning alcohol

:00:29.:00:32.

adverts in the resort. It's an attempt to stop harmful drinking.

:00:33.:00:36.

The Managers of Merseyside. But will Rodgers be red`faced or Martinez be

:00:37.:00:40.

feeling blue after derby day at Goodison?

:00:41.:00:44.

And behold the wise men cometh. Camels and kings as Liverpool's

:00:45.:00:46.

Christmas markets open for business. A 15`year`old boy has died after

:00:47.:01:07.

being shot in the head on a farm in the Lake District. Cumbria Police

:01:08.:01:10.

say the teenager was out shooting with two adults late last night He

:01:11.:01:14.

was taken more than a hundred miles to a specialist hospital in

:01:15.:01:22.

Manchester. It happened about 2 miles north of Barrow. Doctors tried

:01:23.:01:26.

to save his life, but this afternoon it was confirmed the boy had died

:01:27.:01:29.

from gunshot injuries. Tonight a man's under arrest on suspicion of

:01:30.:01:32.

manslaughter. Our reporter Andy Gill is in the village of Ulpha, 20 miles

:01:33.:01:37.

north of Barrow. What more can you tell us about what happened last

:01:38.:01:45.

night? This is a small community, and tonight, I community in

:01:46.:01:50.

mourning. We are at the local church. The place where this

:01:51.:01:54.

happened is a few miles north of here on a removed track off the main

:01:55.:02:01.

road. The police have said that two men and a boy were shooting on

:02:02.:02:04.

farmland with the permission of the farm owner when the boy was shot in

:02:05.:02:09.

the head. He was taken to hospital but died this afternoon. He was a

:02:10.:02:15.

pupil at a local school. The police said they arrested a 35`year`old man

:02:16.:02:19.

from Barrow on suspicion of causing grievous bodily harm, but they know

:02:20.:02:22.

said he was being questioned on suspicion of manslaughter. The other

:02:23.:02:27.

men at the incident was in his 0s and the police say he was not

:02:28.:02:33.

injured and has not been arrested. Nobody was related to the boy who

:02:34.:02:38.

died. Horrible shock for the people that live there. What has been the

:02:39.:02:46.

reaction? I spoke to one lady who did not want to be interviewed on

:02:47.:02:50.

camera, but the thing about small places like this is that everybody

:02:51.:02:54.

knows everybody else. She knew the boy, she knows his parents and his

:02:55.:02:59.

family and she was clearly shaken and close to tears. She said this

:03:00.:03:02.

will have a great effect on everybody that lives here. Julie,

:03:03.:03:06.

more details will come out about what happened in this incident. The

:03:07.:03:11.

police have not released the name of the boy, and because the former lead

:03:12.:03:18.

to take place. Kent Medway NHS and Social Care Partnership Trust

:03:19.:03:20.

the former identification is yet to take place, but this will have a big

:03:21.:03:22.

effect on this community. The former chairman of the Co`op

:03:23.:03:29.

Bank is being questioned by detectives investigating the supply

:03:30.:03:32.

of illegal drugs. The Reverend Paul Flowers was arrested on Merseyside

:03:33.:03:34.

last night following allegations that he handed over money to buy

:03:35.:03:38.

cocaine and other substances. It follows a week of revelations and

:03:39.:03:41.

allegations attached to the ex chairman of the troubled bank.

:03:42.:03:48.

Tonight the Government announced there'll be an independent

:03:49.:03:51.

investigation into events there Our Chief Reporter, Dave Guest, has more

:03:52.:03:53.

details. The week started badly enough for

:03:54.:03:57.

Paul Flowers, but if he thought it couldn't get any worse he was sadly

:03:58.:04:00.

mistaken. Last weekend, a national newspaper published images said to

:04:01.:04:03.

show the former Co`op bank chairman buying cocaine. Then through the

:04:04.:04:13.

week a succession of tabloid tales carried allegations of drug fuelled

:04:14.:04:16.

sessions with male prostitutes in a Manchester Hotel. On top of that,

:04:17.:04:19.

came the revelation that he parted company with a drugs charity amid

:04:20.:04:23.

suspicions over his expenses. Then last night, officers from West

:04:24.:04:25.

Yorkshire Police, arrested the 63`year`old as part of "an ongoing

:04:26.:04:31.

drug supply investigation". They picked him up on Merseyside, but

:04:32.:04:36.

aren't saying why he was there. And all this as the Co`op bank struggles

:04:37.:04:40.

to sort out its finances. It's all left customers a little bewildered.

:04:41.:04:44.

One person's failings don't affect the whole place, but it is same

:04:45.:04:49.

time, because he is the boss, you kind of worry. I have no complaints

:04:50.:04:55.

with regards having a current account with the bank. I held him in

:04:56.:05:01.

a steam, but I am not surprised because of the way banking is going,

:05:02.:05:05.

but I was surprised that it was the Co`op bank.

:05:06.:05:07.

But will the controversy surrounding the apparently unethical antics of

:05:08.:05:10.

the former boss affect the ethical credentials of the co`op bank brand?

:05:11.:05:14.

Here's Dr Stuart Roper from the Manchester Business School. The

:05:15.:05:16.

point is, how quickly is it able to get with this difficulty? It will

:05:17.:05:23.

take a little bit of time. Affairs with individuals tend to blow over,

:05:24.:05:27.

because the person isn't there any more. It is all about if they are

:05:28.:05:32.

providing good quality products and services and will maintain an

:05:33.:05:34.

ethical stance and rebuild this idea.

:05:35.:05:36.

Meanwhile, politicians have been arguing over who knew what about the

:05:37.:05:39.

background of Rev Flowers, and his competency to run the bank. Four MPs

:05:40.:05:43.

in this region are sponsored by the Co`op. One of them has been giving

:05:44.:05:47.

his reaction to the week's developments. Clearly, people will

:05:48.:05:54.

have questions. They will want to know that lessons have been learned

:05:55.:05:58.

after a situation like this. I am confident that with the correct

:05:59.:06:02.

response, the Co`op bank can go from strength to strength. It makes a

:06:03.:06:07.

huge contribution to the UK and to our area, and I'm hugely proud to be

:06:08.:06:11.

associated with them. And tonight the Chancellor and

:06:12.:06:14.

Tatton MP George Osborne has ordered an independent investigation into

:06:15.:06:17.

events at the Co`op Bank. The inquiry will, among other things,

:06:18.:06:19.

examine the appointment of senior staff.

:06:20.:06:26.

Thank you. Letters continue with this.

:06:27.:06:29.

Well our political editor Arif Ansari joins me now. Let's pick up

:06:30.:06:34.

what George Osborne has announced, what more do you know about this? It

:06:35.:06:40.

will not happen any time soon, it has been set up between the

:06:41.:06:47.

Treasury, the Prudential Society and the code of the men shall conduct.

:06:48.:06:52.

These enquiries and organisations might start separately, and this

:06:53.:06:57.

independent enquiry will not begin until all of the other enquiries

:06:58.:07:02.

have concluded. There is a way to go, and clearly, several

:07:03.:07:07.

organisations are ready to build the stable door. Has there been any

:07:08.:07:12.

impact on the Labour Party by this scandal Chris back yes, it is

:07:13.:07:21.

clearly a serious issue. There are several MPs sponsored by the

:07:22.:07:25.

cooperative, but the bigger question is, did the Labour Party know

:07:26.:07:29.

anything about it? This man was a Labour councillor in Rochdale for

:07:30.:07:34.

four years and in Bradford until 2011. He resigned as a Bradford

:07:35.:07:39.

councillor after the adult material found on his laptop and at that time

:07:40.:07:45.

he was already chairman of the bank. The question is, did the Labour

:07:46.:07:47.

Party know things about him that they did not fly got? `` flag up.

:07:48.:07:56.

And there's more on this on the Sunday Politics show, where Arif

:07:57.:07:59.

will also be discussing the future of the region's Nuclear Power

:08:00.:08:03.

Industry. A murder inquiry's underway after

:08:04.:08:06.

the body of a woman was discovered at a house in Manchester. Police

:08:07.:08:10.

were called out to the property in Levenshulme just before midday. A

:08:11.:08:12.

postmortem examination's being carried out to establish how she

:08:13.:08:15.

died. A 52`year`old man is being questioned by detectives on

:08:16.:08:18.

suspicion of murder. The family of a Rochdale man `

:08:19.:08:22.

killed on holiday in Sri Lanka ` is welcoming the news a date has been

:08:23.:08:26.

set for his murder trial. Khuram Shaikh was shot and stabbed on

:08:27.:08:29.

Christmas Day in 2011. Six people have been charged in connection with

:08:30.:08:32.

his death, including a high profile politician with close ties to the

:08:33.:08:36.

Sri Lankan President. Police say no further action will be

:08:37.:08:40.

taken against seven Crewe Alexandra footballers, who were arrested on

:08:41.:08:44.

suspicion of sexual assault in July. The League One players were

:08:45.:08:46.

questioned following an allegation from a woman in Cornwall. The club

:08:47.:08:50.

was holding a pre`season training camp there at the time.

:08:51.:09:05.

Adverts for alcohol could be banned from the streets of Blackpool if the

:09:06.:09:08.

council goes ahead with plans to clamp down on promotions. It's

:09:09.:09:11.

considering bringing in a radical new by`law to limit the advertising

:09:12.:09:14.

of alcohol. Campaigners for the move say the resort has a huge health

:09:15.:09:18.

problem which needs to be tackled, but some licensees say it won't make

:09:19.:09:21.

any difference. Blackpool's long had a reputation as

:09:22.:09:24.

a party town, but now some here are concerned that adverts for cheap

:09:25.:09:28.

drinks are leaving the resort with a costly hangover. Blackpool Council

:09:29.:09:30.

is considering introducing a bye law which would ban pubs, clubs and off

:09:31.:09:33.

licences from advertising alcohol outside their premises, as well as

:09:34.:09:37.

preventing promotions on the side of buses, trams and taxis and even

:09:38.:09:48.

forcing clubs to close at 3:00am. I am not talking about holiday`makers

:09:49.:09:52.

coming to black crew having a good time. These are sustained, long

:09:53.:10:01.

standing problems. Children, school attendance being impacted, lots of

:10:02.:10:10.

other problems. The proposals are aimed at tackling the town's poor

:10:11.:10:13.

health record. Blackpool has the highest death rate from

:10:14.:10:15.

alcohol`related liver disease among under 75s in England, 35 for every

:10:16.:10:19.

100,000 people. Compare that to a death rate of just 16 in

:10:20.:10:22.

neighbouring Fylde and Wyre. But opinion's divided here on exactly

:10:23.:10:25.

who's to blame for the town's health problems. There are areas in

:10:26.:10:29.

Blackpool that have the highest concentration of off`licences in the

:10:30.:10:33.

country. The country is that it is a very safe, responsible place to be.

:10:34.:10:39.

The issue is preloading with drinks at home. This off licence doesn t

:10:40.:10:43.

advertise its alcohol prices outside, but the licensee doesn t

:10:44.:10:46.

think it would make any difference if he did. I personally think it

:10:47.:10:51.

will affect the pubs and clubs, but I do not think it will affect the

:10:52.:10:55.

off`licence. Host customers, when they are bouncing around, they come

:10:56.:11:01.

inside and have a lock. They ask us what offers we have. The council's

:11:02.:11:05.

yet to decide on whether to go ahead with the plans. The town's licensing

:11:06.:11:08.

committee will discuss them next month.

:11:09.:11:11.

Oldham council today claimed that plans for a new free school would

:11:12.:11:19.

damage the area's education. The Phoenix Free School is due to open

:11:20.:11:23.

next year. It would be staffed by former military personnel and would

:11:24.:11:25.

insist on strict discipline for pupils.

:11:26.:11:27.

But Oldham councillors today said it would threaten the existence of

:11:28.:11:30.

other schools in the borough, making them "unviable". They say Oldham

:11:31.:11:33.

already has too many secondary school places. A point I put to the

:11:34.:11:37.

man behind the Free School, Professor Tom Burkard. There has

:11:38.:11:45.

never been a case of a good school that had any problems filling its

:11:46.:11:49.

places. If Oldham is worried about any of the schools that they have,

:11:50.:11:52.

the existing schools becoming unviable, we would be very happy to

:11:53.:11:58.

talk to them about taking them over. If you are prepared to see the

:11:59.:12:02.

schools fail, open your school and drive others to the wall, while you

:12:03.:12:07.

make money, how can that be fair to the children that have their

:12:08.:12:12.

education disrupted? Whose education will be disrupted? Let us make this

:12:13.:12:18.

clear. We are not making money. Every school operates on the same

:12:19.:12:23.

basis as any academy or school. Nobody profits, except for the

:12:24.:12:28.

pupils going to the school and getting a good education. What we

:12:29.:12:33.

are trying to do is offer a better education to the children of Oldham

:12:34.:12:36.

and the response we have had from the local people, it demonstrates to

:12:37.:12:41.

us that there is a lot of demand for what we have to offer. Had he found

:12:42.:12:47.

a site for the schoolyard? Have you started building it? Not yet, we are

:12:48.:12:56.

in negotiation with Oldham Council. How can you possibly be open in

:12:57.:13:02.

September 2014? We can have temporary accommodation or we have

:13:03.:13:09.

the potential for having Portakabins as temporary accommodation. Does

:13:10.:13:17.

that provide a good education, teaching in a Portakabin? To be

:13:18.:13:24.

honest with you, I preferred teaching in the Portakabin to the

:13:25.:13:27.

main building, because you do not have children running up and down

:13:28.:13:34.

the hallways. Thank you. Interesting debate.

:13:35.:13:37.

Still to come on North West Tonight...

:13:38.:13:39.

The battle of the young Merseyside managers. Will Rodgers or Martinez

:13:40.:13:42.

come out on top in tomorrow's Derby? And who's pulling the strings as

:13:43.:13:45.

giant puppet kings officially open Liverpool's Christmas markets?

:13:46.:13:55.

For years, a very rare 18th century Jewish manuscript lay forgotten in a

:13:56.:14:04.

garage in Bury. It had come to the North West with a family escaping

:14:05.:14:07.

persecution just before the Second World War.

:14:08.:14:11.

It was found, and maybe saved from the rubbish tip, by an eagle`eyed

:14:12.:14:14.

auctioneer. Today the "Haggadah was auctioned off in Cheshire. It sold

:14:15.:14:18.

for far in excess of its estimated six`figure value. Mark Edwardson was

:14:19.:14:21.

there. The Haggadah, a text read by Jewish

:14:22.:14:25.

people on the first night of Passover. This one is the work of a

:14:26.:14:30.

famous Austrian scribe in 1726. And with worldwide interest, there was

:14:31.:14:39.

much excitement at the auction. Just wait until the telephone sales go,

:14:40.:14:42.

and wait until the auctioneer is there. I could not afford it on my

:14:43.:14:49.

wages! It was discovered during a routine valuation by an auctioneer,

:14:50.:14:52.

Bill Forrest, stored in an old soup can on a garage shelf. The weeks

:14:53.:14:58.

went by and research continued and it was soon apparent that this was a

:14:59.:15:02.

rare item and it would fetch a big sum of money at auction. The

:15:03.:15:05.

Haggadah recalls the Israelites flight from Egypt to the "Promised

:15:06.:15:13.

Land". You have a festive meal, and that is why this went on with many

:15:14.:15:17.

others. It has wine stains and food stains, because it was made to be

:15:18.:15:28.

used. ?190,000. ?210,000. Are you done? Thank you very much. APPLAUSE

:15:29.:15:39.

The previous owner will be delighted? ! Yes, she was in the

:15:40.:15:47.

room! She sat there and she was watching! I do not think it will

:15:48.:15:51.

sink in! That the Haggadah was almost lost forever is a point not

:15:52.:15:55.

lost on those following its story. I'm absolutely sure it could be a

:15:56.:15:59.

different story, because it is nothing special on the outside. It

:16:00.:16:05.

looks like a shabby book. The winning bidder preferred to remain

:16:06.:16:08.

anonymous. But it's thought the Haggadah is returning to its home,

:16:09.:16:11.

the buyer's believed to be from Vienna.

:16:12.:16:12.

Let's move on to sport then. Richard is here and one of the most

:16:13.:16:29.

highly anticipated games of the Premier League season is just round

:16:30.:16:32.

the corner, the 221st Merseyside derby? Yes, well counted!

:16:33.:16:43.

And one of the more anticipated of them as well. Liverpool go into the

:16:44.:16:46.

game hoping to maintain their stranglehold on the fixture, they've

:16:47.:16:50.

lost just one of the last 13, while Everton hope a change of manager

:16:51.:16:54.

will mean a change of derby day fortune for them. It's a first derby

:16:55.:16:58.

for Roberto Martinez, but he has a lot in common with his Liverpool

:16:59.:17:01.

counterpart. Yes, both Roberto and Brendan Rodgers managed Swansea City

:17:02.:17:04.

and both share that club's footballing principles.

:17:05.:17:13.

Luis Suarez gets on whether the `` with it. It is in! There will always

:17:14.:17:27.

be a rivalry to the game. It is one of the unique cities around. It is

:17:28.:17:33.

one of those games that has followed worldwide and the history and the

:17:34.:17:41.

passion is all reflected. Just another three points. We are

:17:42.:17:55.

very similar in terms of our ideas about the oil. We have different

:17:56.:18:03.

tactics. He would do an excellent job, I'm sure, he has got great

:18:04.:18:09.

players. We have got very similar football concepts, that comes from

:18:10.:18:12.

previous experience and the way that we believe the game should be

:18:13.:18:16.

played. That is why it would be a fascinating game of football. What

:18:17.:18:24.

separates the pair? Martinez is more cautious, but it is all about the

:18:25.:18:30.

players that you have a disposal. You would want to be offensive if

:18:31.:18:38.

you have got the players. The main difference is Derby day experience.

:18:39.:18:42.

Liverpool's manager has it. This is the Everton bosses' first. You do

:18:43.:18:48.

not know until the whistle`blowers, very, very little matches the

:18:49.:18:54.

Merseyside derby. Should be an absolute cracker. Full commentary on

:18:55.:19:02.

BBC Radio Leeds he's the. `` Merseyside.

:19:03.:19:05.

Manchester United have completed some key business today, signing one

:19:06.:19:08.

of their stalwarts to a new contract. Even though Michael

:19:09.:19:11.

Carrick is currently out with an Achilles tendon injury, David Moyes

:19:12.:19:14.

has extended his contract until 2015 with a club option for a further 12

:19:15.:19:16.

months. That's the football, Rich, but if

:19:17.:19:20.

you're a rugby league fan it's all about the World Cup semi`finals

:19:21.:19:23.

Yes, the question rugby league fans in the North West will be asking is,

:19:24.:19:29.

can England make it to the final? Steve McNamara's team have to get

:19:30.:19:32.

past the World Champions New Zealand at Wembley tomorrow. And McNamara

:19:33.:19:36.

has made a call that surprised many people, dropping the Salford half

:19:37.:19:41.

back Rangi Chase. This is for sporting reasons. This is about

:19:42.:19:51.

belief in the squad, is performing. We need to work it into a

:19:52.:19:55.

performance. You have to believe in yourself, otherwise you have got no

:19:56.:20:00.

chance at all. The match is on BBC One from 1pm tomorrow. Lots of sport

:20:01.:20:10.

on the TV. The final is at Old Trafford next weekend. Thank you.

:20:11.:20:14.

BBC Radio Cumbria took a glorious trip down memory lane today to

:20:15.:20:17.

celebrate its fortieth birthday A host of former presenters returned

:20:18.:20:20.

to the station to mark the anniversary, which takes place this

This is the man who launched radio Carlisle in November 1973.

:20:43.:20:53.

Radio Carlisle, it gave a focus to all of those individual communities

the focus to people to reflect their daily lives to them. Now, radio

:21:05.:21:09.

Cumbria has won awards and recognition because of the way it

:21:10.:21:13.

responds to emergency situations in the county, from the foot and mouth

:21:14.:21:18.

crisis of 2001, the shootings in 2010, and major flooding. John

:21:19.:21:24.

Myers, his career has taken him to one of British radio's top

:21:25.:21:27.

executives, and he has always held his local station in high regard.

:21:28.:21:34.

For 40 years, this radio station has been at the top of its game and has

:21:35.:21:38.

won awards and performed brilliantly because of the people it hires to

:21:39.:21:41.

broadcast and connect with the population at large. One presenter

:21:42.:21:50.

has been there for 40 years. I have done every single programme

:21:51.:21:53.

possible, from early in the morning until late at night. Doing the

:21:54.:21:58.

variety of programmes is excellent because you meet all kinds of

:21:59.:22:01.

different people and are tested in all different types of things. Just

:22:02.:22:05.

occasionally, you get a programme right!

:22:06.:22:13.

For any radio station to make it to 40 years, it just proves that there

:22:14.:22:20.

is still a need every single day for local radio. Celebrations continue

:22:21.:22:25.

over the weekend as the station looks forward to serving Cumbria for

:22:26.:22:27.

the next 40 years. Happy birthday to them! Helen

:22:28.:22:43.

Skelton was on there! Do you ever think you are being watched? ! A

:22:44.:22:46.

little bit? Now, if you've been starting to

:22:47.:22:49.

worry that Christmas is approaching all too fast, well I'm afraid we've

:22:50.:22:53.

got more proof that it really is. Yes, a couple of weeks ago Liverpool

:22:54.:22:57.

was one of our many of towns and cities to unveil it's Christmas

:22:58.:23:00.

lights, today it showed off this year's Christmas Markets. Millions

:23:01.:23:02.

are expected to visit over the coming weeks, Ian Haslam was there

:23:03.:23:05.

as the markets were officially opened by Royal Appointment.

:23:06.:23:08.

A giant royal seal of approval for Liverpool's Christmas markets from

:23:09.:23:11.

the Queen of Queen Square and King John. Why this pair, you ask? Well,

:23:12.:23:15.

there was no actual royalty available and it was King John who

:23:16.:23:17.

granted Liverpool 'market status' back in 1207. I am pleased as punch

:23:18.:23:25.

to open this market and to see how Liverpool has expanded in the last

:23:26.:23:29.

800 years. Weather`wise, we're not quite at the snow stage yet, but

:23:30.:23:33.

there was white stuff of sorts, for the hundreds watching the impromptu

:23:34.:23:38.

festive parade. It makes it feel very Christmassy. It is fantastic,

:23:39.:23:43.

absolutely brilliant! Magical! They've had Christmas Markets in

:23:44.:23:46.

Liverpool for nine years, but this year it's expanded, with over 8

:23:47.:23:50.

stalls, while part of the market is made up of shops in shipping

:23:51.:23:53.

containers. Oh and aside from massive puppets, when was the last

:23:54.:23:57.

time you saw three camels walking through the city centre? Of course,

:23:58.:24:06.

the Nativity story would not be the Nativity story without the three

:24:07.:24:10.

wise men. Here they are on the camels in the city centre. Have you

:24:11.:24:15.

had camels here before? Not that I can a member! This is excellent

:24:16.:24:22.

This is my friend from Ireland, she has come to visit. Having the

:24:23.:24:25.

Christmas markets is costing a quarter of a million pounds, those

:24:26.:24:28.

behind it are hoping for a million and a half visitors in each of the

:24:29.:24:32.

next few weeks. This will generate across the retail, hotels,

:24:33.:24:35.

restaurants, millions of pounds over the Christmas period. And while

:24:36.:24:38.

Father Christmas hasn't arrived at the markets yet, the friendly yet

:24:39.:24:40.

scissor wielding Mother Christmas has. It is just lovely. Be careful

:24:41.:24:48.

with those scissors! Coming to one of these stalls was only going to

:24:49.:24:52.

end in one way, me buying one of these large, German sausages. The

:24:53.:24:57.

camels may have gone now, but the Christmas markets are open until

:24:58.:25:04.

December the 22nd. It was always going to end that

:25:05.:25:07.

way! He was having far too much fun at that!

:25:08.:25:14.

Now, the weather. Good evening. For the weekend, it

:25:15.:25:33.

would be very quiet. Mostly dry quite cloudy. A chilly weekend with

:25:34.:25:39.

frost and fog. Mostly dry for the weekend. Tonight, dry with some

:25:40.:25:49.

frost forming. Some light winds and plenty of cloud. Some holes in the

:25:50.:25:53.

cloud. Where we see these holes some fog pockets forming. Possibly

:25:54.:25:58.

freezing from time to time. Plenty of frost. Temperatures in towns and

:25:59.:26:05.

cities across`the`board, they will fall below freezing, particularly

:26:06.:26:10.

over Cumbria. Temperatures below freezing in greater Manchester and

:26:11.:26:14.

Cheshire. A little bit milder over the Isle of Man. Tomorrow, looking

:26:15.:26:21.

all right. I cloudy day with a light wind. We start off with freezing fog

:26:22.:26:26.

lingering for a time. When the father disappears, a lot of cloud.

:26:27.:26:32.

Into the afternoon, some light winds with some holes in the cloud

:26:33.:26:36.

allowing some sunshine. You can see the frost is already forming over

:26:37.:26:41.

Cumbria. The temperatures tomorrow, a bit disappointing because it would

:26:42.:26:46.

be a chilly weekend. Five Celsius in land, a bit milder in the Isle of

:26:47.:26:52.

Man. Tomorrow afternoon, the Merseyside derby, four, five

:26:53.:26:56.

degrees. Wrap up warm. Tomorrow night, the cloud will build once

:26:57.:27:00.

again and you can see the frost is starting to form in Cumbria,

:27:01.:27:05.

Lancashire and the Isle of Man. Generally, everywhere will see frost

:27:06.:27:09.

with temp which is below freezing. I pressure continuing on Sunday and

:27:10.:27:14.

Monday and keeping things really settled, and this is the breakdown

:27:15.:27:18.

of your temperatures on Sunday into Monday. Enjoy the weekend.

:27:19.:27:22.

Not too bad! Cold but dry!

:27:23.:27:29.

It will be chilly at the Derby, it is lovely having the frost in the

:27:30.:27:38.

air. Have a lovely weekend, I had nights.

:27:39.:27:42.

`` good night.

:27:43.:27:44.
