Welcome to South East Today, I'm Rob Smith. | :00:11. | :00:12.
And I'm Polly Evans. Tonight's top stories: | :00:12. | :00:17.
Clear up or move out: An eviction warning to the Sussex pensioner | :00:17. | :00:22.
whose rubbish-strewn property has been branded a health hazard. | :00:22. | :00:27.
I am not worried about it, and there is no smell, mice or rats. | :00:27. | :00:30.
The Brighton man giving evidence against his mother and sister who | :00:30. | :00:35.
are accused of murdering his father. We'll have details of today's | :00:35. | :00:37.
evidence live from the old bailey. Also in tonight's programme: | :00:37. | :00:40.
No compensation for veterans of nuclear tests in the pacific in the | :00:40. | :00:44.
50's. The supreme court said their claims for damages are out of date. | :00:44. | :00:48.

Brighton after their Brit Awards Good evening. | :01:10. | :01:12.
A Sussex pensioner who has spent 30 years trawling Brighton's streets | :01:12. | :01:15.
collecting cans for charity has been given a month to clear a huge | :01:16. | :01:19.
pile of rubbish from her front garden or face eviction. Olive | :01:19. | :01:22.
Taylor has raised more than 40,000 for charity by recycling cans since | :01:23. | :01:28.
1978. But she's been given the deadline to tidy up after council | :01:28. | :01:30.
officials decided her property was overrun with rubbish and had become | :01:30. | :01:40.
:01:40. | :01:43. | ||
a health hazard. Ian Palmer reports. Olive Taylor, charity champion or | :01:43. | :01:48.
public purse? The council is in the second category. I am not worried | :01:48. | :01:54.
about it. And there is no smell, rice or Mac -- rats. Olive Taylor | :01:54. | :01:57.
says she has been collecting for charity for many decades and has | :01:57. | :02:02.
raised nearly 90,000 for charity. Brighton City Council has told her | :02:02. | :02:07.
to move this rubbish by a portent. But she has been served notice on | :02:07. | :02:14.
many occasions before. How have we got here? She began her charity | :02:14. | :02:19.
collecting in 1978. In 1993, it took eight lorries to remove items | :02:19. | :02:25.
from her front garden. In 2003 she was threatened with eviction. In a | :02:25. | :02:29.
statement, the council said there are potentially serious public | :02:29. | :02:34.
health risks arising from her actions. And as she Coat Fenebahce | :02:34. | :02:39.
refuses to co-operate, the council has to take action to protect the | :02:39. | :02:44.
community. She does do a lot of good for the community and does do | :02:44. | :02:51.
a lot of recycling. But there is a bit too much, but we need to keep | :02:51. | :02:59.
it under control. The council should consider to help her. Come | :02:59. | :03:03.
about and help with this complicated situation and not to | :03:03. | :03:08.
bully her. The council's ultimate sanction would be evictions. She | :03:08. | :03:14.
told me it is unlikely. I don't think they can have it made, | :03:14. | :03:20.
because it when the railways sold the houses to the council, we were | :03:20. | :03:26.
told we had a house for as long as we wished. The 87-year-old has days | :03:26. | :03:31.
to comply. She says she will do her best to meet the deadline. Brighton | :03:31. | :03:35.
City Council will be watching very closely. | :03:35. | :03:38.
A Brighton man has been giving evidence at the Old Bailey today | :03:38. | :03:40.
against his mother and sister who are charged with murdering his | :03:41. | :03:43.
father. Kevin Banfield from Brighton told the court that his | :03:43. | :03:46.
father, Don Banfield, revealed to him the last time they spoke, that | :03:46. | :03:51.
he was scared of his wife Shirley. Ellie Price joins us from the Old | :03:51. | :03:55.
Bailey now. Ellie, the court's heard how Don Banfield, asked to | :03:56. | :04:05.
come and stay with his son? That is right. The jury was told | :04:05. | :04:14.
Kevin Banfield, as he told the jury he saw his father at the family | :04:14. | :04:18.
home in 2011. He described his father as a womaniser and a gambler. | :04:19. | :04:23.
He said relations between his parents were so strained, he could | :04:23. | :04:27.
not wait to get out. But it was the last telephone conversation he had | :04:27. | :04:33.
with his father that the prosecution pressed him on. | :04:33. | :04:37.
White macro Banfield and her daughter. They denied murdering Don | :04:37. | :04:42.
Banfield. They listened as the prosecution called Kevin Banfield | :04:42. | :04:52.
:04:52. | :05:01. | ||
as a witness. The prosecution QC The court heard Kevin Banfield told | :05:01. | :05:11.
:05:11. | :05:11. | ||
his father he could not state. -- stayed. It was the last time he | :05:11. | :05:18.
spoke to his father. In May 2001, Don Banfield went | :05:18. | :05:24.
missing from his home... In 2009 the police reopened the case in to | :05:24. | :05:28.
his disappearance and it was featured on Crimewatch. But his | :05:28. | :05:33.
body has never been found. The court heard how his wife and | :05:33. | :05:39.
daughter claimed pension payments between 2003 and 2009. They had | :05:39. | :05:43.
pleaded guilty to perverting the Court of that -- perverting the | :05:43. | :05:48.
course of justice but deny murder. Kevin Banfield told the court he | :05:48. | :05:52.
talked to his father about starting a new light. He described the | :05:52. | :05:59.
conversation he had with him over a bottle of whisky, in which Don | :05:59. | :06:09.
:06:09. | :06:09. | ||
Banfield talked about doing "in Reggie Perrin". But Don Banfield | :06:09. | :06:12.
said he thought he might have gone up rather than something bad | :06:12. | :06:18.
happening. Scientists warn animal imports for | :06:18. | :06:24.
research are being reduced by animal rights activists. | :06:24. | :06:27.
The Prime Minister has raised his concerns about the extradition | :06:27. | :06:31.
treaty between Britain and the United States with President Obama. | :06:31. | :06:33.
It comes after the controversial extradition of retired Kent | :06:33. | :06:39.
businessman, Christopher Tappin. David Cameron is in America for | :06:39. | :06:44.
talks with the president. Mr Tappin's son has said his father | :06:44. | :06:47.
needs the Prime Minister's help to ensure he gets a fair trial. Sara | :06:48. | :06:55.
Smith reports. It is a visit seen as building on a | :06:55. | :07:00.
relationship they have described as rock solid. David, thanks for being | :07:00. | :07:04.
an outstanding alike will stop but the question of extradition has | :07:04. | :07:09.
left them wondering how equal the relationship is. Nearly three weeks | :07:09. | :07:12.
after Christopher Tappin was placed behind bars in a New Mexico jail, | :07:12. | :07:17.
his son has asked David Cameron to take action. We would like Mr | :07:17. | :07:21.
Cameron to help my father secure bail. We feel it is only through | :07:21. | :07:25.
having bail and having proper access to his lawyers he will mount | :07:25. | :07:29.
a strong defence. That is all we have asked, we are not asking for | :07:29. | :07:36.
the world. Just help to secure bail. Now David Cameron has told the | :07:36. | :07:39.
President he wants to review the way the extradition treaty is | :07:39. | :07:44.
working. It follows the case of Gary McKinnon, who hacked into US | :07:44. | :07:48.
Government computers, and Richard O'Dwyer, accused of setting up a | :07:48. | :07:53.
website providing links to pirated American films. And of course | :07:53. | :07:59.
Christopher Tappin, charged with conspiracy for supplying batteries | :07:59. | :08:04.
for Iranian missiles. The problem with his extradition treaty is no | :08:04. | :08:08.
evidence has been shown. So Christopher Tappin has not seen the | :08:08. | :08:12.
evidence which has caused the Americans to apply for extradition. | :08:12. | :08:17.
Christopher Tappin was arrested in 2010 following the US request for | :08:17. | :08:22.
extradition. At the losing his battle against extradition, he was | :08:22. | :08:26.
flown to Texas last month. With Vale been denied, he has remained | :08:26. | :08:31.
behind bars. Although he is now out of solitary confinement and said to | :08:31. | :08:36.
be playing cards with a cellmate. His appeal over the bail rejection | :08:36. | :08:42.
should be heard within the next fortnight. | :08:42. | :08:46.
Our political editor has been following developments. What more | :08:46. | :08:50.
do we know about what the Prime Minister and the President may have | :08:50. | :09:00.
said to each of or on private -- in private. We do know David Cameron | :09:00. | :09:04.
raise the issue with President Obama during two hours of private | :09:04. | :09:10.
talks in Washington. This does follow a series of high-profile | :09:10. | :09:14.
cases. Critics say the extradition treaty is not fair at the moment | :09:14. | :09:18.
because it is easy to extradite someone to the US and they need to | :09:18. | :09:23.
produce much less evidence to support the case. But during a | :09:23. | :09:27.
review by a senior judge last year, they said it was there to British | :09:27. | :09:32.
citizens. We know David Cameron did not mention individual cases, but | :09:32. | :09:36.
he did raise concerns over the way the treaty is working. | :09:36. | :09:39.
A 16-year-old girl and a 39-year- old woman have been arrested after | :09:39. | :09:42.
cocaine worth 350,000 was found hidden in tubs of chocolate powder | :09:42. | :09:46.
at Gatwick Airport. The pair had arrived on a flight from Antigua. | :09:46. | :09:49.
They were arrested after they were found with 3.5 kilos of cocaine | :09:49. | :09:55.
inside their suitcase. Medway has lost out on becoming | :09:55. | :09:59.
Britain's newest city. Despite being the bookie's second favourite | :09:59. | :10:02.
it wasn't given the title awarded as part of the Queen's Diamond | :10:02. | :10:05.
Jubilee celebrations. Instead the honour was given to Chelmsford, | :10:05. | :10:15.

Perth in Scotland and St Asaph in Wales. | :10:16. | :10:20.
Walkers are warned to avoid a section of the White Cliffs of | :10:20. | :10:25.
Dover which collapsed this week. It has undermined the top of the cliff | :10:25. | :10:29.
and people who walked to the edge to look out are putting themselves | :10:29. | :10:34.
in danger. It is thought it was caused by rain freezing in cracks | :10:34. | :10:37.
inside the chalk. More than 1,000 veterans of nuclear | :10:37. | :10:39.
weapons tests, including many from Kent and Sussex, who say exposure | :10:39. | :10:42.
to radiation permanently damaged their health have lost their fight | :10:42. | :10:45.
for compensation at the Supreme Court. The atomic tests took place | :10:45. | :10:50.
in the 1950s on Christmas Island and in the South Pacific. More than | :10:50. | :10:52.
1,000 ex-servicemen say they've suffered from a range of health | :10:52. | :10:55.
problems including cancer, skin defects and fertility problems. The | :10:55. | :10:58.
Ministry of Defence says most claimants have left it too long to | :10:58. | :11:07.
ask for damages. Our reporter Jon Hunt has more. | :11:07. | :11:12.
Britain carried out 21 atomic weapons tests in the South Pacific. | :11:12. | :11:18.
They were witnessed by more than 20,000 servicemen. Among them, this | :11:18. | :11:24.
man from Bexhill. It was the countdown and then you were told to | :11:24. | :11:30.
turn your back to the actual blast. Never expected to see anything. It | :11:30. | :11:36.
was quite awesome. Never thought there would be any detrimental | :11:36. | :11:41.
effects to any of us while we were out there. But he believes he paid | :11:41. | :11:46.
for the experience. He has had five skin cancers removed, had blackouts | :11:46. | :11:52.
and his wife had a miscarriage. But he was one of the veterans told | :11:53. | :11:55.
that supreme judges had decided they won't get a penny in | :11:56. | :12:00.
compensation. It must be bad enough for the nine veterans, together | :12:00. | :12:07.
with those whose claims may be decided in the same way, to claim | :12:07. | :12:11.
they had lost his final round. But to learn they had lost by the | :12:11. | :12:18.
narrowest, possible margin must make it even worse. There are some | :12:18. | :12:22.
things in life that are wrong. approach by the Government to these | :12:22. | :12:26.
atomic veterans is one of those things. Mr Pike could not agree | :12:26. | :12:33.
more. Thoroughly and utterly disgusted with the Government's. | :12:33. | :12:40.
Not just the one that is in power now, the Labour Government's, the | :12:40. | :12:45.
whole thing stinks. The MoD says it recognises the debt of gratitude | :12:45. | :12:48.
they have to Malcolm and the other veterans, but they would struggle | :12:48. | :12:58.
:12:58. | :13:02. | ||
to prove their illnesses were caused by the tests. | :13:02. | :13:04.
Pressure from animal rights campaigners is reducing the number | :13:04. | :13:07.
of animals being brought into the UK for research purposes. That's | :13:07. | :13:09.
the warning from some leading scientists. A BBC investigation has | :13:09. | :13:12.
revealed how a new campaign by animal rights activists has | :13:12. | :13:14.
succeeded in picking off one-by-one, South East airports, ports and | :13:14. | :13:16.
ferry companies involved in transporting laboratory animals. | :13:16. | :13:19.
Our reporter, Peter Whittlesea, joins us from Dover, a port that's | :13:19. | :13:22.
also been targeted. Peter when did these ferry companies make the | :13:22. | :13:30.
decision to stop transporting animals for testing? | :13:30. | :13:35.
The companies say for the last year they had been at the centre of | :13:35. | :13:40.
asserted -- concerted campaign of social media to stop them importing | :13:40. | :13:46.
animals. The decision was made a few months ago MP and O ferry said | :13:46. | :13:51.
they made the decision last year. Animals are used to research new | :13:51. | :13:56.
drugs and treatments. Everything from cancer to Parkinson's disease. | :13:56. | :14:00.
Campaigners have targeted transporters in the South East from | :14:00. | :14:04.
ferry companies and airlines to stop them importing animals. Most | :14:04. | :14:09.
have given in to the pressure. Scientists are worried they are | :14:09. | :14:16.
marketing the animals they need. This is vital research for the UK | :14:16. | :14:22.
population and the world population. It is important we solve this issue | :14:22. | :14:27.
to convince the transport companies it is a good thing to transport | :14:27. | :14:31.
animals for research. It is the fear of violent campaigns like | :14:32. | :14:39.
those in the 1990s, but industry insiders have claimed to stop the | :14:39. | :14:48.
imports of animals for research. have asked our support to us to say | :14:48. | :14:50.
peacefully and politely to the transport companies, they would | :14:50. | :14:54.
prefer to travel with airlines and shipping companies that do not | :14:54. | :14:59.
cause suffering to animals. Now, all ferry companies refuse to | :14:59. | :15:05.
transport animals but research, so the Government has got involved. | :15:05. | :15:10.
am proposing a code of practice so everything can be confident and we | :15:10. | :15:14.
have the best standards in the world. And then try to get the | :15:14. | :15:18.
transport companies as a whole to agree they will be willing to | :15:18. | :15:23.
transport animals under these controlled conditions. So it is not | :15:23. | :15:27.
a matter of individual companies being singled out. Research on | :15:27. | :15:32.
animals has been a highly sensitive issue which is why transport | :15:32. | :15:37.
operators are very loath to get involved. The Government believes | :15:37. | :15:43.
it all companies get involved, there won't be a problem. But the | :15:43. | :15:45.
company's remember the history of anti-vivisectionists and the | :15:45. | :15:49.
problem it caused. They say the safety of staff is their main | :15:49. | :15:57.
priority. Our top story tonight: A Sussex | :15:57. | :16:00.
pensioner who has been given a month to clear rubbish from her | :16:00. | :16:06.
front garden will face eviction. Olive Taylor has spent 30 years | :16:06. | :16:09.
trawling bright and's streets collecting cans the charity. Also | :16:09. | :16:12.
in tonight's programme: Remembering when they were youngsters growing | :16:12. | :16:15.
up in Brighton - the return of hip- hop sensations Rizzle Kicks to | :16:15. | :16:24.
their home town. Find out what the weather has got | :16:24. | :16:31.
in store for us up. Will it be rain or more up the Sunshine? I think | :16:31. | :16:37.
there is something for everyone. They took more than a year to build | :16:37. | :16:40.
but only seconds to raze to the ground. And the explosive moment | :16:40. | :16:42.
that the three massive cooling towers at Richborough Power Sation | :16:42. | :16:45.
came crashing down in a controlled demolition have been recorded in | :16:45. | :16:50.
extraordinary detail. They were destroyed to make way for a green | :16:50. | :16:52.
energy park and our Environment Correspondent, Yvette Austi,n has | :16:52. | :16:56.
been taking a look at what's left and what the future will be for the | :16:56. | :17:05.
site. It dominated the skyline for more | :17:05. | :17:11.
than 50 years. But in just 20 seconds on Sunday morning, it was | :17:11. | :17:16.
reduced to rubble Coulstock a flash of the explosion inside is clear to | :17:16. | :17:20.
see in these new slow-motion pictures, are followed by the two | :17:20. | :17:25.
layers of charges that brought the first hour down. The demolition | :17:25. | :17:30.
company revealed a quarter of a ton of explosives were used, enough to | :17:30. | :17:35.
blow up the Houses of Parliament. We always anticipate for the legs | :17:35. | :17:41.
of the structure being left in situ Coulstock the blast out the shell. | :17:41. | :17:46.
Most of the debris has fallen within the perimeter of the | :17:46. | :17:51.
building, and it was anticipated this would be left. People wanted | :17:51. | :17:55.
to keep the cooling towers, but with the deterioration of them over | :17:55. | :18:01.
a period of time, they were in a bad conditions. Give it another | :18:01. | :18:05.
five years, they wouldn't have been able to go near them because the | :18:05. | :18:10.
deterioration would have been that bad. Now it is on the ground, you | :18:10. | :18:15.
can see where it was broken in different places. They were the | :18:15. | :18:23.
weak points. It was a 1950s designs power station, built over and | :18:23. | :18:28.
number at years and began operating in 1962. It burned coal, oil and a | :18:28. | :18:35.
controversial cheap trial fuel. But the toxic emissions led to its | :18:35. | :18:40.
closure in 1996. The cooling towers were there to dispense waste heat | :18:40. | :18:47.
and only ever admitted steam. It was an inevitable end. To have the | :18:47. | :18:53.
chance to say this was my job, and this is what the end result is. It | :18:53. | :19:00.
is nice. The old industry will make way for new. The plan is for a | :19:00. | :19:07.
green power park and a transformation to take place in the | :19:07. | :19:17.
:19:17. | :19:24. | ||
In the last year, Rizzle Kicks had gone from pretty much complete | :19:24. | :19:32.
obscurity to a starring role at the BRIT Awards. | :19:32. | :19:38.
And now the group had returned to their home town bore a series of | :19:38. | :19:42.
sell-out concerts. We have been chatting with them about their | :19:42. | :19:48.
meteoric rise. Alex, are they keeping their feet on the ground? | :19:48. | :19:53.
They are, but you can see how they might not. They said when they play | :19:53. | :19:58.
Brighton a few weeks ago, it -- a few years ago, it was to just their | :19:58. | :20:08.

mates. Now they have managed to sell out two nights in a row. | :20:10. | :20:16.
Brighton is in Rizzle Kicks's blood. They grew up in the city and even | :20:16. | :20:21.
played in the junior football team. Now they are back, playing to sell- | :20:21. | :20:30.
out crowds. We haven't performed here since we become sort of risen. | :20:30. | :20:36.
It is great, the last show we did was to 50 people. Now they are in | :20:36. | :20:46.
:20:46. | :20:50. | ||
the big leagues, they had been produced by Brighton royalty. | :20:50. | :20:58.
asked people to work with, on top of the list was Norman. Much of the | :20:58. | :21:02.
video for the first official single was owned on the seafront. Down | :21:02. | :21:05.
with the trumpets was released in June last year and spent 13 weeks | :21:05. | :21:09.
in the chart. It was a collaboration with Olly Murs that | :21:09. | :21:19.
saw them nominated for a BRIT Awards. | :21:19. | :21:27.
It was crazy. Crouching underneath 30 guys, and I would look around at | :21:27. | :21:36.
all the famous people having their eyes on you. Let's not forget, fame | :21:36. | :21:39.
found Jordan before his musical career. He was on South East Today | :21:39. | :21:45.
in 2005. It is a side of my life no one will know until you decide to | :21:45. | :21:54.
play the footage! He assumed right, he is talking about climate change. | :21:54. | :21:59.
The climate change challenge, the whole idea is true. Now they are | :21:59. | :22:03.
working on tracks for their second album and they are touring to crowd | :22:03. | :22:07.
significantly larger than they were 18 months ago. | :22:07. | :22:10.
They are back in Brighton later this year, but the venue size is | :22:10. | :22:14.
getting bigger. It is the Dome and the Brighton Centre battles over | :22:14. | :22:22.
5,000 people. But they have not forgotten their roots. | :22:22. | :22:27.
I like embarrassing trendy pop stars. | :22:27. | :22:30.
Pupils at more than 40 schools across the South East are gearing | :22:30. | :22:35.
up to become reporters, camera crews and TV presenters tomorrow. | :22:36. | :22:40.
Pretty much doing everything we do here. | :22:40. | :22:44.
For the last few weeks we have been helping them to learn about news | :22:44. | :22:50.
broadcasting. John Young met up with pupils from battle on helped | :22:50. | :22:54.
them puts the finishing touches to their bulletin which is going on | :22:54. | :22:58.
the school website tomorrow. It was a business studies classroom | :22:58. | :23:03.
transformed into a news room, complete with the green screen. | :23:03. | :23:08.
today's programme, how one East Sussex school helps Kenyan children | :23:08. | :23:14.
get an education. There is more to TV news and presenting. There is | :23:14. | :23:18.
the meeting when journalists discuss the stories. We will have | :23:18. | :23:26.
another studio link. Then there is the business of editing them. This | :23:26. | :23:29.
story about the Kenyan schoolchildren will be the obvious | :23:29. | :23:33.
lead story. What should you get in your report? | :23:33. | :23:39.
The reaction of the children and how we have helped them. Members of | :23:39. | :23:45.
the team from BBC's South-East have been entering the children. This | :23:45. | :23:49.
afternoon our camera man talked them through some technical aspects. | :23:49. | :23:54.
He has also been helping at Copland Community College. It is | :23:54. | :23:58.
interesting. I never thought it would be like this. A lot more hard | :23:58. | :24:04.
walk. What do you think about editing it and the deadlines? | :24:04. | :24:09.
makes you panic because it you don't have it, you will be stuck. | :24:09. | :24:14.
No sign of that here, they have three stories lined up and we have | :24:14. | :24:21.
land and some music. It is the amount of teamwork and | :24:21. | :24:24.
co-operation and also several of them could barely whispered to | :24:24. | :24:28.
start with. Now they are talking into the mike, and talking to the | :24:28. | :24:34.
camera. Of course there is one thing no bulletin can do without. | :24:34. | :24:44.
:24:44. | :24:46. | ||
am Tom Everest. Watch out all of We will have another school report | :24:46. | :24:50.
on the programme tomorrow. To see what your school is up to you can | :24:50. | :24:58.
web on to our website. They have a long way to go before | :24:58. | :25:08.
:25:08. | :25:11. | ||
they are as good as our news -- By the weekend we will have some | :25:11. | :25:14.
wet weather, particularly from Saturday afternoon onwards and this | :25:14. | :25:19.
time these were the from scene to be dancing over us for a good 24 | :25:19. | :25:23.
hours, possibly in two Sunday and that could give us more than | :25:23. | :25:29.
initially thought. Possibly half an inch of some very needed rain. Not | :25:29. | :25:33.
good news for all of us, but it you do enjoy your Sunshine you still | :25:33. | :25:38.
have tomorrow and warm temperatures to enjoy it. Into the rest of this | :25:38. | :25:43.
evening, clear skies at the moment but we have started to see this | :25:43. | :25:47.
guy's coming in Thom the North Sea and is turning McKee under those | :25:47. | :25:54.
guys. Giving us a chilly night, down to three or four degrees from | :25:54. | :25:57.
the coast and it could lead to a little bit of frost on the ground. | :25:57. | :26:03.
The main thing we will notice will be missed and dense fog patches. It | :26:04. | :26:07.
will burn away quickly and we will be left would Sunshine and feeling | :26:07. | :26:15.
warmer for us all tomorrow, getting up to 15, 16 degrees. Tomorrow will | :26:15. | :26:19.
be the next best day, because as we go into Friday cloud comes back and | :26:19. | :26:22.
then we had those weather fronts for the weekend. Saturday | :26:23. | :26:28.
particularly wet. Possibly lasting into Sunday before a high-pressure | :26:28. | :26:31.
start building again for the new week. It looks like the start of | :26:31. | :26:36.
next week could be dry and bright again. Not much rain on the cards. | :26:36. | :26:40.
Saturday, possibly Sunday could be Saturday, possibly Sunday could be | :26:40. | :26:42.
wet. But you do have the Sunshine tomorrow. | :26:42. | :26:46.
I do hope you're wrong about Saturday, we need the rain. | :26:46. | :26:52.
Although we are hoping it stays dry on Friday because we will be like | :26:52. | :26:56.
in Hastings as the newest art gallery in the South East opens. It | :26:56. | :27:00.
is hoped it will help with the regeneration of the town. | :27:00. | :27:06.
I cannot see how it can't be positive. They will have to get it | :27:06. | :27:11.
terribly wrong. It is very controversial and we have got all | :27:11. | :27:18.
of the banners up. It takes time for people to accept new buildings | :27:19. | :27:27.
and new places. It is for people to enjoy, to feel good and to go away | :27:27. | :27:34. |
