Welcome to South East Today. I'm Lynda Hardy. And I'm Rob Smith. | :00:04. | :00:08.
Tonight's top stories: A teenage boy has died after being stabbed in | :00:08. | :00:11.
the chest in Hastings - police have launched a murder inquiry. We'll | :00:11. | :00:15.
have the latest from our reporter in the town this evening. | :00:15. | :00:17.
Preparing for tougher measures - why our water companies are already | :00:17. | :00:27.
:00:27. | :00:28. | ||
thinking about extending the hosepipe ban to some businesses. | :00:28. | :00:33.
will be losing money and taking job cuts at the end of it if it did go | :00:33. | :00:43.
on for too long. Also in tonight's programme: | :00:43. | :00:46.
Putting their best bid forward - the south-east's towns fight for a | :00:46. | :00:48.
share of 1 million to transform their high streets. | :00:48. | :00:51.

chorister who sang for the Queen 60 We start tonight with breaking news | :01:15. | :01:18.
that a teenage boy has died after being stabbed in the chest in | :01:18. | :01:22.
Hastings this afternoon. Police have announced that they have | :01:22. | :01:26.
launched a murder inquiry. The emergency services were called to a | :01:26. | :01:33.
pub on Mount Pleasant Road in Hastings about three cars ago. -- | :01:33. | :01:43.
:01:43. | :01:44. | ||
Police have confirmed that they have launched a murder | :01:44. | :01:51.
investigation. The teenager was attacked, we are told, after 3pm. | :01:51. | :01:56.
Police and ambulances were called to the incident in Mount Pleasant | :01:56. | :02:03.
Road. We understand that the teenager may be 17 years old. We | :02:03. | :02:08.
understand that police have now made one arrest. | :02:08. | :02:12.
You have been at the scene - what are people saying? | :02:12. | :02:16.
I should point out that none of this is verified information. This | :02:17. | :02:21.
incident only happened a short time ago. There has been a lot of shock | :02:21. | :02:26.
in the street, people hanging around on the street, visibly in | :02:26. | :02:30.
shock, a lot of them saying that they knew the young lad. I am told | :02:30. | :02:34.
from people on the scene that he was 17. They are all saying that he | :02:34. | :02:39.
was a lovely young man. They also tell me that there was some kind of | :02:39. | :02:44.
fight in the vicinity of the pub. One person did not discredit as a | :02:44. | :02:54.
:02:54. | :03:01. | ||
fight, another wounded. -- describe it as a fight. The pub has been | :03:01. | :03:07.
cordoned off. Police are, in some cases, stopping some people from | :03:07. | :03:17.
:03:17. | :03:19. | ||
going to their homes as they carry out a forensic investigation. | :03:19. | :03:22.
On the day a hosepipe ban has been imposed in response to drought | :03:22. | :03:24.
conditions across the south-east, our water companies and the | :03:24. | :03:27.
Environment Agency are already in talks that could lead to even | :03:27. | :03:30.
tougher restrictions. Businesses that rely on water, such as car | :03:30. | :03:32.
washes and window cleaners, are currently exempt from the ban, but | :03:32. | :03:35.
they could lose their privileges if the drought continues to get worse, | :03:35. | :03:43.
as Louise Stewart reports. The South East warm up -- what are | :03:44. | :03:48.
companies are warning that if the drought continues they would have | :03:48. | :03:55.
to increase the restrictions, which would affect businesses. We would | :03:55. | :03:59.
have to use ladders. If we did have to use ladders, we would not be | :03:59. | :04:03.
able to get as many done in the week, so we would not be earning as | :04:03. | :04:10.
much, there would be job cuts. With today's drought plan, domestic | :04:10. | :04:14.
customers will not be able to use a hosepipe to water their garden, | :04:14. | :04:23.
clean their car or watered their patio. Sports pitches can be | :04:23. | :04:29.
watered for sporting events. Commercial car washes and window | :04:29. | :04:33.
cleaners are exempt. If the conditions persist, for the | :04:33. | :04:37.
restrictions could have to be brought in. We're looking at all | :04:37. | :04:47.
:04:47. | :04:48. | ||
the possibilities of the future, which may mean for the run from -- | :04:48. | :04:56.
further impositions. If they stopped at the water that leaks out | :04:57. | :05:01.
in the road maybe we would not need to have a hosepipe ban. People | :05:01. | :05:06.
could save water by having a shower rather than a bath. They could be | :05:06. | :05:10.
more aware of the water they are using. If they have not got enough | :05:10. | :05:17.
what are we have got to do something. | :05:17. | :05:21.
The government is also planning to roll out further measures to look | :05:21. | :05:27.
at the water used by business in the coming weeks. Water is at very | :05:27. | :05:33.
low levels and that means we have to use what what are we have wisely. | :05:33. | :05:37.
We need to make sure we're getting households and businesses to look | :05:37. | :05:40.
at how they are using water and we will get through this together. | :05:40. | :05:45.
The last time that water companies applied to bring in the second | :05:45. | :05:48.
phase of drought restrictions was in 2006 but they never implemented | :05:48. | :05:58.
:05:58. | :06:02. | ||
them. Businesses hope they will not be necessary this year either. | :06:02. | :06:09.
How worried should businesses be? If it continues, these dry | :06:09. | :06:14.
conditions, we move into face two. That does really begin to impact on | :06:15. | :06:20.
businesses. The last time they had to be implemented was in 1990. That | :06:20. | :06:24.
is the last time the businesses were impacted in this way. It has | :06:24. | :06:28.
been a long time, but we are having the longest dry patch that we have | :06:28. | :06:32.
had for a long time. If it continues, it could begin to impact | :06:32. | :06:37.
on businesses. And that is something that the Government and | :06:37. | :06:41.
water companies are monitoring. Businesses will be hoping we get | :06:41. | :06:46.
some much-needed rain. Later in the programme, we will cross live to | :06:46. | :06:48.
our environment correspondent, Yvette Austin, to find out how the | :06:48. | :06:51.
drought is already affecting the state of our rivers in Kent and | :06:51. | :06:56.
Sussex. But first, we want to know what you think. Do you welcome the | :06:56. | :06:59.
hosepipe ban as the best way of dealing with the drought in the | :06:59. | :07:02.
south-east? Or are there better ways to tackle the crisis? You can | :07:02. | :07:04.
e-mail us at [email protected], or join | :07:04. | :07:07.
in the debate on our Facebook page. And we'll hear your views later in | :07:07. | :07:16.
the programme. In a moment, Brands Hatch prepares | :07:16. | :07:26.
:07:26. | :07:37. | ||
for hour the next round of this year's superbikes championship. | :07:37. | :07:44.
Dozens of towns are bidding for a 1 million fund to help refurbish | :07:44. | :07:52.
unused and unloved high streets in our towns. Recently, the Queen of | :07:52. | :07:58.
Shops, Mary Portas, gave her advice to Margate. | :07:58. | :08:03.
Just four towns bidding for their share of 1 million. The government | :08:03. | :08:07.
might want them to show leadership, commitment and innovation. If you | :08:07. | :08:11.
look behind me, this is what Tunbridge Wells really looks like. | :08:11. | :08:16.
This is the majority of our town. They might not be of the highest | :08:16. | :08:19.
quality, but one expect to has watched more than 300 entries, says | :08:20. | :08:26.
it is all about passion. There are clearly some that are made very | :08:26. | :08:31.
simply one simple equipment by people who love their town, through | :08:31. | :08:35.
to people who have got local partners involved and been very | :08:35. | :08:40.
impressive films. Mary Portas was in East Kent as part of her review | :08:40. | :08:45.
into our high streets. Top of her list of recommendations was to | :08:45. | :08:49.
create these town teams. The winners will become pilot schemes | :08:49. | :08:53.
and will get funding of up to 100,000 and will be expected to | :08:53. | :08:57.
drive innovation and improve the way their high street is managed. | :08:57. | :09:02.
am a big believer that people are the factor that you need when it | :09:02. | :09:06.
comes to regeneration, not really money. The fact that it is a small | :09:06. | :09:13.
amount of money I think makes it more challenging. The more people - | :09:13. | :09:17.
- the more input people have to be done themselves, the more the time | :09:17. | :09:21.
will benefit. The minister responsible for the | :09:21. | :09:24.
competition had a go at making his own film on YouTube and his efforts | :09:24. | :09:34.
:09:34. | :09:34. | ||
have inspired many others. It is my job, as government minister... | :09:34. | :09:43.
Please, Mary Portas, please! I like Crowborough, but I let to get a job. | :09:43. | :09:46.
I think I will come back when I retire. | :09:46. | :09:56.
:09:56. | :09:58. | ||
A decision will be made next month. UK Border Agency officers have made | :09:58. | :10:01.
a series of arrests following raids on restaurants in Brighton this | :10:01. | :10:03.
afternoon. Twelve Chinese men and women were arrested on suspicion of | :10:03. | :10:07.
working illegally. Detectives investigating the rape | :10:07. | :10:10.
of a 14-year-old girl in East Sussex have issued a picture of a | :10:10. | :10:13.
man they want to question. The teenager was attacked in Hastings | :10:13. | :10:18.
Old Town on Valentine's Day in February. | :10:18. | :10:20.
Students returning to Sussex University after the Easter | :10:20. | :10:22.
holidays may be screened for tuberculosis, after an outbreak of | :10:23. | :10:25.
the infection. Two students from the Engineering Department have | :10:25. | :10:27.
recently contracted the disease, triggering warning letters to GPs | :10:27. | :10:31.
across Brighton and Hove. Ellie Price joins us live from Brighton. | :10:31. | :10:41.
What's the advice for health experts there, Ellie? | :10:41. | :10:48.
I spoke to one doctor earlier who said that tuberculous 10 steer | :10:48. | :10:53.
affect those who live in close proximity. If you're fit and | :10:53. | :10:59.
healthy you are unlikely to catch it. Those who came into contact | :10:59. | :11:05.
with the students who are infected have been screened. I am also told | :11:05. | :11:10.
that the letter sent to GPs is a routine one. It simply reminds | :11:10. | :11:16.
doctors that, if they see a patient with suspicious symptoms, that it | :11:16. | :11:25.
could be tuberculosis. Winston Churchill described him as | :11:25. | :11:28.
"the man who made the biggest single contribution to winning the | :11:28. | :11:31.
war". And now a campaign is under way to commemorate the life and | :11:31. | :11:34.
work of computer pioneer Alan Turing by making him the new face | :11:34. | :11:37.
of the 10 note. Alan Turing came up with the concept for the first | :11:37. | :11:40.
digital computer in 1936. His work at Bletchley Park helped to break | :11:40. | :11:44.
the Nazis' Enigma code during World War Two. But he took his own life | :11:44. | :11:46.
in 1954, two years after being prosecuted for being homosexual. | :11:46. | :11:53.
Sara Smith reports. He is the hero of the computer | :11:53. | :11:57.
world. Not only did his designs enable the cracking of the Enigma | :11:57. | :12:02.
code, but the offered the blueprint for the development of the computer | :12:02. | :12:07.
rage. He designed the digital computer that we use today. All | :12:07. | :12:12.
computers that we use in the world have stemmed from his design. | :12:12. | :12:17.
Computers, mobile phones - everything. Based at Bletchley Park, | :12:17. | :12:21.
much of his pioneering work remained secret until after the war. | :12:21. | :12:25.
But 100 years since his birth, a campaign has begun to raise his | :12:25. | :12:32.
profile more fitting to the level of his achievements. It is hoped by | :12:32. | :12:38.
his fans that Alan during's face will be next on the 10 note. | :12:38. | :12:41.
take for granted the money on our pocket -- in our pockets and we | :12:41. | :12:47.
open it up and there is the Queen. Maybe this is an opportunity for | :12:47. | :12:52.
people to understand the amazing things that did happen to us in the | :12:52. | :12:57.
past through him. In his lifetime, Alan Turing's work | :12:57. | :13:01.
was poorly repaid. He was prosecuted for being homosexual, | :13:01. | :13:07.
his punishment - to be chemically castrated. Two years later, aged 41, | :13:07. | :13:13.
he took his life. The Prime Minister offered a formal apology | :13:13. | :13:18.
recently. In his hometown of St Leonards, some people would like to | :13:18. | :13:22.
see him go further. Gordon Brown apologised on behalf | :13:22. | :13:29.
of the government but we think that for the reparations need to be made | :13:29. | :13:33.
and his suffering needs to be recognised. | :13:33. | :13:37.
A petition to have him pardoned has already gathered thousands of | :13:37. | :13:46.
signatures. This Grid wants his work on computers to be properly | :13:46. | :13:53.
and widely acknowledged. Our top story: Police have launched | :13:53. | :13:57.
a murder inquiry after a teenage boy was fatally stabbed this | :13:57. | :14:02.
afternoon in East Sussex. Emergency services were called to the scene | :14:02. | :14:09.
in Hastings just before 3:30pm. Also in the programme: Hand-picked | :14:09. | :14:14.
to sing for the Queen - memories of a former Canterbury chorister from | :14:14. | :14:19.
the coronation. After a dry, breezy day, I will | :14:19. | :14:28.
have all the details on the Easter weekend weather. | :14:28. | :14:31.
We know that the drought is starting to have a real effect, | :14:31. | :14:34.
with the imposition of a hosepipe ban for domestic customers across | :14:34. | :14:37.
Kent, Sussex and Surrey. In last night's programme, we looked at the | :14:37. | :14:39.
impact on our reservoirs and underground aquifers, but what | :14:39. | :14:43.
about our rivers? Over the next few months, will be closely monitoring | :14:43. | :14:46.
what's happening to the River Ouse in East Sussex, and the River | :14:46. | :14:49.
Darent in Kent to see how they are being affected. Our environment | :14:49. | :14:52.
correspondent, Yvette Austin, is in Eynsford on the banks of the River | :14:52. | :14:57.
Darent for us now. Yvette, how was the river faring compared to | :14:57. | :15:04.
previous years? As you say, this is one of the most | :15:04. | :15:11.
popular parts of the river. The water level is about one foot be | :15:11. | :15:16.
law where it should be. More significant is the rate of flow. | :15:16. | :15:20.
The water going under that bridge at any one time is only about a | :15:20. | :15:30.
:15:30. | :15:33. | ||
10th of what it should be at this time of year. This river is | :15:33. | :15:39.
important for wildlife and also for our drinking water supplies. Below | :15:40. | :15:44.
me is the reservoir that is fed by the River Ouse and is only half | :15:44. | :15:49.
full at the moment. Despite efforts by the water company to replenish | :15:49. | :15:54.
it, a drought order has meant that it has been allowed to take extra | :15:54. | :15:58.
water from the river, causing levels to be lower than would | :15:58. | :16:03.
normally be allowed. The concern is now for the coming months, with our | :16:03. | :16:08.
demand for what are increasing as the days get warmer. This is a | :16:08. | :16:15.
really important river for sea trout and eels. As the water level | :16:15. | :16:20.
gets lower it makes it more difficult for them to come upstream. | :16:20. | :16:24.
There are also problems caused by effluent and a run-off from the | :16:24. | :16:29.
land. It can endanger wildlife. Already, some of the streams that | :16:29. | :16:34.
feed the river rooms are so low that they are non-existent. -- the | :16:34. | :16:42.
River Ouse. Another problem is that we are building too many houses in | :16:42. | :16:47.
the area so there is not enough water to go round. | :16:47. | :16:50.
Flying north into Kent to the River Darent. It flows into the River | :16:50. | :16:56.
Thames. It looks pretty healthy, but that is because the Environment | :16:56. | :17:00.
agency is propping it up artificially by pumping in water | :17:00. | :17:04.
from underground supplies. That may have to stop if those supplies get | :17:04. | :17:10.
critical. It would be then that we may see scenes reminiscent of other | :17:11. | :17:15.
droughts. In 1992, of vast stretches of the river dried out, | :17:15. | :17:25.
:17:25. | :17:27. | ||
and again in 1996. There are fears it could happen again. Here we go. | :17:27. | :17:32.
This is a really important animal for this river. The last time the | :17:32. | :17:36.
river dried out in 1996, we lost this almost completely from the | :17:36. | :17:42.
river. It took 15 years for it to come back. If the river dries up | :17:42. | :17:47.
again, that could be another 15 years of damage. It would be a real | :17:47. | :17:53.
shame. Matching our needs with those of | :17:53. | :17:56.
wildlife will be a difficult balancing act over the coming | :17:56. | :18:01.
months. You can see that it would not take too much for this to dry | :18:01. | :18:05.
out. There is serious concern. Never before has a hosepipe ban | :18:05. | :18:09.
been brought in so wetly in the year. It will be interesting to see | :18:09. | :18:14.
how this river and the river rues welfare over the coming months. -- | :18:14. | :18:24.
:18:24. | :18:27. | ||
the River Ouse. Few people had a better view of the | :18:27. | :18:29.
Queen's coronation 60 years ago than the choristers in Westminster | :18:29. | :18:32.
Abbey, who had been hand-picked from top choirs all over the | :18:32. | :18:34.
country. Among them was 13-year-old Canterbury Cathedral chorister John | :18:34. | :18:37.
Fryer, who today lives in the Kent village of Smarden. As this | :18:37. | :18:40.
summer's Diamond Jubilee approaches, he has been sharing his memories of | :18:40. | :18:50.
:18:50. | :19:04. | ||
a front-row seat with our reporter, Robin Gibson. | :19:04. | :19:08.
They searched the country for the finest in music and pageantry to | :19:08. | :19:14.
honour in Ukraine. To find out that you had been chosen was quite an | :19:14. | :19:18.
accolade. My brother called out, dad wants a word with you. I | :19:18. | :19:24.
thought, what has happened now? He said, the choir master has just | :19:24. | :19:27.
been and you have been chosen to sing at the coronation. Just like | :19:27. | :19:37.
:19:37. | :19:37. | ||
that. Crikey! The coronation meant leaving home | :19:37. | :19:42.
for one month of rehearsals. mother was more upset. She lost her | :19:42. | :19:47.
son for a month. If you're good at something, and I am not trying to | :19:47. | :19:51.
boast, but if you are good at cricket, football, whatever it is, | :19:52. | :20:01.
:20:02. | :20:03. | ||
you cannot do enough of it, can you? It was not a chore to sing. | :20:03. | :20:09.
She was gorgeous. So was Princess Margaret. The whole thing was just | :20:09. | :20:13.
amazing. Thank goodness he did not take my breath away, otherwise I | :20:13. | :20:20.
might have got the sack for hardly starting! You want something like | :20:20. | :20:27.
that to go on forever, don't you? But it doesn't, does it? | :20:27. | :20:36.
The memories have never faded, though. | :20:36. | :20:39.
If you've got a story connected to the Diamond Jubilee, we'd love to | :20:39. | :20:43.
hear from you. And we also want your help with a special project | :20:43. | :20:48.
we're putting together as we approach the big event. Would you | :20:48. | :20:52.
like to take part in creating a unique piece of art for the Queen's | :20:52. | :20:58.
diamond jubilee and see a photo hanging in an art gallery? We | :20:58. | :21:04.
intend to make a photo mosaic of her Majesty. It will be a unique | :21:04. | :21:08.
picture of the Queen made up of thousands of pictures of you. It | :21:08. | :21:14.
will be hung here at this Gallery in Eastbourne. Log on to our | :21:14. | :21:20.
website and send us your photo. They can be colour or black and | :21:20. | :21:23.
white, recent or from years ago - we'll be deciding soon which | :21:23. | :21:26.
picture of the Queen your photos will recreate. It got to | :21:26. | :21:28.
bbc.co.uk/Kent or Sussex or Surrey and become part of the bigger | :21:28. | :21:35.
picture. Now the sport. All of the south- | :21:35. | :21:38.
east's top football teams will play twice over the Easter weekend. | :21:38. | :21:40.
Tomorrow, Brighton travel to Burnley, knowing anything less than | :21:40. | :21:43.
victory could see them drop out of the Championship promotion play-off | :21:43. | :21:46.
places. The Seagulls have lost just once in the League this year, but | :21:46. | :21:52.
drew four games last month. In League Two, Crawley will be looking | :21:52. | :21:56.
to extend their eight game unbeaten run at Crewe. The Reds remain in | :21:56. | :22:00.
third place despite being held to a goalless draw at Burton in their | :22:00. | :22:03.
last game - the first in seven in which they've failed to score. | :22:03. | :22:06.
Gillingham know they must win at Bristol Rovers if they are to keep | :22:06. | :22:10.
in touch with the promotion pack. The Gills go into the game four | :22:10. | :22:13.
points adrift of the last play off place but still believe they can | :22:13. | :22:20.
force their way into contention. Despite the chilly conditions, both | :22:20. | :22:23.
Kent and Sussex's cricketers have made a good start to the new season. | :22:23. | :22:26.
Sussex dismissed Surrey for 264. While, at Headingly, Kents new-look | :22:26. | :22:29.
team are 334 for 4 against Yorkshire. Kent skipper Rob Key top | :22:29. | :22:39.
:22:39. | :22:39. | ||
scored with 97. There will be huge crowds at Brands Hatch over the | :22:39. | :22:42.
weekend for the first rounds of this year's British Superbikes | :22:42. | :22:44.
Championship. Tommy Hill from Lingfield in Surrey will be | :22:44. | :22:47.
defending the title he won for the first time in thrilling fashion | :22:47. | :22:50.
last year. But former champion Shane "Shakey" Byrne from | :22:50. | :22:54.
Sittingbourne looks certain to be one of his main rivals once again. | :22:54. | :23:04.
:23:04. | :23:12. | ||
No-one there will ever forget, and millions more worldwide have now | :23:13. | :23:16.
seen what many believe was the best bike race ever staged in the UK. | :23:16. | :23:21.
Six months on, local hero Tommy Hill is delighted to be back at his | :23:21. | :23:31.
:23:31. | :23:32. | ||
home track. His life has changed. Wherever I go, someone is always | :23:32. | :23:36.
tempted to come over and talk to me because they have never watched a | :23:36. | :23:39.
Superbike race before and a friend has told him about that last race | :23:39. | :23:44.
at Brands Hatch, and now they are hooked. It was one of my biggest | :23:44. | :23:53.
achievement, to win that. -- achievements. | :23:53. | :23:55.
Riders from around a dozen countries will be competing. There | :23:55. | :24:04.
will be incidents and accidents aplenty. Shane Byrne will be trying | :24:04. | :24:09.
to prove himself. I am not the youngest but I am not the oldest. I | :24:09. | :24:14.
definitely want to get out there and win a title. I think I need to | :24:14. | :24:23.
win maybe 10 races and that will make any the biggest winning rider | :24:23. | :24:28.
in the history of the sport. Thousands of fans will be there | :24:28. | :24:35.
just in case this event has all the drama of the last one. | :24:35. | :24:41.
It will be exciting there, but will the weather intervened? Rachel will | :24:41. | :24:51.
:24:51. | :24:53. | ||
We had a damp start but it brightened up into the afternoon. | :24:53. | :24:56.
Friday and Saturday should be staying dry but it is increasingly | :24:56. | :25:00.
wet for Sunday, with heavy rain around by the time we get to Monday. | :25:00. | :25:03.
This weather front has been clearing South slowly. There is | :25:03. | :25:09.
lots of cloud around, mostly in dry, bright and into the afternoon. It | :25:09. | :25:18.
has been a breezy picture. The temperatures have been between 7 | :25:18. | :25:25.
and ten Celsius. Tonight we will see increasingly clear skies. It is | :25:25. | :25:33.
a chilly night for all of us. Temperatures will be down to zero | :25:33. | :25:43.
:25:43. | :25:46. | ||
in land. Plenty of sunshine by tomorrow afternoon. The winds will | :25:47. | :25:56.
ease off by tomorrow evening. High temperature on the South course | :25:56. | :26:00.
will be around 12 Celsius. A slightly milder picture through | :26:00. | :26:08.
tomorrow night. A mixture of cloud and clear skies. Mostly drive. | :26:08. | :26:18.
:26:18. | :26:23. | ||
Temperatures will drop down to four or five Celsius. Into Monday, | :26:24. | :26:27.
another ban of rain will be spreading to the South East. | :26:27. | :26:34.
Possibly heavy rain on Monday. It will be increasingly unsettled by | :26:34. | :26:43.
Sunday and Monday, dry before that. It could be welcome, that rain. | :26:43. | :26:49.
On the day that the hosepipe ban has been imposed in response to | :26:49. | :26:54.
drought conditions, the Environment agency and water companies are | :26:54. | :26:58.
already in talks that could lead to tighter restrictions. Some | :26:58. | :27:00.
businesses are exempt at the moment but they could lose their | :27:01. | :27:05.
privileges if that drought continues to get worse. Earlier, we | :27:05. | :27:09.
asked if you thought it was the right response. Thanks for your | :27:09. | :27:14.
comments. Malcolm says, surely the first thing to consider is that the | :27:14. | :27:19.
South East is the most densely populated part of Europe. Surely | :27:19. | :27:27.
the first step should be to reduce the number of houses being built. | :27:27. | :27:30.
Low water levels do not happen overnight. Perhaps the water | :27:30. | :27:40.
:27:40. | :27:41. | ||
authorities should pay the river authorities. Another viewer says we | :27:41. | :27:51.
:27:51. | :27:55. | ||
should perhaps restrict population growth. Moorings says that he finds | :27:55. | :27:58.
leaks for the water companies and says it is difficult sometimes to | :27:58. | :28:03.
fix the leaks. He said that today he found a customer who did not | :28:03. | :28:10. |
