Louise, thank you. That's all from the BBC News at Six.

:00:00.:00:09.

Welcome to South East Today, I'm Natalie Graham. And I'm Rob Smith.

:00:10.:00:14.

Tonight's top stories: Managers are facing the sack, unless they can

:00:15.:00:17.

improve services at Kent's biggest hospital, after another critical

:00:18.:00:23.

report. We want the leadership to up the

:00:24.:00:27.

pace. If that is not the case, we can step in.

:00:28.:00:30.

Her identity stolen seven times by fraudsters. The woman who fears her

:00:31.:00:33.

entire future could be affected. Also in tonight's programme: Banning

:00:34.:00:38.

the C word. An angry reaction from parents at

:00:39.:00:42.

the primary school where children have been told it's too early to

:00:43.:00:44.

mention Christmas. We're live in Gravesend with the

:00:45.:00:46.

story. A grand sale. Brighton's famous

:00:47.:00:54.

hotel is on the market. Hold on a second! Are you telling me

:00:55.:01:03.

you walked out on my sister! Samantha Womack makes her pantomime

:01:04.:01:04.

debut. Good evening.

:01:05.:01:18.

A powerful NHS watchdog has warned managers at the Medway Maritime

:01:19.:01:21.

Hospital that they'll be forced out, unless they take urgent action to

:01:22.:01:24.

improve services for patients. The Medway NHS Foundation Trust was put

:01:25.:01:28.

in special measures in the summer. But the watchdog Monitor says the

:01:29.:01:32.

problems there are even more serious than it first realised, and the

:01:33.:01:35.

trust is failing to address poor performance in accident and

:01:36.:01:39.

emergency, and maternity services. Charlie Rose has the details.

:01:40.:01:47.

More troubling times for this hospital, with warnings today from

:01:48.:01:52.

the health sector regulator that managers could be forced out unless

:01:53.:01:57.

patient services are improved. There are opportunities where they could

:01:58.:02:02.

do better. Within the maternity services, the trust needs more staff

:02:03.:02:08.

to help women. In accident and emergency, to make sure those who

:02:09.:02:14.

can be seen quickly are done so. Today's news caps off a difficult

:02:15.:02:18.

year for the foundation trust. In May, managers launched an

:02:19.:02:23.

investigation after a senior consultant claimed accident and

:02:24.:02:26.

emergency services were dangerously unsafe. Two months later, the trust

:02:27.:02:31.

was put into special measures by the government after an investigation

:02:32.:02:35.

into higher than average death rates. Just last month, a damning

:02:36.:02:43.

report found a shortage of midwives and a lack of equipment was putting

:02:44.:02:48.

the safety of mothers and babies at risk. I'm not really surprised.

:02:49.:02:55.

Everyone is struggling with financial costs. So, if they need

:02:56.:03:03.

more managers, so be it. Judging by the accident and emergency

:03:04.:03:07.

experience we have had, a couple of months ago, we could have been up

:03:08.:03:12.

here all day. In the past couple of times, it has literally been a

:03:13.:03:17.

couple of hours. You hear horror stories like that for other people,

:03:18.:03:22.

but with ourselves, we have no problems. I am very grateful for my

:03:23.:03:29.

treatment it must be said. If things do not turn out in the time still

:03:30.:03:34.

put forward by the government which applies to every hospital in special

:03:35.:03:38.

measures, then those responsible for running the hospital will have their

:03:39.:03:42.

positions because they did. The trust said it acknowledged the need

:03:43.:03:48.

for a new clinical strategy. Charlie joins us from Chatham. What

:03:49.:03:51.

else have the Medway NHS Foundation Trust said tonight, Charlie?

:03:52.:03:55.

It goes without saying that this is not the sort of news that trust

:03:56.:04:00.

wanted to hear. We did ask for an interview but they were only able to

:04:01.:04:04.

give a statement. They say things have improved and are improving,

:04:05.:04:09.

with more front line staff and fewer workers going sick. What they have

:04:10.:04:15.

been told to do is to make a good plan and stick to it or face changes

:04:16.:04:20.

in management. There will be another inspection in spring.

:04:21.:04:23.

A Kent woman says she's had her identity stolen seven times to set

:04:24.:04:27.

up fraudulent payday loans and phone contracts, and even to open a bank

:04:28.:04:30.

account with her name. Zoe Collins, from Canterbury, says it's had a

:04:31.:04:33.

disastrous effect on her credit rating, and fears it will affect her

:04:34.:04:36.

future. Kent Police are investigating, as Simon Jones

:04:37.:04:43.

reports. Zoe Collins knew something was wrong

:04:44.:04:48.

when Bill after Bill arrived, demanding hundreds of pounds. Very

:04:49.:04:55.

worried, very stressful. It was starting to affect my work, I was

:04:56.:04:59.

getting phone calls every day, letters through the post. I did not

:05:00.:05:04.

know what to do. She believes someone who knows her used

:05:05.:05:07.

information they had gleaned, applying online rather than in

:05:08.:05:12.

person. It is relatively easy these days because the online world has

:05:13.:05:18.

changed the dynamics of business. A great opportunity for people to do

:05:19.:05:21.

things differently, and offenders have found new ways of working. An

:05:22.:05:27.

advantage of shopping online and banking online is you don't have to

:05:28.:05:31.

be seen. 7% of the UK population have been victims of identity fraud,

:05:32.:05:38.

identity related crimes account the 65% of all fraud recorded. The

:05:39.:05:43.

average loss to each victim is over ?1000. Zoe said, when she notified

:05:44.:05:49.

one of the companies and the count had been fortunately set up in her

:05:50.:05:53.

name, she asked for reassurance it had been closed down. Only to be

:05:54.:05:58.

told, we can't tell you because you are not the one who set it up. I

:05:59.:06:02.

felt like the criminal. They couldn't tell me. A loan was taken

:06:03.:06:07.

up in her name with one company which said it took action to resolve

:06:08.:06:12.

the situation. And account was opened with a phone company but they

:06:13.:06:17.

say they cleared the balance when it became apparent it was fraudulent.

:06:18.:06:23.

And BT are investigating another instance. The advice is to protect

:06:24.:06:28.

your details as best you can. In a moment: For 27 years, he's been

:06:29.:06:31.

an unsung hero. Tonight, athletics coach Nigel

:06:32.:06:34.

Bongers gets the recognition he deserves.

:06:35.:06:43.

Pupils at a Kent school have been told they may be punished if they

:06:44.:06:48.

talk about Christmas in the classroom. The head teacher of

:06:49.:06:51.

Whitehill Primary in Gravesend has branded it "the C word". She says

:06:52.:06:55.

children shouldn't mention Christmas in November, because it's not on the

:06:56.:07:00.

curriculum until next month. Our reporter Fiona Irving joins us

:07:01.:07:07.

outside the school. This really has angered some of the parents there,

:07:08.:07:13.

Fiona? Yes, by now, adults and children are

:07:14.:07:20.

getting excited about Christmas. The adverts on TV, the Christmas lights

:07:21.:07:23.

have been turned on. Some people even have their Christmas trees up.

:07:24.:07:29.

But not here at Whitehill Primary School. They are talking about

:07:30.:07:35.

stockings `` talking about Christmas may lead to punishment.

:07:36.:07:41.

It may only be November but, for many, the run up to Christmas is

:07:42.:07:46.

well and truly underway. However, not at this primary School in

:07:47.:07:50.

Gravesend. Mentioning the C word is banned.

:07:51.:07:54.

We do say we're not talking about the C word, if it does pop up we're

:07:55.:07:59.

not talking about it. But we also say we're not talking about Emma

:08:00.:08:04.

Dell or David Beckhams nude tattooed. It is in the public domain

:08:05.:08:11.

but keep Christmas slowly in The Selection Soley in December. We

:08:12.:08:16.

teach at the appropriate time. Children who talk about Christmas in

:08:17.:08:22.

class could be punished by losing their golden time. A policy which

:08:23.:08:27.

has made some parents angry. Kids are excited about Christmas so why

:08:28.:08:32.

should she put a downer on it. They have earned their golden time. It's

:08:33.:08:37.

not right. They will lose all that time they have worked hard for all

:08:38.:08:41.

week just because they have said the word Christmas. My kids haven't stop

:08:42.:08:44.

talking about Christmas since September. It is bound to happen,

:08:45.:08:52.

they all get excited. My cheek is up already. We put ours up in

:08:53.:08:57.

mid`November. Parents have started a petition against the policy, but the

:08:58.:09:01.

pupils I spoke to did not seem too concerned. I think it is very

:09:02.:09:08.

reasonable, because, if we could say Christmas, then by the time it gets

:09:09.:09:15.

to Christmas, it will be very boring. I don't really mind, I don't

:09:16.:09:20.

talk about Christmas until it comes. So I'm not really bothered about it

:09:21.:09:27.

until it comes. But I am excited. I think it is very fair. If you talk

:09:28.:09:31.

about it lots, when it comes to Christmas, you will be very bored.

:09:32.:09:38.

But in the last two weeks, you will be excited. But that excitement has

:09:39.:09:44.

to be reined in. For a few more days.

:09:45.:09:49.

Come the 1st of December, the beginning of Advent, the school says

:09:50.:09:53.

the embargo will be lifted, and talk of the Nativity play Christmas

:09:54.:09:57.

dinner will get into full swing. We've been out in Kent and Sussex

:09:58.:10:01.

this afternoon to find out what you think.

:10:02.:10:09.

It could be a distraction from lessons. But good teachers should be

:10:10.:10:14.

able to encourage that and bring it out creatively in lessons.

:10:15.:10:19.

Disgraceful, they are only children once in their life. They seem to be

:10:20.:10:24.

two grown`up these days with technology, so let them have one

:10:25.:10:27.

little thing. When my children were young, I never put the Christmas

:10:28.:10:34.

tree up until Christmas Eve. I would rather Christmas came when it should

:10:35.:10:39.

be there. The grandchildren want to mention Christmas in June if they

:10:40.:10:45.

can. I know it is a cliche, but until December. Anything before that

:10:46.:10:50.

I don't think is allowed. I think Christmas should come earlier and

:10:51.:10:51.

every day! We'd love to know what you think. Is

:10:52.:10:57.

the head teacher right to try to stop children from talking about

:10:58.:10:59.

Christmas in November? Join the debate on Facebook and

:11:00.:11:03.

Twitter. Or send us an email to the usual address. We'll hear your views

:11:04.:11:05.

later in the programme. The BBC understands that a former

:11:06.:11:16.

Gillingham player is one of the six men arrested as part of an

:11:17.:11:19.

investigation into match`fixing investigation. 33`year`old Delroy

:11:20.:11:21.

Facey spent one season at Priestfield, in 2007. The suspects

:11:22.:11:28.

are being held as part of a National Crime Agency investigation into a

:11:29.:11:30.

suspected international betting syndicate.

:11:31.:11:36.

A female driver has been taken to hospital in Brighton, following a

:11:37.:11:39.

collision with a police car. The crash happened in Hove at 3pm this

:11:40.:11:47.

afternoon. Brighton and Hove City

:11:48.:11:48.

looking to cut almost ?24 million from its budget for 2014 to 2015.

:11:49.:11:54.

The council is due to set out its spending plans tomorrow, but a

:11:55.:11:57.

leaked document has revealed that services for elderly people, and

:11:58.:12:00.

vulnerable adults are likely to be among the hardest hit.

:12:01.:12:13.

We face huge pressures which are out of our control. The first is the

:12:14.:12:17.

relentless reduction in government grants the coalition government are

:12:18.:12:22.

imposing on all councils. The second one is the changing nature of our

:12:23.:12:27.

population. That is creating growing demand for our services,

:12:28.:12:32.

particularly adult social care, social services, child protection

:12:33.:12:33.

issues. Our political editor Louise

:12:34.:12:36.

Stewart's with me in the studio. So, the council leader's saying they

:12:37.:12:39.

have to make these savings because of cuts in funding. What more do we

:12:40.:12:43.

know about where these cuts will hit?

:12:44.:12:48.

I have got the leaked document here actually. It estimates adult social

:12:49.:12:52.

care services will have to save ?6 million every year for the next

:12:53.:12:57.

three years. It says 90% of adult social care is already being avoided

:12:58.:13:04.

more cheaply in the private sector. This document doesn't mince its

:13:05.:13:08.

words. It says if the proposals are accepted, some services and staff I

:13:09.:13:13.

know this is a leaked document, but has there been any reaction yet?

:13:14.:13:17.

Will be reduced. No formal announcement until

:13:18.:13:20.

tomorrow but the unions say the council needs to look at different

:13:21.:13:24.

ways to generate income. If the council could generate more

:13:25.:13:30.

income. Its in`house refuse service, we could be providing collecting

:13:31.:13:38.

commercial waste which would bring income into the city council. That

:13:39.:13:42.

money could be offset in that service or adult social care.

:13:43.:13:49.

The council will discuss these proposals on Thursday. No decision

:13:50.:13:53.

will be made until February. The council is stressing they want to

:13:54.:13:56.

protect front line services. This is our top story tonight: A

:13:57.:13:59.

powerful NHS watchdog has warned managers at the Medway Maritime

:14:00.:14:02.

Hospital that they'll be forced out, unless they take urgent action to

:14:03.:14:07.

improve services for patients. The Medway NHS Foundation Trust was

:14:08.:14:11.

put in special measures in the summer. But Monitor says the

:14:12.:14:15.

problems there are even more serious than first realised.

:14:16.:14:20.

Also in tonight's programme: It survived the Brighton bomb.

:14:21.:14:29.

Now, the Grand Hotel is up for sale. Coming up later, I will be talking

:14:30.:14:31.

to you about my stint in panto. Now it's time to reveal the BBC

:14:32.:14:41.

South East Today Sports Unsung Hero for 2013, celebrating the kind of

:14:42.:14:44.

person who does the hard work behind the scenes at our grassroots sports

:14:45.:14:48.

clubs, but rarely receives any plaudits. You sent us your

:14:49.:14:53.

nominations. And this year's winner is Nigel Bongers who's spent almost

:14:54.:14:56.

three decades as a coach at Holland Sports Athletics Club in Oxted.

:14:57.:15:02.

Forget the glamour of the Olympics. This is what grassroots sport is all

:15:03.:15:09.

about. Despite the gloom of a chilly November evening, dozens of aspiring

:15:10.:15:12.

athletes flock to their local track thanks, largely, to the

:15:13.:15:14.

inspirational contribution of 62`year`old Nigel Bongers.

:15:15.:15:25.

He not only works a full`time job, but comes here week in, week out,

:15:26.:15:30.

does marshalling at the weekend, takes the kids to extra training. He

:15:31.:15:35.

has a special needs school which come here to train. All the kids

:15:36.:15:39.

love him. Nigel has been coaching for 27 years

:15:40.:15:42.

at the club, which now boasts 310 regular members, of all ages. And he

:15:43.:15:46.

volunteers more than 18 hours a week, plus weekend competitions

:15:47.:15:48.

during the summer. I just love it. I have worked very

:15:49.:15:55.

long hours, but it is amazing, it revitalises me at the end of a very

:15:56.:15:57.

long day. Nigel's perseverance and dedication

:15:58.:16:00.

have kept the club going during difficult times.

:16:01.:16:06.

This club would not exist without Nigel. He is everything that is

:16:07.:16:14.

here, he has fought for this. The long jump, the high jump,

:16:15.:16:19.

everything is from him. It is out of his pure kindness and love for the

:16:20.:16:22.

sport. Nigel is great. He is really

:16:23.:16:28.

enthusiastic. The first time I came here, I was the slowest person here.

:16:29.:16:33.

Now I'm near the front. The enthusiasm of the youngsters he

:16:34.:16:36.

coaches has rubbed off, and Nigel still regularly competes himself.

:16:37.:16:38.

But he admits his real satisfaction comes from helping others to achieve

:16:39.:16:44.

their best. Congratulations to Nigel who will

:16:45.:16:47.

now represent the South East at the BBC Sports Personality Of The Year

:16:48.:16:50.

ceremony, which is being broadcast live on BBC One at 7.40pm on Sunday

:16:51.:16:52.

the 15th of December. It's got over 70 rooms, with a sea

:16:53.:17:10.

view in the centre of Brighton. But, to buy the large city centre

:17:11.:17:13.

property which has just come on the market, you'll have to find ?50

:17:14.:17:18.

million. The Grand Hotel, one of the most expensive places to stay in

:17:19.:17:21.

Brighton, and a survivor of the 1984 IRA bomb, is up for sale. Piers

:17:22.:17:29.

Hopkirk is outside it now. Piers, it really is a landmark building.

:17:30.:17:39.

Unquestionably, a landmark that is newly lit up for Christmas, and

:17:40.:17:45.

newly in the estate agent window. ?50 million is the price tag that

:17:46.:17:49.

this hotel with its rich history. A name that is synonymous with one

:17:50.:17:55.

night in particular back in 1984. The explosion came just before three

:17:56.:18:00.

o'clock. Most of the residents were asleep. Some were still socialising

:18:01.:18:05.

as the hotel was ripped apart. It is a name still tainted by tragedy.

:18:06.:18:12.

Three decades ago, this Sussex landmark became the target for an

:18:13.:18:16.

assassination attempt on a grand scale. Now, a new chapter beckons as

:18:17.:18:24.

it goes on sale. The asking price, ?50 million. The hotel will be 150

:18:25.:18:27.

years old in July 2014. it has been around 150 years, it

:18:28.:18:35.

will be around a lot longer. But I do believe an investor will come

:18:36.:18:42.

along, by the property, want to take it to the next stage. It has been

:18:43.:18:48.

owned by the revered group. And Lloyds TSB. Lloyds has been looking

:18:49.:18:58.

to divest itself of assets and sell this. This is a tiny sale. Anyone

:18:59.:19:05.

buying it is buying a good property from people who need to get rid of

:19:06.:19:13.

it. Brighton, new and sophisticated. Playground of the

:19:14.:19:18.

South. The focal point, the Grand Hotel, built in 1864, built in 1864,

:19:19.:19:23.

eight H with a rich history in real life, and in fiction. `` a hotel.

:19:24.:19:32.

From a star turn as a bellboy in Quadra Feeney. `` Quadrophenia.

:19:33.:19:43.

Richard Attenborough in a Graham Greene classic. Now, up for grabs, a

:19:44.:19:49.

substantial slab of Brighton Rock. The company says it is selling the

:19:50.:19:55.

Grand Hotel because it doesn't fit in its current portfolio of hotels

:19:56.:20:01.

which have golf courses. This is one facility it lacks. ?50 million will

:20:02.:20:11.

buy you no fewer than 201 bedrooms. Crawley Town have appointed their

:20:12.:20:14.

chief scout Martin Hinshelwood, and senior player Gary Alexander, as

:20:15.:20:17.

their interim management team while they look for a successor for Richie

:20:18.:20:20.

Barker. He was sacked yesterday, after a run of seven League One

:20:21.:20:25.

matches without a victory. Neil Bell has the details.

:20:26.:20:35.

18 months ago, when Richie Barker took over, their rise from obscurity

:20:36.:20:40.

to league one contender was in full swing. Times and finances have

:20:41.:20:45.

changed. This goalless draw made it seven games without a win. And

:20:46.:20:49.

proved to be his last game in charge. Was he under pressure to

:20:50.:20:55.

sell players? No, no. I can categorically deny any suggestion he

:20:56.:21:04.

has been told to sell players. Its immediate destiny lies in the hands

:21:05.:21:11.

of striker Gary Alexander and chief scout Martin Hinstelwood. It's not a

:21:12.:21:18.

nice thing to do. It means someone has lost their job. When the club

:21:19.:21:22.

asked you to step in, you are employed by that club, I have

:21:23.:21:30.

enjoyed my time here. Speculation on the next permanent manager has

:21:31.:21:34.

begun. Steve Cotterill is the favourite. Martin Allen is in the

:21:35.:21:42.

frame. Steve Coppell would be popular with some. The start of any

:21:43.:21:47.

new managerial reign is an exciting time in itself. You tend to see an

:21:48.:21:52.

upsurge in form with new appointments. We hope that will be

:21:53.:21:57.

the case. The priority for whoever takes over could be a bit of

:21:58.:22:01.

shooting practice for a site that has scored just once in a month.

:22:02.:22:05.

At the moment, she's probably best known for role as Ronnie Mitchell in

:22:06.:22:08.

EastEnders. But actress Samantha Womack is swapping Walford for the

:22:09.:22:11.

more genteel surroundings of Canterbury for the next few weeks.

She's performing in panto, alongside the Kent actor Phil Gallagher who

:22:15.:22:18.

anyone under the age of ten will know much better as children's TV

:22:19.:22:21.

star Mr Maker. Claudia Sermbezis has been to see them in rehearsal at the

:22:22.:22:23.

Marlowe Theatre. Rehearsing the grand finale today,

:22:24.:22:42.

this is Samantha Womack's first panto. She has filled once the TV

:22:43.:22:47.

but never spent this is doing a season. It is a throwback to the

:22:48.:22:51.

traditional panto where'd the writing is really smart, very

:22:52.:22:56.

funny. Something for everybody. It is cheeky, naughty, visually

:22:57.:23:03.

beautiful. Half happy fairy is far from the gloom of Albert Square. She

:23:04.:23:09.

is not able to forget it as the characters constantly referred to

:23:10.:23:14.

Ronnie. I don't care, you stay away from him! The main thing is any time

:23:15.:23:22.

I say something silly, the East End as music comes from above. I get

:23:23.:23:28.

cross with it throughout the play. First, get the fishmonger to kill

:23:29.:23:33.

the crabs for you. She is also known for her role in this drama. And she

:23:34.:23:39.

sang in the Eurovision Song Contest when she was 17.

:23:40.:23:45.

In the days when I did it, we thought coming 10th was terrible.

:23:46.:23:50.

Now, it is brilliant. It proves, if you wait long enough, you do reign

:23:51.:23:57.

supreme. Like all good pantos, this stars people children know and love.

:23:58.:24:04.

We are in Brazil. Mr Maker is such a hit it showed in over 100 countries.

:24:05.:24:10.

It is amazing. Everybody around the world loves to make things, likes to

:24:11.:24:16.

get creative. It is a show little ones can watch, but also parents as

:24:17.:24:24.

well. In the panto, he plays Jack's silly brother, Billy. I love

:24:25.:24:29.

pantomime, it makes Christmas. The atmosphere, the audience the most

:24:30.:24:35.

amazing time. Born and bred in the county, he is a big fan of

:24:36.:24:39.

Gillingham Supporters Club. The panto opens tomorrow.

:24:40.:24:49.

Back now to one of tonight's top stories: The pupils at a Gravesend

:24:50.:24:52.

primary school, who've been warned they could face punishment if they

:24:53.:24:54.

talk about Christmas in the classroom. The head teacher of

:24:55.:24:57.

Whitehill Primary School has branded it "the C word", saying children

:24:58.:25:00.

should not mention Christmas in November, because it's not on the

:25:01.:25:03.

curriculum. That's angered many parents. We asked for your views.

:25:04.:25:09.

Thanks for your comments. Kevin Mason says he fully agrees

:25:10.:25:15.

with the school, it is 12 days of Christmas but consumerism has made

:25:16.:25:20.

it the 12 weeks of Christmas. People blaming adverts, Suzanne says

:25:21.:25:24.

that is why children talk about Christmas because it is everywhere.

:25:25.:25:29.

But it is not their fault. Peter God says since when were kids

:25:30.:25:36.

banned from talking about anything at school? Let them have their

:25:37.:25:38.

childhood. Plenty of people saying the

:25:39.:25:43.

headteacher is right. Pauline says Advent starts in December.

:25:44.:25:53.

Alex Dawson says that punishing kids are talking about stuff is wrong on

:25:54.:25:58.

all levels. The headteacher said they don't want to talk about David

:25:59.:26:02.

Beckham. Why should she decide what people want to talk about.

:26:03.:26:10.

Becky says their nativity play will be poorly organised!

:26:11.:26:16.

You can keep going on with the debate on our Facebook page.

:26:17.:26:18.

Time now for the weather. Today, cloudy, a quiet picture,

:26:19.:26:33.

milder. Tomorrow, it will be windy and cold. For the weekend, a little

:26:34.:26:38.

bit of sunshine and showers as well. Today, a blanket of cloud, for

:26:39.:26:45.

the most part, it has been a dull picture. Temperatures reaching 10

:26:46.:26:52.

degrees. Like winds. Milder than the beginning of the week. Tonight, lots

:26:53.:26:56.

of cloud around, temperatures staying very mild, dropping to five

:26:57.:27:06.

degrees. Some mist and fog forming as well. The winds will pick up

:27:07.:27:12.

through the night. Temperatures, six degrees. Tomorrow, you can tell from

:27:13.:27:17.

the isobars, in windy picture. A cold front, patchy rain, overcast.

:27:18.:27:23.

Behind it, some sunshine, some showers, temperatures up to 10

:27:24.:27:29.

degrees but because we have this north`westerly breeze at 15 mph, it

:27:30.:27:36.

will feel significantly cooler. Tomorrow night, staying frost free,

:27:37.:27:41.

temperatures down to four degrees. Lots of cloud around, showers as

:27:42.:27:48.

well. At the weekend, finally some sunshine on Saturday. Cloud on

:27:49.:27:54.

Sunday. Mostly dry. Saturday, an area of light `` high pressure will

:27:55.:28:02.

build from the West. Temperatures around 10 degrees. High pressure

:28:03.:28:06.

continues to build on Sunday, feeling milder. Nine degrees.

:28:07.:28:16.

Before we go, congratulations to our special correspondent Colin

:28:17.:28:20.

Campbell. He's been named Specialist Journalist Of The Year today, at the

:28:21.:28:24.

EDF Energy Media Awards for London and the South of England, for his

:28:25.:28:27.

investigative work, including a series of exclusive reports into

:28:28.:28:30.

paedophile priests within the Church of England in Sussex.

:28:31.:28:33.

That's all for now. Join us during the ten o'clock news. Until then,

:28:34.:28:35.

have a good evening. Hello and welcome to the One Show

:28:36.:29:22.

with Matt Baker. And Alex Jones You would think that tonight's guest

:29:23.:29:28.

would try everything once. Well being the outdoor adventurer he is.

:29:29.:29:36.

But not when it comes to his food. I don't like

:29:37.:29:37.
