More than a million pounds handed back to drivers who'd been caught

:00:10.:00:14.

speeding by this camera. Good evening. The camera wasn't

:00:15.:00:17.

operating correctly, which means more than 24,000 motorists have

:00:17.:00:21.

been refunded. Also tonight: the compulsory

:00:21.:00:23.

purchase of empty homes -the plans to transform derelict properties to

:00:23.:00:30.

help the homeless. And the sacking of Plymouth Argyle

:00:30.:00:34.

manager Peter Reid - we'll hear from the club's chairman. Football

:00:34.:00:44.
:00:44.:00:54.

management is about results, and the results weren't good enough.

:00:54.:00:57.

Homeowners in Cornwall who leave their empty properties in a state

:00:57.:00:59.

of neglect and disrepair face tough action in future. Cornwall Council

:00:59.:01:02.

is threatening to take enforcement action on anyone consistently

:01:02.:01:05.

failing to bring their homes back into use. There are around 4,000

:01:05.:01:07.

empty houses in the county, despite recent attempts to encourage owners

:01:07.:01:11.

to repair and use them. With more than 18,000 families on the housing

:01:11.:01:17.

waiting list, the council says action is needed urgently.

:01:17.:01:21.

Neglected, run-down and in need of repair. This house in St Austell is

:01:21.:01:25.

one of more than 4000 empty homes in Cornwall, many affecting the

:01:25.:01:30.

lives of those living nearby. time it was put right. It has been

:01:30.:01:40.
:01:40.:01:40.

empty long enough. It is letting down the road. It lets down the

:01:41.:01:46.

area. Sonja lives two doors down. She is concerned about vandalism

:01:46.:01:50.

and squatters moving in, and says it is a sheer waste to have good

:01:50.:01:54.

properties lying empty. It is disgusting, because there are so

:01:54.:01:59.

many homeless people. So many people are needing accommodation,

:01:59.:02:05.

even if it is only on a short-term scale. Young people have no chance

:02:05.:02:09.

of getting on the property ladder now. In this case, the reason it is

:02:09.:02:13.

empty is due to a legal dispute, but the council wants as many homes

:02:13.:02:18.

as possible to be brought back into use. A year ago, it launched its

:02:18.:02:22.

empty homes strategy, offering incentives to homeowners such as

:02:22.:02:26.

interest free loans for repairs. More than 130 homes are being lived

:02:26.:02:30.

in again. But now the council has extra money and is threatening to

:02:30.:02:34.

take a far tougher stance. It is prepared to take enforcement action

:02:34.:02:38.

against anyone consistently failing to use and prepare their empty

:02:38.:02:45.

homes. There are people that will not work with the council or the

:02:45.:02:50.

community. These are the people we have to target. How will you be

:02:50.:02:59.

doing that? We will be compulsorily purchasing those properties. We

:02:59.:03:02.

will have an independent valuation of them and we will buy them and do

:03:02.:03:06.

them up and then sell them so that they are no longer a blight in the

:03:06.:03:10.

community and reinvest that money in carrying out either for the

:03:10.:03:13.

compulsory purchases or bringing more empty homes and used by

:03:13.:03:17.

working with the homeowners. This house used to be empty, but earlier

:03:17.:03:21.

this year was repaired and is now back in use. It means Emma and her

:03:21.:03:25.

boyfriend can finally rent a home of their own and settle down. But

:03:25.:03:30.

the number of people on the waiting list remains high, at more than

:03:30.:03:34.

18,000. The council now wants to hear from anyone who's a street or

:03:34.:03:38.

village has been blighted by empty properties such as this one. It

:03:38.:03:42.

promises tough action to restore them back to use, so creating new

:03:42.:03:52.

homes for those in need. The provision of housing has been

:03:52.:03:57.

much debated by politicians. Our political editor is at the Liberal

:03:57.:04:01.

Democrat conference in Birmingham. The affordable housing crisis is

:04:01.:04:05.

one of the biggest problems facing the South West. It has been

:04:05.:04:09.

discussed at the Liberal Democrat conference. I am joined now by the

:04:09.:04:13.

Liberal Democrat MP for St Austell and Newquay, also chairman of the

:04:13.:04:15.

all-party group on housing and somebody who knows about the

:04:15.:04:18.

affordable housing crisis from the sharp end, because you were

:04:18.:04:21.

probably the only MP elected last year who is still living with his

:04:21.:04:27.

parents. Yes, last year I was still at home with mum and dad, like many

:04:27.:04:33.

of the thousands of people wanting to get onto the property ladder.

:04:33.:04:36.

you welcome this initiative to use more empty buildings. It is an

:04:36.:04:40.

absolute scandal across the country that there are three-quarters of a

:04:40.:04:44.

million homes standing empty and unused. It is right that Cornwall

:04:44.:04:47.

Council and other local authorities and the Government take action to

:04:47.:04:51.

bring them back into use. government is issuing new planning

:04:51.:04:55.

guidance to help build more homes. Some people are saying that

:04:55.:04:58.

somewhere like the south-west, that could be a develop a's charter to

:04:59.:05:03.

build over green fields. And there are other people telling me it is

:05:03.:05:08.

over -- it is a NIMBY charter, so the balance is about right. There

:05:08.:05:13.

are millions who do not have access to the accommodation they need. The

:05:13.:05:17.

system at the moment can be too slow and not democratic enough.

:05:17.:05:20.

Local people should be able to decide what kind of development

:05:20.:05:24.

they want to see. Not the top-down approach that Labour left us with,

:05:24.:05:28.

but a grassroots approach that tackles local needs. This issue

:05:28.:05:38.
:05:38.:05:51.

will run and run over the weeks and months to come. A Royal Marine from

:05:51.:05:53.

Plymouth-based 42 Commando has been killed in Afghanistan. The Marine

:05:53.:05:56.

died when his patrol came under small arms fire during an operation

:05:56.:05:59.

supporting members of the Afghan National Army in Helmand Province.

:05:59.:06:02.

His family have been informed. A woman and her baby have been taken

:06:02.:06:05.

to hospital after being rescued from the River Tavy in Tavistock. A

:06:05.:06:08.

passer-by managed to rescue the baby boy and fire officers brought

:06:08.:06:11.

the woman out of the water. Both were taken to Derriford Hospital.

:06:11.:06:14.

Police are not treating the incident as suspicious. She was in

:06:14.:06:17.

the water, but a member of the public got down the bank and

:06:17.:06:20.

actually went out and rescued the baby, and pulled the mother in from

:06:20.:06:23.

the river before we arrived. When we arrived, the baby was in the

:06:23.:06:33.
:06:33.:06:43.

ambulance and was crying, which is always a good sign.

:06:43.:06:45.

A new three-digit telephone number is now available for people who

:06:45.:06:48.

want to report non-urgent incidents to the police. It's 101 and will

:06:48.:06:51.

run alongside 999 which is still the number to call for emergencies.

:06:51.:06:55.

It's part of a project to get every force in England and Wales using

:06:55.:06:58.

the number by next year. If it's an emergency, if a crime is taking

:06:58.:07:01.

place there and then and the offenders are still there, or if

:07:01.:07:08.

you are injured and you need help now, dial 999. 101 is to be used

:07:08.:07:11.

for all other circumstances. To report a crime, to ask for advice,

:07:11.:07:17.

to make an inquiry from the police - 101 would be the number to call.

:07:17.:07:20.

A family from Plymouth whose son has been left profoundly deaf as a

:07:20.:07:23.

result of a virulent strain of meningitis say more needs to be

:07:23.:07:26.

done to combat the disease. They're backing a campaign that's calling

:07:26.:07:29.

on the Government to push for a vaccine. At the start of Meningitis

:07:29.:07:32.

Awareness Week, our reporter Amy Cole has been finding out how life

:07:32.:07:40.

has changed for Tom and his parents. Not long ago, Tom could recognise

:07:40.:07:49.

most of these pictures. Now he can't. It is a cat! In February, he

:07:49.:07:53.

was diagnosed with bacterial meningitis and lost his hearing. He

:07:53.:07:57.

was fitted with cochlear implants in both ears and is now getting

:07:57.:08:01.

used to the balance of sound. With his learning, it is back to square

:08:01.:08:08.

one. He was doing numbers, and he had all the animals down and he was

:08:08.:08:15.

just starting to do two or three- word sentences. It was a huge part

:08:15.:08:21.

of his personality, being able to talk to you and ask you for things.

:08:21.:08:28.

And now that has just all gone. the family, it is a huge emotional

:08:28.:08:33.

price to pay. For the NHS, it has cost 60,000 to treat Tom, a figure

:08:33.:08:37.

that will rise as he gets older. The family is now supporting a

:08:37.:08:41.

campaign run by the meningitis Research Foundation that is calling

:08:41.:08:44.

on the Government to bring in a vaccine. There are vaccines in

:08:44.:08:49.

development at the moment. They look promising. We hope for

:08:49.:08:54.

positive news in the new year. We would like the government, once a

:08:54.:08:59.

safe and effective vaccine is licensed, to take it into the

:08:59.:09:03.

immunisation schedule for the whole population as soon as possible.

:09:03.:09:07.

foundation believes the vaccine could save the government 3

:09:07.:09:11.

million a year. The knock-on effect of Tom's illness is that his mum

:09:11.:09:19.

cannot go back to work. You have to get on with life and deal with his

:09:19.:09:23.

situation here and now and accept what is going to happen in the

:09:23.:09:27.

future. The Department of Health says it is considering a wide range

:09:27.:09:32.

of evidence on a vaccine for meningococcal B, the strain Tom had.

:09:32.:09:36.

His parents are grateful that their son survived what can be a fatal

:09:36.:09:41.

disease. It's been revealed that more than a

:09:41.:09:44.

million pounds has been paid back to motorists who were wrongly fined

:09:44.:09:48.

for speeding in Dorset. 24,000 drivers have been refunded and had

:09:48.:09:50.

points removed from their licences after the camera at Chideock was

:09:50.:10:00.
:10:00.:10:01.

found to be operating without the correct paperwork.

:10:01.:10:06.

Buried in the Dorset countryside, the A35. It runs through the

:10:06.:10:09.

village of Chideock, and for a few hundred yards of trunk road, it has

:10:09.:10:13.

captured a lot of attention. In this green and pleasant land, the

:10:14.:10:17.

speed cameras have been vandalised, protesters have taken to the

:10:17.:10:20.

pelican crossing and people who have gone too fast have not quite

:10:20.:10:24.

been caught. This is not a story about how much money the speed

:10:24.:10:28.

camera has raised sending out bills, but how much it has had to pay back

:10:28.:10:32.

to drivers because fines have been considered unfair by the courts. It

:10:33.:10:38.

has now emerged that 1.5 million has been refunded. More than 25,000

:10:39.:10:42.

drivers have had points clear from their licence. These drivers did

:10:42.:10:45.

not get their money back because they were sticking to the speed

:10:45.:10:49.

limit. It was because of a technicality. The fine said the

:10:49.:10:56.

camera was close to Seatown road. But officially, it is dark street.

:10:56.:11:00.

After ten years of speeding tickets, a judge decided the 30 mile an hour

:11:00.:11:04.

limit could not be enforced and the reforms followed from there. It

:11:04.:11:09.

began with a man from Cornwall. inefficiency is not just the camera

:11:09.:11:15.

partnership. The highways, the police, the CPS, even the

:11:15.:11:19.

solicitors are involved. The Parish Council today said speed was still

:11:19.:11:22.

a problem in Chideock, and the cameras are essential. People we

:11:22.:11:28.

spoke to saw both sides of the argument. At the end of the day, it

:11:28.:11:31.

is up to them if they got their money back. Their play on that side

:11:31.:11:38.

of things. But on the other hand, you are still speeding into a

:11:38.:11:42.

little village. I do not think they should have allowed it. You don't

:11:42.:11:48.

think you should have gone ahead? Why? If somebody is actually

:11:48.:11:51.

speeding, what does a technicality matter? To it may have taken ten

:11:51.:11:55.

years, but the camera's paperwork is now correct. A warning to all

:11:55.:12:02.

drivers on this increasingly well known road.

:12:02.:12:05.

We'll be taking a look back at the weekend's sport with Natalie in a

:12:05.:12:07.

moment, including: Peter Risdale tells us about the

:12:07.:12:10.

latest movements at Plymouth Argyle. And thrill-seeking to tipping point.

:12:10.:12:18.

We reflect on the sporting spectacle which attracted thousands.

:12:18.:12:22.

Well, it's time for the sport now, and today it was all eyes on Home

:12:22.:12:25.

Park again following a major reshuffle with the men at the top.

:12:25.:12:29.

Natalie's here with the details. Plymouth Argyle's new temporary

:12:29.:12:32.

manager is captain Carl Fletcher after Peter Reid was sacked this

:12:32.:12:36.

weekend. Longest-serving player Romain Larrieu will be his first-

:12:36.:12:40.

team coach. Reid was dismissed after a run of eight straight

:12:40.:12:50.
:12:50.:12:50.

league defeats which sees Argyle bottom of the Football League.

:12:50.:12:54.

Peter Reid probably did not know what he was about to let himself in

:12:54.:12:58.

for when he was appointed in June last year. He tried his utmost to

:12:58.:13:03.

keep them in League One, but take 10 point deduction for going into

:13:03.:13:06.

administration proved too much of a burden, and they were relegated to

:13:06.:13:10.

what is effectively the Fourth Division. With Argyle in dire

:13:10.:13:14.

straits both on and off the pitch, Reid dug into his own pocket to pay

:13:14.:13:19.

the overdue heating bill, and even donated an FA Cup runners-up medal

:13:19.:13:24.

at a club auction to help raise funds. Now, holding up the rest of

:13:24.:13:28.

the Football League with just one point from a possible 27, a non-

:13:28.:13:33.

League football a real threat, Reid has paid the price for poor results.

:13:33.:13:37.

Football is a results based business, but Peter Reid has given

:13:37.:13:40.

Argyle a tremendous amount of loyalty and service, and has stuck

:13:40.:13:44.

with us during a period when most individuals or any football manager

:13:44.:13:49.

would have walked away. Filling the void for the time being, team

:13:49.:13:53.

captain Carl Fletcher, who was sent off on Saturday for violent conduct,

:13:53.:13:56.

meaning he is banned for three games. And goalkeeper Romain

:13:56.:14:00.

Larrieu will be acting first-team coach. I will be asking everyone

:14:01.:14:10.
:14:11.:14:14.

for a bit of advice here and there and try to implement our ideas. The

:14:14.:14:24.
:14:24.:14:26.

wife will probably end up telling me what to do! The first team coach

:14:26.:14:29.

in 11 years. I would not have been able to think about that when I

:14:29.:14:32.

first came. The move is designed to put points on the board very

:14:33.:14:38.

quickly, and boy do they need them. Well, the man who made these

:14:38.:14:41.

decisions is acting chairman Peter Ridsdale. After the press

:14:41.:14:44.

conference, he popped into the studio, and I asked him why he'd

:14:44.:14:52.

sacked Peter Reid. Because ultimately, football is about what

:14:52.:14:56.

happens in the park. We have played nine league games and got one point.

:14:56.:15:01.

Lost their last eight league games. Whatever else anyone else says

:15:01.:15:05.

about the way Peter has conducted himself, football is about results.

:15:05.:15:10.

But he has shown immense loyalty to Plymouth Argyle, often not being

:15:10.:15:14.

paid. Surely loyalty should be rewarded? Well, we are trying to

:15:14.:15:23.

find a buyer for the football club. Some of the buyers are looking at

:15:23.:15:28.

lead to. My overriding principle is, I have to find a buyer who wants to

:15:28.:15:32.

make sure Argyle still exists this time next year. The only way we do

:15:32.:15:37.

that is to arrest the decline on the field. I felt that one point

:15:37.:15:41.

out of 27 was not acceptable. could you afford to get rid of him

:15:41.:15:44.

with the club in administration? Peter is under contract for the

:15:44.:15:49.

rest of the season. Any prospective new buyer is aware of that. We will

:15:49.:15:54.

make sure we honour the contractual commitments of Peter going forward.

:15:54.:15:58.

But could we afford not to get rid, despite the fact that he had been

:15:58.:16:04.

the ultimate professional? Football is about results, and the results

:16:04.:16:08.

were not good enough. What makes you think that two completely

:16:08.:16:12.

inexperienced managers will do a better job? We looked at fresh

:16:12.:16:16.

opportunity from within the club. Car was very excited about the

:16:16.:16:20.

opportunity. I was talking to him about what he could do to fix the

:16:20.:16:25.

problems. He deserves a chance. are making massive decisions when

:16:25.:16:28.

you yourself might not be at Plymouth Argyle in a couple of

:16:28.:16:32.

weeks' time depending on who buys the club. Are you happy making

:16:32.:16:36.

these decisions? It is a privileged position to be chairman of a

:16:36.:16:40.

football club. In the good times, you enjoy it, and in the difficult

:16:40.:16:46.

times, it is lonely. But ultimately, you are the person who takes

:16:46.:16:51.

decisions. Clearly, I consulted a few people. I had no authority to

:16:51.:16:55.

take the decision without the administrator's agreement, because

:16:55.:17:00.

he is legally in charge. I also consulted James Brent, because he

:17:00.:17:04.

is a prospective owner and I want to make sure he was not saying, I

:17:04.:17:07.

will only buy the club if Peter is in charge. Ultimately, leadership

:17:07.:17:12.

is all about making decisions, and that is what I have done. Some fans

:17:12.:17:17.

are livid about the sacking. Do you understand their anger?

:17:17.:17:21.

understand that supporters see the tip of an iceberg. They see what

:17:21.:17:25.

they read in the paper and on your programme every night. Peter has

:17:25.:17:29.

been an outstanding professional in difficult times. But ultimately, as

:17:29.:17:33.

I have said, football is about results. The results are not

:17:33.:17:38.

acceptable. Peter himself has said that. I am used to fans being

:17:38.:17:42.

emotional and telling me they don't like me. But I have to look in the

:17:42.:17:45.

mirror in the morning and think whether the decisions are the right

:17:45.:17:51.

decisions. Did he take the news well? Peter was outstanding. We

:17:51.:17:55.

talked briefly about the decision, and then he said, let's have a chat

:17:55.:18:00.

and a coffee. I was there with him for over an hour after I had

:18:00.:18:04.

conveyed the decision to him. That is the man he is. I think he knew

:18:04.:18:09.

it was the right time for change. And you can see my full interview

:18:09.:18:19.
:18:19.:18:19.

with Peter Ridsdale online at bbc.co.uk/devon, and click on sport.

:18:19.:18:22.

There wasn't much good news for the region's other football league

:18:22.:18:25.

teams either this weekend, as they failed to produce a single win

:18:25.:18:27.

between them. Only Torquay United salvaged some reward in a thrilling

:18:27.:18:34.

draw against Rotherham at Plainmoor. It is not just Plymouth Argyle who

:18:34.:18:37.

are teetering at the bottom of their division. So are Exeter City.

:18:37.:18:42.

They went down 2-0 against Bournemouth. When you are down,

:18:42.:18:47.

nothing seems to go right for you. Richard Duffy's face testified to

:18:47.:18:51.

that after Bournemouth scored their second. A bizarre equaliser from

:18:51.:18:57.

Yeovil town's prior outfoxed Sheffield Wednesday and the

:18:57.:19:00.

cameraman, who gamely hit a ball back to the keeper, who collided

:19:00.:19:05.

with his own defender. A goal was scored which Wednesday claimed was

:19:05.:19:09.

not in the spirit of the game. But they got their revenge, winning by

:19:09.:19:13.

three-2. It was a hat-trick of drawers for Torquay United in

:19:13.:19:23.
:19:23.:19:48.

League Two. They came back from 2-0 The chiefs' only reply came from a

:19:48.:19:53.

penalty try. In cricket's Twenty20 national finals day for club teams,

:19:53.:19:56.

St Just from Cornwall were knocked out of the competition in the semi-

:19:56.:20:00.

finals. At Chelmsford, St Just made only 108 for six, with Gary Thomas

:20:00.:20:04.

and Mark George scoring 22 and 18 respectively. But Ealing eased home

:20:04.:20:10.

by seven wickets to qualify for tonight's final.

:20:10.:20:14.

That is all the sport, but there was plenty of exciting action on

:20:14.:20:22.

the water this weekend. A sporting spectacle, the like of which

:20:22.:20:24.

Plymouth has rarely witnessed. Seven days of sailing, not to

:20:24.:20:27.

mention capsizes, are now over as the America's Cup World Series

:20:27.:20:31.

reached an exciting climax. The city council says more than a

:20:31.:20:38.

hundred thousand people watched the event across the week. Spotlight's

:20:38.:20:41.

John Henderson was in amongst the action for the final contest, the

:20:41.:20:51.
:20:51.:20:54.

winner takes all fleet race. It finished as it started. Speed,

:20:54.:21:01.

spray and the occasional smash. We have got carnage out there

:21:01.:21:06.

already. After seven days of high- octane sailing, the America's Cup

:21:06.:21:12.

World series went out with a bang. They said this was racing on the

:21:12.:21:22.
:21:22.:21:27.

edge, and they are going down like ninepins. Plymouth City Council

:21:27.:21:31.

says 115,000 people turned out to catch the action. Sunday's winner

:21:31.:21:39.

takes all fleet race did not disappoint. He is down! It is that

:21:39.:21:43.

sort of thing that has made this event so exciting and so popular in

:21:43.:21:52.

Plymouth this week. The final race or three capsizes, the catamarans

:21:52.:21:57.

pushed it to the limit with 35 mile an hour wind gusts. But no one

:21:57.:22:04.

complained about conditions. Plymouth Sound, good wind, sun,

:22:04.:22:09.

loads of crowds, plenty of support from local Plymouth, Cornish and

:22:09.:22:15.

Devon people. It has been a great success. New Zealand coming across.

:22:15.:22:21.

The Fleet Racing Championship was won by an oracle boat. There is the

:22:21.:22:29.

chequered flag. The crew celebrated in style. Here comes a champagne

:22:29.:22:35.

moment. And there is cheese! think this has topped it. It is

:22:35.:22:40.

such a natural amphitheatre, and the conditions have been fantastic.

:22:40.:22:44.

Everyone I have seen in the street has come up and said hello. It is

:22:44.:22:48.

the biggest crowd we have seen. I think Plymouth surprised everyone.

:22:48.:22:53.

San Diego is the next venue for the America's Cup World series.

:22:53.:23:03.
:23:03.:23:04.

Plymouth will be hard to beat. Those pictures were beamed

:23:05.:23:09.

worldwide. I was watching it on TV yesterday and it was incredible.

:23:09.:23:12.

They are great pictures. How they were getting those live shots back

:23:13.:23:16.

from the boats as they were tipping over, the pictures were carrying on.

:23:16.:23:23.

And perfect weather as well here, just the right amount of wind.

:23:23.:23:28.

is exactly it, the wind limit for sailing is around 35 knots, and we

:23:28.:23:32.

had wind speeds just below that for much of the day. They were perfect

:23:32.:23:42.
:23:42.:23:44.

The wind is nowhere near as strong as it has been. That is the good

:23:44.:23:48.

news for us. The weather will settle down from Wednesday onwards

:23:48.:23:55.

after the rain. Earlier on, there was a string of cloud out to the

:23:55.:24:00.

west which will head our way overnight tonight. That is a cold

:24:00.:24:04.

weatherfront. Of the moment, we are sandwiched between weatherfronts. A

:24:04.:24:08.

few breaks in the cloud, but the cloud will thicken again as the

:24:08.:24:12.

weatherfront heads towards us overnight and into the first part

:24:12.:24:17.

of the day tomorrow. By the time we get to Wednesday, the high pressure

:24:17.:24:21.

which is currently down to the south-west will start to build

:24:21.:24:28.

towards us, bringing a quieter end to the week. For the time being,

:24:28.:24:31.

although for many of us, it was a great day, a few breaks developed

:24:32.:24:37.

in that cloud through the afternoon. But they will fill in again this

:24:37.:24:41.

evening. Increasing amounts of cloud overnight. Eventually, this

:24:41.:24:45.

weatherfront moves towards us from the north-west, introducing rain

:24:45.:24:48.

through the early hours, particularly to northern and

:24:48.:24:53.

western parts of our region. The south-east will stay dry for much

:24:53.:24:57.

of the night. Temperatures are not doing too badly underneath the

:24:57.:25:02.

cloud. For many of us, it is a grey and wet start to the day tomorrow.

:25:02.:25:06.

Parts of Dorset and perhaps southern parts of Devon will escape

:25:06.:25:10.

that rain until later in the day. But it will continue to push in

:25:10.:25:15.

from the north-west as the day goes on. Through the afternoon tomorrow

:25:15.:25:19.

for many of us, it will turn heavy for a time. Temperatures are

:25:19.:25:24.

struggling underneath that cloud and rain. It will feel cooler than

:25:24.:25:30.

it appears here. In the Isles of Scilly, it will be cloudy, with

:25:30.:25:40.
:25:40.:25:59.

For the surfers, a bit of swell around. Fairly messy conditions on

:25:59.:26:09.
:26:09.:26:21.

Sea temperatures have just about reached their peak. They will start

:26:21.:26:31.
:26:31.:26:31.
