0:00:00 > 0:00:08businesses to get more women into senior leadership.

0:00:08 > 0:00:1897% of all UK workforce is now offer some form of flexible working. As a

0:00:18 > 0:00:21mother, I will agree with the noble lady, childcare is one of the

0:00:21 > 0:00:26biggest challenges that any family faces when they are deciding to

0:00:26 > 0:00:33structure their family going forward. We have introduced tax

0:00:33 > 0:00:42childcare to help working families. We have our wide-ranging debate on

0:00:42 > 0:00:46the noble Lord gave us a stunning tour de force of the world of women

0:00:46 > 0:00:52in sport. He paid tribute my right honourable friend Tracey Crouch on

0:00:52 > 0:01:03the other place for two fiscal campaign and that this girl can.

0:01:03 > 0:01:09Only occasionally because I am always too busy. This girl can,

0:01:09 > 0:01:2011,000 organisations have registered. I'm sure that the noble

0:01:20 > 0:01:22Lords we have some also bizarre sporting heroes and role models to

0:01:22 > 0:01:36come out of the Winter Olympics. Including Lizzy Yarnold. Lord

0:01:36 > 0:01:42Addington also sold the benefits sport. I notice question on coaches

0:01:42 > 0:01:45and if you will forgive me, I would like to write in further and have

0:01:45 > 0:01:51the full facts at my fingertips. Turning to my noble friend, Lady

0:01:51 > 0:01:57Mansour, she spoke movingly about a crime of the past that are still a

0:01:57 > 0:02:05crime of the presents. This was also mentioned by lady Wilde. Large-scale

0:02:05 > 0:02:10sexual abuse and grooming in our cities must be tackled and indeed --

0:02:10 > 0:02:14indeed it must be stopped. The noble lady, Baroness Gail spoke about

0:02:14 > 0:02:18sexual harassment in schools and the government is taking concrete

0:02:18 > 0:02:23action, we are working to make relationship and sex education

0:02:23 > 0:02:25mandatory in secondary schools and relationship education mandatory in

0:02:25 > 0:02:30primary school and the DfEE is busy improving guidance available to

0:02:30 > 0:02:37schools so there will be publishing specific guidance on trial on child

0:02:37 > 0:02:41sexual harassment and sexual violence, revising the DfEE guidance

0:02:41 > 0:02:49and consulting on proposals to strengthen safeguard guidance. Those

0:02:49 > 0:02:53changes should come into effect in September 20 18th, so the government

0:02:53 > 0:02:59is not hanging around. The DfEE is making sure all expert views are

0:02:59 > 0:03:03reflected including with an expert advisory group on wide consultation

0:03:03 > 0:03:09on both the content of the sex education programme and also keeping

0:03:09 > 0:03:12children in education. The noble lady Baroness Gail spoke about the

0:03:12 > 0:03:17domestic abuse consultation watched by Her Majesty's government today

0:03:17 > 0:03:21and mention why she felt the bill was solely focused on criminal

0:03:21 > 0:03:23justice and criminal justice approach. The government is

0:03:23 > 0:03:29committed to doing everything it can to end domestic violence and the

0:03:29 > 0:03:34consultation seeks views on all sides, so from legislative and

0:03:34 > 0:03:38non-legislative action and we have to look at the different things the

0:03:38 > 0:03:45government can be doing to tackle this devastating abuse. The

0:03:45 > 0:03:49consultation and proposals for the abuse Bill are all about intervening

0:03:49 > 0:03:52early, so we can get people the support they need, we have made

0:03:52 > 0:03:57clear in the consultation document Daryll Cullinan to review funding

0:03:57 > 0:04:00for safe accommodation, including refugees. This is why we are

0:04:00 > 0:04:04conducting the most thorough review of domestic abuse services we have

0:04:04 > 0:04:10ever undertaken, to make sure we get this absolutely right. The noble

0:04:10 > 0:04:17lady Baroness Thornton mentioned mental health and this is an area

0:04:17 > 0:04:20which is very close to my heart having worked in mental health

0:04:20 > 0:04:23provision in the past. The government is committed to achieving

0:04:23 > 0:04:27parity of esteem for mental health, I am proud of our achievements and

0:04:27 > 0:04:33we have invested more than ever before in mental health spending an

0:04:33 > 0:04:37estimated £211.6 billion. Additional investment to improve services for

0:04:37 > 0:04:40eating disorders which disproportionately affect women and

0:04:40 > 0:04:45we have introduced the first waiting time standards for mental health.

0:04:45 > 0:04:49Turning to the topic of apprenticeships, which was raised by

0:04:49 > 0:04:55the noble lady Baroness Gail, we are using the employer apprenticeship

0:04:55 > 0:04:59diversity champions then work to champion gender representation in

0:04:59 > 0:05:03industries where improvement is needed. Also, the recently published

0:05:03 > 0:05:09careers guidance strategy includes a commitment to ensuring that stem

0:05:09 > 0:05:15encounters, that means meeting with people from Stem organisations. Such

0:05:15 > 0:05:19as employers and apprenticeships. They are built into the school

0:05:19 > 0:05:25career programme by updating the statutory guidance. Baroness Gail

0:05:25 > 0:05:31also mentioned encouraging women into engineering and as a former

0:05:31 > 0:05:34engineer myself, I think this is a great thing. This is the year of

0:05:34 > 0:05:38engineering and there are many programmes that we have already

0:05:38 > 0:05:44invested into encourage the take-up of subjects and courses. We

0:05:44 > 0:05:50announced substantial spending commitments on maths and digital and

0:05:50 > 0:06:04on technical education. Those will be very important. Baroness Hossain

0:06:04 > 0:06:07mentioned the particular challenges they can face. We are committed to

0:06:07 > 0:06:18addressing these issues.

0:06:28 > 0:06:38Exactly.

0:06:40 > 0:06:45Make a call is full cage. He attacked a pool table and ranks

0:06:45 > 0:06:47alongside Nicky getting previous moments, the reason it works as

0:06:47 > 0:06:53this. If you have a horror film like this, Taz Taylor central truth at

0:06:53 > 0:06:56the heart of it than the central truth is that these parents bitterly

0:06:56 > 0:07:03resent the fact. They were once young, crazy, free-spirited, Nick

0:07:03 > 0:07:05Cage and now their lives have changed because they have dedicated

0:07:05 > 0:07:09themselves to looking at the children, so although what happens

0:07:09 > 0:07:15is a supernatural manifestation, as clawing away at that idea that these

0:07:15 > 0:07:20resentments are actually real things. It's a really odd film, not

0:07:20 > 0:07:24for everyone, very taboo breaking, dealing with a very taboo issue,

0:07:24 > 0:07:28parents turning on children and we have seen plenty of movies this gay

0:07:28 > 0:07:31children, whether its village of the dammed or the exorcist. It works up

0:07:31 > 0:07:36to a point, is completely bonkers and several moments you think this

0:07:36 > 0:07:40is just preposterous but it works because it's got the central core

0:07:40 > 0:07:46idea and it's not afraid to over a crank itself and I enjoyed it but I

0:07:46 > 0:07:53was very aware I was watching it as a horror fan but not for everyone.

0:07:53 > 0:07:57You might find an uncomfortable as a parent. The moment it works the best

0:07:57 > 0:08:01are those moments. When it taps into that idea that this is outrageous,

0:08:01 > 0:08:05this is terrible but it is tapping into the parental resentment, which

0:08:05 > 0:08:10is a very taboo idea. Not for everybody but if you are a horror

0:08:10 > 0:08:15farm and if you like films like American myriad Keys, offbeat,

0:08:15 > 0:08:19strange, quirky American horror movies that they are to go into dark

0:08:19 > 0:08:25places, then it's an interesting film.It's genuinely horrifying?Is

0:08:25 > 0:08:30then Jenny visited Italy nicely which are slightly different. I

0:08:30 > 0:08:40think we get the distinction!What is out as well?Fantastic women.

0:08:40 > 0:08:43Wonderful story about the transgender woman Atelea Vea shut

0:08:43 > 0:08:47out of her life when her lover dies and the family descends. It has a

0:08:47 > 0:08:51brilliant performance by Daniela Vega who is wonderful, really

0:08:51 > 0:08:56mesmerising, great screen presence and carries the movie. Great job of

0:08:56 > 0:09:03mixing. Realists, gritty story elements with moments of fantasy and

0:09:03 > 0:09:09one point it turns into a musical fantasia in which she levitates,

0:09:09 > 0:09:11another moment she walks down the street and the wind is blowing and

0:09:11 > 0:09:17almost like a supernatural wins and the film is about finding identity

0:09:17 > 0:09:26and place, set a new name, saying I am arena. I have said a few times

0:09:26 > 0:09:29and every time I have seen it I have seen more in it, it's well worth

0:09:29 > 0:09:35watching and deserved Oscar winner. My recommendation.Bestie BD.

0:09:35 > 0:09:39Telling of a secret deal. It's interesting because it was at the

0:09:39 > 0:09:43Cannes film Festival the same time as the Lynne Ramsay fettle and they

0:09:43 > 0:09:46shared the prize for Best screenwriting. This is a very odd

0:09:46 > 0:09:51story about a medic who has a secret in his past, it starts up looking

0:09:51 > 0:09:54like it was a kind of strange social satire and then turned into a

0:09:54 > 0:09:59full-blooded horror movie, is more horrifying than anything in my mind

0:09:59 > 0:10:04that, it is genuinely disturbing at the end. It's a film, again, in

0:10:04 > 0:10:07which it sold to do with the way in which the story is told rather than

0:10:07 > 0:10:10the story itself, it makes a interesting double bull with the

0:10:10 > 0:10:16Lynne Ramsay movie and the Lynne Ramsay movie, everybody has to go I

0:10:16 > 0:10:21see it.Quite a lot on which lowers horror and social satire.Horror is

0:10:21 > 0:10:24in a fantastic period, a dozen Bulega single genre, we're seeing

0:10:24 > 0:10:29horror inflecting ahold of other areas and that was my... I grew up

0:10:29 > 0:10:36on horror movies. It's absolutely a horror movie and people said it

0:10:36 > 0:10:40wasn't when it got nominated for Oscars because that's always a thing

0:10:40 > 0:10:44that scares people off. There's a horror movie in the tradition of

0:10:44 > 0:10:47social satire and has elements of comedy. Horror can inflect

0:10:47 > 0:10:54everything. It is the genre to end all genres. It is your favourite!
