0:00:16 > 0:00:20Hello and welcome to The One Show with Matt Baker.
0:00:20 > 0:00:22And Alex Jones.
0:00:22 > 0:00:25Tonight a music legend who has sold over 30 million
0:00:25 > 0:00:26records in his lifetime.
0:00:26 > 0:00:33And a Radio 1 DJ who's on her way to playing to just as many.
0:00:36 > 0:00:41Coming up on the show, we have got the man himself.
0:00:41 > 0:00:50# Love really hurts without you... It just makes people feel good,
0:00:50 > 0:00:59right?There is a lot of finger clicking going on here!
0:00:59 > 0:01:04Please welcome Billy Ocean and Clara Amfo.
0:01:04 > 0:01:07We are going to start because there's been some official details
0:01:07 > 0:01:13of the royal wedding revealed today. It will be a midday wedding in St
0:01:13 > 0:01:16George's Chapel Windsor, which will please football fans because it
0:01:16 > 0:01:22won't clash with the FA Cup final. Not official but it is rumoured
0:01:22 > 0:01:30Elton John might play and Ed Sheeran might sing their first dance song.
0:01:30 > 0:01:39Have you cleared your diaries?I haven't been invited, I will leave
0:01:39 > 0:01:48my diary open then. What would you play for the first dance? When the
0:01:48 > 0:02:00going gets tough!Very good! Clara, if you were doing the disco, the
0:02:00 > 0:02:08floor fillers!I'm going to use that on my show tomorrow! I would go for
0:02:08 > 0:02:17a Stevie Wonder tune because that always brings people together.
0:02:17 > 0:02:24always brings people together.Doing the disco! What? !I'm sorry, I am
0:02:24 > 0:02:27so hip! This is serious now, moving on.
0:02:27 > 0:02:30Even though you get six points on your license and a £200 fine,
0:02:30 > 0:02:32some drivers on Britain's roads still think using a mobile
0:02:32 > 0:02:34phone whilst driving is not a serious offence.
0:02:34 > 0:02:37JJ's been for a ride in one of the latest innovations the police
0:02:37 > 0:02:45are using to catch offenders - the spy truck.
0:02:46 > 0:02:51Early morning, and East Midlands police are out on patrol.Good
0:02:51 > 0:03:03morning, today we will be going out on the A69 and M1.They are on the
0:03:03 > 0:03:06lookout for motorists breaking the law by being distracted up the
0:03:06 > 0:03:14wheel.The spot in the vehicle will be observing cars or lorries on
0:03:14 > 0:03:18mobile phones.Steve is joining them, last month he was prosecuted
0:03:18 > 0:03:21after being caught using his mobile phone behind the wheel.
0:03:21 > 0:03:27What are you hoping to get today? I'm hoping to show other drivers
0:03:27 > 0:03:31what has happened to me through being silly, using my phone while
0:03:31 > 0:03:36driving. Hopefully stop people doing it in the future.Steve was a lorry
0:03:36 > 0:03:41driver for 30 years but his offence cost him his job. Because he already
0:03:41 > 0:03:51had points on his
0:03:51 > 0:03:53had points on his licence for speeding, when he was caught on his
0:03:53 > 0:03:57phone he was banned from driving for six months. As we follow behind in
0:03:57 > 0:03:59convoy, upfront PC Tony Bunker spots a lorry driver who is clearly not
0:03:59 > 0:04:02paying attention to the road ahead. The driver is using a mobile phone
0:04:02 > 0:04:06in his left hand. He's pulled over. What follows is all too familiar for
0:04:06 > 0:04:16Steve.Straightaway it was oh God, what were you doing on the phone?
0:04:16 > 0:04:20You take your mind off the road for a few seconds and all of a sudden
0:04:20 > 0:04:24you have lost it.The penalty for using your mobile phone whilst
0:04:24 > 0:04:28behind the wheel was strengthened in March last year so the driver is
0:04:28 > 0:04:35issued with a £200 fine and given six points on his licence. There was
0:04:35 > 0:04:39no denying it, I knew they had caught me, there was nothing to
0:04:39 > 0:04:45deny.Steve is one of around 28,000 drivers per year caught by police
0:04:45 > 0:04:49using mobile phones, putting not only their own lives at risk but
0:04:49 > 0:04:54those of other motorists. As we hit the road again, it is not long
0:04:54 > 0:04:59before the unmarked HGV catches another in the act.Mobile phone in
0:04:59 > 0:05:05his left hand.Steve and I are keen to speak to the truck driver, he
0:05:05 > 0:05:11agrees and explains why he was on his phone.
0:05:15 > 0:05:21Steve, any advice? When I did that, I was having an argument. You try to
0:05:21 > 0:05:25leave it alone, you look at what has been said, then in the end, let's
0:05:25 > 0:05:30have a quick look and that quick look cost me everything. In the
0:05:30 > 0:05:34future is my phone will be out of reach because it is too much of a
0:05:34 > 0:05:42risk.The driver is also given a fine and points on his licence.
0:05:42 > 0:05:46Steve is hoping this encounter with us and the police will make him
0:05:46 > 0:05:50think twice in the future. Safe journey. Do you think the message
0:05:50 > 0:05:56has got through to him?You would like to think so, the trouble is
0:05:56 > 0:06:00people's mindset is being on the phone and texting isn't that bad.
0:06:00 > 0:06:04The law banning mobile phones at the wheel has been in place for nearly
0:06:04 > 0:06:0950 years now, but how clued up our motorists about what they can and
0:06:09 > 0:06:13cannot do while driving?I would imagine Bluetooth things are safe to
0:06:13 > 0:06:18use but if you are doing anything that will distract you, it is not
0:06:18 > 0:06:26too safe.I was using as -- it as a sat-nav and the policeman was right
0:06:26 > 0:06:32next to me.As our convoy hits the road again, it is clear some
0:06:32 > 0:06:38motorists are still not aware of the latest changes to the law.Six
0:06:38 > 0:06:46points?Yes.They caught 30 motorists using their mobile phones.
0:06:46 > 0:06:51For police officers, this is a daily reality, but for Steve, seeing the
0:06:51 > 0:06:57other side has being an eye-opener. For years we didn't text so it's not
0:06:57 > 0:07:03more important now than it ever was, so it can wait.A person's telephone
0:07:03 > 0:07:06call isn't worth somebody's life.
0:07:06 > 0:07:10Nick Lyes, Head of Road Policy for the RAC joins us now.
0:07:10 > 0:07:15You have got this campaign, Be Phone Smart, but it's not having enough of
0:07:15 > 0:07:26an impact really, is it, because in 2016 there were 32 fatal crashes and
0:07:26 > 0:07:2939% of people admitted that they would pull over to look at social
0:07:29 > 0:07:35media. Or do it while they were driving, even worse. So what's the
0:07:35 > 0:07:42answer?At the moment we have six points on the licence, £200 fine and
0:07:42 > 0:07:46the Government is considering changing penalties for causing death
0:07:46 > 0:07:51by dangerous driving so it will go from 14 years to possible life
0:07:51 > 0:07:55imprisonment. You have the new penalties coming in, but we have
0:07:55 > 0:08:00also got to start shifting attitudes and that's one of the reasons the
0:08:00 > 0:08:04RAC started its campaign, Be Phone Smart, an online platform way you
0:08:04 > 0:08:09can go online, make a pledge not to use a mobile phone at the wheel,
0:08:09 > 0:08:16share it with friends and on social media. The ambition is to make it as
0:08:16 > 0:08:19socially unacceptable as drink-driving.That being said,
0:08:19 > 0:08:24there is quite a bit of confusion with regards to using a sat-nav or
0:08:24 > 0:08:34music on your phone in your car. What is acceptable pull?It is
0:08:34 > 0:08:39illegal to use a hand-held mobile phone in your vehicle in any way. If
0:08:39 > 0:08:44you have a hands-free kit, it is legal but again you must try and
0:08:44 > 0:08:50reduce the distraction that it causes. Our advice is when you get
0:08:50 > 0:08:53in a vehicle, if you don't need to have the phone, switch it off and
0:08:53 > 0:08:59put it in the glove compartment. But with the mobile phone cradle around
0:08:59 > 0:09:06the dashboard or whatever, where is it safest to have? The safest place
0:09:06 > 0:09:12you could probably put it is within your vision on your left or on the
0:09:12 > 0:09:17right, so if you look at the screen now you can see the green areas,
0:09:17 > 0:09:23they are acceptable places. Anywhere which is flashing red is
0:09:23 > 0:09:27unacceptable because that is obscuring your vision. Anywhere
0:09:27 > 0:09:33where your vision is being skewered, you do not put the hands-free kit or
0:09:33 > 0:09:39the sat-nav.And say you are using the sat-nav or your phone for music,
0:09:39 > 0:09:44can you change the June or navigate the sat-nav with your finger? The
0:09:44 > 0:09:51golden rule is to make sure you in put everything at the beginning. If
0:09:51 > 0:09:56you are planning a journey, but the destination in at the start, then
0:09:56 > 0:10:01you shouldn't need to interact with it as you are driving.Very quickly,
0:10:01 > 0:10:06what is the situation with headphones? They are legal, you can
0:10:06 > 0:10:11have headphones in the car but unfortunately, if you are using
0:10:11 > 0:10:15headphones or you have loud music on, you cannot hear what is around
0:10:15 > 0:10:21you. If there is an emergency vehicle or a motorcyclist and you
0:10:21 > 0:10:29cannot hear them, that is a dangerous situation you want to try
0:10:29 > 0:10:37and avoid.What did we do before mobile phones?We had conversations!
0:10:37 > 0:10:44We create our own problems and then we try to solve them. One of the
0:10:44 > 0:10:48things we have always had is snow and this weekend there are yellow
0:10:48 > 0:10:51weather warnings so what happens if you don't clear your windscreen
0:10:51 > 0:10:59because there are serious implications, aren't there?Yes, you
0:10:59 > 0:11:03should clear it completely because it obstructs your view which is
0:11:03 > 0:11:07potentially illegal land you could be prosecuted for that. If it is on
0:11:07 > 0:11:12top of the vehicle and it blows onto the vehicle behind, you are
0:11:12 > 0:11:17obscuring someone else's vision and the police might prosecute you for
0:11:17 > 0:11:22that. You could cause a fatal accident so it is important to clear
0:11:22 > 0:11:29your car in cold weather.Thank you, Nick.
0:11:30 > 0:11:35Nick. It is time for you to get into your car, because it is a good
0:11:35 > 0:11:39one... # Get out of my dreams and into my
0:11:39 > 0:11:43car # Get out of my dreams, get into my
0:11:43 > 0:11:48car #. APPLAUSE
0:11:48 > 0:11:53car #. APPLAUSE.
0:11:53 > 0:11:59So many brilliant hits. All afternoon we have been going through
0:11:59 > 0:12:04them, singing along, so where did the all start for you? When I was
0:12:04 > 0:12:11little my father was a musician so music has always been around me. My
0:12:11 > 0:12:15desire was always to make music. My desire growing up was to hear my
0:12:15 > 0:12:21first record on my radio. My desire after that was to have hits in
0:12:21 > 0:12:27America and I still have desires, I still keep dreaming. It is not over
0:12:27 > 0:12:33yet, it is not over until the fat lady sings. We were talking about
0:12:33 > 0:12:38you as a grandad now and is it right you bought your grandchildren
0:12:38 > 0:12:42ukeleles because of something that happened to you when you were their
0:12:42 > 0:12:52rage?Yes, when I was their age, my mother's friend bought me a blue
0:12:52 > 0:12:57ukelele, and I taught the rest myself so I try to encourage.
0:12:57 > 0:13:01Instruments for any kid is good. Steve Byrne is probably one of the
0:13:01 > 0:13:08best. It is good for any kid, it gives them a sense of confidence. It
0:13:08 > 0:13:12is great for your confidence, being able to play an instrument.Your
0:13:12 > 0:13:17fans will be delighted to know you are back on tour in October with a
0:13:17 > 0:13:24brand-new album. You haven't quite finished it yet so what is the plan?
0:13:24 > 0:13:30Like you say, in October. I go to Miami, then Jamaica, then Botswana,
0:13:30 > 0:13:35then I come back. I am just travelling and making music. In
0:13:35 > 0:13:41between, trying to finish off the album which I'm really happy with.
0:13:41 > 0:13:47I'm using a beautiful studio in Manchester. It's almost like a
0:13:47 > 0:13:53museum but the things work, the instruments work. It is great for me
0:13:53 > 0:13:59because I like being involved in the producing and making of the music. I
0:13:59 > 0:14:03can play the instruments. The technology thing has left me behind
0:14:03 > 0:14:09so the studio is perfect for me.You prefer the real instruments?Yes,
0:14:09 > 0:14:13this place is ideal. It is self-contained to the extent you
0:14:13 > 0:14:19wake up in the studio and go to bed in the studio. And this is
0:14:19 > 0:14:27apparently the dream team we have got here. Who are they?On the left
0:14:27 > 0:14:32is Perry, my drummer, on the right is my bass player. Barry in the
0:14:32 > 0:14:39middle I have been working with since 1983. It is a tried and tested
0:14:39 > 0:14:43relationship so why break it?It is interesting what Billy was saying
0:14:43 > 0:14:49about the real instruments and the live sound. Obviously you present
0:14:49 > 0:14:53the Live Lounge and when you have something that isn't technical
0:14:53 > 0:14:58instruments, it is something that is really coming back. This is why I
0:14:58 > 0:15:03love doing my show because you get to experience music in its purist
0:15:03 > 0:15:07form. There's lots of people who come in and make electronic music
0:15:07 > 0:15:11but they are classically trained and they love doing it because they get
0:15:11 > 0:15:15to show off the fact they can play the piano or the drums and it is
0:15:15 > 0:15:20excited to see.I was so excited when I came out of my dressing room
0:15:20 > 0:15:28and saw you!Legend!
0:15:28 > 0:15:41I will take you up on that.Clara Amfo is going to be his day backing
0:15:41 > 0:15:46singer.You can see him on tour in October. He will be performing in
0:15:46 > 0:15:55Coventry as part of The Biggest Weekend.I am looking forward to the
0:15:55 > 0:16:03Royal Albert Hall in October. It will be a crazy evening, I will have
0:16:03 > 0:16:11my steel pan.All three of us will come to that.
0:16:11 > 0:16:15come to that. Clara will know how important radio play is and it is
0:16:15 > 0:16:20not just about music, news weather and travel. In the year that local
0:16:20 > 0:16:22radio celebrates its 50th anniversary, here is how it can
0:16:22 > 0:16:32change lives as well.I met Ian through a dating website and I read
0:16:32 > 0:16:37his profile, which brought me to tears. He lost his wife in a car
0:16:37 > 0:16:44accident, when the children were other-macro and four. We got married
0:16:44 > 0:16:50on the 28th of May, 2016, I was married for four mums and then I had
0:16:50 > 0:16:57my accident. I fainted in the shower and I broke my neck. I then went
0:16:57 > 0:17:02into hospital for six months and I realised that I would need to use a
0:17:02 > 0:17:08wheelchair and the house would need a lot of adaptions. We got the
0:17:08 > 0:17:17disable facilities Grant. We then had to look at raising more funds,
0:17:17 > 0:17:22there was paired bricks, it needed plastering, there was no flooring
0:17:22 > 0:17:29down. My mother phoned BBC Radio Lincolnshire and put in an appeal.I
0:17:29 > 0:17:36just could not believe the amount of work that is still to be done.So if
0:17:36 > 0:17:40there is anyone listening today who can offer a bit of time, a couple of
0:17:40 > 0:17:44hours would be fantastic to do something. It would be absolutely
0:17:44 > 0:17:49great.The response was amazing, we have plasterers, painters who all
0:17:49 > 0:17:54rallied around and came and helped us. We were able to move in much
0:17:54 > 0:18:00sooner than we had first anticipated. It was just
0:18:00 > 0:18:04overwhelming, really, to see strangers coming in and helping us.
0:18:04 > 0:18:12It was lovely. We have lived in Braintree for 30 years. Our family
0:18:12 > 0:18:20is made up of my wife and myself. We have one son and a daughter. I was
0:18:20 > 0:18:26listening to Dave Monk on his programme on radio Essex and he had
0:18:26 > 0:18:31a programme on men's health and he was talking about a free men's
0:18:31 > 0:18:36health date being held at the Colchester football stadium. So off
0:18:36 > 0:18:42I toddled and I had a blood test. I suppose I had gone expecting it to
0:18:42 > 0:18:49say I was absolutely fine, nothing to worry about. I am phoning to
0:18:49 > 0:18:55thank you, last Wednesday I had a prospective May. Had it not been for
0:18:55 > 0:18:58your programme, this would now be killing me and I would have no
0:18:58 > 0:19:08inkling.Gosh. Did you have prostate cancer?Yes. In this society, we are
0:19:08 > 0:19:13very quick to criticise people when things do not go well. We are not
0:19:13 > 0:19:21quite so good to thank people when they do. So, I phoned the show and
0:19:21 > 0:19:26asked to talk to him and thanked him for saving my life. The and James
0:19:26 > 0:19:30met when we were 16 years old and during the relationship my father
0:19:30 > 0:19:36passed away four years prior to us getting married. He was always the
0:19:36 > 0:19:42person you turn to for advice, just a truly amazing man. He was always
0:19:42 > 0:19:48happy in his van, so to remember my dad I wanted to get a van for the
0:19:48 > 0:19:55wedding. I got onto the internet and I searched eBay and I was prepared
0:19:55 > 0:19:59to buy one, but unfortunately there was nothing that was really
0:19:59 > 0:20:05suitable. I just had this idea one morning to try radio Bristol.I need
0:20:05 > 0:20:12a favour, do you know someone who drives a Bedford Rascal? Might next
0:20:12 > 0:20:17guests want to hear from you if you do.The morning of the wedding, I
0:20:17 > 0:20:22walked out the front door and heard this excessive beeping down the
0:20:22 > 0:20:32road. I see this Bedford Rascal and her in the driving seat. I knew
0:20:32 > 0:20:39absolutely nothing, I was completely overwhelmed. I honestly could not
0:20:39 > 0:20:43thank everyone enough, because that small elements meant everything to
0:20:43 > 0:20:51me. And meant that there was a huge part of my dad there on the day that
0:20:51 > 0:21:04otherwise would not have been there. Not a dry eye. It was lovely.Gamu.
0:21:04 > 0:21:10We are just having a little chat. You listen to lots of radio I knew
0:21:10 > 0:21:15you wanted to do that, was there any specific incident that had a really
0:21:15 > 0:21:23big impact?A lot of time spent with my dad in the car. He would take us
0:21:23 > 0:21:28on long drives and my mum would drag him to different parts of London for
0:21:28 > 0:21:34shopping trips and we would have the radio on nonstop, classic radio, pop
0:21:34 > 0:21:39radio, pirate radio, we would listen with my dad and I was that strange
0:21:39 > 0:21:46kid who would lock myself in my room and listen to music.Today is a big
0:21:46 > 0:21:51day for BBC Music because you are launching their Biggest Weekend. We
0:21:51 > 0:21:56have super-sized it like a wonderful musical burger! Usually we do the
0:21:56 > 0:22:00Big Weekend but this year it is Biggest Weekend and it is happening
0:22:00 > 0:22:11in four different parts of the UK, Belfast, Swansea, Perth as well. The
0:22:11 > 0:22:16tickets are gone. In just over half an hour. The line-up is really big,
0:22:16 > 0:22:24but you can still get tickets for some of the events. It is the whole
0:22:24 > 0:22:33lot.You are in Coventry.I believe so.You definitely are! They are
0:22:33 > 0:22:41sending me to Coventry. In fact the last BBC thing I did, party and the
0:22:41 > 0:22:49park. Amazing event. Is it related? It is a celebration. There will be
0:22:49 > 0:22:54lock the -- a lot of partying in the park. There are music academies as
0:22:54 > 0:23:00well. Every year when we do this, we have these academies and lots of
0:23:00 > 0:23:04young people can come and learn about working in the media, whether
0:23:04 > 0:23:10it is radio or television production, writing, we have artist
0:23:10 > 0:23:15doing master classes, we have presenters there doing talks.Anyone
0:23:15 > 0:23:21can come to the talks and see you face-to-face? Exactly. That is
0:23:21 > 0:23:31amazing for young people.We have so many resources.The academies are
0:23:31 > 0:23:39really cool. Everyone wants to know who is in Swansea, it is sold out.
0:23:39 > 0:23:45Taylor Swift, Ed Sheeran, Craig David. It is a really big year.
0:23:45 > 0:23:50Jimmy: there are in Perth. Then we have Belfast, Manic Street
0:23:50 > 0:24:00Preachers, you cannot go wrong there.Billy, there you are.
0:24:00 > 0:24:06there.Billy, there you are.Paloma Faith as well. I think you would get
0:24:06 > 0:24:10along.If you're interested and you want to get tickets for The Biggest
0:24:10 > 0:24:15Weekend look on the BBC Music website.It was a well-deserved
0:24:15 > 0:24:21restful weekend for Jake over there and in 2016 after suffering from
0:24:21 > 0:24:25depression and anxiety, he decided to go for a walk which then lasted
0:24:25 > 0:24:293000 miles. Jake finished on Saturday and it is fair to say, he
0:24:29 > 0:24:35has gone the distance in more ways than one.Looking back on it now,
0:24:35 > 0:24:44two years ago, it was the hardest time of my life. I was mismanaging
0:24:44 > 0:24:50stress, anxiety and depression with alcohol. It allowed me to be someone
0:24:50 > 0:24:55different, someone a little less damage. I was about 15 when I
0:24:55 > 0:24:58realised that I was depressed, which was strange because I had always
0:24:58 > 0:25:03been quite a happy kid. Luckily my mother works in mental health and
0:25:03 > 0:25:08she was the one who said before I tried antidepressants I should try
0:25:08 > 0:25:12exercise so I started going out, walking the dog every day. After a
0:25:12 > 0:25:16couple of weeks I noticed a significant change in my mood,
0:25:16 > 0:25:28within a minute of me realising that,
0:25:31 > 0:25:34that it had such an massive impact on my mental health, I wanted to
0:25:34 > 0:25:37show other people how effective it can be. I decided to walk around the
0:25:37 > 0:25:40whole of Great Britain. I started at Brighton Pier and headed west. Good
0:25:40 > 0:25:45morning, this is where I camped last night. Look at that. I could not
0:25:45 > 0:25:52believe, the people were saying to me, I go through that as well. My
0:25:52 > 0:25:56thoughts when I am out in the country, when I run, it feels like
0:25:56 > 0:26:00they are whizzing past me and in the city, it feels like they are on top
0:26:00 > 0:26:06of me. Everything I have is in here, I have extra waterproofs, water,
0:26:06 > 0:26:09everything else gets provided by total strangers. People sleepy and
0:26:09 > 0:26:14put me up for the night, no sleeping bag, no tent, the less things I
0:26:14 > 0:26:21have, the less worries I have. I do not need anything physical, I just
0:26:21 > 0:26:25need conversation and connection. It has been hard occasionally, my
0:26:25 > 0:26:30lowest moment was in Scotland. A friend of mine died, maybe two weeks
0:26:30 > 0:26:35before I got to Edinburgh and it had not really hit me and then a song
0:26:35 > 0:26:39came on in a cafe that reminded me of him and I felt completely alone
0:26:39 > 0:26:45in that moment. I knew that out here, running, fresh air, scenery,
0:26:45 > 0:26:50all the stuff that I know is really good for me, I would be at home and
0:26:50 > 0:26:54I would not be able to get out of bed. I am running far faster now
0:26:54 > 0:27:00look as I know I am going home in about a mile back, I saw the sea for
0:27:00 > 0:27:03the first time in a couple of weeks that was amazing. I think a lot
0:27:03 > 0:27:10about the future, I am worried that I will slip back into how I used to
0:27:10 > 0:27:14be, but it is up to me to implement what I have learned and hope it goes
0:27:14 > 0:27:23OK. CHEERING AND APPLAUSE.
0:27:23 > 0:27:26CHEERING AND APPLAUSE.Huge congratulations. How are you feeling
0:27:26 > 0:27:31now in body and more importantly in mind?First of all, I feel really
0:27:31 > 0:27:38underdressed! I feel good. There will be weird to adjust. I have been
0:27:38 > 0:27:44out on the South Downs for five days and lots of national parks, so
0:27:44 > 0:27:49getting back to city life...You look great.How are your feet
0:27:49 > 0:27:55feeling? They are OK. I bumped into this random guy in Newquay, a former
0:27:55 > 0:27:58serviceman who said I should start putting talcum powder on my feet and
0:27:58 > 0:28:03I went to his and he gave me some and ever since then, that was one
0:28:03 > 0:28:08year ago, so they are in good condition. What is the purpose? Just
0:28:08 > 0:28:14to keep your feet dry. And they don't smell as well, that is
0:28:14 > 0:28:17crucial. If you're staying in anyone's house, that is important!
0:28:17 > 0:28:22You said that you're going to implement what you have learned on
0:28:22 > 0:28:27this whole adventure, so what is the key thing that you're going to be
0:28:27 > 0:28:36doing?Stain moving, moving forward, it will be tough to put that into a
0:28:36 > 0:28:40static lifestyle when I have been living a chance in 14 so long. To
0:28:40 > 0:28:44keep talking as well, that is the main thing. I have learned about
0:28:44 > 0:28:48mental health, the more we talk to other people, the more we learn
0:28:48 > 0:28:50about ourselves and it makes you feel less alone.
0:28:50 > 0:28:59APPLAUSE. That is all we have got time for. Thank you to all of our
0:28:59 > 0:29:03guests, tomorrow we will be joined by Mary Berry.Mary Berry!
0:29:03 > 0:29:08CHEERING AND APPLAUSE.
