0:00:14 > 0:00:21Hello and welcome to The One Show with Angellica Bell.

0:00:21 > 0:00:29It's Friday and it's been the mother of all weeks.

0:00:32 > 0:00:39To Loch Ness and any monsters who live in her, let's go.

0:00:39 > 0:00:45IsYou have snow, you are disappearing in the holes.

0:00:45 > 0:00:55My God. Are you kidding? Four down, one to go.

0:00:55 > 0:00:59Yes! APPLAUSE

0:00:59 > 0:01:01APPLAUSEYes,

0:01:01 > 0:01:02the Mother of All Challenges,

0:01:02 > 0:01:03a gruelling week of swimming,

0:01:03 > 0:01:08climbing, cycling, caving and running is coming to an end.

0:01:08 > 0:01:11Alex, Debbie, Leigh and Jodi took on the rough terrain

0:01:11 > 0:01:13of the Welsh coastline - running a marathon

0:01:13 > 0:01:16distance in relay.

0:01:16 > 0:01:21We'll be hearing from Alex live in Swansea and seeing the moment

0:01:21 > 0:01:23they finally cross the finish line - we'll also remind you how

0:01:23 > 0:01:25you can support them by donating to Sport Relief.

0:01:25 > 0:01:27It's not too late.

0:01:27 > 0:01:30But here in the studio we're joined by an actor who has become hotter

0:01:30 > 0:01:34than an exploding Death Star, after leaving the Dark Side

0:01:34 > 0:01:40to become a Star Wars hero.

0:01:40 > 0:01:45We're just as delighted to have him back - it's John Boyega!

0:01:45 > 0:01:49CHEERING AND APPLAUSE Thanks for having me.Lovely to have

0:01:49 > 0:01:55you.An exciting time for you,It's been all right.Yes.It has been

0:01:55 > 0:02:00good.A new film Pacific Rim Uprising comes out, you have been

0:02:00 > 0:02:05yizy with that, you had a special screening your family went to see.

0:02:05 > 0:02:09The family was there, friends, we had a nice special screening to show

0:02:09 > 0:02:13London what the finished product is. What is that like? I can only

0:02:13 > 0:02:17imagine for a young actor, like yourself, to be able to take your

0:02:17 > 0:02:21parents, to red carpet events, and screenings of your film, you know

0:02:21 > 0:02:26which you are producing this time. It must be so satisfy, how does it

0:02:26 > 0:02:30feel?It is greatment, that is lovely. I love seeing their face,

0:02:30 > 0:02:35but it is nice to take them along, it is a job that requires do you

0:02:35 > 0:02:38travel a lot. So when you have the chance to bring your family, bring

0:02:38 > 0:02:43them. Them even seeing you on a day-to-day basis is limited so it

0:02:43 > 0:02:51was special.? Are you a daddy's boy or mummy's boy? Mummy's boy but my

0:02:51 > 0:02:57dad is my boy, you know what I mean? We will be talking about the film

0:02:57 > 0:03:00later, so thank you for being with us.

0:03:00 > 0:03:04Alex and the mums have taken on so much and we are struggling to keep

0:03:04 > 0:03:09up. Eyesterday we saw them caving in the Brecon Beacons, not Snowdonia as

0:03:09 > 0:03:16we might have said. Sorry Wales. Today they are running 28.4 miles in

0:03:16 > 0:03:19relay from Rhossili to Swansea, and it will take team work to get there.

0:03:19 > 0:03:25Here is how they got on. Our team of mums have had a week of

0:03:25 > 0:03:30hard challenges. Experiencing highs. And lows.

0:03:30 > 0:03:35And on this last day, we are planning to run 26.2 miles in relay,

0:03:35 > 0:03:41up to Castle Square in Swansea.I think we have good scenery do keep

0:03:41 > 0:03:47us going. We have our children waiting for us at the other end.

0:03:47 > 0:03:56Oh, I am going to be thinking ant my baby. I want him to say mumma. I

0:03:56 > 0:04:00hope he comes out with it at the finish line.I am going to go for

0:04:00 > 0:04:05it. But this is not just a simple run

0:04:05 > 0:04:10through a city. We will be pushing our way up the coastline of South

0:04:10 > 0:04:14Wales, across country on uneven and muddy track, it is going to be a

0:04:14 > 0:04:20real strain for all of us. It is incredibly undulating. It is

0:04:20 > 0:04:24difficult under foot. So there is lots of challenge still to come for

0:04:24 > 0:04:28our mums.Soon after our team set off on this megarun the baton is

0:04:28 > 0:04:35passed on to Amal who takes on the first solo leg.It is beautiful. But

0:04:35 > 0:04:39it soon becomes apparent running across country is not going to be

0:04:39 > 0:04:44easy.Yes, I have a pain down here because the terrain is wobbly. It

0:04:44 > 0:04:50did not want to fail. At one point, I was actually thinking about a lady

0:04:50 > 0:04:57that I met in Kenya and what she has been through, and I just kept going.

0:04:57 > 0:05:05Keep going, get to the end. Any way you can.Look at that amazing

0:05:05 > 0:05:11scenery. That is fantastic. This has God gothd to be the best

0:05:11 > 0:05:18way to end this challenge. -- has got. Leigh has felt the anguish of a

0:05:18 > 0:05:21miscarriage and later the joy of having twiners she has shown herself

0:05:21 > 0:05:26to a mum on a mission.I think I came in strong or thinking I was a

0:05:26 > 0:05:31strong person. And I also didn't realise how much I need a team round

0:05:31 > 0:05:35me. Being part of a team really gives

0:05:35 > 0:05:38you the motivation mentally and physically to achieve more than you

0:05:38 > 0:05:44probably even imagine. Mum is going to do good. As long as

0:05:44 > 0:05:48she doesn't run too fast I think she can do this. Mum, you can do this.

0:05:48 > 0:05:58File as if I can go for the whole thing. Her positivity, Debbie, is

0:05:58 > 0:06:03unlike anybody's I have experienced. Let's enjoy the hell.I'm really

0:06:03 > 0:06:08proud of you and I know that you have done all of the challenges this

0:06:08 > 0:06:13week, you have done really good. She is one of the best people I have

0:06:13 > 0:06:18met. So determined, and this team wouldn't be the success it is if it

0:06:18 > 0:06:22wasn't for her. I love her.

0:06:22 > 0:06:29The lowest point that was definitely the cycling. I can't... I have

0:06:29 > 0:06:34discovered I am tougher than I thought I was.

0:06:34 > 0:06:40This bird is unstoppable! Jodie has suffered with postnatal

0:06:40 > 0:06:45depression and hopes to help other mums by sharing her experience.I

0:06:45 > 0:06:48have spent years thinking that strong meant you never broke down,

0:06:48 > 0:06:52you were nerve weak, and this has completely shown me that actually

0:06:52 > 0:06:57what makes you strong, is when you break, you get back up. And you

0:06:57 > 0:07:01allow other people to lift you up. Me and the boys will be there for

0:07:01 > 0:07:08you at the end, cheering you on.I'm so proud of you mummy, I've really

0:07:08 > 0:07:15hope you enjoy it and love you lots. I am slipping and sliding, I can

0:07:15 > 0:07:20barely breathe because I am holding my breath to keep my balance. It is

0:07:20 > 0:07:26the final push, the final push and I want to do 100%.

0:07:26 > 0:07:32Being the team Captain has been a real privilege, Leigh approaches

0:07:32 > 0:07:38every challenge with gusto, she is kind of the female bear grill, Jodie

0:07:38 > 0:07:40out of everybody, she wears her heart on her sleeve. She has learned

0:07:40 > 0:07:45to this week. For Amal this is a celebration of working towards being

0:07:45 > 0:07:49fit enough to complete these challenge, and you can just see that

0:07:49 > 0:07:53radiating from her. Debs, so kind, and all she has done

0:07:53 > 0:07:59is look after the rest of us. And I just hope that the four women know

0:07:59 > 0:08:03how incredible I think they are, they are really focussed and that is

0:08:03 > 0:08:09why they have achieved what they set out to achieve.

0:08:09 > 0:08:15APPLAUSE An amazing effort once again from

0:08:15 > 0:08:19the mum, here they are to let you know how you can make a donation to

0:08:19 > 0:08:28Sport Relief and make their efforts worthwhile. To donate £5 text the

0:08:28 > 0:08:36word MUM.

0:08:45 > 0:08:51Thank you so much. Texts will cost your donation plus

0:08:51 > 0:08:54your standard network message charge. All of your donation will go

0:08:54 > 0:08:59to Sport Relief.

0:09:06 > 0:09:12Now, did they make it over the finish line? That is the question,

0:09:12 > 0:09:17after 28.44 long miles this was the scene in Castle Square in Swansea

0:09:17 > 0:09:24earlier. And look at them go. Over the mini round about. That is their

0:09:24 > 0:09:28relatives, past the castle. And as you said, 28.4 miles was the

0:09:28 > 0:09:33total but they each did seven miles each. That is a gruelling week, that

0:09:33 > 0:09:37would have been so difficult. They did the first five miles together.

0:09:37 > 0:09:42The last five miles together and there they are. Over the finishing

0:09:42 > 0:09:51line together. Alex in charge there. Debbie, Leigh, almam, Jodie, finally

0:09:51 > 0:09:57seeing their relative, swimming, biking, caving, running the lot.

0:09:57 > 0:09:58-- Amal.

0:10:00 > 0:10:05You can see the relief there from the faces. They have been challenged

0:10:05 > 0:10:08in different ways as well. None would describe themselves as sports

0:10:08 > 0:10:14people. That is safe to say.

0:10:23 > 0:10:28Happy to have mum home.We will hand back to you and speak to you later

0:10:28 > 0:10:33when we have caught our breath and when I have had a hug with my Little

0:10:33 > 0:10:37Ted, where is he? Well done. An amazing effort. We

0:10:37 > 0:10:42will link up with Alex and the team live in Swansea soon.John you were

0:10:42 > 0:10:46watching that with admiration in your eyes.Yes, I like the fact they

0:10:46 > 0:10:51are not sports people, just people who are ordinary, that is really

0:10:51 > 0:10:57cool. I like that. You like to push yourself as well, you had to do that

0:10:57 > 0:11:03for the film? Not at first, I hard to -- had to start learning how to

0:11:03 > 0:11:07push myself, you have to lose weight, gain weigh, keep it steady i

0:11:07 > 0:11:12that is where I learned.Is that a mark of professionalism. People look

0:11:12 > 0:11:16how hard they are working before they get to the stage, to the set?

0:11:16 > 0:11:21Yes, that shows a discipline but on top of that is endurance, in scenes

0:11:21 > 0:11:26you are having to take more than 26 takes so you have to know how to do

0:11:26 > 0:11:31that stuff, get you through and the training is similar as well.Let us

0:11:31 > 0:11:36talk about Pacific Rim Uprising. It is a follow up to Pacific Rim. We

0:11:36 > 0:11:42have seen it. It is giant robots smashing each other to bits taking

0:11:42 > 0:11:49on huge, like sea monsters as well. That sound ambitious. It is. A lot

0:11:49 > 0:11:54of cities being destroyed. A lot of stuff, but it is a great Mo

0:11:54 > 0:12:00I have to watch.It is action-packed. -- movie.You play

0:12:00 > 0:12:07Jake, don't you, Jake Pentecost, the son of Stacker. Who was played by

0:12:07 > 0:12:12Idris Elba. Which is epic in itself. That is epic. I don't even get

0:12:12 > 0:12:17scenes with him but to play a character that is related to him.

0:12:17 > 0:12:21Your on screen dad is Idris Elba.I am going to use that to get into the

0:12:21 > 0:12:28parties from now on.He did contact you.Yes, he did. I have been seeing

0:12:28 > 0:12:33him throughout the year, I see him at good moments, at the Baftas I

0:12:33 > 0:12:38said hello to him. I was freaking out. It is nice for him to send a

0:12:38 > 0:12:43nice message to me and my producing partner to congratulate us on the

0:12:43 > 0:12:49project.Tell us about your character, how does he fit in, if he

0:12:49 > 0:12:54is the son of Stacker where do you come in?It is ten years after the

0:12:54 > 0:13:02first movie. It picks up with Jake, who is a rogue, and he is a parts

0:13:02 > 0:13:07Searle and he needs to find the best...They are the giant robots.

0:13:07 > 0:13:11Yes they control them. He needs to go back to the institution in which

0:13:11 > 0:13:16they exist, and basically lead a new generation of kids to become pilots

0:13:16 > 0:13:21and it is a story of self discovery, coming of age but l you know, a

0:13:21 > 0:13:24couple of cities are going to get it.

0:13:24 > 0:13:28That is satisfying.I can see you love that role. You loved it.I

0:13:28 > 0:13:34loved it. It was great. We were flying helicopters over Sydney and

0:13:34 > 0:13:40Japan to get plates and we choosing which builds were going to go.Is

0:13:40 > 0:13:45that the right of being a producer. What does it mean to produce a film

0:13:45 > 0:13:53as well as to act in itEach producer has their part to play,

0:13:53 > 0:13:56some handling scheduling, the finances but for me it was creative,

0:13:56 > 0:14:03so I was involved with the casting, with the rewrites for the script,

0:14:03 > 0:14:08our CGI and into marketing, you follow this project from the first

0:14:08 > 0:14:14day to the last, and it is not the last day yet.I love Attack the

0:14:14 > 0:14:19Block and seeing you there, as, playing a kid, it feels like you are

0:14:19 > 0:14:25growing up yourself, you are having your own rite of passage.Yes,

0:14:25 > 0:14:31growing up.Let us see a moment when John's character find himself in big

0:14:31 > 0:14:38trouble.Power down and exit your pod.

0:14:38 > 0:14:44No. No, don't give up. You give up way too easy. That is what they

0:14:44 > 0:14:50think.

0:14:56 > 0:15:03Stop! You are in violation of code ten, section 14, operation of an

0:15:03 > 0:15:08unregistered robot...Hang on!Hang tighter!

0:15:08 > 0:15:17APPLAUSE. That was awesome!She is a brilliant

0:15:17 > 0:15:21actress. What is it with you and plastic armour? In this film and

0:15:21 > 0:15:28also in Star Wars, the storm trooper, that does not stop

0:15:28 > 0:15:35blasters!It does not! I don't know, I love good space suits and they

0:15:35 > 0:15:42keep on coming my way. In Attack the Block I did not get one of them.I

0:15:42 > 0:15:48am a super fan of Star Wars, Episode IX is coming up, between us, what

0:15:48 > 0:15:55can we expect?I don't know anything! For real, I don't know

0:15:55 > 0:16:00anything, I start filming in July. You're in it and what stage of

0:16:00 > 0:16:05production is this at?They are preparing and planning, they have a

0:16:05 > 0:16:10script but I have not read the script. He is trying! Do you have to

0:16:10 > 0:16:16go to the room where the script is? Yes, you read the script and go back

0:16:16 > 0:16:23home. I cannot lie! Sometimes you bring it home!Just come round to my

0:16:23 > 0:16:29house with it! Speaking of coming back home, you have come such a long

0:16:29 > 0:16:35way in such a short space of time but home is very important you?Very

0:16:35 > 0:16:41important, it is my beating heart. It is who I am. You have become

0:16:41 > 0:16:42patron of your local theatre in Peckham!

0:16:42 > 0:16:55APPLAUSE. Wow! What are you doing here?We can

0:16:55 > 0:17:04look at some pictures.Oh no! APPLAUSE.

0:17:04 > 0:17:12We have another one.What is happening here?

0:17:13 > 0:17:16happening here? This was about the theory that comes out of the washing

0:17:16 > 0:17:30machine! House Firy... Check out my moves! My God!

0:17:30 > 0:17:40APPLAUSE. Yes! Thank you so much to Teresa and

0:17:40 > 0:17:44Theatre Peckham! APPLAUSE.

0:17:44 > 0:17:49That is crazy! This week we have been finding out about the Sport

0:17:49 > 0:17:57Relief projects that you have helped to fund, last night we saw Debbie

0:17:57 > 0:18:02and Amal in Nairobi with the charity that supports children.Staying in

0:18:02 > 0:18:05the capital, we have been visiting mothers and their children who are

0:18:05 > 0:18:10forced to work in terrible conditions.In north-east Nairobi

0:18:10 > 0:18:18there is a quarry. Over 100 people work here. They have two chip rocks

0:18:18 > 0:18:24with a hammer every day.

0:18:27 > 0:18:30with a hammer every day. -- have to. The striking thing about this quarry

0:18:30 > 0:18:37is how many children there are. The job is exhausting and the monotony

0:18:37 > 0:18:41is incredible. Many are single mothers who have escaped difficult

0:18:41 > 0:18:46and dramatic home lives and these mothers don't have a choice. The

0:18:46 > 0:18:50work here is gruelling and dangerous, there are bits of rock

0:18:50 > 0:18:54everywhere, it is very dusty and noisy. I cannot imagine any mother

0:18:54 > 0:19:03would want to bring their culture, let alone work here. Rose has four

0:19:03 > 0:19:08children, Vivian, Karen, Lucy and Edward. They work in the quarry six

0:19:08 > 0:19:11days a week as Rose cannot afford to send them to school. Hello. Lovely

0:19:11 > 0:19:17to meet you.

0:19:17 > 0:19:21to meet you. TRANSLATION:I come in the morning at 6am and I start

0:19:21 > 0:19:24cracking the stones until afternoon. I do this to get money to buy food

0:19:24 > 0:19:31for my family.Selling bags of gravel burns Rose 70p every day to

0:19:31 > 0:19:36feed and told her family. What is the hardest thing about working

0:19:36 > 0:19:42here? TRANSLATION:I children started working at the quarry since

0:19:42 > 0:19:45last May, this place is dangerous and my son had an accident. He was

0:19:45 > 0:19:51hit on the leg and it got swollen. Why do you have to bring the

0:19:51 > 0:19:57children to work here? TRANSLATION: My husband died. I cannot watch my

0:19:57 > 0:20:02children go hungry. That is why I come here with them.We are so

0:20:02 > 0:20:10sorry.Thank you.

0:20:16 > 0:20:20May God bless you. Rosebuds their children work alongside her, with no

0:20:20 > 0:20:24protection from the heat and the dangers of the quarry. There is no

0:20:24 > 0:20:31normal childhood for these children. Vivian is eldest.

0:20:33 > 0:20:35Vivian is eldest. TRANSLATION:Me and my brother come to the quarry

0:20:35 > 0:20:41every day and it is hard work. Doesn't hurt your hands? Yes.I get

0:20:41 > 0:20:46hurt when I pick the stones. Injuries are commonplace and very

0:20:46 > 0:20:57soon, Rose gets a chip in her eye. Amal, a doctor, is here to help. We

0:20:57 > 0:21:02have not been able to get this out with the water, we are fishing this

0:21:02 > 0:21:08out.I don't have to put my baby anywhere near that danger, I worry

0:21:08 > 0:21:12if he tries to cross the road on his own, this is another world compared

0:21:12 > 0:21:18to that. What I want for those as I want crickets to have the education

0:21:18 > 0:21:24any child deserves so they can make a future and help their own mother.

0:21:24 > 0:21:27Being trapped in poverty can feel hopeless for families such as

0:21:27 > 0:21:34Rose's. This is why the childhood project funded by Sport Relief helps

0:21:34 > 0:21:39vulnerable families who work at the quarry. The children are so

0:21:39 > 0:21:43traumatised and the project offers support, counselling and eventually

0:21:43 > 0:21:47gets them back into education and the mothers are offered the chance

0:21:47 > 0:21:52to start their own business. The project is so important because it

0:21:52 > 0:21:57helps secure a safe and better future. It enables children to

0:21:57 > 0:22:02become ready to attend a government school like this one.Who really

0:22:02 > 0:22:11loves school? Put up your hands! Everyone? Stand-up! Have you ever

0:22:11 > 0:22:21worked in the quarry or had to sit with your mother? In the quarry?

0:22:21 > 0:22:27What do you want to be when you grow up?When I grow up I want to be a

0:22:27 > 0:22:41scientist. Man's.I want to be a teacher.A soldier. An artist.

0:22:44 > 0:22:46SINGING.

0:22:52 > 0:22:57Do you want to go to school?Yes. What do you want to be when you grow

0:22:57 > 0:23:05up? A pilot. Wow!

0:23:05 > 0:23:08up? A pilot. Wow!It is heartbreaking that mothers have to

0:23:08 > 0:23:13come to work with their children here to earn barely enough to work

0:23:13 > 0:23:17-- to eat. Just £10 can pay for an education and one month of meals for

0:23:17 > 0:23:23a mother like Vivian. That is pulled together and give people a different

0:23:23 > 0:23:30choice. Donate whatever you can. Thank you.John, you looked pretty

0:23:30 > 0:23:35affected by that? I come from Nigeria and for me, being exposed to

0:23:35 > 0:23:40poverty like this is different to poverty in the UK. It is

0:23:40 > 0:23:45heart-wrenching that they have to go through that.Yeah.

0:23:45 > 0:23:46An update to that story.

0:23:46 > 0:23:49We're delighted to say that Rose and her children have enrolled

0:23:49 > 0:23:50into the project you just saw.

0:23:50 > 0:23:52The girls will start at the school on Monday.

0:23:52 > 0:23:57Then work will begin with Rose to help her set up her own business.

0:23:57 > 0:24:00Now, we saw them cross the finish line a few minutes ago and it's time

0:24:00 > 0:24:07to go live to Alex and the Mother of all Challenges team in Swansea.

0:24:07 > 0:24:13Congratulations! How is everyone feeling?

0:24:13 > 0:24:17feeling?Thank you so much, Matt and Angelica, we are exhausted but we

0:24:17 > 0:24:23are so exhilarated! Right? We have had a chance to catch up with our

0:24:23 > 0:24:29families and have a shower. You will be pleased to know. Colin, we have

0:24:29 > 0:24:34run the marathon today. You have been in charge of twins, to be fair.

0:24:34 > 0:24:41How has that been while Leigh has been away with us?It has been tough

0:24:41 > 0:24:46but I managed OK.I am glad to have the back. Give us a round of

0:24:46 > 0:24:48applause for all of the dance! It is not easy.

0:24:48 > 0:24:52APPLAUSE. I have been hearing so much about

0:24:52 > 0:24:57you. I feel like I practically know you. And you have matched -- Mr

0:24:57 > 0:25:03mother quite a lot? I have and I am glad to have her back. I am sure,

0:25:03 > 0:25:10she is fantastic. We, this challenge was about doing something for

0:25:10 > 0:25:16yourself and you have got the twins and Ross, who is 20. How do you hope

0:25:16 > 0:25:20other women have been inspired by what they have seen all of you

0:25:20 > 0:25:27fantastic powerhouses this week?I cannot believe we have smashed the

0:25:27 > 0:25:31marathon, the Mother of all Challenges, and if somebody average

0:25:31 > 0:25:35can smash the marathon, imagine what other mothers can do and I hope this

0:25:35 > 0:25:40inspires people to think, I can do that and I will try that because you

0:25:40 > 0:25:44can be amazed about what you can achieve.Just try something. Nothing

0:25:44 > 0:25:54average about you! Overhear... Then, I feel like I know you. Honestly!

0:25:54 > 0:25:59Jodi has changed dramatically this week. She has got softer and softer

0:25:59 > 0:26:03as the days have gone on in such a good way. We knew that physically

0:26:03 > 0:26:09she was amazing. What changes have you seen in this lovely lady as the

0:26:09 > 0:26:15week has been going on?The Jodi that I know is that soft person. She

0:26:15 > 0:26:19has that soft element but she is also very strong and determined, she

0:26:19 > 0:26:25has to be like narrow craft or whoever on that challenge. Very

0:26:25 > 0:26:36strong and powerful. -- Lara Croft. The emotions are clear.Very

0:26:36 > 0:26:42quickly, Debbie.

0:26:42 > 0:26:49quickly, Debbie.Super mother? Why have we done this? To raise as much

0:26:49 > 0:26:54as we possibly can for all of these fantastic Sport Relief causes and

0:26:54 > 0:26:59projects and to raise awareness for maternal mental health. It is

0:26:59 > 0:27:05massive.It is so important. There are barriers have been quite high

0:27:05 > 0:27:11but I could see some tears at the end! I did not expect that. You have

0:27:11 > 0:27:15gone above and beyond in terms of personal goals this week?I have

0:27:15 > 0:27:20pushed my mind A body to places I did not think it could go and I

0:27:20 > 0:27:26broke several times. But I got onto my back over and over again despite

0:27:26 > 0:27:30significant fear. And I have got you and these other brilliant women to

0:27:30 > 0:27:36thank for that.Amal said the other day, our palms would not have

0:27:36 > 0:27:43crossed in real life, doing the caving, so let us get the total! The

0:27:43 > 0:27:47total so far, not including what is coming up out of the films...

0:27:47 > 0:27:55£384,700. Thank you so much for everybody who has donated! Your

0:27:55 > 0:27:58money makes such a difference, thank you so much. Back to the studio.

0:28:09 > 0:28:13big weekend! It is your birthday! APPLAUSE.

0:28:13 > 0:28:20Any plans? Nothing! I will sleep! I travel all the time so it is a day

0:28:20 > 0:28:26for sleeping and rest. Will you have a slice of cake?Yes, one RJ.

0:28:26 > 0:28:33Exciting to meet Angelica?Yes, I have loved you since I was a kid! I

0:28:33 > 0:28:36just want you to give me a Blue Peter badge!

0:28:36 > 0:28:41LAUGHTER That is your lot for tonight, thank
