0:09:33 > 0:09:36is the shock absorbers have completely worn out.
0:09:36 > 0:09:40Shock absorbers are part of a car's suspension.
0:09:40 > 0:09:43They work with big springs to keep the car steady.
0:09:43 > 0:09:47If the spring was on its own, the car would bounce all over the place.
0:09:47 > 0:09:51The shock absorber stabilises the springing motion,
0:09:51 > 0:09:53giving a far more comfortable ride.
0:09:54 > 0:09:56Each wheel has its own shock absorber,
0:09:56 > 0:09:59so we have to get the van up in the air for a look.
0:10:00 > 0:10:01Can you see, it's leaking?
0:10:01 > 0:10:05- Yeah.- So, it's not really doing what it's supposed to do any more.
