0:03:12 > 0:03:14Then you stick the strips of tissue paper
0:03:14 > 0:03:18so they hang out along the edge of the plate.

0:03:20 > 0:03:23Then you stick the plates together,
0:03:23 > 0:03:25trapping the tissue paper inside.
