0:02:11 > 0:02:14Ah, these look like my broken sunglasses.

0:02:19 > 0:02:23- And fitted them with wipers. - Wipers?!

0:02:26 > 0:02:31Cool! So what do they do, then?

0:02:31 > 0:02:33Do you remember that day when it was raining so hard

0:02:36 > 0:02:40Yep. That's when I broke the sunglasses. They were in my pocket.

0:02:40 > 0:02:43(CHUCKLES) Well, that got me thinking.

0:02:43 > 0:02:49Wouldn't it be great if you had some glasses to wear in the rain?

0:02:49 > 0:02:52So I made these. When it starts to rain you just press the button,

0:02:52 > 0:02:57and - hey, presto! - the wipers allow you to see perfectly!

0:03:14 > 0:03:18- Tegu's are large lizards that live in South America.- Oh!

0:03:18 > 0:03:23- So where do other lizards live? - Almost everywhere.

0:03:23 > 0:03:26Jungles, mountains, grasslands...

0:03:26 > 0:03:30In fact, one lizard spends most of its time in the ocean

0:03:30 > 0:03:32looking for seaweed.

0:03:32 > 0:03:37- A lizard that goes in the ocean? - It's called a marine iguana.- Oh!

0:03:37 > 0:03:40And it's the only marine lizard in the world.

0:03:40 > 0:03:42It spends most of its time swimming in the ocean

0:03:42 > 0:03:45looking for seaweed that grows on the sea bed to eat.

0:03:45 > 0:03:48A lizard that eats seaweed underwater?!

0:03:48 > 0:03:52- I'd love to see that!- You know what this sounds like, don't you, Kip!

0:03:52 > 0:03:54It's time to go on a wild adventure.

0:03:54 > 0:03:57We get to see swimming iguanas.

0:05:14 > 0:05:20- So, where to, Andy?- The Galapagos Islands in the Pacific Ocean, Kip.

0:05:20 > 0:05:24It's the only place in the world where the marine iguanas live.

0:05:28 > 0:05:31Whoa-ohhhhhhh...!

0:05:39 > 0:05:44Where do you think we'll find these marvellous marine iguanas, Andy?

0:05:44 > 0:05:49Well, they eat seaweed, Kip, I'm guessing just down there.

0:05:49 > 0:05:54- By the edge of the sea.- Oh, great. Well, let's head down.

0:05:58 > 0:06:02I haven't seen any yet, Andy. Maybe they're too small to see from here.

0:06:02 > 0:06:07Small?! They're good at camouflaging themselves, but small they are not.

0:06:07 > 0:06:13A fully grown marine iguana can grow up to... a metre and a half long.

0:06:13 > 0:06:16- (GASPS) That's even bigger than I am! - That's right.

0:06:16 > 0:06:20Oh, no. A gust of wind seems to be blowing us inland.

0:06:28 > 0:06:30Nice one, Kip. Come on.

0:06:30 > 0:06:33Let's go find those marine iguanas and go for a swim.

0:06:33 > 0:06:35Erm... Erm...

0:06:35 > 0:06:38I think I might just stay here and look after the Kip Mobile.

0:06:38 > 0:06:41Cats aren't too keen on water.

0:06:41 > 0:06:44- OK. If you're sure. - Yeah, yeah.

0:06:44 > 0:06:47But don't let that stop you. Just be careful.

0:06:47 > 0:06:51I will, Kip. I'll see you soon.

0:06:51 > 0:06:58Whilst Andy's out on his adventure, I'll catch up on some important work.

0:06:58 > 0:06:59Haha!

0:07:02 > 0:07:04My favourite! I love this one!

0:07:08 > 0:07:11Oh, look! I've found some marine iguanas!

0:07:11 > 0:07:15But, as you can see, these guys aren't by the water's rocky edge,

0:07:15 > 0:07:18they're actually laying eggs on this soft ground.

0:07:18 > 0:07:21And those legs and claws aren't just good for digging,

0:07:21 > 0:07:23they're good for running, too.

0:07:23 > 0:07:28Wow! She's really fast! Wait for me! Come on, let's follow her.

0:07:40 > 0:07:44I followed her all the way to the water's edge and, look!

0:07:44 > 0:07:48There are hundreds and hundreds of marine iguanas.

0:07:48 > 0:07:51Right, I'm gonna shrink down to their size

0:07:51 > 0:07:53so we can get a really good look at them.

0:07:53 > 0:07:56Size of a marine iguana.

0:08:01 > 0:08:05Perfect! Now I can... Hey! Watch where you're spraying!

0:08:05 > 0:08:10As you can see, marine iguanas have a very special way

0:08:10 > 0:08:13of getting rid of the salty sea water that they swallow.

0:08:16 > 0:08:20They spray it - oh, excuse me! - out of their noses!

0:08:20 > 0:08:27Urgh! The only probelm is, it makes it really difficult for me to see!

0:08:27 > 0:08:32Urghh! Hang on! Oh. I've got a good idea!

0:08:34 > 0:08:39Huh? Kip's wondrous wet-wiping windscreen glasses. Perfect!

0:08:39 > 0:08:43Now I can see what I'm doing. Ha-ha...! See?

0:08:49 > 0:08:53Kip's a genius. Right, everybody finished? Good.

0:08:55 > 0:08:58Is it... Hey, you!

0:08:59 > 0:09:05Right, now, as you can see, these marine iguanas are sunbathing now.

0:09:05 > 0:09:07That's because they're lizards.

0:09:07 > 0:09:11And lizards often use the heat from the sun to warm themselves up.

0:09:11 > 0:09:17But marine iguanas aren't the only animals that live on these rocks.

0:09:17 > 0:09:19Come on, I'll show you. See you in a moment.

0:09:22 > 0:09:26These crabs are called Sally Lightfoot crabs.

0:09:26 > 0:09:30They scramble over the iguanas to eat any parasites, seaweed and dried skin they find.

0:09:30 > 0:09:33But it doesn't hurt the marine iguana.

0:09:33 > 0:09:38It gives it a little make-over, and the crabs get a tasty meal.

0:09:38 > 0:09:41If you like that kind of thing.

0:09:41 > 0:09:45But now it's the iguana's turn to eat.

0:09:45 > 0:09:50Come on, let's follow them and see where they go.

0:09:52 > 0:09:55Well, I followed the iguanas

0:09:55 > 0:09:59and, look, there's a whole group of them off to get some seaweed.

0:09:59 > 0:10:01Look at them go!

0:10:18 > 0:10:23Oh, wow! That looks like great fun! You know what?

0:10:23 > 0:10:24I'm gonna give it a go.

0:10:24 > 0:10:28Better take my hat off. Take my glasses.

0:10:28 > 0:10:31These will help me see under water...

0:10:31 > 0:10:35There we go. Now, one more thing to do.

0:10:35 > 0:10:37Activate rocket pack. Underwater mode.

0:10:39 > 0:10:40OK, I'm ready to go.

0:10:40 > 0:10:42Into the wild!

0:11:23 > 0:11:24Whoa!

0:11:24 > 0:11:28Wow! That was amazing!

0:11:30 > 0:11:32Now it's time for me to get out.

0:11:32 > 0:11:36Oh. Hang on. How do I get out, though?

0:11:37 > 0:11:39Erm... er...

0:11:40 > 0:11:42Kip!

0:11:42 > 0:11:44(LAUGHS) Oh, there's one!

0:11:44 > 0:11:49- "Kip, can you come and get me, please?"- Aw, Andy...!

0:11:49 > 0:11:52Whoah! Kip!

0:11:54 > 0:11:57Kip!

0:12:10 > 0:12:13- Welcome back, Andy. - Thanks, Kip.

0:12:13 > 0:12:15So, did you see the iguanas eating seaweed?

0:12:15 > 0:12:18I most certainly did. It was brilliant!

0:12:18 > 0:12:23- Oh, and your wondrous wet windscreen swipers worked a treat.- Oh. Great.

0:12:23 > 0:12:25Then let's head home.
