:00:09. > :00:13.Today's show is dedicated to the best new films and music, with spy
:00:13. > :00:23.movie Johnny English. High School Rob Flett Lemonade Mouth, and a
:00:23. > :00:37.
:00:37. > :00:40.performance from Mobil nominated On today's show, we are bringing
:00:40. > :00:44.you everything you need to see that his film and music to keep you
:00:44. > :00:50.entertained. Hands up if you like gadgets. Hands up if you like to
:00:50. > :00:53.have a laugh. You do? Well, you're going to love the new Rowan
:00:53. > :00:58.Atkinson film Johnny English Reborn. He is basically a spy who is not
:00:58. > :01:02.very good but he is very funny and clever. I cannot help it, I do that
:01:02. > :01:06.when I talk. We have gone behind the scenes. Sometimes you get to go
:01:06. > :01:10.and have a little look around, but we did a lot better than that. By
:01:10. > :01:14.dawn to talk to the main man and I went right to the top to meet the
:01:14. > :01:21.head designer of gadgets, who taught me how to make a great gizmo.
:01:21. > :01:25.He knows no fear, he knows no danger. He knows nothing. Johnny
:01:25. > :01:30.English is back. Ridiculous but fearless. He is the most unlikely
:01:30. > :01:35.agent in her Majesty's Secret Service. Work hard, play hard.
:01:35. > :01:42.this unusual spy, disaster may be an option but failure never is.
:01:42. > :01:47.When are we on security? English? Give me 24 hours.
:01:47. > :01:53.Luckily for Johnny, he has some high-tech gadgets. Including a
:01:53. > :02:01.voice-activated Rolls-Royce. A pen that turns into razor wire, and the
:02:01. > :02:04.camera that fire starts. -- a camera that fires darts. I have
:02:04. > :02:12.been given exclusive access to find out exactly how they bring the
:02:12. > :02:18.gadgets to life. First up, I chat to all for Parker, the director.
:02:18. > :02:21.This is Mi seven, their technical Lab. Johnny has come to collect the
:02:21. > :02:27.gadgets that he needs for his mission and he is pressing buttons
:02:27. > :02:32.that he should not, in typical style. That is how it turns out on
:02:32. > :02:36.the cinema screen, but this is how they actually made it work. The
:02:36. > :02:41.laptop fires a CD along something wires. At the moment the CD reaches
:02:41. > :02:46.the dummy, a technician activates an air canister that blows off its
:02:46. > :02:55.head, so it looks like the C D did it. It is very simple. We took out
:02:55. > :03:00.the CD drive. We put in an air cannon. So if somebody is annoying
:03:00. > :03:06.me to my right, I just think, you know what, shut up! It comes out
:03:06. > :03:11.faster than you imagine. It really goes for it. Next stop, the art
:03:11. > :03:15.director. Dominic is an expert in designing the coolest gadgets. Was
:03:15. > :03:22.there anything in the script that you thought, I cannot wait to
:03:22. > :03:26.create that? The bow tie it bolt cutters, for cutting wire fences.
:03:26. > :03:30.The production designer will sketch how he thinks the gadget should
:03:30. > :03:37.look and then the special-effects people will take it on. What is
:03:37. > :03:42.that? That is just a torch. Some of the gadgets require special effects,
:03:42. > :03:46.just like that. But others are surprisingly low-tech. Rowan
:03:46. > :03:52.Atkinson has to act with all kinds of spy accessories, and in this
:03:52. > :03:57.scene, he tries out one of his favourites. I did not think there
:03:57. > :04:03.would be so many sweet treats. There seemed to be a lot. Semtex
:04:03. > :04:07.chewing-gum. This one, which is my favourite, voice changing trouble
:04:07. > :04:13.lozenges. You take one out and put it in your mouth, and then suddenly,
:04:13. > :04:19.it is extraordinary. Your voice changes. I hope it works with you.
:04:19. > :04:24.It might go the other way. definitely remember these.
:04:24. > :04:31.never know when they might come in handy for your voice changing needs.
:04:31. > :04:35.Voice changing travel lodges. -- travel lozenges. This has made me
:04:35. > :04:38.want to have a go at designing gadgets. Jim overseas how
:04:38. > :04:43.everything in the film looks, so he is just the man to put my designing
:04:43. > :04:48.skills to the test. I have had a look at the set and it looks
:04:48. > :04:54.brilliant. I cannot act. Is there any chance I could be a designer?
:04:54. > :05:02.Absolutely. Have a look at page 94. There is a device contained in the
:05:02. > :05:11.script, can you design that device? Thank you, Jim. It looks like I've
:05:11. > :05:19.got some reading to do. "He takes a pen from his belt and four blade
:05:19. > :05:27.snapped open." Time to get designing. It is a pen with four
:05:27. > :05:31.blades and a red flashing light, and a wire. I don't know. I haven't
:05:31. > :05:41.thought about this. I have just drawn it. I need to start again,
:05:41. > :05:49.
:05:49. > :05:56.This time, I'm using just about At least my drawing apparatus has
:05:56. > :06:03.helped me to focus. That is the main thing. Click, fire, goal. Let
:06:03. > :06:09.us see what Jim thinks. It is a little the rough, but I think the
:06:09. > :06:16.idea is there. That was my basic pen. And then when you click the
:06:16. > :06:21.end, the blades come out. And that fires forwards. Is that full-size?
:06:21. > :06:28.No. I think it is great. That is interestingly enough, fairly close
:06:28. > :06:33.to what we did. Is it? It is. The grapple look comes out like this,
:06:33. > :06:39.and then there is another one at the end, and this goes up his
:06:39. > :06:43.sleeve. This fires the thing out of the end. That looks really cool.
:06:43. > :06:49.Mind does not look back cool. should say at the end and Tucson to
:06:49. > :06:59.the top of the building. -- this shoots out of the end and books on
:06:59. > :06:59.
:06:59. > :07:04.to the top of the building. Up we go. Are you sure that is be a
:07:04. > :07:14.sender? I would know it anywhere. Agent in distress, agent in
:07:14. > :07:18.
:07:18. > :07:27.distress! ALARM sounds. Agent in distress, agent in
:07:27. > :07:31.distress! I am over here! Thank you for telling me more about that. I
:07:31. > :07:35.will let you keep my design. I will put it on the wall. I am not saying
:07:35. > :07:39.that being an actor or an actress is no fun, but it strikes me that
:07:39. > :07:42.there are plenty more exciting roles to play in the movie business,
:07:42. > :07:48.especially if you're working on something as action-packed as
:07:48. > :07:57.Johnny English Reborn. It looks like there are a few lozenges
:07:57. > :08:04.missing? Was at you, Barney? He sounds the same. What about you?
:08:04. > :08:08.Don't Look at me, I didn't have any. Head over to a website after the
:08:09. > :08:13.show to see more hi-tech gadgets. I get to try out something before it
:08:13. > :08:16.goes into the film. It is fast and fun. What are you doing? I would
:08:16. > :08:23.like to thank all the people who have been checking out the message
:08:23. > :08:26.boards. If you were in charge, what gadgets were to create? Coral says
:08:26. > :08:30."I would invent a gadget that can send me anywhere in the world and
:08:30. > :08:37.back again." Sapphire says she would invent a gadget that would
:08:37. > :08:42.turn her -- turn her invisible. Orange shy parakeets says: "I would
:08:42. > :08:48.like a laser and a new piece to communicate with other Spies, and a
:08:48. > :08:54.video camera necklace." Finally, Lennon crazy Kamal says that he or
:08:54. > :08:58.she would invent a portal to another dimension. If the transport
:08:58. > :09:02.yourself to the red carpet of a film premiere, you might bump into
:09:02. > :09:06.the stars of our next film. Disney have brought out a film called
:09:06. > :09:11.Lemonade Mouth and when they're a Lister's editor London, I was the
:09:12. > :09:16.tour guide for a day. This being Blue Peter, we added a challenge.
:09:16. > :09:20.London, home to nearly 8 million people. Hundreds of famous
:09:20. > :09:25.attractions and loads of tourists. Not surprising that the city
:09:25. > :09:34.receives over 20 million visitors every year. Today is the
:09:34. > :09:39.destination for three more visitors. Hayley... Brigitte... And Adam.
:09:39. > :09:43.They are the stars of Disney's latest hit TV movie, Lemonade Mouth.
:09:43. > :09:47.Lemonade Mouth is a band formed when these guys met in school
:09:47. > :09:50.detention. Instead of doing their punishment, they messed around with
:09:50. > :09:56.instruments and discovered that they find it good when they played
:09:56. > :10:00.together. -- they sounded good. They have been hard at work
:10:00. > :10:07.promoting their new movie. Meeting their fans and performing on live
:10:07. > :10:12.television. I have arranged a special tour to show them off on
:10:12. > :10:16.time during their visit, and help them kickback. But this will not be

:10:31. > :10:33.bus. This is going to be your exclusive tour of the capital city.
:10:33. > :10:38.I have done a little bit of research and found out something
:10:38. > :10:43.about each of you. I am hoping that I have got three farm things lined
:10:43. > :10:52.up and you will have a good day. All will become clear. For now, sit
