:02:11. > :02:15.no wonder this mighty fish has survived for over 400 million years.

:02:22. > :02:28.come to London aquarium to find out. Every day, thousands of visitors
:02:28. > :02:34.come here to watch and learn about 14 different species of shark.
:02:34. > :02:40.There's the sand tiger, the largest at a whopping 2.6 metres long. The
:02:40. > :02:46.zebra shark with its stripes that turn into spots as it matures
:02:46. > :02:51.providing camouflage from predators above. And the heavily armoured bow
:02:51. > :02:57.mouth shark nofrplly found hunting for prey on the seabed. Today,
:02:57. > :03:05.these guys have to make room for three more tank maitsz -- tank-
:03:05. > :03:10.mates. Say hello to the black tip reef shark. Jamie, have have you
:03:10. > :03:18.decided to introduce black reef tip sharks into your aquarium? We've
:03:18. > :03:26.never had black tip tip reef sharks before. What's special about them.
:03:26. > :03:29.They have these black tips on their dorsel fins. They are fast swimmers
:03:30. > :03:35.and excellent hunters. They are found in shallow waters. Sharks
:03:35. > :03:38.like to stay where there's more water beneath them. These guys like
:03:38. > :03:45.to come right into the shallows. I've seen them in the wild with
:03:45. > :03:51.their fins out of the water. Jimmy fills me on this amazing
:03:51. > :03:56.animal there's something I have to tell him. I have a bit of aphobey
:03:56. > :04:01.about sharks, being this close to them. We'll make sure you're safe
:04:01. > :04:05.and it is safe and stress-free for the animals too. Statistically,
:04:05. > :04:10.you're seven times as likely to be killed by a falling coconut than a
:04:10. > :04:15.shark. Right now, that's not making me feel much better. In the wild,
:04:15. > :04:23.black reef tip sharks are found in the Indian and Pacific oceans in
:04:23. > :04:31.the reefs. Each shark goes into a bong owe. One of these black
:04:31. > :04:39.containsers full of artificial salt water. My goodness me, my heart is
:04:39. > :04:49.beating fast. We pushed the bong owe up two floors. To a platform
:04:49. > :04:53.
:04:53. > :04:57.right above the huge shark display tank. One down, two to go. We moved
:04:57. > :05:02.the black tips quickly and carefully so they don't get too
:05:02. > :05:07.stressed. With the second one in as well, I'm starting to get the hang
:05:07. > :05:13.of this. I've decided to up the anti-y. This time, I'm going to
:05:13. > :05:23.help catch the third and final shark. I love the way you've left

:05:28. > :05:38.the biggest one for me? Grab that. One, two, three. Soaking. And again,

:06:05. > :06:09.them. The other fish can pick up on that. It might make them nervous as
:06:09. > :06:13.well. This gives them a opportunity to get used to the bigger
:06:13. > :06:20.environment. Tomorrow morning, we'll release them and they'll be
:06:20. > :06:27.able to go out and explore. night falls, it is time for the
:06:27. > :06:32.black tips to get some much -needed rest before they meet their new
:06:32. > :06:36.tank-mates tomorrow. Fast forward 24 hours... It's really early in
:06:36. > :06:46.the morning. I'm back at the aquarium. It is a very big day for
:06:46. > :06:50.our black tip sharks. It's moving in day. The big moment has arrived.
