:03:43. > :03:46.APPLAUSE CHEERING

:03:47. > :03:49.Thanks, Lawson, and welcome back to Blue Peter!

:03:50. > :03:57.You've been on the show before. What have you been up to since then?

:03:58. > :04:01.We've been doing lots of touring. We were with Robbie Williams last year,

:04:02. > :04:09.he's such a cool guy, great to be with him. Just been motoring the new

:04:10. > :04:14.single, Money. When is it out? 18th of March, not long now. If you'd

:04:15. > :04:20.like to stick around we will be doing a lip-synch off later, Radzi

:04:21. > :04:27.and I come I will be Justin Bieber. Stick around and be the judges. We

:04:28. > :04:30.want to hear from you. If you could lip-synch as anybody famous, who

:04:31. > :04:36.would it be and why? We especially want to know why. Now onto something

:04:37. > :04:40.a little bit different. You might have heard of my epic Sport Relief

:04:41. > :04:45.challenge that involves me and a giant inflatable ball. Last week we

:04:46. > :04:54.tried it in the safety of an indoor pool, now it was time to take it to

:04:55. > :04:58.see. -- to the sea. I'm taking on an epic challenge to run across the

:04:59. > :05:05.Irish Sea in an inflatable ball. So far I've had a taste of what I'll

:05:06. > :05:09.face at sea, met one of my Sport Relief heroes... Really, really good

:05:10. > :05:15.luck, we'll be thinking of you. And I hit an all-time low. I don't see

:05:16. > :05:17.how I meant to get from one country to another in that. This is the wave

:05:18. > :05:35.runner. Know what? This training is getting

:05:36. > :05:41.so tough, these runs are so hard. The gym work is so tough. And I just

:05:42. > :05:47.really hope we can do this, scary. Back to training.

:05:48. > :05:53.I'm now three months into my training schedule, working out six

:05:54. > :05:58.days a week and running up to 30 miles at a time, longer than a

:05:59. > :06:01.marathon. My physical fitness has improved dramatically, I have more

:06:02. > :06:05.strength in my legs and weight training has increased the power in

:06:06. > :06:09.my upper body. But all this training is starting to catch up with me.

:06:10. > :06:19.I've been doing my really long sessions in the gym, I've noticed my

:06:20. > :06:24.legs don't like me very much and my knee, especially the left knee, has

:06:25. > :06:29.been really hurting. Most of the issues, if not all of them, are

:06:30. > :06:33.about fatigue, getting tired. And start to ache when you get tired.

:06:34. > :06:39.Trevor uses a special tape to help support my knee as I keep training.

:06:40. > :06:45.Look at this, the glamour of being a wave runner. So, taped back

:06:46. > :06:51.together, I had to Scotland to face my next big test. The sea. This

:06:52. > :06:55.sleepy seaside town called Portpatrick will be the finish line

:06:56. > :07:03.for my challenge. It's about to meet the wave runner. We're here to find

:07:04. > :07:07.out how our inflatable ball will cope with the sea. For that we need

:07:08. > :07:16.a new member of the wave runner team. Introducing king of the waves,

:07:17. > :07:20.Richard. He has years of experience sailing the Irish Sea, and will be

:07:21. > :07:22.responsible for plotting my wave runner route. It's vital he sees

:07:23. > :07:32.what I can do on open water. Today is going to be a bit scary

:07:33. > :07:40.because now it feels official. I really am going to attempt to be the

:07:41. > :07:44.wave runner. See you later! Now I kind of want to get in there, do it

:07:45. > :07:53.today, hopefully make it work on the sea. Enjoy. Goodbye everyone. OK,

:07:54. > :08:02.Lindsey, start walking the other way, to the other side, turnaround,

:08:03. > :08:06.and start powering away. These are my very first steps in the sea and

:08:07. > :08:12.straightaway it feels a lot harder than the flat water of the training

:08:13. > :08:18.lake. Why am I going this way? You are getting spun, the wind gusts are

:08:19. > :08:23.changing direction. The waves make it really difficult for me to keep

:08:24. > :08:27.my balance. It's pushing me! And to make matters worse, the wind keeps

:08:28. > :08:34.pushing the off-course. I'm going in circles. Once you stop rotating, the

:08:35. > :08:39.wind catches, we need to keep it rotating to get it going. The sea is

:08:40. > :08:43.throwing me around this thing. I have to try and get some distance, I

:08:44. > :08:53.don't want the weather to beat me, so I give it another go. Let's do

:08:54. > :08:58.this, come on! Not going anywhere. But however much I try to move

:08:59. > :09:02.forward, the wind just forces me back. This is becoming impossible.

:09:03. > :09:07.What we're looking at now is the wind, it's causing a issues, we need

:09:08. > :09:12.to see the thing moving to see how we can resolve it. I can't

:09:13. > :09:16.physically move it sometimes. We found the limits of what might wave

:09:17. > :09:22.runner can take and it's worrying. It's almost too much for the Zorba

:09:23. > :09:28.to handle. It's too much for me to handle being thrown from side to

:09:29. > :09:31.side and trying to steer it. -- the Zorb. The first day has been a

:09:32. > :09:38.disaster but the next morning the weather throws us a lifeline. The

:09:39. > :09:43.wind has dropped and conditions are perfect. Time to give it another go.

:09:44. > :09:48.The thing about this challenges there are constant ups and downs,

:09:49. > :09:52.this is a world first and I think yesterday we were really feeling

:09:53. > :09:57.that. Today is day two of the sea test and I hope we can do it, bring

:09:58. > :10:01.it on. The water feels so much calmer than yesterday and for the

:10:02. > :10:08.very first time I start to cover some distance on the sea. That's

:10:09. > :10:13.great, you are actually controlling the steering now. I'm now able to

:10:14. > :10:19.use my power to keep myself facing in the same direction and I'm moving

:10:20. > :10:26.at an OK speed. You are doing good, best run yet. But there is a big

:10:27. > :10:29.problem, I'm utterly exhausted, my arms are burning and my knee is

:10:30. > :10:31.hurting again. Whilst I've done better than day one, it's not

:10:32. > :10:47.enough. I've got nothing left. Every step is

:10:48. > :10:49.such an effort. I don't get how I'm meant to be in that for ten plus

:10:50. > :11:00.hours, it's scaring me. But Blue Peter is

:11:01. > :11:04.go. I've got the best team around me, I'm at my physical peak, and I'm

:11:05. > :11:07.going to give this everything for Sport Relief. What's 20 miles

:11:08. > :11:16.anyway, to the wave runner? Makes me feel cold watching that

:11:17. > :11:21.again. It's so good, I cannot wait to see what happens. You will see

:11:22. > :11:25.the next part of that next week, the final part. I want to take two

:11:26. > :11:29.seconds to say I read all of your good luck messages, every single

:11:30. > :11:32.one, I'm not going to get emotional but they meant the world, thank you

:11:33. > :11:40.very much. On to something more cheerful. The Big Badge Wall. This

:11:41. > :11:46.is from Little Eddie, his seven, from Manchester. He sent this box.

:11:47. > :11:51.If we open... I'm inside doing might wave runner challenge, look! I'm

:11:52. > :11:56.going through the waves like the wave runner does for sports relief.

:11:57. > :12:09.You are a genius. Thank you for a picture sent in from Jena, a bee and

:12:10. > :12:15.Anoushka, on Norfolk beach. -- from Sacha Anoushka and Gina. I was in

:12:16. > :12:19.Danger Mouse a few weeks ago, playing an evil lizard called

:12:20. > :12:29.Hissteria. Somebody who loved that was Matthew, he said this. If we

:12:30. > :12:34.pull this, Hissteria. It's amazing, thank you so much for sending it.

:12:35. > :12:38.Let's talk about Sport Relief, we want you to keep sending your sweaty

:12:39. > :12:42.socks, which loads of you have done already. We asked you to send them,

:12:43. > :12:49.you've done that and then some. Keep sending them. We can see some gaps.

:12:50. > :12:53.Somebody who's sent one who is brilliant is George. It's got little

:12:54. > :12:59.noses over it, if I shake it, all of the noses smell the sock. It pongs

:13:00. > :13:02.as well. George is going to be swimming the length of a pool for

:13:03. > :13:07.sports relief. To get involved had onto the website after the show,

:13:08. > :13:11.print out one of those templates, let us know what you are doing to

:13:12. > :13:16.get involved for Sport Relief and we will add your spot to the map. On

:13:17. > :13:21.the Blue Peter website, check out the storyteller game. Create and

:13:22. > :13:28.animate stories, jokes. Even the bikes from Barney and myself's

:13:29. > :13:32.velodrome challenge. I've got my skirt and top on from the studio,

:13:33. > :13:38.running in the wave runner. The fish are being supported. Question for

:13:39. > :13:42.you. Out of everyone we know who would you most like to get in the

:13:43. > :13:44.Batmobile? Barney Harwood, easily. He got to do it a few weeks ago,

:13:45. > :13:55.check this out! It's only the Batmobile. You know

:13:56. > :13:59.that round about now I would normally say I want one but today,

:14:00. > :14:04.I'm going to change it. I really want one. The most iconic and famous

:14:05. > :14:08.car in showbiz history. Seven and a half metres long, three and a half

:14:09. > :14:11.metres wide, and it weighs three and a half tonnes. That is about the

:14:12. > :14:16.same as 30 elephants. That is amazing. Imagine how difficult it

:14:17. > :14:20.will have been to ship this to the UK from America. It came by playing

:14:21. > :14:23.in three pieces and when it got here, special mechanics were shipped

:14:24. > :14:27.in to put it together for the premiere. It is awesome and I really

:14:28. > :14:32.want one. This is one of three Batmobiles built. Ben Affleck

:14:33. > :14:36.actually filmed in this car. It is awesome. I know what you're saying,

:14:37. > :14:39.it is all very well showing us the facts but I want to see it in

:14:40. > :14:44.action. Before you do, I have something I need to do. The routers.

:14:45. > :14:49.He has the power to wipe out the entire human race. If we believe

:14:50. > :14:56.there is even a 1% chance he is our enemy, we have to make sure it is a

:14:57. > :14:57.certainty. The greatest match in the history of the world. God versus

:14:58. > :15:25.man. It's also an! Some people might say

:15:26. > :15:26.it is the kind of car you could borrow while nobody was looking.

:15:27. > :15:36.Steve, let's go! That is the coolest thing about Blue

:15:37. > :15:39.Peter. The power of television,

:15:40. > :15:48.it gets Blue Peter access Watch my hand, we are going to

:15:49. > :15:56.London. I think we can do better than that. Let's go somewhere else.

:15:57. > :16:01.Paris! Lovely. Somewhere else? Halfway round the world, Sydney.

:16:02. > :16:07.Lovely. It's a nice year, hot. I want somewhere else. One nice Place,

:16:08. > :16:16.Los Angeles. There would be nice. I think we are actually in LA. No way!

:16:17. > :16:23.That's impossible! Look at the palm trees, the sand, the sea breeze, we

:16:24. > :16:27.are in LA! That's right, we are actually in Los Angeles for a very

:16:28. > :16:32.special reason. We adhere to pay a visit to one of the world's biggest

:16:33. > :16:35.animation Studios. I absolutely guarantee that you have seen a

:16:36. > :16:46.DreamWorks movie before. They have made loads of films like Chirac,

:16:47. > :16:57.Madagascar, How To Train Your Dragon and kung fu Panda. You must be the

:16:58. > :17:02.dragon warrior. And you must be Kai. Beast of vengeance, maker of widows.

:17:03. > :17:08.And here is where it is made. Check out those Oscars! But we're not just

:17:09. > :17:14.here for a tour of the studios. We have one more surprise for you. We

:17:15. > :17:17.are actually going to be in Kung Fu Panda three. I can't believe this.

:17:18. > :17:27.We're going to be lending our voices to two new pandas. But where do you

:17:28. > :17:34.start voicing characters for a animated movie? Let's ask the voiced

:17:35. > :17:40.rectors. You guys are going to be part of a bunch of characters we

:17:41. > :17:43.meet in Panda village. What are your top tips? Channel your inner Panda.

:17:44. > :17:53.Have fun with it and see what comes out of it. We are so excited. Let's

:17:54. > :18:00.do this. To help us find those in pandas, Jennifer and Alessandro take

:18:01. > :18:06.us through our lines. Everyone, temp me back -- Li is back! We have been

:18:07. > :18:10.told we can make our characters sound however we want, which takes

:18:11. > :18:17.some getting used for. I never do things that I don't know whether it

:18:18. > :18:30.is right or wrong. They are back, everyone, Li is back! Yeah! I am

:18:31. > :18:42.eating, that is so good. I need to come over there! That is wonderful.

:18:43. > :18:46.And we even get to do some kung fu. It might look a bit odd, but moving

:18:47. > :18:55.helps us really feel our characters. We did it! Today has been off the

:18:56. > :19:00.charts. I cannot wait to see this in the cinema. It has been incredible.

:19:01. > :19:07.The only problem is, we used all the magic to get here but how will we

:19:08. > :19:13.get back? Watch this. But dear. Don't worry. Taxi! Fast forward a

:19:14. > :19:20.few weeks, and we were ready to record our parts back in the UK. We

:19:21. > :19:27.made it! They are back! Gimme a second... Now we are featured in a

:19:28. > :19:37.Hollywood movie, maybe it is time we started hanging out with other film

:19:38. > :19:41.stars, like Po himself, Mr Jack Black. Spare me the chitchat, let's

:19:42. > :19:44.do this. Jack has been an Blue Peter before so we have a special surprise

:19:45. > :19:51.in store. If you do something more than once on the Peter, we award you

:19:52. > :19:57.with a silver badge. So I will present you with your silver badge.

:19:58. > :20:02.My Daesh! Not many people have one of those. -- my gosh. This is truly

:20:03. > :20:06.an honour. Let's talk about your character, Po. We play cute baby

:20:07. > :20:11.pandas and you play a great big Panda who has been in all three

:20:12. > :20:14.films. What was it like to play him? Playing Po has been one of the

:20:15. > :20:22.greatest things of my life. We have grown up together. Chat chat chat.

:20:23. > :20:26.It has been like a journey, the beginning, the middle, and the end.

:20:27. > :20:31.This is like the grand finale so it is exciting. How do you focus your

:20:32. > :20:40.inner Panda? Silent meditation every morning. A powerful breakfast. And

:20:41. > :20:49.kung fu. So if you check out Kung Fu Panda three, make sure you listen

:20:50. > :20:55.out for us. Everyone, Li is back! He found his son!

:20:56. > :20:58.That was one of the coolest things I have ever been part of. But take a

:20:59. > :21:02.look at this picture here. These are the credits. And who is above our

:21:03. > :21:08.names, but the children of Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie!

:21:09. > :21:11.Now, have you been gripped by the amazing CBBC's Got What It

:21:12. > :21:25.The winner, and the person who will be performing at radio one's big

:21:26. > :21:29.weekend is Amaria. Please welcome Lauren Platt

:21:30. > :21:45.and winner of Got What It Takes, Lauren, I know you from X Factor.

:21:46. > :21:51.You presented this series. How was that? It was nice to be on the other

:21:52. > :21:54.side of things. It is not something I ever expected myself to do after X

:21:55. > :22:00.Factor but I actually loved every bit. You have done a fantastic job.

:22:01. > :22:05.And Amaria, we saw how shocked you were but what was it like when they

:22:06. > :22:10.said your name? In the moment, it was just like, she was taking a

:22:11. > :22:13.while, and I was like, just say it out, but when they said my name I

:22:14. > :22:19.was shocked and excited. You can really say that. That means you are

:22:20. > :22:24.going to be performing in extra as part of the big weekend. What do you

:22:25. > :22:25.think? I am pumped. I want to get it over and done with. And well

:22:26. > :22:31.deserving winner. As you're both now experts,

:22:32. > :22:47.we want you all to judge a Radzi v We need to two judges. Please

:22:48. > :22:48.welcome back Lawson. First up, we have Lindsey performing sorry by

:22:49. > :22:56.Justin Bieber. # You gotta go and get angry

:22:57. > :23:00.at all of my honesty. # You know I try but I don't do too

:23:01. > :23:03.well with apologies. # Cos I just need one more

:23:04. > :23:14.shot at forgiveness. # I know you know that I made those

:23:15. > :23:19.mistakes maybe once or twice. # And by once or twice I mean maybe

:23:20. > :23:24.a couple of hundred times. # So let me, oh, let me redeem, oh,

:23:25. > :23:28.redeem, oh, myself tonight. # Cos I just need one more

:23:29. > :23:32.shot, second chances. # Cos I'm missing more

:23:33. > :23:42.than just your body, oh. # Yeah, I know-oh-oh

:23:43. > :23:50.that I let you down. # Is it too late

:23:51. > :23:57.to say I'm sorry now? # Is it too late

:23:58. > :24:18.to say I'm sorry now? Here he is, lip syncing

:24:19. > :24:33.to Adele's, Hello. # I was wondering if after all these

:24:34. > :24:38.years you'd like to meet. # They say that time's

:24:39. > :24:48.supposed to heal you. # I'm in California dreaming

:24:49. > :25:05.about who we used to be. # I've forgotten how it felt before

:25:06. > :25:20.the world fell at our feet. # There's such

:25:21. > :25:22.a difference between us. # At least I can say

:25:23. > :25:41.that I've tried. # To tell you I'm sorry

:25:42. > :25:45.for breaking your heart. # It clearly doesn't

:25:46. > :26:11.tear you apart any more. You make such a mass! I am a

:26:12. > :26:19.chicken! Over to you, judges. Let's vote. Three, two, one. I'm so sad.
