5:59:48 > 5:59:51On today's show, Lindsey and myself go indoor skydiving,
5:59:51 > 5:59:53Tilly Ramsay has a Father's Day bake -
5:59:53 > 5:59:54but before that
5:59:54 > 5:59:56we have an electrifying performance in the dark!
5:59:56 > 5:59:59No, guys, too early! Someone could hurt them... Whoa!
5:59:59 > 6:00:01GLASS SMASHES I'm fine, didn't hurt.
6:00:18 > 6:00:20CHEERING
6:00:20 > 6:00:22ELECTRONIC MUSIC PLAYS
6:01:11 > 6:01:13ELECTRIC SPARKS
6:01:30 > 6:01:33MUSIC: Feeling Good by Muse
6:01:33 > 6:01:35# Birds flying high
6:01:35 > 6:01:39# You know how I feel
6:01:39 > 6:01:42# Sun in the sky
6:01:42 > 6:01:45# You know how I feel
6:01:45 > 6:01:48# Breeze drifting on by
6:01:48 > 6:01:51# You know how I feel
6:01:51 > 6:01:53# It's a new dawn
6:01:53 > 6:01:55# It's a new day
6:01:55 > 6:02:00# It's a new life for me

6:02:02 > 6:02:04RHYTHMIC CLAPPING
6:02:33 > 6:02:35CHEERING
6:03:21 > 6:03:23CHEERING
6:03:25 > 6:03:28- Yay!- What a performance!
6:03:30 > 6:03:34That was fantastic. But, ladies and gentlemen, boys and girls,
6:03:34 > 6:03:36Barney's back! Mate!
6:03:36 > 6:03:39It's the happy dance. I've missed it, mate.
6:03:39 > 6:03:41- How are you doing?- Mate, forget about me, what about you?
6:03:41 > 6:03:43New hair, new guy. How are you feeling?
6:03:43 > 6:03:45I love it. I'm in light entertainment now.
6:03:45 > 6:03:48There he goes! Guys, I want to talk to YOU now,
6:03:48 > 6:03:50in fact, let me present you with this box here.
6:03:50 > 6:03:54That was a magical performance. How on earth did you do it?
6:03:54 > 6:03:58Well, each of the video suits has 2,500 LEDs.
6:03:58 > 6:03:592,500...
6:03:59 > 6:04:03We have to programme each of those LEDs to do individually something
6:04:03 > 6:04:06- different to all of the other ones. - But that's 2,500 per suit.
6:04:06 > 6:04:08That's 12,500 for the entire range.
6:04:08 > 6:04:11They all have to be programmed individually for the show.
6:04:11 > 6:04:12- Each one?- It's unbelievable.
6:04:12 > 6:04:14It's so awesome, isn't it?
6:04:14 > 6:04:17Is it fair to say you're half robot, half human?
6:04:17 > 6:04:19Pretty much.
6:04:19 > 6:04:21- I'd say so. If you just hold that. - I've got it, yeah.
6:04:21 > 6:04:24We start the show plugged in.
6:04:24 > 6:04:27- I like the look of this box already. - This is the robot part.
6:04:27 > 6:04:30This is so you can link all of the suits together, isn't it?
6:04:30 > 6:04:33- Exactly.- You only do this when you're doing the show, yeah?
6:04:33 > 6:04:35We do this at the start of the show,
6:04:35 > 6:04:37- then we unplug and we're free to dance.- Yeah.
6:04:37 > 6:04:40So we've actually made something especially for you.
6:04:40 > 6:04:43- Have you?- Yes. Please dip the lights, please, for this.
6:04:43 > 6:04:45If you'd like to press the red button.
6:04:45 > 6:04:46I'd love to, yeah.
6:04:48 > 6:04:52- Oh, look at that! "I want one"!- That's clever.
6:04:52 > 6:04:53I DO want one. Can I have one?
6:04:53 > 6:04:57- Where do I get one from?- We design and build the suits ourselves.
6:04:57 > 6:04:59If you really want one, then you have to come and join
6:04:59 > 6:05:02- Feeding the Fish.- Amazing. Alex, I know you've a surprise for me -
6:05:02 > 6:05:03I've got a surprise for you.
6:05:03 > 6:05:05This isn't the first time you've been on Blue Peter.
6:05:05 > 6:05:08- No.- When you're on the show a few times,
6:05:08 > 6:05:09something happens here.
6:05:09 > 6:05:12Yes, when you've been on more than once but do something different -
6:05:12 > 6:05:14you've taught Barney how to do a fantastic performance -
6:05:14 > 6:05:16you earn one of these.
6:05:16 > 6:05:18Your very own Blue Peter silver badge...
6:05:18 > 6:05:22- Yeah! - Alex, there you go.- Oh, my God!
6:05:22 > 6:05:25- Congratulations.- One more time, Feeding the Fish, everybody.
6:05:25 > 6:05:26Aren't they amazing?!
6:05:26 > 6:05:28APPLAUSE That was amazing.
6:05:30 > 6:05:33- Barney, it is good to have you back, my friend.- It's good to be here.
6:05:33 > 6:05:36- Where's the third one gone?- She's on holiday, but she's back next week.
6:05:36 > 6:05:37- All three of us together.- OK, fine.
6:05:37 > 6:05:40In that case, let's talk about Spot Shelley, shall we?
6:05:40 > 6:05:42This is one of my favourite things about the show.
6:05:42 > 6:05:45This is Shelley, and she is somewhere in the show.
6:05:45 > 6:05:48Now, she could be anywhere. That's a big clue for you, by the way.
6:05:48 > 6:05:51Keep your eyes peeled. Spot Shelley. The first person to do that and
6:05:51 > 6:05:54get in touch via the fan club, wins themselves a million pounds.
6:05:54 > 6:05:57- That's not true. - That really is not true.
6:05:57 > 6:06:03Now, though, it is time for a little bit of Lindsey versus Radzi.
6:06:03 > 6:06:04Wicked, bring it on.
6:06:07 > 6:06:08Oh, excuse me -
6:06:08 > 6:06:11in fact, before I even talk to you about Lindsey versus Radzi,
6:06:11 > 6:06:13I'm going to call YOU out, my friends.
6:06:13 > 6:06:17I want you to tell us what your favourite one-liner jokes are.
6:06:17 > 6:06:19Make them very, very funny indeed.
6:06:19 > 6:06:22- Jump onto the Blue Peter Fan Club... - Let's make this a challenge.
6:06:22 > 6:06:25You send in your one-liner, and I've got to guess what the punchline is.
6:06:25 > 6:06:27- How's that?- Done, absolutely done. - Beautiful.
6:06:27 > 6:06:30Send them in right now. Now, it's time for a challenge.
6:06:30 > 6:06:32It's Lindsey and Radzi.
6:06:32 > 6:06:34She's not here, but this was a lot of fun.
6:06:39 > 6:06:42Today we're in a top-secret location.
6:06:42 > 6:06:44- In Bedford. - Well, now it's not secret.
6:06:44 > 6:06:47And we're here to do something like we've never done before.
6:06:47 > 6:06:48We're going to fly!
6:06:48 > 6:06:51Well, not quite flying, more like falling in style.
6:06:52 > 6:06:54For almost 100 years,
6:06:54 > 6:06:57skydiving has been popular with thrill seekers all over the world.
6:06:59 > 6:07:01But it requires nerves of steel,
6:07:01 > 6:07:04a plane...oh, and don't forget a parachute.
6:07:04 > 6:07:06So it's not necessarily the easiest sport to get into.
6:07:08 > 6:07:09But there is a way you can experience
6:07:09 > 6:07:12the thrill of freefall without jumping out of a plane.
6:07:14 > 6:07:15Indoor skydiving.
6:07:17 > 6:07:21It's a new competitive sport that's really taking off.
6:07:21 > 6:07:24People of all ages can do it - and today we're going to give it a go.
6:07:26 > 6:07:29So we met instructor Paul to find out more.
6:07:29 > 6:07:33- How does it work?- Basically, you've got a super huge fan
6:07:33 > 6:07:34right up there...
6:07:34 > 6:07:38- That is huge!- ..which is going to create up to 180mph worth of wind.
6:07:38 > 6:07:41You're going to be supported by the wind right here.
6:07:41 > 6:07:43180mph?!
6:07:43 > 6:07:45Actually, to be fair, for you guys today, maybe 120.
6:07:45 > 6:07:49- Oh, that's nothing(!)- If you get better, we're going to turn it up.
6:07:49 > 6:07:50- Bring it on!- We're so excited.
6:07:50 > 6:07:53- Can we get flying?- Absolutely. - Let's go!
6:07:54 > 6:07:56This is so cool!
6:07:56 > 6:07:59But of course, it's easy when you've got
6:07:59 > 6:08:00a top instructor holding on to you.
6:08:00 > 6:08:05And that 120mph wind can create some really funny faces.
6:08:06 > 6:08:08Mum, look at my chops!
6:08:10 > 6:08:12The next step in our training is to learn
6:08:12 > 6:08:14how to let go of the instructor,
6:08:14 > 6:08:16and, with tiny movements of our arms and feet,
6:08:16 > 6:08:18start attempting a few moves, like spins.
6:08:21 > 6:08:23It's great fun.
6:08:23 > 6:08:26But don't take our word for it, these young fans love it too.
6:08:26 > 6:08:29When you first get in, you feel really light
6:08:29 > 6:08:32and it just feels all tickly.
6:08:33 > 6:08:36Skydiving is fun because your face goes like...
6:08:36 > 6:08:37- Ooh-ooh, ooh-ooh. - THEY LAUGH
6:08:40 > 6:08:43Wow, that's so much fun.
6:08:43 > 6:08:46- I love this.- That is off the chart.
6:08:46 > 6:08:48But, Linds, I think we need to up the ante a little bit.
6:08:48 > 6:08:50Oh, yeah, we could do a little dance-off.
6:08:50 > 6:08:54We could, or we could join some teams. Roll the awesome footage.
6:08:56 > 6:08:58Time for a Blue Peter challenge.
6:08:58 > 6:09:02So, we'll each work with a British indoor skydiving team,
6:09:02 > 6:09:05to learn a series of choreographed moves.
6:09:05 > 6:09:08We'll then take it in turns to display the routine
6:09:08 > 6:09:09against the clock.
6:09:10 > 6:09:15Lindsey's joining super skydiving squad Volition,
6:09:15 > 6:09:16and I'm with top team ACM.
6:09:19 > 6:09:20Now we have our teams,
6:09:20 > 6:09:24we need to try and memorise the moves we'll be performing.
6:09:24 > 6:09:26To do this, we'll be using creepers,
6:09:26 > 6:09:29wheel boards that allow us to practise on the ground.
6:09:29 > 6:09:32- Now you're doing your solo... - Solo spin?- Spin.
6:09:34 > 6:09:36- And then...- Oh, my God.
6:09:36 > 6:09:38You all right? Yeah?
6:09:38 > 6:09:40This is so complicated.
6:09:40 > 6:09:42I know it looks like a lot of fun, and it is a lot of fun,
6:09:42 > 6:09:44but there's so much to think about.
6:09:44 > 6:09:46I'm struggling too.
6:09:46 > 6:09:49We have to perform a number of different moves,
6:09:49 > 6:09:51including solo and team spins.
6:09:51 > 6:09:54And what's more, we have just 35 seconds to do as many as possible.
6:09:55 > 6:09:58This is a great example of meeting experts
6:09:58 > 6:10:00that have done what they've done for a very long time,
6:10:00 > 6:10:04and us having exactly one day in which to try and keep up.
6:10:04 > 6:10:07We don't normally have people doing these types of turns
6:10:07 > 6:10:09and these types of formations
6:10:09 > 6:10:11right on their first go, on their first day.
6:10:11 > 6:10:15So the fact that he's still keeping up, it's really good.
6:10:15 > 6:10:17When she first started learning,
6:10:17 > 6:10:21I thought she showed natural talent right from the beginning
6:10:21 > 6:10:23and she's got better and better as the day's progressed.
6:10:23 > 6:10:25So I think we're going to nail it.
6:10:25 > 6:10:27So it's officially game on.
6:10:27 > 6:10:30Time to take our training back to the wind tunnel
6:10:30 > 6:10:32and practise our moves for real.
6:10:33 > 6:10:37So, what Lindsey is very good at is her manoeuvres.
6:10:37 > 6:10:39She is so precise, and she's quick.
6:10:41 > 6:10:44But I'm not going to let Linds run away with it.
6:10:44 > 6:10:47I need to get in there and perfect my technique too.
6:10:47 > 6:10:51I am struggling to control my spins, though.
6:10:51 > 6:10:52What's good to see is that
6:10:52 > 6:10:55Radzi is having all the same problems,
6:10:55 > 6:10:59all the same balance issues, the same grabbing problems as I am.
6:10:59 > 6:11:01So it does make me feel a bit better.
6:11:01 > 6:11:03But it's going to be close.
6:11:04 > 6:11:07And before long, the training's over.
6:11:07 > 6:11:09We've got to perform the same display
6:11:09 > 6:11:12and complete as many formation moves as possible
6:11:12 > 6:11:14in just 35 seconds.
6:11:16 > 6:11:18Linds, this is it.
6:11:18 > 6:11:21Chinyanganya, I'm going to fall better than you.
6:11:21 > 6:11:23I'm going to forget my routine better than you, Linds.
6:11:23 > 6:11:26Yeah, I might go on my back by accident.
6:11:26 > 6:11:28Yeah, and I'm going to... I mean...I think...
6:11:28 > 6:11:30- Shall we just do it?- Yeah.- Come on.
6:11:32 > 6:11:34One of the instructors will be keeping score
6:11:34 > 6:11:37and each successful move earns a point.
6:11:38 > 6:11:40I'm up first.
6:11:40 > 6:11:42I manage a perfect team spin...
6:11:43 > 6:11:45..followed by a solo.
6:11:46 > 6:11:49But as I try to link back up with my team, I miss a grab!
6:11:49 > 6:11:51Oh, no, Radz!
6:11:51 > 6:11:54We get back on track and we complete another team spin.
6:11:55 > 6:11:57He's back in it now. He's doing really well.
6:11:57 > 6:11:59But as I attempt another solo...
6:11:59 > 6:12:01Against the wall, against the wall! Radz, Radz, Radz!
6:12:01 > 6:12:04Again I manage to recover, and get some points in at the end.
6:12:04 > 6:12:07But it's all over so fast.
6:12:09 > 6:12:11Now it's Lindsey's turn.
6:12:11 > 6:12:13Can she do any better?
6:12:13 > 6:12:16Just like me, she manages the team spins, no problem.
6:12:18 > 6:12:21She's off to an absolute flyer here.
6:12:21 > 6:12:22See what I did there? I said "flyer".
6:12:24 > 6:12:26Linds also nails the solo spin.
6:12:26 > 6:12:28This competition's hotting up.
6:12:29 > 6:12:32Oh, look at that. They are quick!
6:12:32 > 6:12:35A series of quick grabs and a final spin.
6:12:35 > 6:12:37But then, disaster.
6:12:37 > 6:12:39She loses concentration and falls.
6:12:39 > 6:12:41Has that blown it in the last seconds?
6:12:42 > 6:12:45Time for lead instructor Paul to reveal the scores.
6:12:45 > 6:12:47The winners, with 17 points...
6:12:50 > 6:12:54- ..Lindsey's team.- Yes! - Well done.- Yay!
6:12:54 > 6:12:56Well done, guys.
6:12:56 > 6:12:59So the final result was 17-12 to Lindsey.
6:12:59 > 6:13:02She managed more complete moves.
6:13:02 > 6:13:04Way to go, Linds!
6:13:04 > 6:13:07I'm lucky, because I fell over and it didn't count.
6:13:07 > 6:13:09- But there we go.- Doesn't matter. - Still the winner.
6:13:09 > 6:13:12Indoor skydiving - ten out of ten, simple as that.
6:13:15 > 6:13:16Did you see my face?
6:13:16 > 6:13:18We had so much fun.
6:13:18 > 6:13:20Now though, with Father's Day just over a week away,
6:13:20 > 6:13:22you might already be starting to think of
6:13:22 > 6:13:23ways you can spoil your dad,
6:13:23 > 6:13:26your grandad or even your favourite uncle. So with that in mind,
6:13:26 > 6:13:28who better to inspire you than the star
6:13:28 > 6:13:32of CBBC's Matilda And The Ramsay Bunch? Give it up for Tilly.
6:13:32 > 6:13:34CHEERING
6:13:36 > 6:13:38Bring it up top. Welcome to Blue Peter.
6:13:38 > 6:13:41- Thank you for having me.- Not at all, the pleasure is all ours.
6:13:41 > 6:13:44Now, we're very excited about your brand-new series.
6:13:44 > 6:13:46A new episode tomorrow. What have we got to look forward to?
6:13:46 > 6:13:49So, tomorrow I'm cooking behind a professional kitchen
6:13:49 > 6:13:51in my dad's restaurant, making burgers.
6:13:51 > 6:13:54Fantastic. They look absolutely delicious.
6:13:54 > 6:13:56So that's in a professional kitchen tomorrow,
6:13:56 > 6:13:58we're in the Blue Peter kitchen. What have you got for us?
6:13:58 > 6:14:00So, rock cakes for Father's Day,
6:14:00 > 6:14:02because my dad loves rock cakes.
6:14:02 > 6:14:04And my mum does as well, so that's two very good reasons.
6:14:04 > 6:14:06With a secret message inside.
6:14:06 > 6:14:07Secret message inside, yup.
6:14:07 > 6:14:10Fab, and the ingredients for that you will need are the following...
6:14:22 > 6:14:24Plus what we need for the secret message, Tilly.
6:14:24 > 6:14:26So, you need baking paper...
6:14:26 > 6:14:28- Yes.- ..scissors and a pencil. - Fantastic. Shall we get started?
6:14:28 > 6:14:30- We shall. - What's the very first thing we do?
6:14:30 > 6:14:33- The messages. - Yes, of course. Right.
6:14:33 > 6:14:36- So...- Is this where we draw a shape first?
6:14:36 > 6:14:38Yeah, so you can fold it so it's easier,
6:14:38 > 6:14:40and then draw a shape along the outside.
6:14:40 > 6:14:44Perfect. So it's almost like doing a symmetrical heart
6:14:44 > 6:14:46but we draw half first.
6:14:49 > 6:14:51Then we'll come to the cutting-out part.
6:14:52 > 6:14:55Give these a quick little cut.
6:14:55 > 6:14:57Like so. So I've got my heart ready.
6:14:57 > 6:14:59- Yup.- And once I've done my heart,
6:14:59 > 6:15:01do I write my message in a pen or a pencil? How shall I do that bit?
6:15:01 > 6:15:06Definitely pencil, because pen will run off inside whilst you bake it.
6:15:06 > 6:15:08Great point, Tilly.
6:15:08 > 6:15:09So you write your secret message...
6:15:09 > 6:15:11I'm going to write my secret message.
6:15:11 > 6:15:12What are you writing on yours, Tilly?
6:15:12 > 6:15:15- I can't tell you!- Ah! I like your style, I like your style.
6:15:15 > 6:15:18OK, I've folded mine and I've put it to one side.
6:15:18 > 6:15:20Now comes the ingredients.
6:15:20 > 6:15:23Yup. So, this bit is really easy.
6:15:23 > 6:15:26Pretty much everything just goes in together whilst mixing.
6:15:26 > 6:15:28Perfect, OK. So let's chuck it all in.
6:15:28 > 6:15:31So we've got the plain flour. In it goes. We've got the butter,
6:15:31 > 6:15:33I'm going to get my fingers dirty in this bit.
6:15:33 > 6:15:35In it goes, it's a bit yuck.
6:15:35 > 6:15:37There we go. Fortunately, I've washed my hands, Tilly.
6:15:37 > 6:15:39Cos there's no "i" in hygiene,
6:15:39 > 6:15:41despite what my English teacher used to say.
6:15:41 > 6:15:42Cranberries go in.
6:15:43 > 6:15:46Brown sugar goes in! In it goes!
6:15:48 > 6:15:51In your family, in fact, Tilly, who's the best chef?
6:15:51 > 6:15:54Well, I'd say either me or my mum, definitely.
6:15:54 > 6:15:56- Not your dad?- No, not my dad.
6:15:56 > 6:15:59No way! I tell you, when he watches this back, he will be livid.
6:15:59 > 6:16:01He will, he will.
6:16:01 > 6:16:03He seems to embarrass you, by the way, on the show.
6:16:03 > 6:16:06Oh, he embarrasses me a lot.
6:16:06 > 6:16:08He does. He does, erm... What's he done?
6:16:08 > 6:16:11He's taken a selfie with my headmistress at a parents' evening.
6:16:11 > 6:16:15- Has he really?- In front of everyone. Yup, he's done that.
6:16:15 > 6:16:17He's also... He doesn't know how to take a selfie, first of all,
6:16:17 > 6:16:19so he holds it that way.
6:16:19 > 6:16:22- So the back camera's facing him... - HE LAUGHS
6:16:23 > 6:16:25I've got one last egg to go in. Just going to use a single hand.
6:16:25 > 6:16:27It's not a big deal if Gordon were watching...
6:16:27 > 6:16:29Oh, no! The shell went in!
6:16:29 > 6:16:30Doesn't matter. Doesn't matter.
6:16:30 > 6:16:33Oh, no. Disaster.
6:16:33 > 6:16:36- Right.- It was close.- Fortunately you don't do that on the show.
6:16:36 > 6:16:38Do you have a favourite moment from the show?
6:16:38 > 6:16:41Um, I really enjoyed coasteering in Cornwall.
6:16:41 > 6:16:43That was very fun.
6:16:43 > 6:16:45Was it? We've got that there.
6:16:45 > 6:16:48- Yeah, it was amazing. - It looks a little bit cold as well.
6:16:48 > 6:16:51It was a freezing ocean, you just had to launch yourself in.
6:16:51 > 6:16:53You've done a fantastic job of mixing that there.
6:16:53 > 6:16:55We've got a finished one right here.
6:16:55 > 6:16:57So what comes next?
6:16:57 > 6:16:59So now we're going to roll them up,
6:16:59 > 6:17:01put our message in and get them in the oven.
6:17:01 > 6:17:03Fab. I tell you what, shall we do a quick swap-a-roonie?
6:17:03 > 6:17:04- Yup.- Thank you very much.
6:17:04 > 6:17:07So do you want to be chief roller and I'll be chief message enterer?
6:17:07 > 6:17:11- OK.- Fab.- So, you get a little bit like this.
6:17:11 > 6:17:16And...so then you put the message inside there.
6:17:16 > 6:17:18- Perfect.- And then you roll it over...
6:17:18 > 6:17:22- Yes.- ..and then roll it up into a ball.
6:17:22 > 6:17:24- Fab.- And put it on your tray.
6:17:24 > 6:17:27I think your dad will really like these, especially for Father's Day.
6:17:27 > 6:17:29We'll get the finished one out here.
6:17:29 > 6:17:31Do you have any cool stories from Father's Day?
6:17:31 > 6:17:32Or any embarrassing stories?
6:17:32 > 6:17:34One time I tried to make breakfast in bed...
6:17:34 > 6:17:36- Yes.- ..for my brothers, sisters and I.
6:17:36 > 6:17:39And we made it all - we had the tea, the orange juice,
6:17:39 > 6:17:41two pieces of toast with jam on the top,
6:17:41 > 6:17:43and we were walking up the stairs
6:17:43 > 6:17:46- and then splat - it all fell on the floor.- No!
6:17:46 > 6:17:47Well, this is a lot better.
6:17:47 > 6:17:51Hopefully he will like this. I'll get the oven gloves on...
6:17:51 > 6:17:53Would you like to do the honours with the oven, please?
6:17:53 > 6:17:56- I will.- Thank you very much. How hot is the oven, by the way?
6:17:56 > 6:17:57It's 180 degrees.
6:17:57 > 6:17:59180 degrees.
6:17:59 > 6:18:02Fantastic. So that will be in there for about 10 to 15 minutes.
6:18:02 > 6:18:04And here is one that we made CURLIER -
6:18:04 > 6:18:06because my hair's curlier, you see.
6:18:06 > 6:18:09These look absolutely fantastic, Tilly.
6:18:09 > 6:18:10Thank you.
6:18:10 > 6:18:12Finishing product, let's get the flag,
6:18:12 > 6:18:14because we don't want anyone to eat the paper.
6:18:14 > 6:18:17- No.- So, in it goes - like we've just discovered the North Pole,
6:18:17 > 6:18:20in goes the flag. If your dad were here, Tilly, what would he say?
6:18:20 > 6:18:24I think he'd be very impressed, and he loves rock cakes SO much.
6:18:24 > 6:18:27Well, you love a good prank on your show, don't you?
6:18:27 > 6:18:31Gordon, what do YOU think of this make here, sir?
6:18:31 > 6:18:32Ah!
6:18:32 > 6:18:35They actually look very nice, you know that?
6:18:35 > 6:18:38So...yeah, I'm impressed. Also,
6:18:38 > 6:18:39they're not perfectly sized
6:18:39 > 6:18:43and I'd like to see them a little bit more uniform.
6:18:43 > 6:18:44Hey, Dad!
6:18:44 > 6:18:46Madam - who is the best cook in the world?
6:18:46 > 6:18:48THEY LAUGH
6:18:48 > 6:18:50Either Mum or I.
6:18:50 > 6:18:53Do you love the fact that you're able to share a passion with Tilly?
6:18:53 > 6:18:55You know - father, daughter,
6:18:55 > 6:18:58and that's something that you can just share together?
6:18:58 > 6:19:01First of all, Radzi, I've taught her everything she knows.
6:19:01 > 6:19:03No, you haven't!
6:19:04 > 6:19:09And erm...I'm still waiting for that amazing breakfast in bed.
6:19:09 > 6:19:11Because half of it fell on the staircase.
6:19:11 > 6:19:13Do you remember?
6:19:13 > 6:19:15I do remember.
6:19:15 > 6:19:17We'll open up the message we've got here.
6:19:17 > 6:19:19Let's open the message we've got.
6:19:19 > 6:19:21Let's see what it says here.
6:19:21 > 6:19:23What does it say for your dad, Tilly?
6:19:23 > 6:19:26- Let's open it...- It says... - Wait for it.
6:19:27 > 6:19:28- BOTH:- "You rock"!
6:19:28 > 6:19:30Thank you, Tilly.
6:19:30 > 6:19:31Don't worry.

6:19:49 > 6:19:51Amazing. What a brilliant surprise.
6:19:51 > 6:19:53And I'm going to be checking that recipe out online,
6:19:53 > 6:19:56and if Radzi was in a spelling competition then he would've lost.
6:19:56 > 6:19:59There is, of course, an I in hygiene, just like there's an F.
6:19:59 > 6:20:03Now if I was to eat rock cakes, I would have this to eat them with.
6:20:03 > 6:20:04It's a wooden Barney spoon,
6:20:04 > 6:20:06how cool is this? Phoebe, you're a genius.
6:20:06 > 6:20:09Look, we've even got the little Blue Peter badge down here as well -
6:20:09 > 6:20:11and, Phoebs, I'm sorry, I changed my hair colour
6:20:11 > 6:20:13before I told you, didn't I?
6:20:13 > 6:20:15So it's the wrong colour hair but I still love it. My Barney spoon.
6:20:15 > 6:20:18We can't also forget about our Iggy spoon,
6:20:18 > 6:20:20the Lindsey spoon, and the Radzi spoon.

6:20:24 > 6:20:25Timmy has drawn this picture.
6:20:25 > 6:20:28It's actually inspired by Picasso, the famous artist.
6:20:28 > 6:20:31Apparently he drew it to remind you all of me while I was away.
6:20:31 > 6:20:33We can see here that Radzi's doing his happy dance...
6:20:33 > 6:20:34- Yes!- ..His face is perfectly normal.
6:20:34 > 6:20:36That's me up there. I'm holding cake.

6:20:52 > 6:20:53well, not when I open it.

6:21:02 > 6:21:03- from last week's show.- Yes!
6:21:03 > 6:21:06Lilly has been inspired to design this. It's a 3-D catwalk.
6:21:06 > 6:21:07How cool is that?
6:21:07 > 6:21:10Properly recycled - or upcycled as we like to say here on the show.
6:21:10 > 6:21:13And that means you have earned a brand-new green Blue Peter badge.
6:21:13 > 6:21:15Congratulations. These are amazing.
6:21:15 > 6:21:18If you want to learn how to make your own jewellery,

6:21:31 > 6:21:34then send in posts about nature, conservation, any of the above,
6:21:34 > 6:21:36and you'll get one of these.
6:21:36 > 6:21:38If you have the retro badge - the older version of that -
6:21:38 > 6:21:40you don't need to swap it for the new one, don't worry,
6:21:40 > 6:21:43as it still works the same to get you into all the attractions for...
6:21:43 > 6:21:44- BOTH:- Free.
6:21:44 > 6:21:47But actually, on that note, grab a grown-up and jump online
6:21:47 > 6:21:48before you head out
6:21:48 > 6:21:52to one of the free attractions - as some of them change.
6:21:52 > 6:21:55So, the bosses said, "How do you want to return, Barney?"
6:21:55 > 6:21:57I said, "Well, I'd like to be in light entertainment."
6:21:57 > 6:22:00- They said, "OK - break a LED." - BA-DUM TSSH!

6:22:09 > 6:22:10All clear.
6:22:10 > 6:22:13In order to make it such a surprise, we took no chances.
6:22:13 > 6:22:15Go, go, go!
6:22:16 > 6:22:18This mission was top secret.
6:22:20 > 6:22:22I didn't want to give the game away.
6:22:24 > 6:22:26No-one could know where I was.
6:22:27 > 6:22:29And I wasn't alone.
6:22:29 > 6:22:31Helping me pull this off was Alex, the artistic director.
6:22:32 > 6:22:35Alex, so nice to meet you.
6:22:35 > 6:22:36I can't wait to get stuck in.
6:22:36 > 6:22:38Nice to see you too, Barney,
6:22:38 > 6:22:40but you're going to need to take the towel off.
6:22:40 > 6:22:42No, cos people'll see me if I do.
6:22:42 > 6:22:44But the show's in the dark.
6:22:44 > 6:22:47Oh. Perfect.
6:22:49 > 6:22:51Learning a dance routine from scratch is hard enough,
6:22:51 > 6:22:54let alone trying to do it in the dark,
6:22:54 > 6:22:56so my first rehearsal was done with the lights on -
6:22:56 > 6:22:58and not those on the suit.
6:23:00 > 6:23:02I only had one day to learn the routine
6:23:02 > 6:23:04and pull off such a surprise.
6:23:04 > 6:23:06So the pressure was on.
6:23:09 > 6:23:11Showing me the moves - Rachel, the dance captain.
6:23:12 > 6:23:15..Six and seven, eight.
6:23:16 > 6:23:19With an idea of the steps, it was time for a dress rehearsal,
6:23:19 > 6:23:21which meant one thing.
6:23:21 > 6:23:23Getting myself into THIS.
6:23:23 > 6:23:25- ELECTRICITY CRACKLES - Wow.
6:23:25 > 6:23:28It took 30 minutes to get changed, and once the suit was on
6:23:28 > 6:23:30I had some very strict rules to follow.
6:23:34 > 6:23:36No sitting down.
6:23:39 > 6:23:40No eating.
6:23:44 > 6:23:45No drinking.
6:23:49 > 6:23:52OK, rules all clear, it was time to get dancing.
6:23:52 > 6:23:54And that means the lights have got to go off.
6:23:56 > 6:23:57OWL HOOTS
6:23:57 > 6:23:59Oh, I haven't thought about this, actually. I'm scared of the dark.
6:23:59 > 6:24:01Radzi! Radzi, help me!
6:24:03 > 6:24:07The team have been dancing together for 20 years, and it really shows,
6:24:07 > 6:24:09so the thought of joining them was pretty nerve-racking.
6:24:10 > 6:24:13- WHISPERS:- OK, this is my bit. I'm about 30 seconds away.
6:24:13 > 6:24:14I've got butterflies in my tummy
6:24:14 > 6:24:16like I'm about to get on a rollercoaster,
6:24:16 > 6:24:18and this is just the rehearsal.
6:24:19 > 6:24:22With all the computer programming and moves to learn,
6:24:22 > 6:24:24each routine takes months to come together.
6:24:26 > 6:24:27Getting my head round the dance routine
6:24:27 > 6:24:29in such a short amount of time was tough,
6:24:29 > 6:24:32and I only had a few hours of practice left.
6:24:34 > 6:24:38But it was certainly worth the effort to make it such a surprise.
6:24:41 > 6:24:42So there you have it.
6:24:42 > 6:24:45Now you know what it takes to pull something off on this scale.
6:24:45 > 6:24:47Scale - cos it's feeding the fish, yeah?
6:24:47 > 6:24:49Fish have scales. No time for jokes. All right.
6:24:49 > 6:24:51Well, I'd better get back to the studio, then.

6:25:10 > 6:25:13which we asked you about earlier on. So, Barney, the rules are simple.
6:25:13 > 6:25:16- Go for it, my man.- I will read the first part of the joke.
6:25:16 > 6:25:19- And you have to guess the punchline. - Do I get my own shot on camera two?
6:25:19 > 6:25:20- Yes, I do! - RADZI LAUGHS

6:25:33 > 6:25:34To get to the UDDER side.
6:25:34 > 6:25:36- That's ridiculous.- The UDDER side. I like that.
