5:59:25 > 5:59:28And with Andy Murray through all the way to the semifinal,
5:59:28 > 5:59:30I'm going to be looking at the science behind tennis.
5:59:30 > 5:59:33As well as that, I'll be getting on a horse and training
5:59:33 > 5:59:34with the para-equestrian GB team.

6:00:00 > 6:00:02It's called A Question Of Sport...Badge.
6:00:02 > 6:00:04And it's all about this little thing.
6:00:04 > 6:00:06It is the Blue Peter Sport Badge.
6:00:06 > 6:00:09There it is in all its glory. 2016, so what are we waiting for?
6:00:09 > 6:00:13Let's get on with it. Barney, who's going to be on your team today?
6:00:13 > 6:00:14In my team today, to my right, to your left,
6:00:14 > 6:00:16Gemma Bonner, England football international.
6:00:16 > 6:00:18She's played for Leeds and Chelsea.
6:00:18 > 6:00:20She's now the captain at Liverpool FC
6:00:20 > 6:00:23and has led her team to two Super League victories.
6:00:23 > 6:00:26She likes long walks on the beach and it's her birthday next week.
6:00:26 > 6:00:28This is Giarnni Regini-Moran. He is an awesome gymnast.
6:00:28 > 6:00:31He vaulted onto our screens in 2014.
6:00:31 > 6:00:34He came away from the Youth Olympics with five medals -
6:00:34 > 6:00:37three of them gold, two of them chocolate.
6:00:37 > 6:00:40Can we have a round of applause for this amazing team, please?
6:00:40 > 6:00:42You guys are looking strong.
6:00:42 > 6:00:44Giarnni, I'll come to you first,
6:00:44 > 6:00:47cos we go way back to 2014, don't we?
6:00:47 > 6:00:49- Yeah, we do.- We met at the Youth Olympic Games.
6:00:49 > 6:00:51Let's have a little look.
6:00:51 > 6:00:53For some reason, we decided to have a laugh
6:00:53 > 6:00:54and do some wushu together.
6:00:54 > 6:00:56Why did we do that?
6:00:56 > 6:00:59Um, I think we just needed a day off.
6:00:59 > 6:01:02We needed a day off, a break from the Youth Olympic Games.
6:01:02 > 6:01:05You've had a little setback recently, haven't you?
6:01:05 > 6:01:09Yeah, unfortunately, I've had a bit of a setback.
6:01:09 > 6:01:11Missing out on Rio 2016
6:01:11 > 6:01:14but I'll be back and I'll be ready for the next Olympics, so...
6:01:14 > 6:01:16Yeah, and you've broken your leg.
6:01:16 > 6:01:18You should see the crutches and everything under there
6:01:18 > 6:01:21but you're going to recover and you're going to do it.
6:01:21 > 6:01:22We're all behind you.
6:01:22 > 6:01:24Gemma, what an incredible career you've had.
6:01:24 > 6:01:27Who would you say is your inspiration?
6:01:27 > 6:01:29For me, I'd have to say my parents.
6:01:29 > 6:01:32I mean, ever since I wanted to play football when I was younger,
6:01:32 > 6:01:33they supported me all the way
6:01:33 > 6:01:35and they've helped me to get to where I am today.
6:01:35 > 6:01:38- Are they any good at football? - Um, not really.
6:01:38 > 6:01:41Oh, shouldn't have said that on the telly! Let's meet Radzi's team.
6:01:41 > 6:01:44- Off you go, Radz.- Yes, indeed, we have the dream team here.
6:01:44 > 6:01:48Let's start with the Queen of British Snowboarding, Jenny Jones.
6:01:48 > 6:01:51This lady has countless Big Air and Slopestyle titles
6:01:51 > 6:01:53in her illustrious career,
6:01:53 > 6:01:56including a cheeky Winter Olympic bronze medal.
6:01:56 > 6:01:59This behemoth, however, to my right, is Willie Isa.
6:01:59 > 6:02:00He is a Samoan rugby international,
6:02:00 > 6:02:03currently playing for the Wigan Warriors.
6:02:03 > 6:02:06There he is, tearing through men like they're absolutely nothing.
6:02:06 > 6:02:09This man has more horsepower than the Grand National.
6:02:09 > 6:02:10- Just look at him.- Very nice.
6:02:10 > 6:02:13Let's have a round of applause for Radzi's team, everyone.
6:02:13 > 6:02:17Now, Willie, we saw you there. You played for the Wigan Warriors.
6:02:17 > 6:02:20- How are you guys getting on so far? - Yeah, of course, we're doing well.
6:02:20 > 6:02:22We're equal, on top with Hull FC,
6:02:22 > 6:02:24but hopefully at the end of the year,
6:02:24 > 6:02:25we'll lift the trophy.
6:02:25 > 6:02:28Fingers crossed. We're all behind you. Jenny Jones, let's talk to you,
6:02:28 > 6:02:31because you are the most successful British snowboarder of all time.
6:02:31 > 6:02:34- Yes!- Which is ridiculous! It's amazing.
6:02:34 > 6:02:37So what inspired you to get into snowboarding and snow sports?
6:02:37 > 6:02:40Um, actually, it's probably my brothers.
6:02:40 > 6:02:41They surf, they skateboard, and then
6:02:41 > 6:02:44they started trying snowboarding, so I was like, "Yes, let's do it!"
6:02:44 > 6:02:46Amazing. Well, that's Jenny.
6:02:46 > 6:02:48The question is, who will you inspire
6:02:48 > 6:02:50to get your Blue Peter Sports Badge 2016
6:02:50 > 6:02:51and what sport are you going to do?
6:02:51 > 6:02:54We want to know. Leave your comments on the Blue Peter website...
6:02:56 > 6:02:58Now, we're playing a very fun game in this jam-packed show.
6:02:58 > 6:03:01It's called Spot Shelley. There she is. Look at that little tinker.
6:03:01 > 6:03:04And she's going to be hiding somewhere a little bit later on.
6:03:04 > 6:03:06- I've found her. - No, this time doesn't count
6:03:06 > 6:03:07but later you'll see her.
6:03:07 > 6:03:10So if you do spot her, let us know. Now, question for you at home.
6:03:10 > 6:03:13What on earth would a game show be without a buzzer round?
6:03:13 > 6:03:15It would be - no, it would be terrible.
6:03:15 > 6:03:17- So let's do the buzzer round.- Yes!
6:03:23 > 6:03:25I've got my important cards.
6:03:25 > 6:03:27You have got 16 seconds on the clock.
6:03:27 > 6:03:29Start the time now.
6:03:29 > 6:03:32Which country is hosting the 2016 Olympic Games?
6:03:32 > 6:03:33Radzi's team.
6:03:33 > 6:03:34Brazil. Correct.
6:03:34 > 6:03:37What year was the first Blue Peter Sport Badge released?
6:03:37 > 6:03:40I think that was just Radzi.
6:03:40 > 6:03:422013.
6:03:42 > 6:03:43Correct.
6:03:43 > 6:03:47Who won the 2015 BBC Sports Personality Of The Year award?
6:03:47 > 6:03:492015. Go on, then, Willy.
6:03:49 > 6:03:53- Andy Murray.- Correct. Correct.
6:03:53 > 6:03:54True or false.
6:03:54 > 6:03:56You can earn your Sport Badge
6:03:56 > 6:03:59by inspiring a friend to try korfball?
6:03:59 > 6:04:01- Go ahead, Barnes. - False. Unless you do it yourself.
6:04:01 > 6:04:03It's true. It is true. Of course you can.
6:04:03 > 6:04:04In Rugby Union,
6:04:04 > 6:04:07how many points do you get for a penalty kick?
6:04:07 > 6:04:08Three.
6:04:08 > 6:04:09- Radzi's team. Willie?- Three.
6:04:09 > 6:04:11Three, yes. Of course, that's correct.
6:04:11 > 6:04:15What colours make up the border of the 2016 Sport Badge?
6:04:15 > 6:04:16Go on, then, Barney's team.
6:04:16 > 6:04:18Yellow and green.
6:04:18 > 6:04:20The border's just green. I'm going to be mean.
6:04:20 > 6:04:23No points, sorry. How many events in a heptathlon?
6:04:23 > 6:04:25- It isn't! That is so unfair! - It is not.
6:04:25 > 6:04:27How many events in a heptathlon?
6:04:27 > 6:04:28- Jenny?- Seven.- Eight.
6:04:28 > 6:04:30- Seven. - Barney got there first.
6:04:30 > 6:04:32It's yellow and green.
6:04:32 > 6:04:35OK, fine. Barney, you can have a point. You can have a point there.
6:04:35 > 6:04:38At the end of that round, the scores are one to Barney's team
6:04:38 > 6:04:40- and four to Radzi's team. - Wait a minute!
6:04:40 > 6:04:42- Now, shush, you.- This is a fix. This is an outrage.
6:04:42 > 6:04:44We'll discuss it in this next bit. Er, right.
6:04:44 > 6:04:46I've got a question for you lot at home. Buzz in if you know.
6:04:46 > 6:04:49How many of these are used at Wimbledon each year? Don't know?
6:04:49 > 6:04:50RADZI BUZZES
6:04:50 > 6:04:52Stop it, Radzi. A lot of this. Stop it.
6:04:52 > 6:04:55To make the most famous tennis tournament in the world,
6:04:55 > 6:04:59you are going to need world-class players,
6:04:59 > 6:05:02the fastest courts in the land,
6:05:02 > 6:05:05and some hi-tech equipment packed full of hidden science.
6:05:05 > 6:05:09Mix it all together, and you've got the ultimate tennis tournament.
6:05:11 > 6:05:14Every summer, millions of people around the world are gripped
6:05:14 > 6:05:17by the action and drama of Wimbledon.
6:05:20 > 6:05:22This is the 130th Championships
6:05:22 > 6:05:27and it will see over 600 players play 660 games.
6:05:30 > 6:05:32But before even a single point can be played,
6:05:32 > 6:05:35there's some serious science that needs taking care of.
6:05:36 > 6:05:37And it all happens right here
6:05:37 > 6:05:39at the International Tennis Federation.
6:05:41 > 6:05:44It's home to the world's most advanced tennis testing lab -
6:05:44 > 6:05:46and it's really ace.
6:05:46 > 6:05:51A whopping 54,250 tennis balls are used throughout Wimbledon
6:05:51 > 6:05:55and each one has to have an exact size, weight and bounce.
6:05:58 > 6:06:01And it's up to Jamie and his team to make sure they do.
6:06:01 > 6:06:03What are we going to be measuring today?
6:06:03 > 6:06:06So we're going to start with tennis ball size,
6:06:06 > 6:06:10so the width of the ball needs to be between 6.54 and 6.86 centimetres.
6:06:10 > 6:06:13Wow! Not that you're being precise, or anything!
6:06:13 > 6:06:16It's about the thickness of a pound coin.
6:06:16 > 6:06:21Gosh, you would need a hawk's eye to see that. Get it? Hawk-Eye.
6:06:21 > 6:06:23OK, so let's get testing. What do we do?
6:06:23 > 6:06:26- So you start by putting it in the top ring.- Uh-huh.
6:06:26 > 6:06:28And if it's not too big, then it falls through,
6:06:28 > 6:06:30and then you put it in the bottom one,
6:06:30 > 6:06:33and it should stop if it's not too small.
6:06:33 > 6:06:36- So that one's ready for a match. - That one's fine to play with, yeah.
6:06:36 > 6:06:39To make sure every player has the same advantage,
6:06:39 > 6:06:43each ball must be able to bounce the same height, as well.
6:06:43 > 6:06:46So, Jamie, it's quite noisy but it looks really impressive.
6:06:46 > 6:06:48What's this all about?
6:06:48 > 6:06:51The noise is a vacuum, so, up at the top, there, there's a suction cup.
6:06:51 > 6:06:53- Ah!- That's where you drop the ball.
6:06:53 > 6:06:54That's why I've got this clever stick.
6:06:54 > 6:06:57I'm going to put the ball up there and then we'll drop it.
6:06:57 > 6:06:58- Is that right?- That's right.
6:06:58 > 6:07:00To make it to the tournament,
6:07:00 > 6:07:05a ball must be able to bounce between 135 and 147 centimetres,
6:07:05 > 6:07:10after being dropped from a height of 2.5 metres.
6:07:10 > 6:07:11The test is done in the dark,
6:07:11 > 6:07:14so the shadow of the ball's bounce can be recorded.
6:07:15 > 6:07:18- This is a replay of the bounce it did.- OK.
6:07:18 > 6:07:22- It's coming up and then it peaks at about 142.- Oh, so that's good.
6:07:22 > 6:07:24So that's a pass.
6:07:24 > 6:07:27Jamie and his team test batches of balls at random
6:07:27 > 6:07:32and if they pass, they're good to be used at the Championships.
6:07:32 > 6:07:34But of course, a ball is no use without a racquet.
6:07:34 > 6:07:35HEAVY METAL PLAYS
6:07:35 > 6:07:37No, not like that.
6:07:37 > 6:07:39I'm talking about one of these.
6:07:39 > 6:07:40Play it again!
6:07:40 > 6:07:43MUSIC STARTS
6:07:43 > 6:07:44Just like the balls,
6:07:44 > 6:07:48the strings on the players' racquets have to pass a number of tests, too.
6:07:48 > 6:07:51Wimbledon has very strict rules to make sure the strings
6:07:51 > 6:07:57are strong enough to hit balls travelling at up to 148mph,
6:07:57 > 6:07:59without giving a player an advantage.
6:08:02 > 6:08:04So Jamie has a special way of checking
6:08:04 > 6:08:06the strings can be used on Wimbledon's courts.
6:08:08 > 6:08:14This machine spins a racquet at 70mph, before hitting a ball.
6:08:14 > 6:08:15Wow!
6:08:15 > 6:08:19This recreates the forces the strings need to withstand
6:08:19 > 6:08:20at this elite level of tennis.
6:08:23 > 6:08:25But there is another test the racquets
6:08:25 > 6:08:29have to go through - and some say it's the most fearsome of all.
6:08:29 > 6:08:32It's known simply as the Russell test.
6:08:35 > 6:08:38Ooh! Oh. Hey!
6:08:38 > 6:08:40CROWD GROAN
6:08:40 > 6:08:41OK, maybe not.
6:08:42 > 6:08:46But all that attention to detail doesn't end in the labs.
6:08:46 > 6:08:48Everything at the Championships has to be perfect -
6:08:48 > 6:08:50right down to the balls.
6:08:50 > 6:08:53The balls are stored right here, directly under Centre Court
6:08:53 > 6:08:55in a really special room,
6:08:55 > 6:08:58where they're kept at exactly 20 degrees Celsius.
6:08:58 > 6:09:01This means they perform perfectly from the very moment
6:09:01 > 6:09:03they're served up to the players.
6:09:04 > 6:09:07The tennis racquets also undergo careful preparation
6:09:07 > 6:09:10and are sent to this room to be restrung
6:09:10 > 6:09:12before almost every single match.
6:09:12 > 6:09:14Between them, the players here at Wimbledon
6:09:14 > 6:09:18have their racquets restrung 3,500 times.
6:09:18 > 6:09:22That's 28 miles' worth of string being used at each tournament.
6:09:22 > 6:09:25Even the courts have to pass some very strict rules.
6:09:26 > 6:09:29Wimbledon is the only major tennis tournament played on grass
6:09:29 > 6:09:34and all 19 of the courts used are maintained in exactly the same way.
6:09:36 > 6:09:38In charge of looking after the court is Neil Stubley,
6:09:38 > 6:09:40the head groundsman.
6:09:40 > 6:09:42Neil, we are, of course, on Centre Court.
6:09:42 > 6:09:44How'd you keep it looking so spectacular?
6:09:44 > 6:09:45Every day, we're cutting,
6:09:45 > 6:09:47we're marking out, we're measuring the court,
6:09:47 > 6:09:50we're making sure that the grass is at the right height,
6:09:50 > 6:09:52- the hardness is right.- What is that height that it has to be at?
6:09:52 > 6:09:54It's 8 millimetres for tournament play.
6:09:54 > 6:09:57It keeps the grass nice and healthy but it's also short enough
6:09:57 > 6:09:59for the players so they get a nice grip and they don't slip.
6:09:59 > 6:10:02Ah! That's a good point, Neil.
6:10:02 > 6:10:05So do you think I could touch the grass?
6:10:05 > 6:10:07Absolutely. You can check to see if it's 8mm.
6:10:07 > 6:10:09I'll check for you. Let me just see.
6:10:09 > 6:10:12That feels not a millimetre over eight.
6:10:12 > 6:10:14- I'm happy with that, Neil.- Me, too.
6:10:16 > 6:10:20So, when you're enjoying the tennis, don't forget all the clever science
6:10:20 > 6:10:22and careful preparation that's gone into it.
6:10:24 > 6:10:27Now there's just one thing left to do.
6:10:27 > 6:10:31Grab a quick selfie with seven-time champion Roger Federer.
6:10:31 > 6:10:32There we go!
6:10:34 > 6:10:35APPLAUSE
6:10:35 > 6:10:38How cool is that? You know what? On that day,
6:10:38 > 6:10:40I ate so many strawberries while we were filming.
6:10:40 > 6:10:43- I love Wimbledon. Now, Barney's team.- Yo!
6:10:43 > 6:10:46You might be able to get an extra sneaky little point here.
6:10:46 > 6:10:48I hope you were watching that Wimbledon day very, very carefully
6:10:48 > 6:10:50cos I've got a little question for you.
6:10:50 > 6:10:54Are you ready? At what temperature are tennis balls kept at Wimbledon?
6:10:55 > 6:10:5720 degrees Celsius.
6:10:57 > 6:10:59Let's see if you're right.
6:10:59 > 6:11:02The balls are stored right here, directly under Centre Court,
6:11:02 > 6:11:03in a really special room,
6:11:03 > 6:11:06where they're kept at exactly 20 degrees Celsius.
6:11:06 > 6:11:11- Up top!- Another point for Barney's team. Well done.
6:11:11 > 6:11:13Something you may not know is that I had a huge part to play
6:11:13 > 6:11:15in Venus Williams doing so well.
6:11:15 > 6:11:16- Ahem!- Well, not huge part to play,
6:11:16 > 6:11:19but Venus Williams has done very well this year at Wimbledon.
6:11:19 > 6:11:20Maybe it was helped by the fact
6:11:20 > 6:11:23that I strung her tennis racquet earlier this week.
6:11:23 > 6:11:24Look on the Blue Peter website.
6:11:24 > 6:11:25Really? That's amazing.
6:11:25 > 6:11:27I did! I got to actually touch her tennis racquet.

6:15:14 > 6:15:16Since earning my Sports Badge,
6:15:16 > 6:15:21I did a sponsored climb for Sport Relief and raised £190.
6:15:22 > 6:15:24So, go on, get active,

6:15:30 > 6:15:31Amazing work there!
6:15:31 > 6:15:33To think they could be the Olympians of the future.
6:15:33 > 6:15:37Now one team who knows what it's like to get medal after medal
6:15:37 > 6:15:39after medal in their sport is the GB para-equestrian team.
6:15:39 > 6:15:41Have a look.
6:15:41 > 6:15:45To be the very best in sport, you need to stay focused...

6:15:50 > 6:15:53Wow! These medals are really heavy.
6:15:53 > 6:15:54HORSE NEIGHS
6:15:54 > 6:15:56All right?
6:15:56 > 6:15:59So why am I lifting a bucket of medals?
6:15:59 > 6:16:01Well, there's over 140 in there,
6:16:01 > 6:16:03which is the same number
6:16:03 > 6:16:05as Great Britain's para-equestrian dressage team
6:16:05 > 6:16:08have won in the last 16 years.
6:16:08 > 6:16:10In fact, Great Britain has won team gold
6:16:10 > 6:16:13at every Paralympic world and European championship
6:16:13 > 6:16:15since the sport began.
6:16:15 > 6:16:16Unbelievable.
6:16:16 > 6:16:19But what makes this team so good?
6:16:19 > 6:16:23I've come to their main training camp to find out.
6:16:23 > 6:16:25Para-equestrain dressage is a highly skilled sport,
6:16:25 > 6:16:29where the horse riders perform a number of tactical moves
6:16:29 > 6:16:30in front of a panel of judges.
6:16:30 > 6:16:33To tell me more, I'm meeting gold medallists
6:16:33 > 6:16:36Lee Pearson and Sophie Wells.
6:16:36 > 6:16:39Lee, you yourself, you've won ten Paralympic gold medals.
6:16:39 > 6:16:42So, what does it feel like to win one?
6:16:42 > 6:16:45It was just surreal, it was an unbelievable experience
6:16:45 > 6:16:47nothing can describe, really.
6:16:47 > 6:16:50Why do you think Great Britain are so good at this sport?
6:16:50 > 6:16:52We train really, really hard.
6:16:52 > 6:16:54Everybody thinks when you ride a horse, it's really easy,
6:16:54 > 6:16:58the horse does all the work, but we get absolutely exhausted, don't we?
6:16:58 > 6:17:01With Rio just round the corner, how are you feeling?
6:17:01 > 6:17:05I think, as a team, Great Britain are in a good place,
6:17:05 > 6:17:07but obviously the competition is really tough.
6:17:07 > 6:17:10We're trying to bring home that team gold medal.
6:17:10 > 6:17:12That is our main priority.
6:17:12 > 6:17:16But as well as aiming for success in Rio, Sophie also trains
6:17:16 > 6:17:20the next generation of athletes. Meet 15-year-old Izzy.
6:17:20 > 6:17:21She's been riding since she was two
6:17:21 > 6:17:25and is one of Britain's big hopes for the future.
6:17:25 > 6:17:27Izzy has cerebral palsy,
6:17:27 > 6:17:30which means one side of her body is stronger than the other,
6:17:30 > 6:17:32but that hasn't stopped her
6:17:32 > 6:17:34from taking her sport to the ultimate level.
6:17:34 > 6:17:37So, Izzy, what does it feel like when you're riding?
6:17:37 > 6:17:40It feels incredible, the movement of the horse.
6:17:40 > 6:17:43When you're riding them, they are so gentle,
6:17:43 > 6:17:45and you build up such a partnership and harmony
6:17:45 > 6:17:47between the horse and rider.
6:17:47 > 6:17:52It's just a lovely feeling to go around and perform an elegant dance.
6:17:52 > 6:17:56Let's talk about the Olympics, 2020 in Tokyo.
6:17:56 > 6:18:00How would it feel for you to be selected for those Games?
6:18:00 > 6:18:05It would be absolutely amazing. It's my lifetime dream.
6:18:05 > 6:18:08Well, I'm crossing my fingers and crossing everything for you,
6:18:08 > 6:18:11because I think you can do it. Izzy is such an inspiration.
6:18:11 > 6:18:14I definitely want to give this amazing sport a go.
6:18:14 > 6:18:18And luckily, Sophie and Izzy have agreed to give me a lesson.
6:18:18 > 6:18:22The only problem, I've not really done that much horse riding.
6:18:22 > 6:18:25So this is a pretty special horse I'm on, isn't it, Izzy?
6:18:25 > 6:18:29- Yes, this is Noki, and he's a Paralympic gold medallist.- Wow.
6:18:29 > 6:18:33Noki won gold at London 2012.
6:18:33 > 6:18:35Oh, we're off, we're off, we're off.
6:18:35 > 6:18:38The key to para-equestrian dressage is control,
6:18:38 > 6:18:40so Sophie wants me to get used to stopping,
6:18:40 > 6:18:42starting and steering Noki.
6:18:42 > 6:18:45If we pull and squeeze on the rein, then he's going to stop.
6:18:45 > 6:18:48- Good.- Was that me that did that? - Yes.- No. That was you, wasn't it?
6:18:48 > 6:18:51It wasn't, Rachel didn't do anything.
6:18:51 > 6:18:54OK, squeeze with your heels. It's going to make him go forward.
6:18:54 > 6:18:57- How do you steer him?- You're going to look where you're going.
6:18:57 > 6:18:59If you wanted to come round smaller now,
6:18:59 > 6:19:03- you'd squeeze on the inside rein a little bit.- Like that?
6:19:03 > 6:19:07By gently pulling on the reins, I managed to turn Noki left and right.
6:19:07 > 6:19:10Oh, hello. There we go.
6:19:10 > 6:19:13- How do I look, Izzy? - You're looking good.
6:19:13 > 6:19:16Now that I'm used to riding Noki at a walking pace,
6:19:16 > 6:19:20it's time to try a trot, which is between a walk and a gallop.
6:19:20 > 6:19:24Izzy shows me what to do, but she makes it look really easy.
6:19:24 > 6:19:28- What if he just legs it? - He definitely won't. And squeeze.
6:19:28 > 6:19:30Let's go, let's go.
6:19:30 > 6:19:35Oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh! I'm terrified.
6:19:35 > 6:19:37Good lad.
6:19:37 > 6:19:41To really show off their control, top riders perform different moves.
6:19:41 > 6:19:43And they want me to attempt the rising trot,
6:19:43 > 6:19:45where the rider stands up
6:19:45 > 6:19:47in time with the movement of the horse's legs.
6:19:47 > 6:19:50It's quite advanced for a beginner.
6:19:50 > 6:19:53- Let's go, mate.- Push-up.
6:19:53 > 6:19:56That's it, trot. Up, down, up, down.
6:19:56 > 6:20:01Oh, that's hard. Ow! Hurts my bum.
6:20:01 > 6:20:02THEY LAUGH
6:20:02 > 6:20:04Not many people get on the horse for the first time
6:20:04 > 6:20:07and then have a trot, so you've done a good job.
6:20:07 > 6:20:09We're the dream team.
6:20:10 > 6:20:13It's been such an honour to meet three gold medallists,
6:20:13 > 6:20:17if you include Noki, and a very talented hope for the future.
6:20:17 > 6:20:20It just goes to show where lots of hard work,
6:20:20 > 6:20:23passion and dedication can get you.
6:20:23 > 6:20:25Fingers crossed for Rio and beyond.
6:20:26 > 6:20:28WHOOPING AND APPLAUSE
6:20:28 > 6:20:30I had so much fun that day, but I've got to say,
6:20:30 > 6:20:32thanks very much to Willie and Jenny,
6:20:32 > 6:20:34who were laughing at me all the way through that.
6:20:34 > 6:20:36I know I don't look very natural on a horse.
6:20:36 > 6:20:40Speaking of which, we actually asked Izzy to score me out of ten
6:20:40 > 6:20:44how she thought I did, between one and ten, ten being phenomenal.
6:20:44 > 6:20:46Radzi, for an extra point for your team,
6:20:46 > 6:20:48- what do you think she scored me? - Team huddle.
6:20:48 > 6:20:52- You can confer very quickly. - One to ten.- Five, six.
6:20:52 > 6:20:54Ah, Jenny!
6:20:54 > 6:20:59- Five or six!- You just looked a bit uncomfortable.- Six.
6:20:59 > 6:21:02Right, they've gone for six, let's see if they're right.
6:21:02 > 6:21:05I would give her an eight out of ten.
6:21:05 > 6:21:09Because she coped being on a horse really well.
6:21:09 > 6:21:11And she went with the flow.
6:21:11 > 6:21:12And rewarded him really well
6:21:12 > 6:21:16and took on board what Sophie was telling her to do.
6:21:16 > 6:21:18- She read that autocue really well. - Oh, stop it.
6:21:18 > 6:21:21I thought I did very well. Eight out of ten indeed. Stop it, Jenny.
6:21:21 > 6:21:24Right, if you think... You didn't get the point, by the way.
6:21:24 > 6:21:26If you think you know your bits from your bridles
6:21:26 > 6:21:29and your saddles from your stirrups, go online,
6:21:29 > 6:21:32because there's a nice little horsey quiz for you to do there.
6:21:32 > 6:21:35Are you a horse expert, we ask. Find out later, do the quiz.
6:21:35 > 6:21:37Now, let's have a little score update.
6:21:37 > 6:21:40At the moment, it stands as 4-5
6:21:40 > 6:21:42to Radzi, so it is very close.
6:21:42 > 6:21:44It's still all to play for, which is good,
6:21:44 > 6:21:47because we're going into the final round, The Sprint Finish.
