0:00:05 > 0:00:09Alex and Harry tried their hand at a "flipping" brilliant sport

0:00:09 > 0:00:11called swimming.

0:00:11 > 0:00:13Then of course there is Holly and Rocco, they played tennis.

0:00:13 > 0:00:16But Leroy and Jordan are doing my favourite thing,

0:00:16 > 0:00:18- which is the Frisbee. That was a bit hard. Thank you.- Barney?- Yeah.

0:00:18 > 0:00:21Do you remember when I had a go at water-skiing?

0:00:21 > 0:00:22Yeah, it was amazing.

0:00:22 > 0:00:24SPLASH!

0:00:24 > 0:00:26All right, Radz?

0:00:42 > 0:00:44BOTH: Hello. You're watching Blue Peter.

0:00:44 > 0:00:47Today's show is all about this bad boy. It is the BP sport badge.

0:00:47 > 0:00:50What better place to talk about this sporting legend than where

0:00:50 > 0:00:54- sporting legends get made?- Let's check out this venue, shall we?

0:00:54 > 0:00:57The Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park. In there right now,

0:00:57 > 0:01:00the IAAF World Championships are taking place.

0:01:00 > 0:01:02All sorts of celebrities in there. Usain Bolt is going to be there.

0:01:02 > 0:01:05Mo Farah is going to be there and let us not forget Elinor,

0:01:05 > 0:01:07the BP mascot winner who designed Hero the Hedgehog.

0:01:07 > 0:01:10She won tickets to this event as part of her prize.

0:01:10 > 0:01:12And later on we will see her see Hero take to the stage.

0:01:12 > 0:01:15We are also taking a look back at some of the previous

0:01:15 > 0:01:17competitions and their incredible prizes.

0:01:17 > 0:01:19We're also going to spot Shelley.

0:01:19 > 0:01:22But before all that, wait a moment, because the countdown has begun.

0:01:22 > 0:01:24You have only got one week left to get your hands on your limited

0:01:24 > 0:01:25edition BP sport badge.

0:01:25 > 0:01:29It is really easy, head to the BP website, download the form and then

0:01:29 > 0:01:32attach a photograph to it and send it to us by midday next Thursday.

0:01:32 > 0:01:37Let's be absolutely clear, that's 12pm next Thursday, one week.

0:01:37 > 0:01:39- Don't forget it.- If you want some inspiration, watch this film.

0:01:39 > 0:01:43- It's really good.- I spoke too soon. - That was better than mine.

0:01:43 > 0:01:45Give me a break.

0:01:46 > 0:01:50You know what? Sometimes it is just nice to get out and about, isn't it?

0:01:50 > 0:01:53Breathe in the fresh air, soak up the scenery.

0:01:53 > 0:01:56It's really worth doing something like that every once in a while.

0:01:56 > 0:02:00Then again, it's also worth doing something extreme.

0:02:00 > 0:02:02LOUD MUSIC

0:02:02 > 0:02:06And downhill mountain biking is pretty extreme.

0:02:06 > 0:02:08Flying down off-road trails on specialist

0:02:08 > 0:02:10bikes as fast as humanly possible.

0:02:13 > 0:02:15I'm in the Scottish Borders to give it a go

0:02:15 > 0:02:18and my expert guides are these guys.

0:02:18 > 0:02:21Emily and Corran are two of the best young riders around.

0:02:21 > 0:02:23Both compete in major competitions

0:02:23 > 0:02:26and their dad Crawford used to be a professional rider.

0:02:26 > 0:02:27OK, first things first.

0:02:27 > 0:02:31How would we explain the sport of mountain biking?

0:02:31 > 0:02:33It's rough terrain, it's gravelly.

0:02:33 > 0:02:35You're not on the road like road biking.

0:02:35 > 0:02:38It's all over the place, jumps, drops.

0:02:38 > 0:02:40When did you first start - how old were you?

0:02:40 > 0:02:43I learned to ride a bike without stabilisers when I was two years

0:02:43 > 0:02:46- and four months.- OK. - Then after that, it just...

0:02:46 > 0:02:50It was all downhill from there! It was all down... No? OK, fine.

0:02:50 > 0:02:54- Your dad happens to be awesome at this, doesn't he?- Yes, very awesome.

0:02:54 > 0:02:56Crawford is deaf and uses sign language

0:02:56 > 0:02:58so Corran will be translating his answers for us.

0:02:58 > 0:03:01When did you get into it, Dad? When did you first start?

0:03:01 > 0:03:03He started when he was 18, just for fun.

0:03:03 > 0:03:05- Here we are all these years later. - Yes.

0:03:05 > 0:03:08So how does the bike need to be different to do this kind of sport?

0:03:08 > 0:03:10Let's start with the tyres, Emily.

0:03:10 > 0:03:12Well, when you do mountain biking it is good for them to be thick.

0:03:12 > 0:03:14The thicker they are, the more grip you've got.

0:03:14 > 0:03:17And they are lumpy so it is even more grip.

0:03:17 > 0:03:18OK. What about the handlebars, Dad,

0:03:18 > 0:03:20what is important about the handlebars?

0:03:20 > 0:03:22They are not like road bikes at all.

0:03:22 > 0:03:25Your handlebars need to be wide so you have more control.

0:03:25 > 0:03:27If they are narrow you would be a bit more all over the place.

0:03:27 > 0:03:29I honestly don't think it would matter if my handlebars

0:03:29 > 0:03:32were this wide. I think I'm still going to do a bit of wobbling today.

0:03:32 > 0:03:35- I'm going to need a bike, aren't I?- Yeah.

0:03:35 > 0:03:38- Are you going to show me the ropes? - Yeah.- Are we going to do it?- Yeah.

0:03:38 > 0:03:39OK. You can lead the way.

0:03:39 > 0:03:41Before we hit the trail, the guys want to make sure I'm using

0:03:41 > 0:03:45the brakes properly so I don't go flying over the handlebars.

0:03:45 > 0:03:48Once they are happy, Crawford has some advice about pedals.

0:03:49 > 0:03:51Going along flat, your pedals should be level.

0:03:51 > 0:03:53Then when you go round the corner, to the left,

0:03:53 > 0:03:54you put your right foot down.

0:03:54 > 0:03:57If you are going to the right, you put your left foot down,

0:03:57 > 0:03:59- just like you are skiing.- So whatever corner you are going into

0:03:59 > 0:04:01- you put that side of the pedal up. - Yeah.

0:04:01 > 0:04:04Pushing into the corner with your pedal will give you

0:04:04 > 0:04:06more grip and push you through the corner.

0:04:07 > 0:04:10Great tip and I feel like I have got the basics, but the real challenge

0:04:10 > 0:04:12of downhill mountain biking are

0:04:12 > 0:04:14the many different obstacles along any trail.

0:04:14 > 0:04:18Get it wrong and it could be nasty. Ouch!

0:04:18 > 0:04:22So I need to tackle my first rocky patch. This looks like fun.

0:04:22 > 0:04:24How am I going to ride down that?

0:04:24 > 0:04:26- You're going to have to be confident.- Yeah.

0:04:26 > 0:04:28- And you're going to have to lean back.- Yeah.

0:04:28 > 0:04:31You are going to have to brake before you do it,

0:04:31 > 0:04:34- don't brake whilst you're going down it.- Yes, that's a good tip.

0:04:34 > 0:04:37Make sure you commit before you go down it and you should be good.

0:04:37 > 0:04:38- Really?- Yeah.

0:04:38 > 0:04:40OK, this is probably the scariest thing

0:04:40 > 0:04:43I've done for a while. Let's see what happens.

0:04:45 > 0:04:47It's not going to happen.

0:04:47 > 0:04:49It feels really unnatural to ride OVER the rocks rather than

0:04:49 > 0:04:52round them. I might need another go at that.

0:04:52 > 0:04:55I'm going to do it this time, here we go. Here we go.

0:04:55 > 0:04:56OK, no, no!

0:04:56 > 0:04:57Not happening.

0:04:57 > 0:04:59It's so hard to just go for it.

0:04:59 > 0:05:02I'll come back round and try again.

0:05:02 > 0:05:04Come on, Barn, third time lucky.

0:05:05 > 0:05:07Here we go. Oh, my goodness!

0:05:07 > 0:05:09That was amazing!

0:05:09 > 0:05:11Yes! Nailed it.

0:05:11 > 0:05:14See, there is actually some truth in the saying "if, at first,

0:05:14 > 0:05:16"you don't succeed, try again."

0:05:16 > 0:05:17I just proved that, didn't I?

0:05:17 > 0:05:19- That was OK, yeah?- That was good.

0:05:19 > 0:05:22- Great, OK. What's next? - The hard one.

0:05:22 > 0:05:24That wasn't the hard one?

0:05:24 > 0:05:25No.

0:05:25 > 0:05:28As if riding over rocks wasn't difficult enough,

0:05:28 > 0:05:30the actual hard one is this - a drop,

0:05:30 > 0:05:32which is exactly what it sounds like.

0:05:32 > 0:05:34You drop off that.

0:05:34 > 0:05:36CHILDREN SNIGGER

0:05:36 > 0:05:38- Do you? BOTH:- Yeah.

0:05:38 > 0:05:40A classic downhill challenge,

0:05:40 > 0:05:42and the only way to safely overcome a drop

0:05:42 > 0:05:46is to fully commit to jumping off it. Easy!

0:05:46 > 0:05:49- Lean back and push your bike forward.- Yeah?

0:05:49 > 0:05:53That'll lift your front wheel up, so you won't go forward,

0:05:53 > 0:05:55and then you land both wheels at the same time, hopefully.

0:05:55 > 0:05:59Now, this isn't as big as something the pros would jump off,

0:05:59 > 0:06:02but to me, from the top, it feels big!

0:06:02 > 0:06:04Oh, it's terrifying.

0:06:07 > 0:06:09He makes it!

0:06:09 > 0:06:11Look at that.

0:06:11 > 0:06:13I've learned so much in such a short space of time,

0:06:13 > 0:06:15which is lucky, really,

0:06:15 > 0:06:18because my challenge hasn't even started.

0:06:20 > 0:06:23Tomorrow, the Mountain Bike World Cup is taking place

0:06:23 > 0:06:25three hours down the road...

0:06:25 > 0:06:26Are you kidding?!

0:06:26 > 0:06:29..and I am going to be riding on one of its trails.

0:06:29 > 0:06:31Will I be able to keep my nerve...

0:06:31 > 0:06:33I'm convinced I'm going to slip.

0:06:33 > 0:06:36..through every twist, every turn, every jump?

0:06:41 > 0:06:44Stay tuned for part two, when I take part in the World Cup.

0:06:44 > 0:06:46- Barney?- What?- I'm very excited. - Yes, you are.

0:06:46 > 0:06:49- Because I love athletics.- He does.

0:06:49 > 0:06:50And in that stadium there

0:06:50 > 0:06:54is the IAAF World Athletics Championships.

0:06:54 > 0:06:56However, today isn't all about athletics.

0:06:56 > 0:06:57I know what you're going to do.

0:06:57 > 0:07:00You're going to list a load of sports that people can take part in

0:07:00 > 0:07:01to earn their BP sport badges.

0:07:01 > 0:07:04- I was going to give two examples. - You don't need to.

0:07:04 > 0:07:05I've written a list. Here we go.

0:07:05 > 0:07:07Aerobics. Motorsport. American football.

0:07:40 > 0:07:42but they had a problem -

0:07:42 > 0:07:44the great British weather. It was windy outside,

0:07:44 > 0:07:47so the shuttlecock kept flying away. Oh, dear.

0:07:47 > 0:07:50Next up, Sophia got in touch to tell us

0:07:50 > 0:07:53she inspired Maddie to have a go at kayaking.

0:07:53 > 0:07:55Looks a bit chilly there.

0:08:00 > 0:08:04Ragav wrote in to tell us about what sounds like a very competitive game.

0:08:04 > 0:08:07He inspired Ishan to get involved with cricket.

0:08:07 > 0:08:10Ishan kept bowling so close to the wicket

0:08:10 > 0:08:12but couldn't quite bowl Ragav out.

0:08:12 > 0:08:17This is Arianna and Alesha, who went horse-riding. You're braver than me.

0:08:17 > 0:08:20Arianna encouraged Alesha to go over the big jumps,

0:08:20 > 0:08:23and she did it with an even bigger smile on her face.

0:08:23 > 0:08:27Next up, Ben told us about when he inspired Alex to go swimming.

0:08:27 > 0:08:30Ben says that swimming is a skill to learn for life,

0:08:30 > 0:08:32and I absolutely agree with you, my friend.

0:08:44 > 0:08:46- Are you still going? - There's a lot of them.

0:08:46 > 0:08:49- Kayaking.- Did you even see the posts these good people sent in?

0:08:49 > 0:08:51Yes.

0:08:51 > 0:08:54Lacrosse. Martial arts. Do you know what I've been thinking?

0:08:54 > 0:08:56You know the World Champs are happening in there?

0:08:56 > 0:08:59- Yes.- All those incredible athletes are in that building,

0:08:59 > 0:09:01- doing incredible stuff, and we're outside?- Yeah.

0:09:01 > 0:09:03How amazing would it be to be inside there

0:09:03 > 0:09:05watching the athletes doing what they're doing?

0:09:05 > 0:09:08- Um...- How amazing would it be to be in there with them,

0:09:08 > 0:09:11soaking up the atmosphere of that incredible event in there?

0:09:11 > 0:09:14That would be awesome, if we could do that.

0:09:14 > 0:09:16- Um...Barney...- What?

0:09:16 > 0:09:17Watch this.

0:09:18 > 0:09:20Why?

0:09:20 > 0:09:25The IAAF World Athletics Championships 2017,

0:09:25 > 0:09:28and the eyes of the world are on the London Stadium.

0:09:28 > 0:09:31But there's one performer who's really caught the eye,

0:09:31 > 0:09:34and that someone is a hedgehog.

0:09:35 > 0:09:37Hero the hedgehog has wowed crowds

0:09:37 > 0:09:40and attracted attention like no mascot before,

0:09:40 > 0:09:42and Hero wouldn't be here

0:09:42 > 0:09:44without one very special Blue Peter viewer.

0:09:47 > 0:09:50The story begins in January, when we launched a competition

0:09:50 > 0:09:54to design two very special mascots.

0:09:54 > 0:09:56Our winner, Elinor, designed Hero the hedgehog

0:09:56 > 0:09:58for the IAAF World Championships,

0:09:58 > 0:10:02and Whizbee for the World Para Athletic Championships,

0:10:02 > 0:10:06and our judges loved them.

0:10:06 > 0:10:08Next, I had the exciting job

0:10:08 > 0:10:10of telling Ellie the amazing news.

0:10:11 > 0:10:12Hello, Elinor.

0:10:12 > 0:10:14You're our winner.

0:10:14 > 0:10:18After Ellie's designs were turned into reality in the factory,

0:10:18 > 0:10:22it was time to reveal them to the world.

0:10:22 > 0:10:24Hero and Whizbee, welcome to Blue Peter. You look amazing.

0:10:24 > 0:10:26And in no time at all,

0:10:26 > 0:10:28Ellie and her mascots were superstars.

0:10:30 > 0:10:33But that was only the beginning of her prize.

0:10:33 > 0:10:37Next stop, the World Para Athletics Championships 2017.

0:10:37 > 0:10:42- Elinor! Straight-up talk! That's your ticket.- Thank you.

0:10:42 > 0:10:45This is my ticket. We've got them in our hands, finally.

0:10:45 > 0:10:47- How are you feeling?- Really excited.

0:10:47 > 0:10:51That way there is the London Stadium. Shall we head there?

0:10:51 > 0:10:53I can't wait. Let's go.

0:10:53 > 0:10:56Because this is the World Para Athletics Championships,

0:10:56 > 0:11:00it's Whizbee that's the star of the show and can be seen everywhere.

0:11:00 > 0:11:04Here we are. These are the best seats in the house.

0:11:04 > 0:11:06Whizbee's got a Blue Peter badge.

0:11:06 > 0:11:09This is so unbelievably exciting.

0:11:09 > 0:11:12We're seeing Whizbee in front of the crowd, right there.

0:11:12 > 0:11:14In fact, let's go and meet Whizbee.

0:11:16 > 0:11:18Look at that!

0:11:18 > 0:11:21Ellie, this is what you created. What are you thinking?

0:11:21 > 0:11:23Really good.

0:11:23 > 0:11:26Now, if meeting the mascot you designed wasn't enough,

0:11:26 > 0:11:30how about getting to walk on the actual London Stadium track?

0:11:30 > 0:11:32Look at this place!

0:11:32 > 0:11:35Wow-ow-ow!

0:11:35 > 0:11:39Or being interviewed for Brazilian TV?

0:11:39 > 0:11:43Ellie even gets to drive the truck that collects the discus,

0:11:43 > 0:11:47and Whizbee's on it. That's one fast-moving bee!

0:11:47 > 0:11:49But someone who'll give Whizbee a run for the honey

0:11:49 > 0:11:55is two-time World Para Athletic and Paralympic T44 100 metre champion,

0:11:55 > 0:11:56Jonnie Peacock!

0:11:56 > 0:11:59So, Jonnie, what do you think of Elinor's mascot, Whizbee?

0:11:59 > 0:12:01When I saw him come out,

0:12:01 > 0:12:03it was just such a cool design,

0:12:03 > 0:12:04and to see him with his blade out,

0:12:04 > 0:12:06I think that was such a great twist,

0:12:06 > 0:12:08which was really smart.

0:12:08 > 0:12:12That's high praise for Ellie's design, but we're not done yet.

0:12:12 > 0:12:16She's about to get a masterclass on how to start the 100 metres

0:12:16 > 0:12:19from this para sport legend.

0:12:19 > 0:12:22What we do to get into the blocks, put your feet in each pedal,

0:12:22 > 0:12:23however you want to do it,

0:12:23 > 0:12:25hands behind the line,

0:12:25 > 0:12:27and when he says "set",

0:12:30 > 0:12:34I mean, getting a lesson from one of Great Britain's greatest-ever

0:12:34 > 0:12:35sprinters?

0:12:35 > 0:12:37It doesn't get any better than that.

0:12:39 > 0:12:42Or does it?

0:12:42 > 0:12:44Because a few weeks later,

0:12:44 > 0:12:47we are back at the Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park,

0:12:47 > 0:12:51just look at it, for the IAAF World Athletics Championships

0:12:57 > 0:13:00I'm about to meet three top entries in their age category

0:13:00 > 0:13:03for our World Championship competition.

0:13:06 > 0:13:09Ellie has tickets for what could be an incredible night of athletics,

0:13:29 > 0:13:31Rufus, is there any one person you're most looking forward

0:13:31 > 0:13:34to seeing inside that stadium compete?

0:13:59 > 0:14:02So, Hero, you've been getting up to a little

0:14:02 > 0:14:04bit of mischief on the track.

0:14:04 > 0:14:06So there's been a forward roll down the steps,

0:14:06 > 0:14:10then there was the time when you slipped on the steeplechase

0:14:10 > 0:14:13and I thought did yourself a slight injury there.

0:14:13 > 0:14:17There's a man called Usain Bolt, who'll be racing in the relay.

0:14:17 > 0:14:19Oh, we've got to hit that for a photo, don't we?

0:14:37 > 0:14:39As the action begins,

0:14:39 > 0:14:42there's one person we all want to see.

0:14:42 > 0:14:45I can't wait to see what tricks Hero does.

0:19:17 > 0:19:20as they travelled all over London,

0:19:20 > 0:19:23and your creativity doesn't end there.

0:19:23 > 0:19:27When we asked you to design a dragon for the Great Pagoda in Kew Gardens,

0:19:27 > 0:19:30you answered in your thousands.

0:19:30 > 0:19:319,000, actually.

0:19:31 > 0:19:35It feels amazing. It's so cool to think that it's going to be

0:19:35 > 0:19:36on top of the pagoda.

0:21:26 > 0:21:27Then no!

0:21:27 > 0:21:29Speaking of sporty and speaking of young,

0:21:29 > 0:21:32Emily and Corran are two legends I met recently,

0:21:32 > 0:21:35and they took me to the World Cup to try and teach me the ropes.

0:21:35 > 0:21:37Did I end up being an expert?

0:21:37 > 0:21:38No...

0:21:40 > 0:21:42Earlier, I got a lesson in downhill mountain biking

0:21:42 > 0:21:45from two of the best young riders in the UK.

0:21:45 > 0:21:48Now, though, it's time for my challenge to step up a notch,

0:21:48 > 0:21:50as I attempt to take on one of the courses

0:21:50 > 0:21:52at the Mountain Bike World Cup,

0:21:52 > 0:21:55this year being held in Fort William.

0:21:55 > 0:21:58My instructors, Corran and Emily, will also be competing,

0:21:58 > 0:22:01taking on the same trail as myself.

0:22:01 > 0:22:03So, to prepare for our ride,

0:22:03 > 0:22:06we meet up to get a look at the obstacles we're facing.

0:22:06 > 0:22:08What are you doing to get prepared for the race?

0:22:08 > 0:22:11We'll walk the course and choose our lines,

0:22:11 > 0:22:14fastest lines, so we can do better, faster.

0:22:14 > 0:22:16- I could do with knowing the fastest line.- Yeah.

0:22:16 > 0:22:19Though my brakes are going to be on the majority of the time.

0:22:19 > 0:22:21- Shall we get walking and see what we can see?- Yeah.

0:22:21 > 0:22:23If I was to work out which bit to ride round,

0:22:23 > 0:22:26I'd probably go for that bit round there, cos it's drier.

0:22:26 > 0:22:29I'd say that'd be quicker, but it's not going to be, is it?

0:22:29 > 0:22:31No, because then you'll have to go all the way round,

0:22:31 > 0:22:33so I would recommend going through here,

0:22:33 > 0:22:35but you don't want to go through very thick mud.

0:22:35 > 0:22:38You've got to make a split-second decision to get round the fastest?

0:22:38 > 0:22:40- Yes.- That's why you walk the course.

0:22:40 > 0:22:43You can choose your line before you go.

0:22:43 > 0:22:46- Memorise the course. Know where you'll go.- Memorise the course,

0:22:46 > 0:22:48- know where you're going to go. - Know what's going to happen next.

0:22:48 > 0:22:51I'm picking up some brilliant tips.

0:22:51 > 0:22:53Corran and Emily head out onto the mountain

0:22:53 > 0:22:56for their runs. Both are tipped to do very well,

0:22:56 > 0:22:58but if they do, they won't be the first brother

0:22:58 > 0:23:00and sister downhill champions.

0:23:00 > 0:23:02Rachel and Gee Atherton

0:23:02 > 0:23:03are mountain biking superstars,

0:23:03 > 0:23:05and I caught up with them.

0:23:05 > 0:23:08I'm at the start of my downhill career.

0:23:08 > 0:23:09You've got a huge career to look back on.

0:23:09 > 0:23:12Have you got any highlights that really stand out?

0:23:12 > 0:23:13I've been five-time world champion,

0:23:13 > 0:23:15and winning here in Fort William, the home World Cup,

0:23:15 > 0:23:18we actually won that together. It's so cool.

0:23:18 > 0:23:21And these kids that race now could experience that with their siblings.

0:23:21 > 0:23:24I'm after some top tips on what I need to do and think about.

0:23:24 > 0:23:26The first bit of advice is to go steady.

0:23:26 > 0:23:28It's a great sport but it can be dangerous.

0:23:28 > 0:23:31You're racing down a mountain, there's rocks, there's trees.

0:23:31 > 0:23:34There's a lot to go wrong, so I think the best way

0:23:34 > 0:23:35is to ease into it.

0:23:35 > 0:23:37It's great to get tips like that,

0:23:37 > 0:23:39but as I make my way to the start line,

0:23:39 > 0:23:42the nerves are beginning to kick in.

0:23:42 > 0:23:45The course I'm taking on is 500 metres of fast-paced twists,

0:23:45 > 0:23:47turns, slopes and drops,

0:23:47 > 0:23:49which will be tough enough...

0:23:49 > 0:23:50and then the rain begins.

0:23:50 > 0:23:53So what once was a glorious sunny day

0:23:53 > 0:23:56has turned into a lovely wintry one. I like this weather.

0:23:56 > 0:23:58I'm just not too sure how I feel about riding in it.

0:23:58 > 0:24:00I've got the right gear on, the right bike,

0:24:00 > 0:24:03but things are going to be a little slippier than I'm used to.

0:24:03 > 0:24:05Rider 90 is on track.

0:24:05 > 0:24:06Wish me luck.

0:24:06 > 0:24:08OK, here we go.

0:24:08 > 0:24:09He's off.

0:24:09 > 0:24:11The course is now really slippy

0:24:11 > 0:24:13so I have to take it slowly to begin with

0:24:13 > 0:24:15to get used to the trail and the conditions.

0:24:18 > 0:24:20I start to build confidence until...

0:24:22 > 0:24:24HE GASPS

0:24:24 > 0:24:26..I lose momentum and put my foot down.

0:24:26 > 0:24:27I'm annoyed with myself.

0:24:27 > 0:24:29I don't want to do that again.

0:24:32 > 0:24:33Because it's so wet and so rainy,

0:24:33 > 0:24:35I'm convinced I'm going to slip.

0:24:35 > 0:24:38So I'm using my brakes and trying to slow down as much as I can.

0:24:38 > 0:24:40I'm beginning to pick up the pace

0:24:40 > 0:24:43and start to spot obstacles earlier.

0:24:43 > 0:24:45Corran and Emily's training is paying off.

0:24:50 > 0:24:52All we've got to do is make it round to the end.

0:24:52 > 0:24:53That's all I've got to do.

0:24:53 > 0:24:55Just make it down to the end.
