0:01:26 > 0:01:29So William made a wish.

0:01:32 > 0:01:38"This magic blanket is as good as a flying carpet!" thought William

0:01:38 > 0:01:44as he soared across the sky. Soon, he had arrived at a mysterious cave.

0:01:51 > 0:01:54But where was the genie?

0:01:57 > 0:02:00"Where are you?!"

0:02:00 > 0:02:04"Stuck up here," grumbled the glum genie.

0:02:05 > 0:02:11"Oh, never mind. I'll help you find your lamp," said William.

0:02:11 > 0:02:15"How?" "I'm the genie of the boots!"

0:02:15 > 0:02:20"I want a lamp to live in!" "Oh, that's easy!"

0:02:24 > 0:02:27"No, not that sort!"

0:02:27 > 0:02:29"I'll try again," said William.

0:02:33 > 0:02:37"Oh! Where's he gone?" "In here. I don't like it!

0:02:37 > 0:02:40"It's even worse! Get me out!"

0:02:44 > 0:02:47"Oh, let me out!"

0:02:47 > 0:02:50GURGLING

0:02:51 > 0:02:55"Maybe I should let YOU choose,"

0:02:55 > 0:02:58said William, wishing again.

0:03:00 > 0:03:02"Oh, no, none of those!

0:03:02 > 0:03:05"All I want is my old lamp back!"

0:03:05 > 0:03:11"The king's got that," said William. "We'll fly to his palace."

0:03:11 > 0:03:16"It's dangerous!" wailed the genie. "In the dark, he has a bad temper."

0:03:22 > 0:03:26"Watch out! The guard will see us!"

0:03:28 > 0:03:31William made a wish...

0:03:37 > 0:03:40..and the guard was gone.

0:03:40 > 0:03:45Inside, William and the genie could hear how angry the king was.

0:03:45 > 0:03:48GRUMPY MUTTERINGS

0:03:51 > 0:03:56"That's him!" whispered the genie. The king was trying to read

0:03:56 > 0:03:59and was grumbling a great deal.

0:03:59 > 0:04:02"That's my lamp! But how can we get it?"

0:04:03 > 0:04:07"A-hem! What's wrong, Your Majesty?" asked William.

0:04:07 > 0:04:12"This lamp doesn't give enough light. I can't read a word!"

0:04:16 > 0:04:21"Would you swap it for this one?" asked William.

0:04:21 > 0:04:23"Ah, now I can finish my book."

0:04:23 > 0:04:28"Here's your lamp, genie. Now everyone's happy! Goodbye!"

0:04:28 > 0:04:33William thought, "Magic lamps are all very well,

0:04:33 > 0:04:36"but not as good as wish wellingtons!"
