0:15:06 > 0:15:09Ahh. That's nice and cosy.

0:15:09 > 0:15:11Hello, I'm Kimberley.

0:15:11 > 0:15:15I've just made myself a warm drink, cos it's very cold today.

0:15:15 > 0:15:18In fact, it feels so cold, I think it could snow.

0:15:18 > 0:15:23That reminds me of a snowy story with two snowy white polar bears.

0:15:23 > 0:15:27They're called Iris and Isaac. The story's by Catherine Rayner.

0:15:27 > 0:15:30Iris and Isaac were not friends any more.

0:15:30 > 0:15:34Iris had made a snow nest, but it was too small for them both.

0:15:34 > 0:15:39Isaac had tried to wriggle and nudge and shove his big bottom in.

0:15:39 > 0:15:44Iris had wiggled and nudged and shoved his big bottom back out.

0:15:44 > 0:15:47In, out, wriggle, shove, until...

0:15:49 > 0:15:52..they had squashed the nest flat.

0:15:52 > 0:15:55Iris stomped away in a big bear huff,

0:15:55 > 0:16:00so Isaac stomped away in a... not quite so big bear huff, too.

0:16:00 > 0:16:04Iris was tramping grumpily across the smooth snow,

0:16:04 > 0:16:08when she saw a flock of eiders soaring high in the sky.

0:16:08 > 0:16:11"Look! It's the ducks," she gasped.

0:16:12 > 0:16:15But Isaac was not there to see them.

0:16:15 > 0:16:20Isaac was stomping along when he spotted two Arctic foxes

0:16:20 > 0:16:22playing together on the sparkly ice.

0:16:23 > 0:16:26"That looks like fun," he thought,

0:16:26 > 0:16:29and sighed and stomped off once more.

0:16:29 > 0:16:35Iris was trudging slowly when she found a huge, echoey ice cave.

0:16:35 > 0:16:40"Oh, wow! Isaac would love this," she thought.

0:16:40 > 0:16:42"If only he was here."

0:16:42 > 0:16:45Isaac was plodding sadly

0:16:45 > 0:16:50and he saw the Northern Lights flicker and swirl.

0:16:50 > 0:16:53"Iris adores the Lights," he thought to himself.

0:16:53 > 0:16:57"I wish she was here to see them, too."

0:16:57 > 0:17:00Then, as he wandered further,

0:17:00 > 0:17:03Isaac saw the most wonderful thing of all.

0:17:03 > 0:17:05It was Iris!

0:17:05 > 0:17:09Iris and Isaac were happy once more.

0:17:09 > 0:17:13They gently shuffled and nudged and patted and shaped,

0:17:13 > 0:17:19until they had made the perfect snow nest to curl up inside...together.

0:17:19 > 0:17:22Did you enjoy that story about Iris and Isaac?
